Little Caesars Pizza in Lakeland - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Food is always usually good here. And I don’t typically have any issues but tonight I called ahead. I only ordered crazy puffs and bread sticks. Bread sticks are typically done in loads but waiting 35 mins on crazy puffs that I was told would be 10/12 mins. Is wild to me. And when I inquired how much longer… I was told they got an overload of online orders. That shouldn’t come before another order regardless of how you place it. As I’m still waiting. The guy that came in behind just placed an outset. Got his WHOLE pizza and left.???? Make that make sense. Definitely need a better order when it comes to how food comes in and goes out. It shouldn’t take going on 40mins(called in order) for some crazy puffs 🤦‍♀️

I worked for this place for a week and was talked to with foul language by the store manager and downgraded by 20 year old employees that were boys not men and then fired because I did not comply with type of business behavior. Would absolutely NOT recommend!

Very professional and the food was delicious

This a good pizza if you are going to pick it up, for couple of bucks you have a decent pie. But once you start adding toppings the savings fly out of the door. For the price of 4 toppings you better off someplace else. I recommend the thin crust with bacon and ham.

Ok, I know, 4 stars, but hear me out. For thos if us that grew up on Little Caesar's, pizza hut, and dominoes this may sound blasphemous. But little Caesar's is probably the best value in Pizza and fast food and has been for a while. The store front is clean the staff is busy attentive and polite. And while the pizza is not the pizza of my childhood. It is good pizza, and my kids never complain when we show up with Little Caesar's.

This is the worst little Ceasers in Lakeland!! The employees and the DAYTIME MANAGER is so rude. My kids are so upset they couldn’t they’re puffs the way they like them. To argue with a customer about even putting parm packets in the bag is crazy to me!! The manager hung up on me twice!! When I called back and asked for corporates number the employee said they wont do anything anyway!! Refused to give the phone back to the manager because he DIDNT FEEL LIKE WALKING BACK THERE.. Then, the employee hung up as well. I don’t recommend ever spending your money there. I give them 0 stars. Im just trying to feed my kids!!

It's little caesars bro... It's not the best one I've ever been too, not the worst. Some times they're in the weeds and get overwhelmed so it can take a minute. That's pretty much it.

Great pizza at a great price, if you know what to get. The regular crust is bland, but the thin crust and deep dish are good. They shred the onions and green peppers so they end up burnt and flavorless, use canned mushrooms, and the sausage and ham come out dry. Their bacon tastes like smoked ham, so I guess it's closer to Canadian bacon. Tastes good, as long as you know what to expect. The flavor of their pepperoni is good, too. Never had this particular store mess up an order, but I usually order a pepperoni pizza or one of the bread side items, so that's not difficult to get right.

Beyond livid… what’s customer service anymore in today’s world?!? After waiting 30 mins (since our pizza supposedly was in the oven) for our order I walk in and ask the cashier how much longer for our order. She then went to say she couldn’t tell me how much longer that I was not the only one who was waiting on an order and not to mention the attitude she gave me after being asked one simple question of how much longer for our order! So I wait on someone else to walk by which I then ask for a manager… who then can’t find our order! Our order was missing!!!!! So how much longer would that cashier had let me stand there waiting on my order that had gone missing?!?!?!?

Don't come here, they don't wash their hands and the manager was upset because she messed up my order, and not once but twice.

Simply commenting for customer service reasons - Carla was very nice and did a great job handling the line when 4 other people walked in. I even noticed Carla wiping the counter when there was a pause, very dedicated and considerate!

The staff are watching tik tok videos instead of working. I came in on May 29th at 9:50pm and told the cashier I had a carryout. She didn’t tell me it was ready when it came out and continued watching videos on her phone and left it on the counter. The person cooking the wings had headphones in and didn’t start my order until several minutes after I arrived. A small order of wings took 20 minutes. Whoever hires at this store should be fired. Extremely unprofessional

I always like the pepperoni and sausage deep dish. however, I decided to try something new and get the Supreme deep dish and was disappointed. The toppings were not fresh at all and had a distinctive canned taste that tasted like they emptied the contents from the can into water and just let it sit. Couldn't even eat it all.
