I ordered the Logan steak. It was cooked correctly. The sirloin had more fat than most sirloins you will find. The service was near perfect until the end, waited about 10 minutes to get my card back. The waitress checked on me regularly and kept bringing me refills and bread. The atmosphere was pretty dead but, it's a Tuesday. 🤷‍♂️

Carra the bartender was awesome .. gave list of choices . Quick to ask if needed food also

Wonderful experience! Asked our bartender Carra for a suggestion on drinks and she hooked us up! She even smiled and was super friendly while cleaning up when my son spilled his beer. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back.

My family had a great experience here. The food was fantastic and the drinks were perfect. I’m very picky about my cocktails & have an allergy to some drink mixers but Carra, our waitress/bartender, was top notch. She was more than helpful the entire time, and stayed on top of it at all times - even though the restaurant was busy. My family and I will be back!

Ate here on Saturday afternoon 8-10-24. I love eating at Logan’s and have ate Logan’s all over. The Manchester Logan’s is by far one of the friendliest, cleanest, and most enjoyable experiences we have had. This management team and staff knows what they are doing. I highly recommend.

Service was great. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Food was good, but given price of eating out, this wasn't a Restaurant that stood out to warrant a planned return visit.

Recently visited this Logan's restaurant, and truthfully, Logan's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. However, this last time, our waitress was hardly ever around. We actually had to ask another waitress for something because ours was nowhere to be seen. The food... appetizers onion rings tasted of grease couldn't eat them, and the mozzarella sticks were ok. Our steaks were not seasoned at all. Taste was not what I expected. Salad was pretty much just lettuce and a few cucumbers, I did like the loaded mashed potatoes. Not quite sure if or when we will be back.

Every time I order my steak rare or medium rare I comes out medium to medium well.

We sat at the bar. The food and service were good. The chicken I had was cooked perfectly as was the steak my friend had.

Food was as expected. Good stuff. Server wasn't very pleasant but we all have our days.

I was about done with Logan’s until I went to the Manchester location. Renee the bartender treated us like we were customers that had been coming there for years. Food was on point. Couldn’t be friendlier. Glad I didn’t have to walk out of this location. The manager Maranda obviously knows how to run her location. Staff happy. Customers happy. Good food. If you have almost given up on the brand like I did, try this location. Retired Army.

Logan used to be one of the best steaks you'd ever eat.Now, a hamburger tastes better than it does. Little to overpriced. Sweet tea does Not have any sugar The table I was at was sticky, not from being dirty, but from needing to be varnished or something 'cause every table around me looked at the exact same way.

I’m so embarrassed for this restaurant. Maybe it was an off day? I’ll Never know because we’re just passing through. We waited for 4 other tables to sit and get drink orders before my family had anyone come by to tell us they’d be back for us- which turned into 4 servers offering to get us a waitress. Finally I had to go to the podium to have the manager take our drink and meal order. At this point my 7yo ordered spaghetti and was asked what she wanted for a side and responded with “Mac and cheese”. I looked and asked if that was an option? Manager taking order said yes. Shift change” was the reason we watched 3+ other families come in and leave before we got food. The food takes a while and when it comes the server tells us, “I’m sorry I dropped the other kids meal”. I’ll have it right out— the one kids burger that did come the top bun was ripped and way over cooked. The salad had wilted lettuce and cold hard steak. We all finished our meals including the one with a missing meal, he filled up on rolls. My 7yo is full from her spaghetti and doesn’t touch the Mac n cheese (obviously, she didn’t need a side for that because it’s a big meal). All of our drinks are empty at this point. At this point I call on this kind server who was passing by for the manager. A manager and our server who we’ve seen twice show up with the missing meal. We tell them we don’t want the meal and that we’ve been looking for the server to tell her this. We tell him our 2 yo filled up on rolls and doesn’t need the meal at this point. This manager offers “we can pack it to go”, and was very pushy and awkwardly stood there waiting for us to take the plate. No, thank you but we are camping and have no place to put this food. Then the bill arrives. The kids burger meal is off the bill via “promotion” BUT there’s a charge for the side of Mac and cheese for apx $3! At this point I’m ready to leave, the kids are losing it. I ask the server about the change and she says, “no you shouldn’t have been charged because the kids meal comes with a side”. We never got a drink refill either. The final receipt arrived with the kids meal missing and a 10% military discount on MY SALAD to make up for the Mac and cheese charge. Y’all - My husband and I are BOTH military! My husband says, “oh you do military discount? Here’s my military ID.” The server legit looks at him and says, “That’s all you’ll get off, 10% off one meal.” I’m so over it and have to leave. I’ve kept my composure and smiled/laughed off every issue previous to this. I take the kids and leave while my husband pays the bill. It’s unacceptable the way 4 things were handled here, in my opinion, but who am I? We won’t be back but we wouldn’t have been anyway because we’re not from the area. Best wishes to the one server who cared enough to check on us, even if you did get told, “leave them alone, this is my table.”

Meat was way over spiced. Potatoes in my loaded potato soup was brown like it was potatoes from the night before. Food absolutely terrible. Thank goodness for the rolls.

This place rocks the steaks were amazing

A little disappointed with host service. Area not bust but was asked to wait because they had a new server who was on break. After 10m waiting and not offered a table yet. We asked to be seated at the bar. As I walked to the bar we happened to noticed 4 to 5 tables empty.

Not sure what's going on with the quality of their steaks but we had a VERY BAD experience there last week.

Had to send our daughter food back country fried stake the stake was spoiled. Angie took a long time to bring our daughter food out the second time. We had already finished our food before she brought her the second time. Would not return.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Logan's. I used to always order the Everything Salad. It was not what I remembered. The restaurant was very busy as it was the 4th of July. They seemed to be short on staff, so I will not mention wait time, service, or other things. We enjoyed ourselves none the less as we were meeting up with folks we hadn't seen in a while.

My rice tasted like it had been heated up from yesterday. The service lacked. She acted like she didn't want to be there.

Steak was tough and the service left a lot to be desired.

Wonderful waitress we had. She was very attentive and kind. Manager man has a vaguely threatening aura, beware.

This is 45 minute drive for us, but it is very consistent on most everything. Not speedy getting your food but not long for a really good steak, especially the ribeye. Yummy yummy for the tummy. Waitress was outstanding.

I ordered beer, 8oz sirloin, Caesar salad, and mac 'n' cheese, and it cost about 30 USD. Avoid converting into Japanese yen.

Ordered 12oz Rib Eye Steak with baked sweet potato and Broccoli. wait was over 30 min my seat faced the prep area for a nice view of food going out. steaks were nice potatoes were steaming and Broccoli was put on plate from a steaming bag really looked good. when my dinner as served Broccoli was cold no potato and I don't know where they got the so called steak that looked like it was the sandwich size not the 12oz I ordered. Three different people served my food so don't know who to blame but one thing for sure Logan's you lost me and everyone I have visited your establishment with.

If you aren’t a regular don’t bother stopping by. Everyone will ignore you upon arrival. The menu looked appealing, but I guess I will never know.

Waiter was real nice, but my medium ribeye steak was almost raw, Rebecca the waiter felt real bad about it, they took it back and kind of fixed it which was still raw inside, worst part is it was brought by manager the 2nd time, had to cancel my order period, because I lost hope waiting and another negative point is they tried to cook same stake over which is never done by other restaurants, most other places if they mess up your your they’ll make whole new one. Horrible experience, dinner ruined!

We had my Mother's Day dinner here the Monday after and all 5 of us really enjoyed our outing. The servers did a great job and our food was delicious. Three of us got the same entree --I think it was called Shrimp Stacked Salmon, one got the ribeye, and one got the gumbo. The portions were generous and we enjoyed our takeout for dinner the next night, too,.

Our favorite place for Flo's filet nights is always here. They are absolutely delicious with great service as well.

Super busy tonight but I ended up waiting over an hour on a call in order I had already waited 30 min to come pick up.

My wife and I ate an early dinner celebrating our anniversary. My wife had steak and shrimp while I devoured a rack of ribs. We ate salad and baked sweet potatoes for our sides.

The food was good. The banana pudding was okay. It had very little amount of vanilla wafers. The taste was excellent. Our service was excellent. The service was slow but was understandable.

We were really hungry and it is tough to beat the Logan sirloin and grilled shrimp. Always a staple, the rolls are smaller now. Inflation? Still delicious.

Destiny C. Was on top of it! My grandmother visited down from CA and so she wanted to go to a steak house and we came to Logan’s. Destiny literally did not let anyone’s drinks go below half way. She constantly checked to make sure we were ok and that everything was to our liking. She is amazing with her service. 🙌🏼

I had a pleasant dining experience at Logan's Roadhouse in or near Manchester, TN. Food was great! This restaurant seems to be very popular with locals. At several points, a large number of patrons all said "Yee-Haw" in unison, but I didn't understand why.

I went in there and the bartender was great but I ordered a Bud light and tasted like a skunk and gave another one and the same thing hey it's not her fault but it is what it is so I left Jim

Unfortunately, my experience at this Logan's hasn't been good. We travel to Manchester pretty frequently, and we have tried this place twice. Once at 11 am opening and another evening dinner. Both times, I order the New York strip. Medium well was the temp I was looking for both times. This steak was medium rare. On my second visit. I explained to the waitress about my previous experience. And still my steak came out under cooked. Sucks not a lot of places to get a steak around here. We won't return. 8th anniversary dinner. Failed..

The chicken had no mesquite flavor and the peppercorn sauce (which I also got as my salad dressing) tasted like mayonnaise with some salt. My husband tried it and said the same thing. Besides the chicken and dressing being bland, my salad was also bland as well. Usually with all the vegetables, croutons, cheese and additions, there is a flavor, but this had no flavor at all. Husband had the surf and turf trio and enjoyed it. He particularly loved the steak, which was very tender and had some pretty good flavor. I tried it and agreed. One person in our party had the traditional seafood gumbo, which I (and everyone else at the table) thought looked nothing like gumbo at all. He said it was like they put gravy on some gumbo fixings. Didn't enjoy it at all. Another in our party had the cilantro lime salmon and really enjoyed it. It was cooked perfect and had good flavor from the bite I had. We had the banana pudding for dessert and it was just basically pudding with whipped cream, caramel and a very few bits of nilla wafers. Just ok but not for $9.19. All in all the food was pretty disappointing and I wouldn't go back. One thing I have to say is that Grace, our server, did an excellent job! She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed constantly on this busy Friday night!

Came in close to closing and everything was amazing. Steaks melt in ur mouth with flavor. Crew was very welcoming. Will definitely b a return customer.

My party an I walked in girl at the front counter asked how many told her 5 then she said it would be 15 to 20 minute wait restaurant wasn't busy so I agreed to wait we sat there waiting for about 20 minutes until a party of 6 walks in host asked how many they stated 6 she grabbed some menus an said follow me I thought they might have been on the wait list so immediately after that a party of 4 walks in an again the same thing definitely will not be back to this location

Had a birthday dinner here and our waitress had the best attitude about our huge party and was amazing at keeping our table happy and clean. Definitely a great atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and amazing attitudes 10/10!!!

Awesome night. I called and made reservations for 14 ppl and explained it was mom’s 70 birthday. And when we arrived they had decorated with banners and balloons. Which was a great surprise. We brought her cake and cupcakes with us and they even put them in the refrig to keep them from melting. We had Haley as our server and she did an amazing job of keeping everyone happy!!! Never had to ask for refills or anything she was on it the whole night! The food was all perfect and the prices were better than other steak houses we’ve been to. Good job Logan’s for making our mom’s 70 birthday a great memory!

I had taken my wife here for her Birthday, we both had ordered our meal. I ordered the ceser salmon salad and the fish was still raw in the middle, they did take my meal off the bill but still . I think I will not go here again due to the same thing with our food not being done when served.

We were passing through Manchester and stop by to eat at Logan's only one time but it was okay.
