Great little spot to catch a cold treat, kid friendly, and great customer service. Menu isn't pricey, and food is tasty. Cash only is kind of a bummer but not really a big deal. Definitely recommend.

One of my favorite snowball stops in the Metairie area. The snow is super soft and the variety of flavors are so good especially the plum orchard with condensed milk. Definitely in the top three in Metairie...

Flavors purchased: - Marry Me Strawberry - Pina Colada and Coconut with condensed milk - Wedding cake, strawberry cheesecake, and cake batter with condensed milk They were all so good, but Marry me had to be my absolute favorite out of the three. The fresh strawberry was my favorite part, and I definitely have to swing by again when I visit New Orleans again! It too six visits to finally get a Sno-Ball, and it's safe to say it's added to my "must buy" list for future visits!!

Awesome snowballs and value. One of the best places in the city to grab them, lots of flavors and great value! Highly recommend the cream blue cotton candy and candy apple!

The nacho cheese didn't taste right, and the chips were not fresh at all. But the Snowballs are good!

Very good snowballs. The ice is soft, with plenty of syrup added. Excellent customer service. Reasonably priced. The only problem I encountered was finding safe parking. I went at a busy time, and had to park at the gas station, which is across the street on Cleary and Airline.

I want everyone to know that they have the best chocolate with condensed milk snowball I have ever had. Believe me I’m a chocoholic lol I know chocolate. This is the first time we have been there and most definitely will not be my last. Absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly as well.

Hands Down This is The Best Snowball Place, My Daughter & I Went A Few Days Ago and Was Greeted By The Sweetest Lady Ever, For Our First Time We Tried The Chocolate Chip Mint Stuffed With Chocolate Ice Cream & A Regular Chocolate Snow ball, They Are Really Good, The Ice is Soft like Snow, And The Ice Crean is Delicious, I Sampled The Blue Almond It was So Good tastes like A Wedding Cake, If Your Wanting A Good Refreshing Treat Give Lou Lou’s A Try Trust Me You Won’t Be Disappointed 😄

CASH ONLY! I don’t mean to start the review so brash but please remember that before coming. It was my first time here and I was very happy to see their natural flavors made with real fruit juice. I got the pineapple mango w condensed milk and it was so good! So refreshing and light … I really enjoyed it knowing it was a bit better quality/healthier than the standard syrups. Glad I came here and will definitely be back to try their other natural flavors like the strawberry lemonade.

Omg the sno balls were really good and reasonable prices. They even offer a gallon bucket sno ball, no one else does that. Probably good for a party or to share with friends ‼️ might have to try that 1 day lol

Best snowballs in this area! Some made from real fruit and lots of flavors! It's my favorite place. Parking is a little tight but the place is busy and in a residential/commercial area. But worth the wait and parking for these great treats!

My mom's die hard favorite snowball stand even though she's across the parish line. We used to come when I was a kid and it was called Snowbliz but Lou-Lou's carries the torch well for her soft serve stuffed snowballs. I personally adore the natural Strawberry 🍓 flavor, juicy and ripe tasting like Pontchatoula's finest, complete with the little seeds floating in the syrup.

It was delicious and very reasonably priced. I mixed white chocolate macadamia nut and wedding cake!

This is our absolute favorite place for sugar-free snowballs. We love the owner, staff, and of course the snowballs. The ice is so smooth, and they give a lot of syrup.

Decided to branch out from our usual spots because I heard this was one of many people's favorite snowball stand in Metairie. Some even compared their ice to be similar or even better than their competitor on Metairie Road. There is a small parking area available and street parking, of course. Let's start by saying the attendee was nice, friendly. The snowball itself was made quickly. It was drenched in syrup, which I liked. However, I chose a basic flavor to be safe and it wasn't that great. It was super sweet and far from what it should've tasted like. The ice was soft, slushy and didn't stand a chance with the NOLA heat. By the time I got to my destination, less than five minutes down the street, it was already melting quite fast. My poor medium cup was not enjoyable. Everyone have their own senses and preferences but this may not be it for me. Maybe I'll return one day to try their soft serve ice cream.

My second snowball since I've been visiting NOLA this week. I can just eat the shaved ice alone. My first was the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor with vanilla ice cream and my second one was the green apple flavor with sweet condensed milk. Snowballs hit different down here than the chipped ice in the Midwest.. Delicious
