Hands down, best pizza in the area! Servers and staff are always friendly, food is always amazing and the prices aren't to bad either. I saw a handful of 1-2 star reviews and was honestly very surprised. Must have been an off day, definitely recommended giving it another shot.

Beautiful place! We tried linguine Alfredo with chicken. Amazing! And the waitress was really nice!

Kind of a mehh experience. Wait staff was super friendly and attentive. After ordering we waited about 30 minutes then they came and told us that the pizza chef had just arrived and that our pizza would be out soon. We got our pizza after about another 20 minutes. Very strange and not a good experience. The 4 topping pizza was very dry with sparse toppings and no sauce at all so it was very bland tasting. All in all a disappointment. The owner was in the kitchen and yet no contact with us. We know our pizza and this was not a good experience. We may go back again someday and see if this was just a bad day. With all the choices out there... Not sure when

I'm so sad cause prior I really enjoyed this place. I'm writing this because I hope in their future, they get better about fixing mistakes THEY made. I've order many times, mostly togos- being in the restaurant business I know mistakes happen, especially with to-go food, so any issues in the past have been minor, and nothing enough to make me call or return food ( or get a refund for a forgotten salad, or an order of cheese bread that wasn't in the bag - different occasions) or the stuffed shells I got last night that were still cold inside - no biggie I can pop in the oven...because I can deal with most hiccups and a couple dollars isn't the end of the world BUT the chicken parmigiana I ordered came with INEDIBLE chicken. it was so gross & stomach churring, it couldn't even be pulled apart. I don't know if you can even call it chicken. I didn't even ask for a refund, the money was spent I just wanted a new dish, but because of how gross it was, we didn't want the same thing we had already had a bad experience with (if you'd seen the chicken you'd understand).... so I wanted chicken piccata ( which is a different cut of chicken so I felt safe ordering) I would have gladly paid the $3 difference.... but then after having to plead my case & explain I didn't want to call a 3rd party for a refund, just a dish that was edible - the managers demeanor was so off putting, I decided I no longer wanted that dish or any - because who knows how my food would be prepared after hearing her attitude towards it. A mistake made on their end they could have easily rectified. I truly hope the owner/manager gains something from this, because owning a business does NOT mean the customer is always right, but it does mean owning up to your mistakes. They were in the wrong, how Cassidy handled it was wrong, our meal was made poorly- no reason she wasn't more helpful in trying to make things right, which I tried to make simple! I ordered out to make my life easier & this event just made the night more difficult. I won't go back, not just because of their mystery meat but because as a small business I hope you do better for those trying to support ya. You get more flies with honey than vinegar Cassidy.

So upsetting, their lack of accountability and customer service. I was at a friends when she ordered food for a group of us, one of the meals was completely inedible, the chicken couldn't be cut apart. Not a huge deal, until she called today to return the food & they were the opposite of helpful. She loves the place but hope she doesn't go back, because they could have easily fixed a situation instead they were just difficult.

Super menu, amazing food, great service, and friendly staff. Did I mention the food was great?! Garlic knots are very, very good, nice, fresh garden salad, and some great pasta dishes (combo dish with several selections was awesome!) If there was a downfall it could only be this is not a low light, couple, romance spot that some diners enjoy in a restaurant(I guess it could be?) Instead, Luigi's is great food, get ready for left-overs, not break the bank dining, looking forward to your next meal here...and I highly recommend it!

You want authentic Italian food? Try this place, soooooo good. And the Meatballs!!!!!

We love Luigi's and have been customers since we moved to Eustis in 1992, back when they were located on 19 in a stand-alone building. Then they were known as Gigi's over in Sorrento for years and after closing briefly they thankfully came back with the current location by Publix. This location has by far the poorest atmosphere (not sure what they could do about it, it's just a strip mall location), I much preferred the others, but nonetheless the food is the same as always, delicious, and the servers are nice and friendly as always. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Get a pepperoni, pineapple and bacon pizza. Game changer.

Ordered an XL deluxe pizza and there couldn’t have been more than 5 ounces of toppings on this huge pizza. There was several square inches where there were no ingredients at all. And supposedly extra cheese was part of that list. Barely enough cheese to cover the crust. First time there but won’t be a second.

Great food cool people and the caprese salad and bruschetta are so delicious and let's not forget about the pizza calzone and Stromboli it doesn't get any better than luigis family owned and operated. The owner Luigi actually works there sweet guy very personable!!

I was really happy to see that veal parm was on their menu. The server told me they were out, sad. Then she checked and they had one left. I ordered the pasta with meat sauce. Haven't found any meat yet. They told me they grind it very fine. After thinking about it later. It reminded me of rage meat sauce. Something straight out of a can. I used to recommend this place, no more. Any other restaurant has meat in their meat sauce

I ordered the garlic knots as a take out. They smelled heavenly homemade and tasted out of this world. My next step is to go in and enjoy their atmosphere. Don’t forget the knots. They will not disappoint. Thank you Luigis

The food here is very good and the portions are enough to feed the most hungry. I have been here around four times and have not been disappointed with the food. The other day me and the boys felt like having some draft beer and pizza and went to Luigis. I was very disappointed in the selection of draft beer with only two to choose from, Bud Light and Michelob Ultra. Both are light beers. I hope they improve in their selection as having only two draft beers and both being light is very disappointing.

Hands down, BEST Italian in town!!!

Don’t this gem! We ordered the chicken piccata, broccoli, Cesar salad, and garlic knots. Three of us ladies shared it. If you’re SUPER hungry maybe two people can share. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great! When going back through the area, we will be back. **didnt get a pic of the knots or salad…we ate it too fast😋

Can't wait to try a pizza. Came in 1st time and got a meatball sub. Meatballs so big I had to take two of them home. I put those in some sauce and made a second dinner the next night. Delicious.

Just be nice to know that things are charged or extra when told to try this. But yet state it gives with sauce but give us sauce that costs more. Not happy with that.

Luigi's is a nice, very casual Italian eatery serving traditional Italian menu items. The restaurant is situated off David Walker Drive and 441 in the strip mall between Publix and Bealls. The restaurant is open with conventional tables and several booths along one side. There are TVs available with some type of sports game on. We arrived just before 2 on a Saturday and it was busy with several large groups, but not so busy that we had to wait for a table. The menu offers a wide variety of Italian dishes, including pizza, calzones, pastas, and baked dishes. I had a hankering for their hand-tossed pizza, and my wife ordered the combo plate, which includes garlic knots, and is really loaded with food and could easily feed three people. Our food arrived in a reasonable time. The pizza was nice and hot, but my wife's baked dish was really hot! Be careful! Everything was very good, and we had more than enough leftover for one or two more meals. The prices are decent, the service is very good and the food is very good too. It's definitely worth a try if causal dining and Italian are to your liking. Enjoy!

Got the combo platter was mostly eggplant. Lasagna was a couple loose noodles and sauce no ricotta no nothing the manicotti was OK. Got a side of sausage sausage not so good desserts were frozen. Was not very happy. Maybe it’s better if you have any restaurant and don’t order through DoorDash

It's nice to find restaurants who actually "care" about you, friendly and knowledgeable about what they offer 👍! Way to go Luigi's! If you want real Italian food this is place to visit. Be careful with their olives in the house salads, the pits ARE INSIDE **be careful when you go to pay ....the elderly women overcharged me 🤷‍♀️.

Nice little mom and pop shop. We ordered the combo platters which was lasagna, manicotti and eggplant rollatini. The sauce was nice and thick, a little light on the seasoning though. It tasted like pizza sauce which is not surprising. The manicotti was perfectly cooked and so was the eggplant. I left most of the lasagna on the plate. This should have had a nice layer of ground beef but instead had chunks of meat. I didn’t like it at all. Granted this strikes me primarily as a pizza place and it looks like they used the meat topping for the pizza in the lasagna. It was definitely not my favorite. The serving dishes are “super hot” since they bake the entrees on the serving plate, so we opted to remove the food to a second, cooler plate which allowed us to eat it without waiting too long for it to cool. My fav was the cannoli. Not a bad Italian eatery but not great either. Service was prompt and courteous.

Wonderful homemade pizza. We always get the loaded meats pizza and we're never disappointed. The entree portions are senior friendly (e.g. not huge, but definitely enough). The staff is friendly. My only 'complaint' is that the place is way too cold. I know that everyone had a different comfort zone, but I shouldn't have to bundle up in the spring to come indoors. My mother (a senior) way very cold. A few extra degrees won't be noticed by those that like it cold, will be appreciated by those that don't like the cold (seniors), and saves money. Looking forward to the next visit!

Luigi's is a nice place in a shopping plaza. The food was great. Service was excellent. The plaza setting has no great ambiance but was very clean. Everything was in order. The food came out hot and fresh. Pasta was cooked as it should be. The alfredo was mild and flavorful. My wife is Sicilian and will return to Luigi's again. She said it is not overly American style Italian food. No over use of garlic and seasonings but just good food.

We shared one of their subs........easy to share since the portion was very generous. We ordered a side portion of their meat sauce for dipping into which added a nice finishing touch. It was absolutely delicious and we'll order again. Place was very clean, service was prompt and friendly. Server was well trained and must enjoy her job as she was very forthright in answering any questions while being helpful with menu selections.

Unbelievable that they messed up our order and the disgusting service. Don't INCONVENIENCE them if THEY mess up your order. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll just blast their rudeness to everyone so they don't waste money. House full of kids hungry and they could care less.

Outstanding! Thee was 4 of us and we all ordered something different. All four of us loved our meal.

Ordered small plain with 10 hot wings extra crispy. I was told 20 minutes, seemed kinda quick but no biggie. I picked it up and brought it home. Overall not the worst. I really don't want to criticize anyone or anything. The pizza was ok, definitely reheated. Pizza got that light crispy crust. The wings sucked. I don't mean the sauce I'm talking the actual meat itself. I know a little bit about reheated chicken and Im saying when you reheat chicken meat it gets a foul flavor. Overall I like the pizza here and we might give them another shot. I had the pizza before and it was very good, hence I came back. Unfortunately I will not do the wings again.

Went here for a birthday dinner and a little entertainment.. kareoke first Monday of the month is what brought us here. Guy running it was kinda rude. We asked what the procedure is and he said man let me get set up? System is low and not set properly, some singers you can hear and some not and it's just a small space, weird but if you don't know what your doing with your equipment that's what you get. Probably good it's just once a month for them. Food meh, Ravioli with meat was just squishy like it was some kind of canned meat put in a blender to put it nicely. Chicken Alfredo with broccoli was too salty and the broccoli was so green it made the pasta taste as such..no real flavor.. the antipasto salad was a huge bowl of lettuce some ham and a lot of olives and peppers.. the best thing they had going was the garlic knots..bread sticks was like day old pizza dough eewa.. sighhh hate dislike just spending money with a business who should know what food they serve.

Our group stopped there for lunch. There pizza slices are big and tasted good. Their meat ball sub was very good. Meat balls are very large. The garlic knots are not small, they are huge. Very tasty.

Both my husband and I had gluten free pizza. Both of our pizzas were the worse pizza we have ever eaten. Meat lovers with almost no meat. White with ricotta just piled on, no flavor at all. I haven’t even gotten to the crust being so tough neither one of us could chew it. That was the ONLY. gluten free option they had to offer. Not even pasta of any type. Serves was great, atmosphere was nice. Other foods may be good but not ours and we do not plan on going back.

Absolutely mediocre food like undercooked pizza, Tough meatballs, greasy Philly cheesesteaks, never consistent and pricey. "But worse than anything is this place/ people pick and chooses when they decide to open or close? We’ve called an hour before closing dozens of times only to find out they had closed because business was slow THEY SAID. $39 >1 pizza 3 toppings, 1 French fry, 1 soda. Not including tip ($5 each topping) Lol

I've been to Luigi's a number of times and never had an issue with anything I've eaten, until today. I ordered 3 garlic knots, and a slice with pepperoni and green peppers.i waited 40minutes for the knots, and they were very cool And then another 20 minutes for my slice.the pepperoni came as usual with lots of the meat. But got the same price as an added ingredient with only 7 LITTLE pieces of green pepper. I did not complain. But it is ridiculous to pay extra f7 pieces of pepper.

The food is always good but I will never eat there when it is cool out again. They had the A/C on making it very cold inside and when asked if they could make it a little warmer I was told that cook would be uncomfortable then .Wrong answer.

Went with a party of 7, everyone enjoyed their meals. I got the veal Parmigiana, it was the best veal I've had. Would come back any day just to buy it again :) and my wife says the antipasta and the balsamic vinigarette and creamy italian dressings were the best she's had. They also have cauliflower crust pizza for the gluten free folks, my friend that got it said it was better than many others she has tried because it has a thickness to it #thicc

Family owned and operated. Very layed back atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is to die for and the portions are huge. Highly recommend.

I read reviews that the pizza was good. Honestly, I was not impressed. It was ok at best. I will definitely go back and try a meal. The service was excellent and very friendly.

This is my go to favorite place to eat! It’s pure comfort food that always makes myself and family nothing but pure excited to get our food from here. We have tried everything on the menu(6 in our family) and never can commit to just loving one thing bc everything’s so good! If you have friends or family coming over- order take out- you’ll be a hit! All I know is when we get Luigi’s the energy level goes up in our house bc everyone’s so happy! Must try! Never disappointed- so proud they are in our community.

We order through Slice. The food is amazing. The homemade bread is to die for! The staff is always so friendly! When I did have a problem with my order the manager was amazing! The alfredo sauce is very good the chicken piccata was so yummy. My husband will only get pizza from here now!

Great little restaurant with amazing food. The chicken and veal parm and lasagna are outstanding! Their meat sauce has so much flavor and it’s perfect for sopping up the sauce with your garlic knots. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. This place is definitely highly recommended.

The Alfredo was impeccable and the marina, so warm and welcoming. Both were Che Buona! I can't wait to have the calamari, the tentacles are the best part! I have no doubt it'll be tender. See yall soon!

I was blown away with this smallish Italian & pizza place. Service was spectacular. Attentive and knowledgeable. We had 4 different dishes. They do their own meatball which are the size of baseball hardball and tasty. We had both marinara and meat sauce. The marinara sauce was very tasty light and not overly acidic. The manicotti was tasty with good ricotta and not over cooked. I had eggplant Parmesan which was also tasty and well prepared. I had ziti which was prepared al denti. The lasagna was tasty but smallish stacked. Spaghetti and meatballs came with 3 meatballs. Price for lunch on a Sunday was outstanding. Value wise lunch or dinner you can't go wrong here

I really love this place. The food is great. The staff are friendly and seem to be happy. They have live music Tuesday nights. I go the quite often.

We always order deliver pizza from here and never being disappointed. Had friends Come up for the weekend so we dined in. Our waitress Brandi was AMAZING! The food was yum yum yum!

Un lugar divino, no muy ruidoso, perfecto para comer, los raviolis de queso son espectaculares, la lasaña es literal una explosión de sabor! El pan con ajo es suave, esponjoso, la mantequilla es perfecta, la ternera es suave y prácticamente se derrite en tu boca, en definitiva, no me cansaría de comer allí, las chicas que te atienden son DIVINAS, atentas, amables, con una excelente actitud, este lugar en un 10 de 10

The atmosphere, service and especially the food were all more than expected meaning it was all awesome. It doesn't matter if it's your first time or 100th time they make you feel like a long time friend and close family. Definitely try them out!!!

2nd time on a holiday weekend they were closed, Labor Day. Message when called had message to hold 2nd in queue, then it just rings. How about a message that your closed? Only other compliant was bought a piece of cheesecake to go on my birthday, $6.00 for a sliver that wasn’t even shareable!! Are you kidding, it wasn’t even kid size it was toddler size!!! Granted best pizza in this area and the people are friendly, we are just frustrated about these couple of things.

The pasta and clam sauce the white one the best I've ever had they give you plenty and I have to say I had enough for three meals with a salad. My girlfriend had the chicken alfredo and she said it was to die for the chicken was tender not dry and the Alfredo sauce was not grainy it was creamy. Been coming here on and off for years and I always feel this is the best Italian restaurant in the neighborhood.

Homey mom & pop tasty italian comfort food. We ordered several dishes, and all were great. Their pizza is fully customizable and gives the opportunity to create some delicious concoctions! Our only constructive criticism would be for the fried mushrooms, either the oil was too hot or dirty, it made the mushrooms a bit overdone. The ac in the establishment does make it a wee warmer than is comfortable, but that could have just been a one-time occurrence. Lots of the other patrons around us seemed like regulars, and we loved seeing the servers remember things like drink orders and favorite meals.

Update a year later - still excellent food and service. Traditional community Italian pizza and pasta dishes with excellent sauce. Not fancy, and very busy takout. I love the sausage and angel hair dinner. I ask for a box when they bring the entre because no human can eat the whole thing. You will not be dissapointed. Cearly this isn't just a pizza joint.

Baked Zita was fantastic...Garlic knots....Delicious....Will be back to try other dishes...Service was excellent..
