Just left Lynn’s and had to write a review. Three of us for lunch. We had 1 lb of steamed shrimp with Old Bay and served with warm garlic butter. 1 dozen oysters, and lobster stuffed with crabmeat. OH MY everything was off the chart GREAT and cooked to perfection. The best shrimp. The oysters were from Indian Pass and excellent. So glad to visit and will return. BTW, full-time resident of SGI.

This place is what EastPoint is all about. Everybody is friendly and helpful, my iced tea was never allowed to go empty, the gumbo and shrimp tasted wonderful, and their commercial selection of fresh and frozen seafood is the best in town. Stephanie had never tried gumbo before, so I knew exactly where to take her, and, as I knew she would, she absolutely loved it.

We stopped after making a drive down the coastline. Wow. First our server must have been having a really bad day. I aske for water with lemon - no lemon. That’s okay I’ll drink it. I asked for salt with my pitiful plate of 12 raw. What I got was SALTY from the server - she questioned you want salt with the oysters? Ma’am you don’t have to eat them. I requested extra lemon for the oysters and my daughter finally went and got them. Which brings us to the oysters - they were very small and not served on ice and kinda’ warm. My daughter ordered crab legs and they brought them out with a mallet to heat them open. Tough as nails. The smoked Mahi dip was really good. The cost was $70 and what we left with was a feeling of disappointment. 10 out 10 Do Not Recommend.

First visit to Lynn’s .. The Oyster’s were the freshest oysters’s Ive ever eaten. Fish dip, Gumbo and Shrimp are excellent!! Friendly wait staff, very attentive and they even gave ice water and love to our dog. The food and atmosphere is excellent .. very relaxing and friendly!! Highly recommend ❤️

In the middle of nowhere... Lol... This is the model for all of seafood world..! My wife and I anniversary, and vacation here only because of Lynn's... Seriously... I love oysters... No one comes close... Mahi dip... I've tried for years to copy what they do here... Nope, just gotta go... Lol Staff, view, fresh market... I could go on... Don't go... You'll be hooked for life..! We love you Lynn's.......! Don't change anything..!

Smoked mahi dip is out of this world. You gotta stop her for sure!!!!!! Add a little tiger sauce for a lil bit of heat you won’t be disappointed.

We visited on vacation 5/16/24. We ordered the Gumbo, Mahi Dip and Shrimp Pasta Salad. Everything we ordered was very good, especially the Gumbo. Quality was on point, but they lack quantity. The menu is so very small. The view on the other hand is out of this world. You are sitting right over the bay outside. We watched a dolphin swim right in front of us and fish jumping out of the water it was incredible.

Fresh oysters..Rockefeller oysters needed more broil time .

I bought $70 of "fresh" seafood...grouper filets scallops shrimp. My grouper filets were spoiled! I called and left a message and informed them. Noone ever bothered to return my call. Since when does a fresh seafood house have to sell rotten fish?

A bit pricey for what it is. The $16 grits and shrimp special was a small plastic bowl with grits and about 6 tiny shrimp. Lovely waitress. Setting overlooks rusting hulks on the water.

Lynn's quality oysters were just that incredible! With an excellent choice of sauces including some locally made super hot one's. My wife had the steamed shrimp and also fantastic. The folks there were super friendly. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and the homemade key lime pie was amazing!!! I also took a to go gumbo and tried it. I can't wait to finish it tomorrow.

The steamed shrimp are always really good. The seafood pasta is good too.

It pains me to leave such a low review, but I think patrons should know that all though this appears to be a homey and casual seafood spot, the prices are that of a high-end establishment. The good: Our server and staff were incredibly nice and hospitable. The views off the back deck were amazing! The bad: The “market price” for their oysters were outrageous. The size of the oysters were so small and the ingredients were sub-standard. For $22/dozen we got a teeny oyster topped with a teaspoon of cream cheese and a pickled jalapeño. Pretty basic for what they’re charging. Such a shame too because if they kept their prices fair we would likely come back, but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Was in town for a duck hunt with Williamson Outfitters and saw Lynn’s oysters. I always frequent local establishments any place I go. Lynn’s looked just like the place I would love. Had 1/2 dozen raw and a local beer. The oysters were so good I got a dozen more, then got told about the homemade key lime pie! I asked if I could move in! Great little local restaurant with a sweet staff! Going to make this little place my restaurant when I am in town! Plus they sell seafood! Go to Lynn’s!!

If you like sea food, skip all those fancy-shmancy places and look no further than Lynn's Quality Oysters!!! Good people, great food!!!

The oysters and steamed shrimp were awesome. We got some red snapper and rock crab to go for dinner. The red snapper was bad. As soon as we unwrapped it, the smell was horrible. It was not edible. The crab was not fresh either. We were so disappointed. There went $60 down the drain. My advice is to smell it before you buy it.

Best Shrimp I’ve ever had anywhere. Great atmosphere. Awesome back porch over the water. My favorite restaurant in the Apalachicola area.

If you know, you know! Best spot for oysters, shrimp, fish dip, and stone crab... and the gumbo! Wow I dream about this place when I'm back home.

If you love the panhandle, and oysters then you can’t find better. It’s a great spot on the water, the folks are down to earth, the service is endearing, and the food is fresh from the water. Priced good, plenty to take home from the cold bar, and I’d be remiss to suggest you use and enjoy their cocktail sauce. Those oysters don’t need anything but that delicious condiment, and you’ll understand.

The Oysters, Crab , shrimp are fresh and delicious . Granny's Gumbo is very good as well. The shrimp dip is a must to try or to bring home a container of to snack on later.

Food is great, pricey if you consider the facility condition, and inept wait staff.

We had the most delicious shrimp and grits we’ve ever eaten! Better get there early! It’s only available on Tuesday until they run out. The Captain Jack Oysters and Garlic Parmesan Oysters were so fresh and tasty! Everyone was super friendly. Each person that passed our table asked if we needed anything. We were able to sit on the deck overlooking the bay with our little dog and they even brought her some water. We bought some jumbo shrimp from the market to cook and plan on going back again for more fresh seafood. We highly recommend this place!

The absolute best oysters and shrimp. Came back for more and this time got the gumbo and oysters. Gumbo is perfect! The servers are super friendly and will take good care of you.

Such a great little joint. The food was excellent. Ironically they were out of oysters so we ordered the shrimp; my wife and I ate a pound of those bad boys. Our two children enjoyed their corn dogs after all four of us demolished the smoked mahi mahi dip. And finished off our meal with key lime pie! It was eaten too fast for me to get a picture. We will be back again tomorrow night to partake of the oysters and more key lime pie. Oh and probably we'll get another order of the smoked mahi mahi dip while we wait for our oysters to be shucked.

Didn't set out to dine here because I wanted fried shrimp. I have to say that it was a great experience. The steamed shrimp are so tasty, I also loved the shrimp dip.

Best!!! Oysters I've had outside of Biloxi Mississippi Oyster House !! You won't be disappointed.

Got down there and they are closed 14-20 August 2023 for maintenance. Reopening Aug 21. Last time we came here several years ago we bought some of the best smoked tuna and crab dip we’ve ever had. I don’t Hopefully they will be open next time we visit Eastpoint.

Well worth a visit. Classic hole in wall place with good food and great service

The oysters are market price and the day I went they were $1.50. Fresh, quality, well shucked Gulf oysters. I would pay $1.50 to have someone shuck an oyster I already owned, or pay $1.50 to acquire an unshucked oyster. For that low price, at Lynn's, you get both. What more do you need to read? They have some house hot sauces made by local people which is a nice touch. Decent beer selection, decent beer prices. Service was good. Gumbo was also good.

Solid raw oysters and a friendly staff. Pro-tip - if you want to have the smoked fish dip (which is yummy) - instead of spending $7 for less than two ounces of the stuff at your table spend $10 at the fish counter and walk out with a half of a pound of the stuff. Two stars off for literally every thing is served to you with disposable stuff....plates, cutlery, water bottles, etc. They also refuse to give you tap water but instead will sell you a bottle of water for $2 instead. And they charge 3.5% for the privilege of using a credit card. And if they could put a self closing door device on the back door that the servers use to get to the porch - that would be rad. The AC has zero chance to catch up because this door is not closed by the staff. Overall, a quirky restaurant that could use some of it's profits to put back into the shop. There are too many other oyster restaurants to try in the area - I won't be back.

We rolled down to the coast and Lynn’s was exactly what we needed. The food was good and everyone was so nice. They had chillers outside so it was actually comfortable!

Just came here to buy some fresh fish to take home after going by 13-Mile and they were closed. Lynn's was open, clean and cool inside, and plenty to pick from. The lady helping me was very sweet and after casually mentioning I had 1.5 hr drive ahead, she packed them on heavy ice and double bagged everything so carefully. 100% recommend!

Had the smoked Smoked Mahi Mahi dip appetizer and it was amazing! Dinner was shrimp seasoned with Old Bay and they were absolutely delicious. Service was quick and employees were delightful.

The food is good, I had stuffed flounder. I think it’s their specialty dish. It was very delicious. We sat on the screened in back porch and had a great view of the fishing company deliveries. Fascinated by that. After dinner we made a stop at The Carrabelle Bottle House. Worth the detour.

Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met ! Good southern hospitality and the atmosphere is wonderful not to mention the views. Crab legs basically peeled their self (didn’t get a picture we ate them to quickly). Gumbo was the best I’ve had. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Can’t recommend this place enough !

BEST meal!!! If you want oysters, this is the place to go! I’ll be back, you can count on that!!!
