I had the chicken tortellini with Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce was very thin and watery and the chicken was bland. I also thought price was extravagant for the portion size, and the food was cold when served. However, the staff service was pleasant enough.

Omg this place was so nasty! We got the chicken Alfredo and it was cheap chicken thighs with no seasoning! The Alfredo sauce tasted like watered down cold milk. On top of that the food was cold when they brought it out! I will never step foot in this place again! I hope I’m not up all night puking my brains out! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Really enjoyed this little place. Food was really very good. And I'm a lil bish when it comes to Italian food. Love music. The lady killed it. I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Good job guys!

Just an amazing alternative to normal coastal fare. Great wine list, wonderful Deserts and all the entree make you wish you could eat more. A little slice of Little Italy - don't miss it.

Having visited the local area about seven years ago, we were pleasantly surprised to come upon this new addition to the Eastpoint area when we were here this Memorial Day holiday week. The wife and I had a fabulous meal with what I consider the best food in the area. We had the tastiest Baked Caprese’ Salad for our app followed by Pappadella Pasta Bolognese & Fresh Buratta. YUM!!! Kayla was our server and she was super pleasant and made our experience that much better. We highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We absolutely loved our experience. Everyone on staff were so attentive. The food was perfection. We were happy that the menu was not overwhelming. They had a pianist playing this night that was wonderful. Such a pleasant evening. I hope more visitors to the area try this lovely restaurant! Laidback & comfortable!

Quiet, reasonably-priced Italian food in an upscale setting. The food was great, especially the lasagna. Everything was very fresh, down to the kids meals.

Exceeded expectations!! We had the Cajun pasta with shrimp and andouille sausage and the vegetable lemon wine pasta both were great Good wine and beer selection

Amazing food, especially desserts, and service! Atmosphere I dropped off a star, only because it’s a large room and when full can get pretty loud and over-stimulating. The menu is limited (but plenty to choose from and high quality ingredients), which just means that everything is delicious, as opposed to a large menu of food that is just “ok”. The staff was very welcoming and attentive and gave options to make the meal kid friendly. The desserts were my favorite part! The meal was extremely memorable and worth every penny, I’d highly recommend to anyone and cannot wait to return on our next trip!

Cozy atmosphere, great staff, and amazing food.

I had the most wonderful experience at my favorite Italian place! The atmosphere was absolutely delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The cozy and charming decor created a cozy and intimate ambiance that made me feel right at home. The soft lighting and acoustic guitar playing in the background added to the overall charm of the place. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout the evening. The food was simply divine, with each dish bursting with flavor and made with the finest and freshest ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enchanting Italian dining experience with the best atmosphere! The lunch is divine too!!

We enjoyed the spaghetti and a big meatball. The server did fine even though the cashier lady kept interjection. Lasagna was yummy. The kids loved the butter noodles. My wine tasted a little old. It's a nice place.

A nice small very busy Italian Restaurant in Eastpoint. The food was really good I had the lasagna. The wife had the Chicken Parm. Both were excellent. Nice list of desserts too. Service was excellent and quick.

My husband and I had heard good things about Mangia and wanted to give it a try. It is well worth a visit and we weren't disappointed. Our server was excellent. My husband had lasagna and I had chicken Parmigian. Both dishes were beautifully plated and were delicious. The menu offers 3 types of salads and 5 pasta entrees. Entrees are $20. We both were pleased with our choices and would definitely eat at Mangia again.

We were so yhankful for finding Mangia 850 during our month stay on SGI. Simply delicious.

Great place to go if you are tired of Oysters, Shrimp or Fish and fried food - tasty pasta dishes and more, nice vine selection and the owner is a wonderful and caring lady doing also charity cooking for the needy in the area every week

Wonderful service and good food. I loved the live music ( my favorite part of the dinner).

Great salad and sandwich. This is a quaint and casual restaurant with great service and prices. IT has a wonderful view of the bay. My server's son was helping his mom out clearing plates and bringing drinks out to the table. There is a great selection of wines and some good beer choices. I would recommend this place when visiting or passing through Eastpoint.

We LOVED this place...and ate there as much as we could during our St. George stay. The Garlic Crostini and the Lasagna...DELICIOUS. Super sweet, genuine people that run the place and the food was incredibly fresh and homemade! Best food around!

A very very limited menu with most entrees being in bolognese sauce. So not much variety. They also have limited staffing. Wouldn't recommend busy hours

The food was really good. The waiter wasn’t great. He was not friendly in the least bit and definitely not very great at serving. Maybe he was having a bad day. It happens.

I reviewed Mangia three years ago when it was in the strip mall down the road. Now, it is in a more prominent place of U.S. 98. The quality of the food remains the same--in a word, excellent. For people looking for a restaurant in the area that is a cut above and not a beachy seafood restaurant, this is a good, satisfying choice. For those of you used to Michelin three stars, be advised that the ambience is still a bit on the concrete block side, but the service, coupled with the friendliness of the servers, will help you quickly forget that,

My favorite restaurant, hands down in the forgotten coast area. Food is amazing! If there's anything to say negative it would be Limited open days and hours.

The service was excellent, it took over an hour for 2 pasta entrees and a sandwich. I actually had to leave prior to getting the meal, my friend stayed and brought it to me later. The sauce on the spaghetti tasted pre-made (canned). After an hour wait there was nothing comped (over $60 for a lunch we didn't get to eat), no apology from anyone other than the waitress and again she was awesome!

We were very skeptical about an Italian restaurant around all the seafood. But, it was great. We had the lasagna and the parmesan chicken. Salad was very good. Just the right amount of food. We were very full and satisfied. Had live music while we ate.

Thought this place was going to be good because of the reviews. Ummm no. The place gets packed pretty quick (small inside and not many tables, decore is cute), however we were there soon after they opened for dinner at 5pm so we got seated quickly. The A/C can't keep up with Florida heat so be prepared to sweat to death. There were only maybe 4 tables with customers when we arrived but while we sat there waiting for our order ALL the tables filled quickly (including a table of 12). As we are waiting and waiting for our order (for 2 people an hour later) I noticed 3 other tables receive orders before us?!?! Excuse was because they prepare orders that can be quickly sent out first...wrong (don't lie to customers) a table that came after us got their order before us and had ORDERED THE EXACT THING AS US (menu is limited). When we finally got our food it was barely warm and chicken parm is supposed to be fried not grilled (it's not grilled...more like microwaved). The lasagna was in a "boat" plate that was put in the oven, everything on the outside was scorching hot except the center and the sausage inside looked like it was cooked yesterday morning. Also sauce on both tastes exactly like chef boyardee! Everything was VERY bland. We left without eating our main dish. Wasn't even offered a discount for less than eatable food that cost near $60 for two people. Will not be back!

A taste of Italy at the beach! Took a party of 8 to this restaurant on a Friday night. Was able to call ahead and make a reservation same day. The atmosphere was great. Service was exceptional. And the food...the food was delicious. The chef special was blue crab ravioli. It was great, but the Bolognese sauce stole the show. Our kids loved the chicken parmesan. You should definitely try this place when you're visiting SGI.

Great spot to eat if you are craving Italian. The atmosphere is simple and sufficient. It got a little loud as more folks came to visit. The live music was a great touch. The wait staff were very friendly and had great suggestions. The Bolognese was quite frankly some of the best I have had. Others that were in my party said their food ranged from good to excellent. No one left disappointed. I assume they were the owners, but they came to the table and greeted us and were super nice and friendly. I observed that they greeted every table and were giving hugs to some and it felt like a nice family atmosphere. The only things I have negative to say, and at this point I would be nit picking, the Italian meatball was great and rustic but needed a tad bit of salt, the baked caprese was a nice idea and I enjoyed it but it lacked basil so it was a little one note, and one person said their chicken was a little over cooked. A note on the caprese, the tomato was a whole slice so it made it a little watery since it was baked. If the seeds and internals were scooped out, I bet the consistency would be better. Again, it was nice and I am nit picking but you may have something real special with a few tweaks. The whole meal was a tad on the pricey side, but inflation is real, despite that fact I thought the price was worth it for the quality and quantity of the food.

What a great spot for good Italian!! The bread they bring out with the oil is just so good. I got the house dressing with my salad which I highly recommend if you like vinaigrette. Husband got fettuccine with spicy Aurora sauce which was very tasty and had a nice spice to it. I got my favorite...gnocchi with the not spicy Aurora sauce and it did not disappoint. We had the waiter help us choose a dessert and he suggested the creme Brule cheesecake. It was probably one of the best cheesecakes we have ever had!!! Fabulous atmosphere, great service and a very satisfying, happy Italian feast!!! We will be back!!

This place is incredible! Very friendly staff, delicious food, large wine selection, nice background piano music, and yummy dessert! I had the Italian garden pasta and added shrimp on top with the Mediterranean salad! Was very pleased with my choice. I did get to try the spicy aurora sauce and it was to die for! I will be getting that myself next time we come back. Wish we lived closer to come back more often!

We stopped in for lunch while exploring the area. Their menu is very limited, so I settled for grilled chicken Alfredo, while my wife opted for the salad with grilled shrimp. I have found very few Italian restaurants that actually make a rich full flavor Alfredo sauce, and this place was no different. The sauce was fairly runny with very little flavor and richness. The grilled chicken was OK, nothing special. My wife's salad was not very memorable, while the grilled shrimp were over cooked. If you like Chef Boyardee you'll probably be OK with this place. If you like really good Italian food, you may want to bypass this place.

Wife's pasta and meat balls tasted much better than the chicken parmesan sandwich. Place is old and could use a face-lift. Service was good.

Food was tasty but not hot enough and no salt, pepper or parm was on the table.

Service was good and the lazagna was excellent. Chicken was tough and overall a little $$$ but enjoyable for an Italian meal out.

I've had frozen Italian food and box wines with more flavor. Maybe I'm jaded because they charged $75/person for a "limited menu Valentine's Day dinner", but it just wasn't worth it to me.

We went with friends on a very busy night and service and food was very good. I had the Chef's special, Shrimp with Alfredo, and the others had the Lasagna with one having Spaghetti with meatballs. Everything was delicious! My Alfredo was a light sauce which I prefer. We will definitely go back.
