Great food with family atmosphere!

A person I know worked here and was given tips many times and not allowed to keep it! A tip being left for an employee is for the employee not the business owner to keep and spend on how they see fit. I and others I know frequent this establishment on a regular basis and the food is awesome. Friends and associates were also confused about the tips they left behind for the employee not making it to the employee! Gratuity" is defined in the Labor Code as a tip, gratuity, or money that has been paid or given to or left for an EMPLOYEE by a patron of a business over and above the actual amount due for services rendered or for goods, food, drink, articles sold or served to patrons. Patrons assume when they leave a tip for the employee that they will receive it and be able to keep that tip that was specifically left for them. Under Maine law a tip lift for a employee is the employees and owner manager supervisor are not allowed to collect on that tip. Another way it can be done is that tips can be pooled together and at end of the shift or work week they get divided up appropriately. From what I've seen and told this never happens and employees never seen any portion of the tips left for them. Again food is awesome I believe you should rethink how tips being collected. If employees can't keep tips don't accept them because your customers are leaving the tips for the employees not the owner or management. I'm more than welcome for someone to prove me wrong and don't have a problem with being wrong If you're never wrong then you don't have a chance to learn. I believe 99-100 % of your customers leaving tips believe employees are receiving them and they would be upset to find out that they are not. Again food and service is 5+ stars 🤩 This is the only negative thing I have to say and a customer wouldn't know and wouldn't affect their experience. I only know this from prior employees experiences and I've left tips for them and they never received them so I tipped them again when I seen them again waiting at another establishment. I left that tip for her not the owner. She left because of this and other issues but makes twice as much now allowed to keep her tips. I wouldn't have left a tip if I had known they can't keep them.

What a sweet spot! I had a breakfast burrito and it was so yummy! Everyone there was super nice, will definately go back!

Delicious paninis and salads, and great service

Food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect for meeting up with friends or entertaining tiny children. Chef Toni’s to go meals and catering are perfect to freeze and have on hand and have been our go to gift to many a friend or family member who could benefit from some food love.

Hidden gem! So happy to have found this lovely cafe with a great selection of pre-made meals. My family LOVED the breakfast burritos. I’ve also had the yummy tuna melt & Italian panini- perfection!. So delighted to grab Coq AU Vin for dinner and it did not disappoint! . Today I picked up lunch (peanutty noodles) and the chicken enchiladas for dinner. This will be my go- to stop on my way home from visiting my granddaughter! Don’t miss out!

Absolutely love this spot! Nestled in the DeLorme building, “Eartha” greats you and tucked around the corner is a cafe full of smiling faces and fresh pastries! It’s hard to find healthy meals on the run, but Toni and her team are on point every time I’ve been in. I literally CRAVE the veggie panini and chocolate macadamia cookies. The pre-order meals have been a live safer during those weeks cooking at home just doesn’t happen. Worth a drive around the construction. And love supporting a woman-owned small business!!

Love this place! Kind, helpful staff, and DELICIOUS food! I love stopping in for a latte and a breakfast burrito in the morning, and an Italian meat panini in the afternoon. My daughter loves to check out the big globe too. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Toni's food is incredible!! I absolutely love the take home meal options. Makes dinner simple on those nights that are busy! Best pasta salad in the world!

Love this spot! Amazing food- I have had breakfast, treats, lunch and bought her pre made food to bring home for dinner! Everything has tasted amazing- it’s like homemade deliciousness on the go! Her cafe area is bright, fun and comfortable.

Such an amazing little cafe! Not only are the lunch options yummy, but the to go prepared meals are amazing. I gifted a Mac and cheese to my daughter since they’re in a busy season of life with a toddler and my husband and I used another as an at home date night. Restaurant quality meal for $16 far beats the price of most dinners out. So psyched that they’re now opened Saturdays for us full time workers.

I have used Magna Terra Cafe for two catering events- one quite large and the other smaller. Absolutely everything was delicious. The table was beautiful. If you ever have a chance to have Toni’s dumplings and her pasta salad do not pass it up! We have also done take home meals - so easy to heat up and delicious. So much less expensive than eating out these days but you still don’t have to cook! Can’t wait to get to the cafe!

Toni and her team clearly put a lot of love into everything they make, you can't go wrong with anything at all! It's such a cool space for dining in, but there are so many options for takeaway too! Highly recommend!

I love stopping here when I drive through Yarmouth on the highway. It's the perfect stop for breakfast, lunch, or to grab ready-to-go meals for dinner on your way home! I absolutely LOVE their paninis, their baked goods, and had the best stuffed portobello mushroom of my life there.

Nice café to visit and to check out Eartha, the large globe. But a word of warning, do not ask for oat milk in your coffee -it is an extra dollar! If you get cream in your coffee, no extra charge. Figure that one out.

Magno Terra is such a unique café! The food is delicious! I ordered the Italian panini and it was amazing! We took home some chicken salad so we didn't need to worry about dinner. My daughter loved Eartha, the HUGE rotating globe, which is in the same building and fully visible from your seat. Such an neat and yummy spot. I highly recommend it for eat in and take out.

This place is a gem! Tucked away just off Route 1 this place in inside the Garmin building that has the giant globe of the world. Literally the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had! Bakery items are amazing as well.

Magno, Terra Café, prepared substantial hors d’oeuvres for 80 people for a memorial gathering. The platters were beautifully arranged. It was the perfect amount of food, and everyone commented on how delicious it all was. Many thanks to everyone who helped prepared the beautiful spread.

Staff was polite, professional, quick and above all else, pleasant. The sandwiches, soup and pasta salads are all delicious. Not mention a fun experience due to the location. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent food and drink. Great place to pop off the highway because you're also getting an awe inspiring experience of a Guinness World Record globe. For all the locals it's going to be an easy breakfast, lunch, and dinner pickup!
