Exceptional all the way around! So good, in fact, we booked our staff Christmas party!

The food, service and atmosphere are fantastic! The prices, however, are absolutely ridiculous!!! We used to come in at least once or twice a week when you lowered your prices to be reasonable/consistent with other similar restaurants but you raised your prices again so we won’t be coming back. If you want to keep business, lower the prices permanently. It looks really bad to the customer to see the prices change all the time for the same dishes… this is why your restaurant is empty 95% of the time. You are causing your servers to lose money by raising the prices and keeping the customers away. It’s not fair to them and we won’t support it.

Visiting my daughter in Florida. Came in for dinner. The appetizers were so so . The garlic knots were to big and douging. The caprese salad the tomatoes were not ripe at all. Just ate the mozzarella cheese of it. The pasta dish with olive oil was good though.

We’ve loved Main Street trattoria, it’s been our go to pizza place since we moved here in November. We loved their Monday and Thursday pizza deals. Recently, in April, they slashed their prices and got rid of the pizza deal. We attended tonight, it was first Friday, but we had to go inside after we were seated to get a server, it took a while to get our check and prices have gone back to their original price. The server was very sweet but we were a little disappointed in tonight’s service and prices.

The worst pesto dish I had ever. Tasted like they poured it out of a cardboard box. Entrees came before appetizers, then we get told that actually they are out of the calamari - like 45 minutes after we ordered them. I will not come here again. Just poor performance.

Gonna keep it simple - avoid, avoid, avoid. Unless: - You like to wait 50 minutes on a dead night for an undercooked pizza - You enjoy no ice in an iced tea - You enjoy sugar packets that’s have are actually little bags of months old sugar-esque rocks - You don’t care if your waitress and/or staff speaks English (which is kind of important when ordering so they can understand what you said) - You enjoy watching the manager sit down with a hot meal a few tables over, 30 minutes after you ordered, starving, and still waiting - You don’t mind asking for a takeout box for your undercooked pizza and never getting it, and you enjoy getting up and getting it yourself, 15 minutes after you asked for it, while the waitress who said she would get it is hanging at the front having a great laugh with a co-worker, oblivious to pretty much everything going on. If you like all that, then you’ll love it!

I waited at the counter for almost 10mins waiting to be sat but instead I was ignored by the staff. I made repeated eye contact with staff as they walked by waiting for someone to talk to about being sat. At one point as I was waiting at the counter one of the waitresses came up to the computer to put something in. She completely ignored us and then left instantly. I left right after. There was also no mention of it being self serve

We have dined at this restaurant twice now and it is our new favorite Italian place to eat! The food is authentic and amazing and they have the most smoothest Cabernet Sauvignon in town! Maria is an absolute joy to have as a server!

Pizza tasted good but ingredients were seriously lacking. 5-6 pepperoni slices, a few peppers, about 5 slices of mushrooms. That's what you get for fast food first Friday. Disapointed

I am going to give this place the benefit of the doubt on the quality of the pizza since it was music on Main and it was super super busy. The pizza crust was super soggy, which is weird because it had no sauce. The servers were great and always had a smile. We will definitely be back, though. Large pizzas are between 25 to 28 bucks, and spaghetti is around 26, so it is not cheap.

MST seems to be trying turn things around. This is the best sidewalk location on main Street. Update 4/4 went back for pizza and it wasn't good

The atmosphere was great with outdoor seating and no wait time. The service was great and food came out quickly considering how crowded it was on a Saturday night. There was music playing and a lovely atmosphere. The actual dishes were all a bit bland and watered down for my taste, but was decent. I appreciate that they were attentive! We ordered the lasagna, spaghetti & meatballs, rigatoni, and flatbread pizza.

Bartender was terrible. He was slow and unengaged with the few customers he had. He preferred to walk around the outside of the restaurant than talk to people. We were drinking draught beer. Said he would go to check, and then came back to say there was no more. Magically, a new keg appeared 30 minutes later. Truth was he was too lazy to look for it or did not want to change it. Customer next to us waited forever for nearly 30; minutes and then asked if he could check on the pizza. The bartender stated "it will get here when it gets here". What a poor way to treat your customers. Will not be back.

Waitress was very nice but we ordered two basic pizzas and it took forever …..at least 35 minutes. Asked for the pizzas well done and only one pizza came out to the table. Waitress says let me check on the other pizza …..says it will be out in a few minutes. Finally other pizza comes out after waiting another 15 minutes and it is barely cooked and bland. Don’t waste your time here.…pizza is not good! I make better pizza at home with Walmart dough and canned tomato .

If you have an allergy stay away from this place. My daughter has a Gluten allergy (which was stated while ordering) and we asked for gluten free pizza. Not only did it take forever to get our food we were served a regular pizza and my daughter was sick for 2 days. The waitress with glasses was clearly careless and mind gone on top of the service being horrible (mind you the restaurant was empty) This place does not take allergies serious. I will not be returning and letting all of our family and friends to stay away.

This backs up most of the reviews that are on here. The drinks took too long, and the food was greasy. My pizza had so much grease the cheese couldn’t stay on and it was fighting for its life. The chicken parm wasn’t horrible but it was sorta bland. What gave me the ick about this restaurant is how the door was propped open and it resulted in a fly diving into my sprite. I’ve said my peace, now please fix your restaurant or your loosing valuable customers.

Food was undercooked. Served our table doughy garlic knots. Could not get the attention of our waitress for anything. I included a picture of the undercooked garlic knot (total of four of them, all of them were the same) Honestly felt like no one cared about us or acknowledged us

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to take our granddaughter for a late lunch. We had to keep reminding our waitress that we did not have drinks yet. I eventually just got up and went to the bar to get my glass of wine. The Buffalo chicken pizza was too greasy to eat. The meat pizza was extremely salty. We had to stop another girl and ask if she would send the waitress to our table to give us the check. The food was not good and the service was horrible. I do not recommend this place.

It was the worst meal I believe I have ever gotten at a restaurant, period. The prices were maxed out for the location. The menu was "lost in the translation" 7 guests - 7pm Saturday in the height of tourist season. Called at 5pm for reservation and they said yes. It was about half full when we arrived and quickly emptied out. The slot being open should have been a huge red flag. 1 star for food - we barely touched anything. No alcohol was ordered, with tip almost $500. Parmesan packets were complimentary. 3 star service - It was a show from bell to bell. Extremely comical, they really moved around the dining room. It was like playing the childhood game "whisper down the lane". We would tell the server something and just wait to see what came back. It really has us on the edge of our seats. 5 Star atmosphere - (entertainment) it was a mind blowing experience, we could barely stop laughing. We walked in to be greeted at the host stand. We had much difficulty conveying our reservation for 7 and that our party was 7. Several times we were asked how many? Once we settled that topic, we were escorted to our table for 4. After a server discussion, we were escorted to another table... For 4. Eventually, they realized the only party that had arrived at 7 with 7 people claiming to have a reservation was for the table they previously set up for a reservation of 7 at 7. We laughed, determined to enjoy the night and sat. Sarcastically, we made a few jokes about that miscommunication, once seated, and had a good laugh. We came up with a few crazy ideas about what could happen that would be funnier. They all came true! And dozens more! It was a blast. It was so insanely bad we couldn't even be upset. Halfway through, half the staff had joined in with the laughter. Half decent food and a theme disclaimer, this place would have people lined up to just have the experience. If it was intentional, it was flawless. Unfortunately, it wasn't their goal or ours either. I could have done without having to order pizza delivery when I got home to feed the crew also. It's unfortunate that someone's livelihood is at stake but the "dream" is only a fantasy. This place was lackluster with the previous owners but the new bunch is in an entirely different league. We will laugh with friends when sharing this experience till the end of our days. I hope someday you get to do the same.

Went on Friday night and we were the only people there. That should have been a clue to go elsewhere. The food is extremely overpriced and definitely did not taste freshly prepared. Service was very poor and waited forever for drinks and food even though no one else in the place. I do not make a habit of writing reviews but this restaurant needs to step up its game. ****Please note owners comment below and comment to another review that was not positive...calling him a liar!!!! These reviews ARE TRUE and the owners' failure to take it as an opportunity to improve the business is a major indicator of why this restaurant is subpar.

The food here is soooo good🥰 We got a large pizza, bruschetta, and caprese... Mmmm.... My new favorite place for Italian.

Atmosphere was cute but nothing special. Food took FOREVER and there were only three other tables with customers so hardly a busy night. Margarita flatbread was bland (especially the sauce). Caesar salad was tasty and a decent sized portion, at least, but the snail’s pace of the “service” far outweighed it. She kept us waiting for several minutes so she could bus empty tables even though she acknowledged my raised hand with a nod and smile. The server walked by so many times and never looked our way. My daughter’s Sprite was flat. I should have complained but didn’t. She got a refill that had substantially more fizz so clearly something was wrong the first time. On our way out, we heard a patron at the bar comment that the server was “oblivious” so it’s not just me. An hour and 15 minutes and $32 later for just a salad, flat Sprite and tasteless flatbread, we won’t be back.

Ordered take out and didn't get what I ordered. Drove Venice to try this place.

As a Chamber of Commerce President Emeritus, personally, I can tell you this trattoria is nothing short of fabulous. My wife had chicken marsala and I had chicken Parmigiana with sautéed broccoli. Food = top notch. We eat at high end restaurants and non are any better. The chef does it right. The marinara is perfecto, chunky & delish. Our waiter, Martin, fast, friendly, apropos. All around wait time: normal, not to long. Price: I give it $$ very good when you check other area restaurants in this category. Time of dinner: 5:15pm Sunday, Mothers Day. Everyone was friendly, even on this stressful holiday. We will be back again this week. I can't see anyone having an negatives about this trattoria. MST, if you see this...KUDOS!

Very disappointed. Been here before, a couple of years ago, and everything was pretty good. This time around it was a terrible experience. We stop by here after church to have lunch because my friend had eight there a couple nights before and said it was very good. This time we ordered pizza which was for the most part good but it could have been cooked longer and more crispier crust.
