Love Mama's! Visit often with the kiddos and love it every time.

Right down the street from my home. Fair prices. EXCELLENT BREAKFASTS! Always excellent, friendly service. Clean tables!

I have been going here for a while before the last time I went which was horrible. Horrible service after going in on a not so busy day and waiting 30 minutes for our table, the waitress came up and straight up asked us “Are you guys ready to order?” No greeting, no can I offer you a drink no warm welcome like a normal customer. Im not asking to be treated like the queen of england but just basic customer service. Did not feel welcome at all our food had a hair in it and when we politely told the waitress (a different lady this time) she acted like she did not care did not offer another plate nor an apology for something so disgusting. Never going back. It was good while it lasted

A hidden gem. Mama Lot's was recommended by a customer at a local vendor who overheard is asking about local places to dine and we're so glad they did. A lovely restaurant and we sat outside in the patio area. Service from Lindsey was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and generous portions. The key lime French toast was so delicious and decadent! Lots of parking. Highly recommended.

Good basic food a little pricey

Amazing place to dine with the family or go on date night. Small chain of mom and pop restaurants that will treat you right and still have some delicious food.

We decided to go Monday to have lunch. We arrived at 1:20 and we're told they close at 2:00. We were a party of six adults. And we had one child with us. The first thing we were told that they close at 2:00. And they did not have any place for us. The countertop at the bar was completely empty. They had a four top and a two-top in the corner of available. That he did not offer us. I am so disappointed in the service that we received. I know one of your waitresses that have worked there for years. We have been ordering food for the past year. We always pick up and the food's always been pretty good. They told us to go to the other location which had more seating but would have taken us another 10 minutes to get to. Being a professional chef and owning my own business I have never been so disappointed in the service that we received. And I could guarantee this we will not be back. And I will everybody know the way we were treated.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food served. Undercooked bacon, non toasted roll, unsatisfactory amount of sausage gravy. Both of our meals were severely lacking. Did not have the chance to even comment on the food due to waitress not coming back. Had to quickly ask for check before she disappeared again. Would not go back.

I had the American skillette with sour dough toast and a side of sausage gravy and coffee. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly, the coffee was very good too !

This place is a hidden gem. The food is varied and always great. The service is top notch. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong. The beer list is a treat. Treat yourself!

After hearing many people say this is the spot for breakfast I had to give it a try. And yup!! When the coffee is delicious, you know you found a quality restaurant!

I don't usually rate anything but I went to the Ridge location for a fish fry dinner. It was almost 8 pm and they weren't busy at all so I was seated almost immediately. It then took almost 25 minutes for a server to even acknowledge me, despite buzzing all around the table asking each other whose table I was. The waitress took my drink order and there was another long pause before receiving my ice water. Not off to a great start but the kicker came when I ordered my meal. The waitress took my order, walked through the kitchen door and immediately came out carrying "my" dinner. The more I said to her that it couldn't POSSIBLY be my meal, the more my waitress insisted it was. She felt I had waited long enough; she wasn't letting me wait any more. While I appreciate the gesture, the fish fry was cold and soggy, fries were limp and not even room temperature and my broccoli (they ran out of slaw) was ice cold and had no seasoning or butter on it at all. I would have rather waited for fresh food than be served someone else's leftovers! So disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be back any time soon. Worst dining experience I've had in quite some time.

Best fish fry in the area!! Friendly, competent staff. Turn around time from ordering to food being presented was excellent. We will be back.

Not as good as it has been in the past. Blueberries were previously frozen. Did not taste good. French toast could be a lot better. And try offering poultry sausage.

Great atmosphere, decent food, terrible service

Mama Lor's (the one on Ridge Road in Webster) continues to up their game with a menu that never goes too far, but offers something for just about everyone and a crew that clearly seems to care about their guests. Slowly, but surely becoming a regular lunch spot. Excellent place to take a minute for yourself and enjoy a fantastic meal.

Unexpected gem found on our way from Rochester to Syracuse! WARM ATMOSPHERE - The staff were all welcoming, and our server provided attentive and friendly service. The restaurant is designed like you’re eating in someone’s home, definition of comfort food! GREAT FOOD & DRINK SELECTION- Ordered a beer on a whim initially, but turns out it’s not what I wanted at all. I abashedly asked the waitress to swap it for me (hate doing that), and she was gracious enough to do so without fuss. Loved the second one, Exit 40 Pale Ale! TASTY FOOD - So happy with the quality of our selections: Bavarian pretzel with incredible beer cheese, wings, boneless wings, garden salad. CAUTION: the pizza was extremely greasy, wouldn’t order that one again. All in all, fantastic meal in upstate NY.

I've only eaten at the bar, but the food has been excellent and the drink/draft selection is great! I need to check out their other location next time I'm up near the lake.

We ate on the patio, and it was noisy, but that was the only complaint. The food (fish fry mini for me and the apple pecan chicken salad, with steak instead of the chicken, for my wife) was very good! The service was prompt and courteous. The iced tea was not great, though supposedly fresh brewed. Overall, a very nice experience! The broccoli was excellent!!

Even though we had to go because of my wife being tired, the staff was wonderful. Especially our waitress who deserves more then I left for her. Cannot wait to go back when we can stay and fully enjoy the complete experience.

Delicious fish fry. Sam our waitress was fantastic! Patio area should have a drop down shade. We had to turn our tables because of sun.

Dinner: Our salads were served before we were done with the appetizer. Entree came before we were done with the appetizer or salads. EVERYTHING was VERY salty. It was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. This was my third visit. The first two were for lunch and were ok. Not going back.

We visited Mama Lors on a busy Friday night. After a brief wait we were seated in the long side dining room. By no fault of the restaurant we were seated by a very loud party of 4. The acoustics in that room are not great and it definitely was difficult to hear each other at our table. That being said, the service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and delicious. We definitely will be back.

Janelle (bartender) is kind, helpful and bubbly! She alone is worth the visit!! But…the food is great…best fish fry and gluten free pizza I’ve ever had and Marissa’s chocolate cake is to die for!

If I could make it 10 stars I would. Great service and the fish fry is amazing. Sat a huge party very easily. Highly recommend

This place has yet to disappoint. Every time, every meal, from the drinks to the apps, main courses and servers…how about you do yourselves a favor and bring your family and friends to this incredible establishment. Love it always.

Wow that food is amazing! I tried the cheesesteak this time and it was soooo good. My husband got the fish sandwich which was gigantic. The bartender Erin is really great! She's super personable and great at her job.

I don’t usually rate anything but this wasn’t a good experience. I ordered the prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy ( because they don’t offer baked potato). The prime came out and looked great until I started eating, it was cold. The server took it back to have them warm it some. After I received it back, yes it was warmer but the flavor had all but vanished and became very chewy. Not sure how they reheated but was the worst tasting prime rib I’ve ever had. Spent almost $90 for 2 meals and no compensation offered for cold food,etc. I will not be going back ever.

We ordered pick up last Friday night. Our order was not ready when promised. Now I could expect 5-10 minutes beyond the the "promised time" but it was over 45 minutes past the promised time. Not only that but I got home and discovered that our order was incomplete. Never again!

Never had a bad meal here. There can be a bit of a wait, especially if you go around brunch time. Went for a special event and staff was awesome in helping me organize it.

We went out of our way to visit here again. Such a variety of items. I would recommend trying! Breakfast lunch dinner

Mama Lor's Cafe was a great place to grab a casual and delicious bite! I had the Smoke House burger. In my opinion the BBQ sauce was too sweet however, the burger was juicy and cooked perfectly! It also had great quality cheese and bacon! I also tried their Seafood Bisque but was unfortunately disappointed with the quality and would not recommend. Their service (Samantha) was politely accommodating, very friendly and upheld a very professional standard--what an asset to the business! 4 out of 5 stars The best seafood soup (Lobster Bisque) still remains at Leaf & Bean, Chili, NY.

Great restaurant, More plant based options would be nice. Try a flavored Hummus in the wrap.

We have been there several times and will be returning for the unforeseeable future. The atmosphere is light and fun with a home town feel that is difficult to find these days. Food is always excellent and the staff truly wants to make their customers happy. A rare find that must be experienced.

The bacon was very good. The eggs were good. The mimosa was good. The pancakes 🥞 were not good. Too doughy, not brown enough.

Delicious breakfast at Mama Lor's! I gobbled down a Greek omelet that was packed with spinach, feta, and many other veggies! Waitress was very attentive! I cannot wait to go again!

I was there for a meeting with around 25 attendees. The staff did a great job taking care of us and my breakfast was great.

The most amazing food for the prices

Well we went for a fish fry and this is what we received... we ordered French Onion soup and a salad and a monster fish fry. The soup came and it was stone cold. They took it back. brought it again and it was still stone cold. Well then our fish fry came and the one piece of fish looked like it had been on the plate for an hour...it was soggy and definitely not beer battered like we ordered. The soup came back out after we were 1/3 of the way done eating our fish. Just wondering after we asked 3 times about our salads if they were coming and asking 3 different people. Finally after we stopping eating our cold fish and warmed up 3 times French onion soup our salad arrives. She told us she made them...I HOPE NOT...her hands had been touching every menu, plates, tables and God knows what else...needless to say I couldn't stomach the thought of her hands touching my food...don't you have chefs??? Not sure but I do believe that the order of things should be salad first, then " hot" soup, then the "hot" meal??? For spending $80.00 dollars this was one of our worse dining experiences. Hope things get better for you Oh...they took the soup off the bill... REALLY!!!! should had got all of our foods for free. It was awful....sorry

I don’t recommend this restaurant. They seem to have issues with their chefs and management. Not how they used to be. Mama Lors has definitely changed for the worse.

We have eaten here several times, but will not be back ever again! I ordered the special, which was supposed to have fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh marinated tomatoes, and poached eggs. The first time my food was brought out, I took a bite and had to spit it out because it was so cold. The eggs were overcooked, definitely not poached. The waitress brought the dish a second time. It didn’t have any cheese, nor marinated tomatoes. The tomatoes weren’t ripe, they were still green. When the waitress returned again, she asked if I wanted it remade. I said no since this would have been try number 3, it would have been another 10 minutes to make, and my family was already finished eating. We were ready for the bill. My husband asked for the manager, but she was absolutely unresponsive to our complaint. She only said I’m sorry, but made no other attempt to rectify this situation. I asked about the tomatoes not being marinated. She replied that they sprinkle Italian dressing on the tomatoes. I said that marinade indicates food sitting in a marinade for hours or overnight… marinating in sauce. She argued with me about the meaning of marinade, but I could tell that she was knowingly lying through her teeth. What restaurant doesn’t know what the process of marinating means? I asked her to correct the special’s board. I wanted her to take off “marinated” and “fresh mozzarella cheese”, since the dish was not being prepared as advertised. She refused to do this, which I found incredibly dishonest. I found the whole situation incredibly disgusting and dishonest. We used to think of Mama Lor’s as one of the good restaurants out there. I guess we were wrong about them. I wonder what else they’re lying about. We won’t go back to find out.

Been at Mama Lor's at least a dozen times. The fish fry is great, breaded, battered, or broiled. This time I had the salmon with pesto which was amazing. Also great place for breakfast.

Best eggs Benedict around. Great prices and huge portions. Only negative is parking is horrible and always occupied. I am aware of the lake road location but was not impressed with that location and have nothing positive to say about the lake Rd location.

Huge fish fry on the expensive side

Went there for years but in the last 2 years or so the food has gone down hill. Very sad

It was my first time eating there the servers was really friendly but the Environment wasn't so bright or respectful. I sat near a party of 8 or more. I hated where I was seated. The others was so loud and i felt uncomfortable I felt they was giving a werid vibe and kept Staring at us. Once we left all the customer who sat down eating there food give us a dirty look

It was fairly busy on our Wednesday afternoon stop. It is a popular place for the locals. There is a sit-at bar, and several sections of tables. Our food and the service were both really good. My burger was cooked to order and it was delicious. Parking is around, that's all I'll say.

Recently had breakfast at Mama Lor's and had an amazing meal. The food is delicious and they offer a great selection of options. Absolutely can't wait to visit again.

The service I receive everytime I eat at Mama Lor's (both locations) is always efficient and friendly, and the food is always filling and delicious. I had the "braveheart omelette" with the F.V. Cappuccino.

The food is delicious and well priced. Be warned that this is not a "hidden gem" and the wait can be an hour at peak times. Did I mention the food is delicious?! 😋 The drinks coming from the bar also looked good. I recommend going early in the morning to beat the weekend rush.

Was so excited to try this restaurant due to the great ratings & was disappointed with the food. They started out by running out of ALL of the pizzas! Seafood bisque was good but had a lot of imitation crabmeat in it & a few scallops. I was not expecting imitation crabmeat in a seafood bisque. The calamari was awful….tiny pieces & VERY over salted! Burger was supposed to be medium well and was served almost rare! Coffee tasted like it sat for hours and was very weak. Atmosphere & service was great….food….not so much🤮 Spent a lot of money (over $30 for calamari appetizer & a soup & coffee) & totally not worth it! Curious if the breakfasts are better but I’m scared now!

The food was so good! The spaghetti sauce was delicious! Our waitress was super sweet and it was super fast! Definitely recommend.

Mama Lor's has become a staple with me and my friends. One of the best places to get some breakfast in town. Perfect mix of creative and interesting specials and rock solid every day menu that keeps you coming back for a nice place to meet up on a Saturday morning.

The food is good, not amazing. The service is very good. Do not order a Bloody Mary if you like bloody Marys. They are tomato juice and vodka. There is not any flavor added. Not a real bloody Mary.

Minus an issue with wasps which wasnt the restaurants fault, the server was very nice. The craft cocktails were yum and breakfast was delicious. Parking is a little bit of a squeeze but worth it. Cool little spot off the beaten path. Worth checking out.

Our food today was nothing to remember: the potatoes as side came cold, and the pastrami inside the omelet was partially bad burned. The fried fish ..just dry. Fries only a half portion, the promised other half...did not came.

Breakfast was not that good. Coffee was bad kinda strong.

A wonderful Cafe! I ate there for breakfast with 2 other people and while my order was pretty basic (2 eggs, toast, and potatoes), my eggs were done perfectly (sunny side up and runny!) and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating. It never got too crowded or too loud. I will definitely be back and recommend it!

The home style meatloaf was delicious. My buddy customized a buffalo chicken wrap that was huge. Great selection of brews and food. Or server Alix was very attentive to our table.

Great people great food met friends there

Went in for breakfast and it looked very busy but got seated quickly at an outside table. Our server Marissa was attentive, friendly and knew the menu well. Our breakfast was tasty and fresh. What really impressed me was how well the staff worked together, one example being other waitresses refilling our coffee cause they happen to be out there with the coffee pot. From the hostess to the food runner, to the waitresses it ran like a well maintained ship, it was nice to observe.

What are my family members had a medical issue there, and the staff was very helpful in getting them in an ambulance to the hospital. The food is great though! Definitely try the chocolate cake! I also love the French onion soup! ❤️ I always love to come here, and come frequently!!!

We love Mama Lor's! Such a homey place, plenty of room inside and outside. The staff are super friendly and the food is excellent. Great menu, reasonable prices, and alcohol is available too. Enjoy!
