Wasn’t that great of food. Got the beef enchilada and it Tasted like they took a can of chili and mixed it with a little bit of ground beef and poured some enchilada sauce on it. The chips and salsa weren’t my favorite either. It had olives, mushrooms, corn and tomato halves in it. For the price i wouldn’t recommend this place. Save your money and make your own at home.

Terrible want to be Mexican restaurant the enchiladas were gross like if they were frozen no flavor not authentic enchiladas the salsa taste like ketchup not spicy the chips were stale i would not recommend at all especially if you are Hispanic you can find delicious enchiladas at Jacky’s Restaurant not worth your money if I could give it -5 stars I would

As an Mexican American from Denver this place was mentioned for great enchiladas. It's a white washed version of it. The salsa was way to chunky and not spicy. The chips came from a bag. The enchiladas were already prepared and were warmed up in a microwave. Too much lettuce and sour cream. The high was a little to high. Go to a real Mexican restaurant for the real thing

The food and service were good. Beef, Chicken and veggie enchiladas excellent. All dinners come with corn chips as a side. To elevate they need a couple options here. I gave them a low score on atmosphere because the bathroom situation is atrocious. RR located in the basement which although screened is dirty and unkempt. The RR is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Floor tiles broken, smells bad and all fixtures need to be replaced. Enchiladas excellence helps overcome this but it must be addressed.

Enchiladas amazing as always! Lemonade has changed…not appealing. Minimal waitress service.

My chicken enchiladas were excellent. Our waiter was friendly and provided great service. When we left she thanked us more than once and invited us back.

A cool little spot with (mild) salsa unlike you’ll find anywhere else. Highly recommend seafood enchiladas & house sangria. Try the window seats! Great atmosphere, quick and friendly service if you need to catch a show.

Chips were stale and salsa was Pace Picante. Paying 8.00 for an enchilada that was not the best, that was disappointing. The place is super cozy and my waitress was awesome. Food is not authentic.

Bagged chips, bottled salsa, soggy tortilla, and canned meat. If you don’t know what real Mexican food is, this place might satisfy your hunger. FYI. It’s overpriced. I felt like a fool when I left. The atmosphere was cool but quality of the food left a bad taste in my mouth.

Phenomenal. Broccoli and cheese enchiladas slap so hard. 15/10 would definitely recommend.

This is not Mexican food. The salsa was odd- it had so many green olives and no spice. The chicken and the beef enchiladas were only so so. We both left disappointed and had the after thought that we would have had better "mexican" food at Qudobas

Not sure how this place stays in business ~ nothing authentic ~ sadly so disappointed……Nothing homemade and chips were cheap grocery store chips ~~ I love a good-fresh salsa and after one bite of their salsa, I didn't have any more. Definitely NOT homemade~~~ canned chili in the enchiladas ~ The one AND ONLY item that was good was their guacamole. Service was great and the small restaurant atmosphere is nice but food was TERRIBLE ~ sorry just stating facts for a $44 meal ~ WAY BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE and we will not be back ~

The service and atmosphere are awesome. We went on a weekend so we were able to get the shrimp enchiladas and they were amazing. We sat at a table outside and it was wonderful. Chips salsa and guacamole are also great.

Great cozy restaurant with great food, drinks and service!

Enchiladas are decent, nothing special. Salsa is very chunky with interesting ingredients (green olives, mushrooms). Guacamole is great when available. 3/5 times I've been here, the avocados weren't ripe enough to make guacamole that day...... Chips taste like ones you could get at Walmart.

Thus was recommended by our hotel and they were spot on! Mama's Ladas does on thing, enchiladas, and they do them better than anyone! We had to go back again before we go back on the plane to go home. Amazing food and lovely people.

Great food. Great staff. Quaint location. It's a must! I have family that come from all over and this is always on their itinerary. Even if you aren't typically a fan of enchiladas (like me) YOU'LL STILL LOVE THIS PLACE YUM!!!!!

We went here on a recommendation and the food was SO disappointing. I feel bad rating the food 2 stars but the service and atmosphere were good. Why 2 star food? Tasted like it was all canned ingredients. I love a good-fresh salsa and after one bite of their salsa, I didn't have any more. Tasted like Pace out of a jar with ketchup added and the chips were not great as well. Okay, free chips and salsa aren't great but we're here for enchiladas and... They were disappointing as well. The enchilada sauce tasted like Old El Paso out of a can. The one item that was delish was their guacamole, I do recommend that. Service was great and the small restaurant is cozy.

Staff were all great. Service was good. Space is cute and small. Food is a mixed bag. Not authentic Mexican, more like Italian-Mexican fusion. Salsa had green olives and whole mushrooms and just tasted... off. Seemed like it was made with canned tomatoes. Chips were right out of the bag, "restaurant style" Mission or other brand. Sangria was a bit astringent, like maybe the rinse agent from the dish washer didn't entirely leave the glass. Enchiladas were strange. The beef was probably the best. I guess I expected more from a town with a large Hispanic population, but it just seemed like a fusion experiment for Midwest palates.

Three stars because family liked it but I didn't. I get they have one item but it should be excellent. I didn't think these were excellent. No knives provided. One napkin provided. Lemonade was powdered. Had to ask for hot sauce. Just underwhelmed.

First off, this is a hole in the wall kinda place. Do not expect Tavern on the Green. With that said, this place is great! We stumbled upon this joint while taking a cross country trip. My wife ordered the broccoli and cheese enchilada. I had the beer enchilada. Both were wonderful. The chips and salsa were fine, nothing really special. Give this place chance when you are in the area.

Very tasty spicy beef enchiladas that came with an enormous side of home made salsa. Groovy decor in a small cozy space. Gluten free options are Nachos.

$35 for 4 enchiladas two drinks. I think that's a bit pricey. The flavor was okay. The grease made me very sick later that evening. It wasn't food poisoning or anyting. Was just the grease I am a sick. Waitress is very attentive at first. Then kind of vanished.

First of all enchilada are made with corn tortillas, not flour. Flour tortillas stuffed with meat and cheese, are called burritos. There was no chicken left to put on the nachos. Other than that, the place was clean, and staff very friendly.

By far the worst enchiladas I have ever had and it’s extremely over priced. Paid $28 for 3 enchiladas (came with a side of tostitos rounds… no rice no beans) and chips and salsa (again tostitos rounds and jar salsa). Incredibly disappointing since people actually rave about their enchiladas. And why are there olives in the salsa??? Just terrible

No complaints on the enchiladas! Got them for the whole crew. Since we ordered Enchiladas we were very happy! BUT.....Maybe the worst chips and salsa i have ever had! Including when i was in Boston! But the Enchiladas were fantastic!

Our family has been ordering enchiladas from Mama’s Ladas for a little while now and they never seem to disappoint! We regularly order the beef enchiladas to go and have them for leftovers for the next two days, they are delicious even reheated! This past weekend we tried the broccoli and cheese and they were very good as well! (Although not as good when reheated) Only complaint is I wish they had a larger selection/menu or at least an option for chicken enchiladas!

Hostess/waitress acted physically ill/disgusted when we walked in with 3 kids. She continued to scowl and mutter to the bartender the entire meal regarding the kids that weren't nearly as obnoxious as her attitude. The "meal" tasted like it had been microwaved, flavor was just ok. Personally hate olives so the salsa was inedible. The only plus was it wasn't over priced.

This place is small with a limited menu of 7 items. Three of us got the beef enchiladas and one got the chicken enchilada. They were all delicious! The salsa was very different but delicious! We also got the guacamole. It was amazing and fresh! A must eat place!

We were in town competing at the local YMCA up the street and Googled food near us and this spot popped up. Very cozy, and chill restaurant/bar, with a great vibe. Our server was friendly and on top of everything. The enchiladas were very good! Totally recommend stopping in if you are in the area!

We absolutely love this place. We stopped in for a couple of enchiladas and had some chips and salsa. The food is really!! Good! The staff were really nice and the place is cool and quirky with fun music. If you come to town, you need to stop here have some food and enjoy yourself.

This is a hidden gem downtown Sioux Falls! With great prices and excellent service and food, it will be one of my go-to’s from now on! Super kind staff with timely food preparation. Everything tasted great and it was overall a five star experience!! I got the chicken nachos with no jalapeños and my friend got a half-serving of one of the other meals (I forgot sorry!) but she appreciated the half-portion option!

Phenomenal enchiladas! Such a simple menu and everything was so well done. Both the shrimp and spinach and beef enchiladas were incredible. Lovely sangria and seemed like a good wine selection too.

Stopped at Mama's Ladas today for the first time, and it was great. Not a large space, and menu is limited, but what they do make is delicious. Enjoyed chicken enchiladas with guacamole, and this Salsa - wow! Love the large chunks of tomato, green olive, black olives, and MUSHROOMS? Don't usually have mushrooms in salsa but loved it. You can get a full enchilada, or just a half - half was enough, and was a bargain.

Great environment and a really welcoming staff. Big points for style and decor. The Menu though is limited to a few style of enchiladas. Normally I would overlook this if I was blown away by the flavor. But I've tried all their items and overall it's average. Not bad by any means but a bit more variety such as including shredded beef and maybe some spicy salsa options could push this to a 5. In short its a good place for dates, hangouts, and meet ups thanks to all that style and I can recommend them if you are already in the area and are in the mood for some enchiladas.

GREAT, cute, perfect little restaurant. It’s also a wine bar! They offer a Five top and bar style seating and an area for outside tables.nice selection of wine, import, and domestic beer. They only serve enchiladas. The chicken enchilada is very good and non-spicy the beef enchiladas are more spicy, but not hot spicy. The flavors are amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The service was very prompt and cheerful. I got my food exceptionally fast. Also, a very,very clean store. I think this is a very nice place to eat or get a drink. I won’t be a stranger here. You won’t be disappointed if you stop in and have an enchilada.

I've gone here for years and it is always great. The menu is simple and allows them to perfect this 3 items and get them out quick. I would highly recommend and I love the chicken enchiladas.

Always amazing!! The food and the staff are the best!!

This is a small restaurant with a limited menu focused almost exclusively on enchiladas. It is located off of 11th Street in downtown, so out front parking is limited but lots are nearby. There are inside and outside tables with additional barstools at the window counter. Wait staff was friendly and efficient taking our order right away. Most entrees can be served as one or two enchilada and you can mix your choices. The order comes with some tortilla chips (ask for sauce). Three of us ate for $41 with all getting refillable lemonades with our choices. Worth a stop if you like enchiladas and are in the Sioux Falls downtown area.

I try to get here whenever I'm in Sioux Falls. The menu is really simple, but the food is delicious. I highly recommend.

Omg! The best enchiladas in town, hands down. I have eaten at a lot of different restaurants in the area, and no enchilada can compare to what is served at this little restaurant. Plus, the service was fantastic. I would recommend this place for anybody that wants their taste buds to tingle.
