Oscar served us very well, he is a very kind boy, the food was very good and he came out very quickly.

The service was not good, it took them a long time to serve us, perhaps there were not enough service personnel, when our order arrived at the table it was incorrect, we asked them to bring the product that was needed, when they brought the bill we found that they were charging us for the missing product as an extra, which was not, so little satisfied with this place.

Great pastries, and the little market with the Colombian goodies is the best part.

I have been a client for many years and to be honest with you, I have witnessed and heard about a range of serious concerns, from mistreatment of employees to questionable practices regarding food safety and tips. The icying on the cake, happened the last time I was there, it really made me want to never come back not be part of this. As I was waiting for my food, there was a male customer close by that slapped one of the waiter’s butt, which made the employee feel very uncomfortable. To the point that he went to his manager, and his manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to have his staff be respected by the client. I mean really????? As I observe this time of behavior, it makes NOT want to be part this anymore by keeping my mouth shut. Over the years I have seen many instances where the employees have not trated unfairly, with no respect nor with dignity. Here are some examples of what I have seen and what has been shared with me: 1- Employees are not able to have their cell phones with them, in case there is an emergency. 2- There are camaras everywhere, to the point that the owners listen to the employees’ conversations at all times. 3- Employee being sent home because their nails are painted a certain color, or because management does not like their hair cut, too many piercings or better yet… The waitress looks very sharp, while using very little makeup…But they are required to have it removed and sent home. 4- When someone applies, they have been required to work half a day to see if management likes their work. Employees DO NOT get paid for this trail time. 5- The tips are NOT given to the employees. The restaurant keeps at least half. 6- One of the owners is only nice to the girls that are “NICE “to him… that is considered harassment. 7- Management deliberately deletes the expiration dates from it’s products and sells them EXPIRED, not to lose money, but willing to intoxicate its clients. 8- Apparently, management sends out message to all employees in the middle of the night while they are sleeping… I mean there is NO work life balance what so over. This place has really diminished the quality of the service and food…. Everyone reading this, please make your own conclusions.

This place has a lot of potential. unfortunately the food is mediocre. Any bread you get they dont even care about heating it up. arepas and empanadas are often hard and old. Their food is okaaaay. And last but not least service is bad. I been there multiple times (7)since i live close by, but the staff just hates it. I dont want to put this on the staff.it seems like its poorly managed , that usually leads to angry staff members. The mercadito is fire though.

The place is nice to look at, it has some expired food but it is something that can be improved. NOTE: if you are going to take a car, BE CAREFUL WITH THE PARKING SPACE. THEY DO NOT HAVE MUCH SPACE AND IF YOU PARK NEXT TO THE SUBWAY, EVEN IF YOU BUY THERE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR AND IT WILL COST YOU 150 DOLLARS TO GET IT BACK. The crane is guarding the corner. So it's better to avoid going if you have a car.

Very bad service, we waited more than 1 hour, so that they never arrived with the order, the only thing they brought us was a lulo juice that was half juice and the other half foam, very little organization 👎

Great place, the food, drinks, everything was great. The atmosphere they have there. Watching the ⚽️ 🏟 ⚽️ 🏟 soccer games was a great experience for the copa america since they beat Argentina 🇦🇷 is a great colombian place to have a great time. I recommend this place come and you will enjoy the food and also drinks. El refajo is delicious. It's a green building you can't miss it.

Last night I ordered a bean casserole between 7:50pm and 8:00pm and after the manager took my order, one of the "owners" made the decision to cancel my order for personal reasons... knowing that the extended hours are from 7am to 9pm. For this and many more reasons they have lost customers... because of their poor service and abuse of their employees.

I ordered a tray paisa and the beans were horrible, nothing like the flavor, the pork rinds looked like chewing gum.

I really liked this place but they have changed the presentation of the food, the portions are small, I ordered a cazuela, the beans were cold and they didn't come with avocado, the chicharrón was soggy and hard. The couple I requested sancocho was also cold

Wow! What an amazing market to randomly stumble upon! This place feels like a little slice of Colombia. You are immediately fretted by the warm smells of the cafe & warm smiles of the staff. They have a full grocery store, cafe, and cultural items all from Colombia. The cafe has all the best Colombian pastries. They also have freshly squeeze orange juice which was delicious. I purchased a hat, poncho and flag while I was there. I picked out a few Colombian candies to try from the snack isle. My whole experience was under 100 dollars. I strongly recommend visiting this market if you are ever in this area.

DO NOT GO! The service and attention are terrible! The last time I waited more than an hour for a dish, I asked 3 times and they told me it was coming out... The fourth time they told me that they had forgotten it and they had to defrost it. 30 minutes waiting to park since there is no parking and more than an hour waiting for the order to arrive (Which never arrived) to leave paying and without eating!

We didn't like the food, we came because of the reviews but it had no flavor, the arepa was tough, the snack lacked variety. The mojarra tasteless and full of fat. The food was not fresh. We didn't like the smoothies either, they tasted just like milk. Prices high and include 18% tip We definitely wouldn't go back

We found this place on a whim for breakfast. The food was magnificent and the market connected to it is a hidden gem. Both places were very clean and the atmosphere was open and friendly. You can tell this is a favorite of the locals for a quiet bite. The best part, however, was Alisonn. She was lovely and very helpful to three outsiders looking for some authentic food during a very quick stop in Miami. With our elementary Spanish and her improving English we were able to communicate well and her recommendations were excellent. We had a wonderful experience and walked away feeling very lucky we took a chance on Manantial Market.
