Marcos pizza is hands down my favorite pizza... nothing else comes close. The ingredients are Soo fresh, and the toppings a big and plentiful! I've tried everything there and it didn't matter what I ordered, it was always amazing, meaning they always consistent and actually care about the food they make and serve...The Midlothian location next to Publix is amazing. The customer service is top notch!! Doesn't matter who I deal with, all the employees are amazing!! They always have great coupons and the pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend them!! I drive about 40mins from western Powhatan. I wish we could get a location out there!! The only thing I would want changed which isn't any of their locations fault is the app...it cheaply done but I'll go on Google play to address that. You won't be disappointed! I don't get pizza from anywhere else!! Edit: This pizza to me isn't good the next day in the microwave, but you know why? Because their ingredients don't have a bunch of preservatives in them, and that's a good thing! Just plan on finishing the same day/night. Go elsewhere if you need microwavable pizza the next day...

We ordered the margarita magnifico pizza for dinner. We were disappointed because it tastes nothing like a margarita pizza. No fresh basil, it was basil squeezed out a tube. The mozzarella did not appear to be fresh mozzarella. The pizza was pretty bland overall. 👎

Under no circumstances should you use their delivery service. It's just not worth it to pay extra for far worse service.

This may seem like an odd complaint because there was too much of the topping on the pizza

Cashier friendly but unfortunately I couldn't get change because he said he didn't know how to do that. Kinda scary

We were able to give our order on the phone with a very pleasant young man! It was ready when we picked it up & it was delicious.

Had the worst experience with a simple call in order, nothing complicated. Spoke with Rose and was shocked to find out she was a mgr. Call was disconnected, I waited for a call back. It didn't happen, so I called her back. She showed no empathy or concern. Completed the order was told food would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. After working 1.5 hours, I called back, was told the driver couldn't find my house and he tried to call me several times. I HAD NO MISSED CALLS. Rose apparently recorded thre incorrect address although I repeated several times. Initially I was going to give it another try but later decided to cancel the order a refund. Bring said the credit will appear on my credit card in 2-3 days, we will see. In closing, I will say this is the first time I've ever had a problem and we order from this location only. I hope you address the issues because your pizza is too good to be associated with horrible customer service.

Always a great experience when getting pizza from Marco's. I especially appreciate their honoring veterans with a military discount on my order. Thanks Marco's!

Don't know about the food stood there for five minutes, never greeted or acknowledged. We left.

This location has unfortunately gone downhill fast - expect an extra 20 minutes on top of estimated pickup times, employees that are obviously under the influence, and and overall poor experience

Great service and GREAT PIZZA !!!

Crust comes out of a bag, it taste like domino's. You can tell nobody wants to be there. I apparently came when the doors were locked and let in by a customer leaving. I was met with hostility, dirty looks and one cowardly fellow who out view suggested that they "put me out" now at 6'4" 220lbs. that would have been a neat trick but I finally received my pre ordered bland pizza and left. I now travel an additional 3 miles to Shelia lane, where the pizza is consistently hot, made to order, and taste like it wasn't made with anger.

This is the only place where I order pizza ! Tonight they were busier than I’ve ever seen, orders on top of orders. the manager (didn’t get her name) was running all over, doing everything possible to make sure people got their orders as soon as possible, rotating from making the pizzas + handling the front. wait times were longer than estimated but most people don’t realize it’s just an estimate, not an exact time. customer for life (:

Midlothian Marco’s is horribly managed. The app they have is terrible and the estimated times are always wrong, even if you double them befor you go.

I'm from New York and I think Marco's Pizza is just like Domino's. It shouldn't even be called Pizza. Call it a pizza substitute. If you want good pizza in Midlothian go to Candelas on Robious. Now you're talkin 👍

Great pizza! Go and get you some! You can always find a deal on something you like and the prices are reasonable for great pie. I have to say that the employees at this location are super nice folks.

OMG!!! Marcos is the best!!! Very flavorful, meat in every bite, and the prices are amazing. The only problem I have is that they don't deliver down here in Powhatan.

This location's customer service is great! The menu options are plentiful and the food is delicious. They're definitely one of my family's favorite go to pizza spots!

Excellent pizza and a large variety of choices. 3 sizes, several crust styles. Reasonable and competitive prices, especially if you take advantage of their frequent specials. They also serve cheesy bread, salads, sandwiches, and wings, and you can even get your pizza as a bowl." There are very few places to sit inside. This is mostly for takeout and delivery. There is no curbside delivery. Download the app and sign up for the Loyalty club. As a member (for free), you get specials that are advertised frequently via email. There are also daily and lunch specials that are advertised on a chalkboard inside the restaurant, You can call and ask what they are. I placed my order on the app, and my pizza was ready in 12 minutes, but you can specify a pick-up time. No handicap entrance, but there is limited handicap parking in front. Friendly staff.

I order online pick up is easy and the pizza is great. Let me add this is the only location I will eat at!

I'm giving them one star not because the pizza doesn't taste good but because if I order it off a doordash they charge $15.99 for a medium Pizza and almost $2 for each topping I bought a medium pizza and it cost me $22 which doesn't make sense when I see a commercial for $9.99 for the medium Pizza like give me a break Marcos do better y'all like that good

Pizza was 30 minutes late after preordering it at 3:00 to be delivered at 6:00. The pizza was cold and extremely greasy. I talked to the manager his response was we only have 6 drivers and there is nothing I can do. A customer who orders weekly from Marcos. Not happy.

Sooooo rude , even reviews on Facebook from dine , the good the bad and ugly say awful things about the service and they were right . Someone needs to teach their staff respect . Absolutely awful .

This particular location of Marcos has treated us well. Our food was taken to a very similar address to ours (happens all the time), and they quickly fixed the situation and delivered us fresh food. Their food and customer service has been on point from the start.

My order was given away to another customer

My first Marco's order and probably my last. While the pizza itself was good, the pickup process can at BEST be described and disorganized and dysfunctional. 4 stars for the pizza, -2 stars for the pickup experience. EDIT: After filling out the feedback form, crickets. No response.

Have had a couple decent experiences, but this location has gone downhill fast. Not sure if management has changed, but the pizza I got this evening was very late and cold.

I ordered three different times over a 2-3 month period. Each time the price was quoted for the exact same order (Large 2 topping Pizza). The price ranged from a low of $11 and change to a high of $25. When I challenged the $25 quote, the person taking my order put me on hold and came back with a price of $18+ for what I had paid $11 for just a week or so earlier. The person on the phone could give me no reason for the overcharge. I know that with supply chain issues prices have risen for some ingredients, but to charge double in a 2-3 month period. This reeks of managerial incompetence or possibly worse, an overt attempt to gouge customers in a time when it seems like a popular thing for corporations to do to customers. Either way, I just don't care...this is the last dollar Marco's will ever get from me. I have been a Marco's customer for years....but that relationship is now dead!

Best pizza in Midlothian. Any time boss says "order pizza" for you guys we always call Marco's!

This, our closest Marco's, does a pretty decent pizza chain job. Good crust choices (regular, thin, cauliflower) and sauce choices. Kind of limited on the topping choices, but has all the heavy hitters. We've not done delivery, always takeout. They seem to me to be a bit on the pricey side, but there always seem to be deals going on.

Updating- downgrading my earlier good review. I ordered takeout last Friday and they messed up my order as I ordered a Meat Bowl Supreme and didn't receive it. They need better management at the register during high throughput times like Friday nights to avoid screw ups like this for $41 orders including tip.

I like the taste of this pizza over the other chains. And I like the lunch specials they offer. Definitely my go to when I can't get to my local pizza shop. The old style pepperoni is the best on my book but it is a bit greasy so be up for the challenge.

Order pickup from Marco’s Pizza twice and they’re so nice and polite when you come thru the door and pick up your order. Never had a problem with timing and quality.

Marcos is our go to for pizza. The whole family loves it and the staff is great. Tonight my husband picked up the pizza and didn't check it before he left. When he got home we realized it was pepperoni and not what we'd ordered. We called and they offered to make a new one. I asked my husband to pick it up, but they said it was out for delivery! The owner himself actually brought it to the door! We were very impressed!

I've had this pizza a few times and it seems the quality has gone down. The specialty pizza wasn't as flavorful as previous visits. I was a little disappointed.

My first time going and I absolutely love their cheesey bread and this is the only place that I know of that puts mushrooms on their steak and cheese!

I gave 3 stars because I really love there pizza bowl. I know its only sauce meat and veggies, something about the sauce, and its a great if your on Keto. I hate to give bad reviews, but i have to say its not a New York Pizza. Love you Pizza bowl.

Usually pretty good and definitely better than the larger chains. I deducted one star for an order that didn’t taste right at all. Bad cheese or sauce I’m not sure, but when I called to complain the manager was unapologetic and not helpful. Ordered again twice since then with no issues.

I had Marco's pizza at a friends house for his birthday. Couldn't be happier! his father (who I will not name for privacy reasons) originally was going to order from a different pizza place but they were closed. Them being closed and Marco's being opened took my friends birthday celebration from a 3 star experience to a 5 star experience. This was my first time eating at Marco's but will most definitely NOT be my last!!

Delicious pizza primo!! My favorites are the Meats and the Deluxe, both are really loaded of good quality toppings and cooked to perfection. CHEEZYBREAD is amazing too😀So far the best pizza at Midlothian.

Delicious pizza, the cinnamon squares were bkmb, the pizza was ready way ahead of schedule, and my kid was very happy!

Their delivery is always fast, even during the most busiest of times (dinner time on a Saturday). Further, pizza always arrives hot. Delivery drivers always nice and after many different orders they have yet to get one wrong. Which is good because they have a lot of different topping to crust options. 4.5 stars. No one is perfect. I only wish they didn't charge $3 for delivery and could copy *someone and make a crust stuffed with cheese.
