Had one the best experiences in while at a restaurant at McCartys 10/10 recommended!!

The ownership here is just fantastic, everyone is so kind and helpful. I look forward to going in and eating their amazing food and great service they offer.

Great place if you love to golf or just hang out and have some good food and a beer.

Most food here is fantastic. The new ownership has done a great job. Burgers, brunch buffet, sandwiches, pasta, drinks, seafood, soup, and salad bar are all great. The only minus is their steak, which I've had 3 times go figure. It's cooked a little hot and a little bland for me. A little table salt does a lot of good for it, though. I know some people prefer the ultra natural steak, though. So maybe it's your style. I'll gladly be coming back, probably for brunch next.

We actually came here last year but I’m leaving my review now. I made a reservation online for a birthday dinner date for my husband, I wanted it to be special. We were sat in a narrow and busy walkway right next to the bar where a bunch of people were standing and talking. Not exactly a relaxing (or safe) place to sit. We asked to sit outside instead since it was nice weather, and I soon regretted that choice because I seen the other tables being swarmed— attacked even— by flies 🫢 I pushed my husband to order the most expensive steak on the menu and as soon as our food arrived we were getting swarmed by flies! It was repulsive and I ended up taking a few bites whilst showing those flies my karate skills, and then quickly asking for a box so I could cover my food and save it for later. I got the blackened salmon and fettuccine alfredo and it was really delicious. I also had a few bites of the steak my hubs ordered, it was really good and came with a side of au jus. I will definitely make different seating choices when we decide to come back again.

I have eaten here at least a dozen times. Each and every one of those times, the service has been top notch. I have tried many different items on the menu each time it has been at least good and often great. If you are in the Eaton area and need a good meal, I recommend giving McCarty's a try.

We made a reservation for a group several weeks in advance. We were told if there were 25 or more, that we would be given a limited menu, but if there were fewer, we would be able to order from the main menu. We had 23 in the group, but were given the limited menu. There were children in the group. I ordered salmon with 2 sides. The sides were not listed on the menu. The waitress verbally listed sides. Several people got side salads or a salad bar as a side. I ordered salad bar. The person after me ordered a side salad. The waitress told her it would be $2.50 extra. I asked about the salad bar, and she said it was $4 extra. Nobody else in my family knew there was an up-charge. When I got the bill, my $17.95 meal was over $22 before tax. Then there was another fee added, but I don't know what it was! Most of the people who had beef said it was good, but my sister's prime rib was cold. Most restaurants have bread of some kind. There was no bread. I heard other complaints, but I cannot remember what they were. All in all, we were quite disappointed.

Always a great time! Love the staff especially Miss December behind the bar! Everyone is friendly and they always want to assure you enjoyed your time there!

We have a significant difference of opinion relative to medium rare. The staff were pleasant and apologetic about the wait.

Excellent food and service. Had the shrimp with garlic butter for the first time, and will have again in the future. Always great food and service!! Highly recommend!!

Enjoy the private room for our Bible study - quite and we can eat and study at the same place. Food and Service is excellent.

We had a Business Christmas Party there. Food and service was superb. The salad bar and the soup was delicious. I had the Salmon and it was delicious too.

Had a birthday lunch for an 85-year old family member. Had about 40 of us there, and the service and food was great.

Tremendous improvements since the McCarty’s folks took over the restaurant. A great signature sirloin, salad bar and Makers Old Fashion at reasonable prices. Also a great place for birthday, anniversary or Holiday parties!

The server Cassidy was excellent. The salad bar was fine. The baby changing table in the bathroom was filthy.

Good place to eat lunch or dinner

Unfortunately missed breakfast by a few minutes but ate lunch and the food was very tasty 😋 I definitely recommend the Buffalo Tater Tots and the strawberry cheesecake cake. Service was top notch and plan when in the area again, definitely dine here.

We are not members but the public is welcome to eat at the restaurant. Friendly service and wide selection of food choices. Reasonable prices.

Moved to Eaton in April and was happy to have a place to go eat that was at a country club! My first experience was bad, i decided to give it another shot, AGAIN it was bad, i talked to the assistant manager and he just ignored me and hid. Something really needs to be done to get the food and service up to par here. Took 15 minutes to get drink and then food came out cold. Need to do something about the flies too.

A nice place to eat in Eaton, Colorado. Good food at a reasonable price and a Value Pack coupon which saved me $15.00. The dinning room had some pesky flies, though. (Rural Colorado in the fall.)

Generally food and the service is very good. And quick. This evening was the first time our food wasn't good. Hamburgers were way over cooked. Service was slow. We will go back as it's one of our favorite places. Tonight was unusual

We'll this was a neat afterthought as we were motorcycling to another restaurant that said, upon a phone call, they would be open till 2p we got to the other place, Gray's Cafe, @ 1.40p and they would not open the door. Won't go back to them. 😔 We ended up here, made a call and baam. Here we went. The service was good. You get staff who when teased they took it and gave it back. You could tell they had a keen sense of who they were unlike many places where the staff is overly PC and doesn't know how to have table fun. Great staff here. The ambiance was excellent, great views as one would imagine from a golf course and being countryside there easily could have been a view of fields or in a city a view of bldgs. The restrooms we're clean as was the rest of the place. Our food was good. And will try it again. The pecan pie 🥧 for me was a fail. I believe a person handmakes them and that soon may come to an end. The pie was sparse on pecans and taste more like a honey lemon pie with pecans sprinkled on top. If touted as such the latter, I may have tried a different pie. Outside of that all the other food options were pretty tasty 😋 as we all shared from one another. The fish and chips looked pretty good too. Would suggest this place and again will return. I would like to thank the other restaurant for shunning us bc we found this country gem 💎 OH, I FORGOT. As we were walking in a couple ladies were walking out with leftovers and I asked how the food was and she popped open here container and said the sweet potatoes fries were her fav. She said "you wanna try one?". You know I nabbed a sweet potatoes from her stash... 🙂 They were and it was a hit. I LOVE COUNTRY FOLK. They are real and sincere. She did something I would've done... Fun times for sure. 😀 Blessings to all.

We bring our friends to McCarty's when they come to visit. The people are always friendly. The best place to have a wonderful dinner in and around Eaton ! Love the salad bar ... great selections for everyone !

Visiting from out of state. Family took us there and it did not disappoint. Very friendly service and good food!

Delicious food - be sure to have clam chowder on Friday while it’s available. Very busy Fridays tho. Pretty decent service. Lots of golfer preppy types and families.

Best dining experience I’ve had in a while. The servers are amazing and will go out of their way to make your experience memorable. Prime Rib is fresh Wednesday- Sunday and will melt in your mouth. They also just added Brussel Sprouts as an appetizer!! Will be coming back! McCarty’s is also open to the public!

If you need catering I highly recommend Paul and Daniel! They are absolutely amazing!

Food is great and the service is amazing. The wait staff doesn't hesitate to have a good time with the table.

Poor example of buffet. No sliced prime rib or turkey. What beef they had was overdone and tasteless. Sides were cold. Tiny plates for salads. Shrimp were 20/25's, very small. Croissant was dry and hard. Overall poor selection, poorly prepared and wait staff were very slow and inattentive. Grade F. We were so looking forward ti their buffet.

A must try. Fantastic salad bar, ice cream machine for the kids at heart.

We went there to get prime rib and salad bar. It took almost our whole visit to restock the lettuce and the prime rib we took home and fed to our dog. It was dry and tasted like it was a week old. I don't believe we will ever go there again.

my wife's order of Alfredo shrimp, shrimp on the side was great, however my order of beer battered cod was horribly small, maybe half a potato in fries and two tiny pieces of fish, had to order a pizza to have a meal, and the pizza was cheaper. not happy probably won't go back. over priced, under served.

What a great experience for Valentine's Day. The mussels were incredible! Food portions, alcoholic beverage proportions were so out of the ordinary! We really felt like we got our money's worth which is so unusual these days. And Micayla you were an awesome server!

Hit or miss...sometimes it's good sometimes it's not..no consistency in portions , salad bar was gross. Brown lettuce, slimy condiments...used to be really good..did management change?

Had the Alaskan cod with a side order of fries and snow crab. DEE-licius! McCartys remains of our favorite places to go for dinner and Marcie is a wonderful waitress! Checked on us, kept bringing us drink refills and was Johnny on the spot!

Used to be a favorite spot. Food quality has gone down.! This is supposed to be the famous Mc Carty burger. 💔 Very dry. Flies all over your face, food, and a few in our drinks.

We had steak sandwich and a Reubens and both very good. Judging by the crowd of folks the chef was having a good night Prime rib and Reubens very good. Marcie, our server, did a great job.

Always good food and service. That being said, their philly sandwich is dar from being a true philly cheesesteak.

Their BLTs were good, their House Salad was great and wasn't to big to eat before the meal, and their burgers were amazing. Their fries were also pretty good as well. Also the view over the golf course inside the restaurant was really nice. So you definitely get some bang for your buck here.🎭
