Took too long, they lost my order

Check your HAPPY MEALS… Ordered 2 kids happy meals, got sent to wait for them. Employee came out and gave them to us. Thinking everything was ok we drove off. Once we got home and opened them EACH HAPPY MEAL ONLY HAD 3& 4 fries on it!!!😡 The sadness in our kids faces was just unbelievable. Had to take a drive back and get what we really paid for. It is not the first time we have issues at this location.

I order through Doordash and I received the order wrong!!!😡 I order Deluxe Quarter pounder they send me a regular quarter pounder the fries was salty and super hard ah and no ketchup no napkins no nothing, this is not the first time I hope you guys get better service

Quality and competitive adequate prices

I ordered 2 orders of the 10 piece nuggets and fries, the nuggets were over cooked and the oil taste like it was old and needed to be changed.

Waited for over 30 minutes for our order made on line. To add to it one of the guava cheese boxes was empty no pie at all!

Waited 1 hour for 2 milkshakes. This McDonalds needs to get it together.

Always get my food hot and fresh, ice cream machine always works not like other McDonald in the area. always my go to McDonald

I wish I got her name, sorry I didn't, but she greeted me with a good morning when I picked up my food and wished me a good day... I live 2 mins away and I’ll drive to any other McDonald’s then this one it's the worst McDonald in the state of Florida, the lines are always back up and the food is always sloppy and the managers at this restaurant could careless about customer service I can’t single one out because their all just as bad. And if you call to speak to the general manager they’ll just hang up on you and not pick up the phone. Don’t waste your money or time here just some simple advice.

Honestly I’m not trying to be rude, but yall did me dirty last night @3am. I ordered a combo number 7 with medium fries… why I got ONE hashbrown, One cheese burger, and one bread sandwich. Count your days, I just want my money back. I spent $13 for no food.

9:06 we ordered our food got sent to one of the waiting bays everyone around us got served, 20 minutes later went in at 9:26 still wasn’t done finally got food at 9:36 after 30 minutes of waiting and didn’t even get us the full order manager didn’t even care time wasted.

Everything is fake the pictures are very good looking but what you get is totally different. Kids meal. I'm not buying anything from you again. Maybe drinks but not food.

The service is very bad, the wait is very long and the staff must improve because they are not friendly, many times they do not give you what you order, each day it gets worse and worse because my son only likes their dad, but every Every time I come I have to wait a long time, they don't get better.

I wanted hot coffee with light and sweet and I got ice cold and when they so-called corrected the coffee they gave me black coffee no sugar no cream nothing. My sausage biscuits sandwich was so greasy too horrible experience

I asked for a plain hamburger with no cheese and pickle … THATS IT. They gave me a Big Mac with EVERYTHING on it. I am extremely upset. I waited 15 minutes for this. Not to mention how soggy and disgusting the fries were. Absolutely ridiculous. The receipt said exactly what I ordered… but that’s not what they gave me. Wow… just wow.

Thank you Ms Estela Cantillo for helping to correct a mistake with my take away order. My order was missing a sandwich when I got home, I couldn’t get back to pick it up that day so she made sure I got my sandwich when i passed by 5 days later. Tips for customers and delivery guys, Check your order before you leave the restaurant otherwise Keep your receipt and call the restaurant if you have a problem. The manager here is helpful.

Yes i love3 this place sooooo much

On April 12, 2024. My boyfriend went through the drive-thru to get me a Medium free fry Friday Deal. He was parked for ONE MEDIUM FRY. Then he was forgotten about…. He went through the drive-thru again because he never got it. The manager on shift on this day around 7-8pm was complaining and he said “he’s trying to get free food” and so on, I’m at the hospital right now from a crash while on the phone with my boyfriend and it made me feel bad so he told them “to do his job better!” and just left and went home to make a sandwich instead. This place has been unprofessional even from when I used to work there. (Which was 2years ago now).

Workers are usually very nice and wait time is not too long!

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and got a bun with cheese only, went back and still got the order wrong and the manager (at the 1pm) shift didn't even apologize. The girl and guy in the front apologized and the manager was pissed because he gave me the wrong order again. The nuggets I ordered tasted stale and the happy meal didn't come with the apples I ordered. Will not be going there again! If I can rate zero that would be my rating! Who orders a burger with no burger, unbelievable!

I will bypass McDonald's except for this one. I will go out of the way to eat there if I am in the area? I'm in the area late at night. Fast food options are limited. Several weeks prior. News stories as to how expensive McDonald's has become flooded the airways. I paid little attention as this McDonald's is my primary one. I'm in the area once a month. Previous reviews of the food I would give a 5 star. Late at not fries are fresh and hot; the cheeseburgers hit just right. This night, hopefully, an aberration, the food was off. I'm writing this review as the price increase is real. Oh My Goodness. I don't know what is occurring in Brookfield, IL? The price between McDonald's and my fast food restaurant of choice. Price in meal separated by $2.00 whereas previously $6.00.

My orders here always get messed up.

I had an utterly dreadful experience at the McDonald’s on Simpson Rd. First off, I waited an excruciating 30 minutes just to pick up my order. When it finally arrived, it wasn't even correct! To top it off, they managed to give me an incomplete order as well. And the cherry on the cake? There were not one, but two so-called managers, Joshua and some other girl, who couldn't seem to get anything right. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy wasting your time and being disappointed.

This place is horrible, they always missing something in you order (sauce napkins ect..)everytime i go it always something i gave up with this place, iwill never go back they should shutdown this location they new administration. They never pick the phone I been calling and they hang up the phone

Ordered in Mobile app ... The restaurant was a little delayed, but it was lunch time. The fries unfortunately were cold and lackluster, especially with the cult following McDonald's fries have.

Do not come to this one. They never take the app for rewards. My cheeseburger had no meat. This place needs to be shut down. They make you wait at a number and then forget half your food when they bring it to the car. Can we get a White Castle here or something.this place is horrible.

Today we went to the one in BBL Kissimmee, is sad that they have 6 people working there and the preparation of our sandwiches was more than 15 minutes inside the store.

Loved living up the street from here, came by just about everyday. Without knowing it, they helped us in a time of need. We were becoming homeless with 3 children, had no lights, no internet. They let us charge our phones many times a day, refill of sodas for free, made it feel like family without even knowing what we were going through. The managers team here is AWESOME.

Save your time go to the one on Landstar. This location is absolutely horrible food is never fresh, and the employees are miserable

They shorted my food and when I called about the order they hung up on me 5xs and the guy who answered refused to transfer me to a manager. People are so nasty and this is pathetic service.

McDonalds is a shell of its former self. Why is it considered fast food anymore? The food is overpriced, and it takes too long to receive your order, especially if you go inside. They ignore you in the lobby, too busy filling Uber Eats, and drive-thru orders. 25 minutes I waited after ordering on the kiosk. And I only received my food sooner because I eventually interrupted and questioned one of the workers ignoring me. Hire more workers!

Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve a star drive thru sometimes is good but the attitude of the employees working inside is terrible I stood at the counter for about 20 min maybe more and it’s like I was invisible guess when they raise their wages they raise their attitude as well terrible terrible service especially from the manager working the night shift

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever frequented. Terrible management trickles down to nasty, ghetto workers who couldn't care less. I was stared at by a few employees for several minutes without an acknowledgment of my presence. I eventually left. Never again.

Update: This location is still a disaster and it is no longer just the night crew. This location constantly cancels delivery and online orders. This store desperately needs new management. Go to the one down the street on Osceola Pkwy by Walmart. Way better. ——————————————————————— ALWAYS busy. Most of them don’t even say a word. They just hand you the receipt or food and otherwise ignore you. So rude. Plus 99% of the time something in the order is incorrect or missing. I always order in the McDonalds mobile app to use the coupons. They are rarely able to find the order or say they can’t pull it up. I never have issues at other locations. Stop trying to fraudulently lower your drive thru times by forcing customers to wait in one of the parking spaces for their order. I wish there was another location or that they would address the issues. Been in the area for almost 5 years and it has always been this way.

Literally the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever gone too. Employees including manager will completely ignore your presence and speak badly about customer’s, including myself, in spanish (assuming others don’t understand). There was a very long line at the register and multiple employees came by to restock the ice cream station, noticing the line, and doing absolutely nothing about it. Very unprofessional, not clean, and they do not care about customers needs or clearly the success of their store. Management needs to work on evaluating employees work ethic and professionalism, and they need to reevaluate the people who they are putting in charge of running their store since clearly, even the manager doesn’t care about how the store is running (let alone the careless and rude remarks they make about customers in spanish). Not coming back and wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone. You suck

When I drive to the window and I heard the manager say I HATE PEOPLE ! 🫠 he don’t even say hello, or nothing! He give me the food n Thas it I drive off. Order was wrong and there was trash everywhere in the restaurant in tables floors and counters

Ordering at this mc donalds is like a game of roulette. You never know what part of your order will be missing. I ordered a mcchicken and it came with no patty. It feels as if employees here where dropped off by the short bus. To be honest maybe i should be in that shortbus because i keep ordering here. I recommend finding a different mcdolands. They want higher pay to flip patties but they dont wanna put the patties in the food.

When I order something is always wrong. I ask for extra onions and there’s no onions. I order a combo and there’s no drink in the bag. The fries are ice cold and the bread is stale. I just ordered DoorDash and this time my drink is missing and my sandwich was made wrong. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

McDonald’s is pretty bad at everything in general, but this place is a whole new level of terrible. I’ve been coming here for the past month right at about 4:30 AM before work. This McDonald’s has the laziest employees I’ve ever witnessed. Almost every single time I arrive, there is some sort of issue. Either the “system is down” or they’re “understaffed” or some other random excuse to explain why they just arrived late and didn’t feel like getting everything ready. About half the time they won’t even take my order. When they do take my order, there’s always a problem. They don’t usually have the iced coffee ready, so they either tell me they only have hot coffee, or they tell me it’s cash only in hopes that I’ll just leave. This is really only an issue with this location because the next closest location is always on the ball. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs, especially if you’re coming early in the morning.

I got there at 3:35. They told me to wait then. They gave my food to another person. Waiting in a car by the time I got my food. It was 405. I have been to McDonald's in 10 years. But I was starving never again.

We arrived to the place at 11:45 and they closed the door in our faces even though the schedule said it was until 12. I spoke to a lady and she said that they need to close earlier because they were short on people even though there was a full staff working.

Mainly giving a bad review because.. waited curbside went inside to get my food.. I had ordered fries with no salt.. told them there's salt after I touched the fries.. my review is on what happened next.. she threw the contaminated fries with the rest of the fries when they should have been thrown out... last time I'll be going to this McDonald's

I used the app to order a mocha frappe and when i went into the drive through the first the that lady told me before i said anything “im sorry we dont have any milshakes or frappes “ I asked her how can i just cancel my order since they already charged me and i didn’t really hear what she said so I decided to go into the store to ask for the refund and when i mention what I ordered the first thing the person told me was “wait what? What do you mean we dont have mocha frappes? We do and the machine is working “ so that lady in the drive through was lying to people about ice cream, shakes, coffe etc. at the end they gave me my coffe i didn’t really complain or say anything bad to them. Didn’t get any free fries or whatever for the inconvenience but it is what it is. And yes inside I was really upset .

A lady told me that their system was down when that wasn’t the case Juan provided me with excellent customer service and I got my order please look into that situation; the drive-through lady is telling customers that their order is not there when in fact it is

Staff are often distracted with the butterflies The lines are annoying on the inside they will constantly let's lines get long before someone decides that there 6 hour break is over Milkshakes are often impossible to get cuz it's always broken I've seen mites in the booth And I've received moist McChickens They are pretty flip flop about waiting time I've waited 30 minutes before for a McChicken and they had multiple people that could have helped me The kiosks are always broken in some way They have a massive fly infestation 🪰 BUT..... They do take your order pretty fast The staff are polite I never deal with Karen workers only once did a trainee annoy me because they could do a single thing by them self But I haven't seen her since so I assume she got let go Sometimes they get your order really fast if it's simple And that's about All I can say about them it's fine to go as long as you know that it's isn't a 5 star restaurant and that it's just a local McDonald's
