This Popeyes have the worst customer service & the drive thru is the WORST.. EVERYTIME I have used the drive thru it's ALWAYS 15 MINUTES OR MORE WAITING.. The don't offer u NOTHING for their SLOW ASSES. Then they didn't wanna give me my change of 88 cents back .. .And it's always dirty Inside.

The actitud is very bad, need be more polited with the costumer. I wait so much for them give me my food. The food is not so good, thank for not give my 2 biscuits. I dont go again, thank you.

Food always hot and fresh service is a hit or miss....

We used drive through. It was the first time we use this location and not familiar with the menu. The cashier was rude and took a long time to get our food.

The chicken was delicious as you would expect at Popeyes but the heat in the place was terrible, I can only imagine how bad those employees feel being in front of the kitchen all day sweating. They were still kind but I will not return to that branch, they should invest in good air conditioning.

Absolutely horrid. These people don’t care at all and I get it but doors were locked early and our order was taken at the drive through. They have NOTHING available and all of a sudden the card machine doesn’t work. We go to pay inside and they don’t let us in and laugh in our faces. Disgusting place.

Worst Popeys. All the workers are unprofessional. They don’t know the menu, I heard a whole conversation, the lady was talking about how her manager does nothing, etc. I was greeted after about 3 minutes, to add to that I was overcharged so I canceled my order and left. I will never go to this location again.

Slow service, just order the normal menu items and you'll be fine

Stay away from this Popeyes. Save your money. The management is terrible especially the classless supervisor Linda Noel. Worse Popeye's in Florida.

Terrible customer service, waited over an hour and half for my food because they were all talking and playing around in the back.

Let me just start by saying I was down in Florida we tried iut that location I'm not sure how it's aplble to operate!! We were stuck in the Drive-Thru for almost 2 hours couldn't get in couldn't leave because the parking lot so small and no way to leave they said they were short-handed but yet they had at least five or six people in there we had to sit in the Drive-Thru line because we couldn't leave because it was all blocked there's no fire exit 2 hours just to get some chicken. Inside was just as bad.. they need to do something about the parking lot because if you're going to be stuck there you need to have a way to be able to leave instead of sitting in a Drive-Thru for 2 hours. Not a happy experience!!!!!

We have given this place too many chances usually we do uber eats we like to order wings and 8/10 times they dont have any type of wings. What restaurant doesnt have one of the main items of the menu. Its ridiculous

we were the only person in line and I had a mobile order the person on the mic was slow but that's the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life never will i go to mcdonald's or chic fil a for a chicken sandwich again

Honestly horrible job, has to be one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to, the sometimes be burnt, they take forever to give you your food, they are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend👎🏾

Food was fresh and hot especially for how big the order was. The only complaint was that the shrimp basket barely had maybe 8-9 baby shrimps in it. Other than that, every thing was great!

It was great! The girl with the red hair took my order and she did it perfectly and she was friendly and very attentive, the crew was on point. And the chicken was so delicious the cook is 🔥

It was wonderful, Shriyana and lakiya was attentive and wonderful lady’s they took my orders the right way, and the manger on shift was pleasant!! Over all a great experience will vist again!!

Worst experience I’ve had with this location. At the drive thru, I had to repeat myself multiple times because they couldn’t hear me. Then, after paying for my food that I didn’t get yet, they had me drive to the other side of the building and someone was going to bring out my food. I waited 25 minutes before someone came out and asked me if I ordered already. I explained to them the situation and they said to wait another moment and they’ll be out with my food. I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone came out with all my food

Inflation, I understand things are rough but come on Popeye's. I can't afford a two piece meal ($10) I had to op for 8 piece chicken no sides. It's chicken!. If I'm going to spend that kind of money why can't I get the part of chicken I want? I'll tell cashier and they said yes, it's on my receipt, I always ask for legs and thighs and end up with wings ( that's fried to a crisp) and three pieces of breast that goes in garbage because my family doesn't eat that part. So I waste money, 8 pieces chicken and 4 pieces goes in garbage. The chicken is good .

I frequently stop here but today every thing was 15 minutes wait supposedly, cashier was laughing while informing me about not having any food available , then she changed her mind to 8 minutes wait , No biscuits No coleslaw , horrible service.

It was super dirty with the roof broken and the floor all wet. There were only 3 employees and the bathrooms were not cleaned.

I reiterate what most of the comments are regarding the poor service they provide. As long as the owner does not change that and provide better service, they will never advance. Much delay and poor treatment of the staff to the customer. And if you call ahead for takeout, I also know it takes too long to deliver your order. I will try not to go again until it improves. It is unfortunate that there is no mourner being such a well-known franchise in the country.

Went with my brothers. My food was fine. My brother's chicken sandwich was very fatty. My brother-in-law's sandwich was not a sandwich. It was a chicken breast. Had a huge bone in it. Disappointing.

We got chicken sandwiches. The bun is good. Chicken is crispy and delicious. All is good. We asked for no mayo no pickles. We also asked for hot sauce. Everything is done perfectly. We got it via drive through. I would have given it a 5/star. I’m giving it a 4-star because the wait is really long. The cashier is very pleasant and friendly though. We will return.

Worse service their is...bad attitude on service they where out of chicken on a place that is base on chicken no chicken sandwich at 2pm no dark meat...bad bad service..

It's Popeyes, what more can you say

Let me first say that I am a huge lover of Popeye's fried Chicken. The drive-thru line was long so we went inside. Took almost 15 minutes just to get our order taken and we were only the third people in line. Then had to wait another almost 45 minutes for three chicken dinners. The chicken was subpar at best. Not very flavorful at all.

Food no seasoned, drive thru too long and slow, prices are ridiculously expensive..I will not be going back..Is this business associated with Popeyes Louisiana? It sure doesn't taste like it..Horrible, Horrible, Horrible..Needs grown older adults to cook and work..Too many young children working with no experience..

2nd time coming here and never again. I waited at least 35 minutes for my food each time and they are always out of something. If the staff was nice and were to let us know there’s was a wait then fine but the staff is not even nice and no one smiles here. If you do not want to be in the customer service field then go elsewhere. This place needs to be closed especially with 5-6 people standing in the back doing nothing to speed up service. Stay away from here.

Rude and obnoxious staff. Obviously as much lack of care in cooking as customer service. Worse bed ridden food poisoning ever had from wings.

Gross food. Got me acid reflux and not feeling well. Nastiest food ever taste. 26 dollars wasted , I threw the hall box out.

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They took forever to take our order, then make the order. The fries were cold. Chicken was cooked in old oil. It was not edible, hard in the middle.

I went to this restaurant and unfortunately the quality of the food is being getting worst and worst. Not sure why but is like there's no enthusiasm or motivation on the employees to do a better job and offer a better quality food. We're bit Popeyes fan and is just sad to see what this store is turning in to. Will definitely look for another store to go to to get the quality of food that made Popeyes so famous for.

The store was closed at 10:15pm, when the closing times are at 11, we waited 20 minutes at the drive thru with only two cars in front.

Not happy with the food. We ordered regular wings that turned out to be ghost pepper wings...FIRE!! 5 Spicy tenders with fries was good. Proper instructions were not followed and the employee spoke English and spanish. Not sure how you managed to mess up the order.

This has to be the WORST Popeyes location EVER. How don't they ever have any chicken ready??? This is what they do! Make chicken all day...every time I go there there is a 20 min wait while they make chicken. And the indifference of the staff is absolutely mind blowing. Whoever is doing the hiring at this place needs to be fired because they are a HORRIBLE judge of chsracter....

Terrible, waiting 15 min with almost no clients and the clerk just look at me. Finally, someone told me to go through the drive through instead. They were fitting because the clerk wanted to leave al 23h00.

I love the chicken it is just getting out of hand. We used to go two to three times a week. Probably 3 years ago, you could get a 5 pcs for $5.89 or something like that. Now, it is $18 for the same thing, and most of the time, the pieces are very small. If you bring it to their attention, they should give you more if it is that way. We went this week, and three of the pieces were very small, and for $18 dollars, you wanted to go away, not hungry, but they would not make it right. Again, I love the chicken and would love to go eat, but I think I am stopping at this point. In the attached picture, I put a breast piece in so you can compare the size to the same $18 meal. This is more than $50 for three people.

Got the shrimp basket and it didn't look like much at first but I kept finding more shrimp... ended up thinking that was a lot of food, age it was delicious. Good job, Popeye's. Order taker was very friendly.

I want to start off by saying that I Love Popeyes but I am not sure who owns this Popeyes but whomever you are you need to come and check this Popeyes out. They are rude and have attitudes to paying customers and the service is always extremely slow. This Popeyes is right down the street from me but usually have to visit another elsewhere because of the poor service.

Thank you Terrance for trying to deal with order issue as the nasty manager and little girl with crunch bar face refused to assist. This Popeyes been needing new management. Besides being filthy and dirty and the manager always having a stank attitude and smelling like black n Milds. She teaches these little girls how to act instead of being a good manager. She should also teach how to lay a wig properly.

I bought a 14 piece chicken tender meal and I got 11 pieces. They tried passing off 2 as tenders but were hard batter pieces. They told me the had 12 but I wanted 14 I would have to wait a few minutes. Well I waited and you still couldn't do it correctly. I added a photo of the non chicken pieces to show. They really shouldn't sell family meals with a number and change it to you get what you get family meal. Also don't use the app, you'll end up waiting at least 20 mins.

They charge you for the car service, they tell you to move, you wait 1H and after that you have to go inside to see what happened to your order instead of delivering it to you after having canceled your order

I’ve gone to this Popeyes several times and every time I go they are out of a product. This time 30 minutes to cook chicken I’m a chef where does that happen and what chicken are they cooking that takes 30 minutes very disappointing new management needed.

Terrible service drive through order and they asked me to pull to the side so they can bring my order after 15 min waiting I had to go inside to see what was going on and they told me to they needed another 20 minutes because obviously they forgot about my order after it was paid for so I asked them for a refund and I paid with Apple paid so gave them my receipt and it’s been 6 days so far and I still don’t have the refund in my card, I’m not to worry about it cause I have the refund receipt so my bank can get my money right away but the point is I would never go back to that location again.
