This by far is the best pizza I have ever had . It’s fresh . The wings are delicious all the food is served warm and the customer service is excellent.

This place is terrible and disgusting.... They stereotype people... SAM the hiring manager is an drug addict... And so is the silly store manager

Ordered pizza via App. After delivery we realized that that they mixed up the order (wrong size, wrong toppings) and sent us the wrong pizza. We called the store and they told us, “there isn’t anything we can do”. Mistakes happen. But to tell the customer that there isn’t anything you can do to fix it is just wrong. Perhaps they’re used to tourists and they don’t have to worry about a customer base being dissatisfied. When I was young I worked delivering for Papa John’s. We didn’t treat customers like that.

As a customer I am very disappointed, Very bad location, bad food, bad service, and dirty disgusting place. Usually all restaurants or even fast food I have ever worked at, they have a overnight company that comes and fully deep cleans everything. This place looks like no inspection or cleaning hasn't been done for years.

Business owners really need to do something about this location, it's nasty, food ain't great, service sucks, and not sanitary.

Let's just say this place needs a full remodel, better management, an actual deep clean company, I see them touch materials, money, rub there forhead or sweat and then touch the food just like that without washing hands, using gloves or being sanitary at all. Machines look dirty and old. This place just Definitely need attention and better training.

The pizzas are not the best but you can eat them. The attention is terrible. How can it be possible that you arrive at the checkout and someone starts calling to order and they look at you but they don't move as if I was going to order, I was going to buy, I left to another total pizzeria they are not the only ones

Completely garbage quality my medium pizza dry and no cheese in center basically just pizza dough my papadia also garbage dry as hell no Alfredo sauce.

Received my order 1 hour late from 3 miles away ! Almost cold I was warm up in microwave! And prompt first word he ask tips ! Of course I give him ! No more order from this place ! Bye Papa!

I ordered the new NY style crispy cuppy roni pizza. The pizza just have few pepperoni. I got the garlic butter open on one side. It was 2 girls talking and other 2 in another side but only one person came to ask me and I said I have a pick up. He was very polite and left making pizza for help me. I will not order more here neither recommended this Papa John store.

The costumer service is the worst ever the employees are wearing AirPods 24/7 and they don’t listen to you when you’re ordering The guy with the red t shirt that makes the pizzas won’t treat you respectfully and doesn’t even have a name tag

Absolutely disappointed in this establishment I place a order for 2 pies a papadilla and some bread sticks I ordered the pizza with multiple toppings and some with extra of those toppings that I picked and the pizza were basically plain barely any topping let alone extra the “bread sticks” look like the just did anything with the dough and threw it in the oven forgot the sauce for them as well so I paid for plain baked dough

I had ordered from doordash like i normally do and i thought it was a papa johns that was closer to my home when i had ordered it but it wasn’t, doordash had placed my order somewhere farther so when i arrived here at this location they were clueless as to what my order was because doordash had placed it for another location that was farther away, these great people decided to take care of me and accommodate me with my food even though i had already paid through doordash and it was for another location their amazing GM was so very helpful and definitely made my night by still making my food after a long day! Great customer service and def will be coming back.

Terrible service Today I had to pick up an order for my son. I parked in front of the door since I have two small children and I couldn't get away. I asked them to give me the pizza and they pretended that they didn't hear me and made fun of them. They are respectful. Those on duty at night they are very young they should train them better regarding customer service

Had a disappointing experience with Papa John's on Narcoosee Rd – from delivery to management, the customer service was subpar, despite tipping the delivery person. Opt for Park Pizza Lake Nona instead; it's a close match to authentic Italian pizza from my military service in Italy and offers a superior experience at a comparable price.

I Ordered For Delivery. The Pizza Was Good But It Was Made Incorrectly. What I Ordered Was Half Pepperoni, Half Pineapple. I Got Half Cheese, Half Pineapple & Pepperoni. Luckily I Was Eating The Whole Thing Myself.

Food is always good here. However, I waited for a long while and my pizza was there but neither of the staff went to look. Another gentlemen came from cooking pizza and handed me the food. Usually good. Maybe had a bad day.

Very bad services! Estaba tratando de hacer una orden, y solo quería asegurarme de hacer la mejor elección en cuanto a precio y tamaño de la pizza, cuando la persona que me atendió no tuvo paciencia y me colgó el teléfono, de forma grotesca! Si no tienen paciencia con los clientes que hacen ahí? Si uno está en todo el derecho de preguntar lo que va a comprar y más tratándose de varias pizzas.

Rushed order… and forgot everything except the pizza

My food took over an hour to get to me, and I live 2 and a half miles away. I spent $3 for extra sauces, and didn't get any of my extra sauces. I ordered chicken, and the pieces I got were leftover scraps from the bottom of the bag, they were so small. Extremely disappointed, and will not be ordering from here again.

Bad experience I ordered some bbq wings and half garlic when my order arrived I realized it was wrong, I called and a girl took care of me I explained to her and she told me that they didn't make half and half only one flavor well I told her why They didn't call me and to ask me and she told me well I don't know, other than that she didn't bring a napkin, plate, or glass and I had ordered soda, the girl tells me what you want me to do, I answered her I don't know about you, I'll go with "manager" I started to explain and he left me online for more than 30 minutes, what a bad service on his part.

Manager should be embarrassed. 8 employees working inside and I stood there for 8 minutes before even being acknowledged. These employees have been poorly trained

Quality is always either fifty fifty. Customer services freaking terrible. They are not willing to help with online orders! They can never seem to get the sauces or extra add on correctly. I paid extra for pepperoncini ( got 5 cherry tomatoes sized peppers). This store is always hit or miss!!

Bbq chicken bacon pizza . 🤮🤮🤮 zero pizza pizza sauce, only barbecue sauce, then cheese on top then chicken with some bacon. Waste of $25 .

The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was fresh & I feel like I’ve never had better pizza from elsewhere. The delivery man (Ben) was so quick getting to me, & followed the directions I had left about not ringing the doorbell, and only knocking because my dogs go nuts when the bell rings. (I have a baby I didn’t want to wake.) He was also super sweet looked very neat & clean. (I think I’m crushing on the delivery man! XD) I left him a $10 tip, because that’s my rating of his delivery service to me. (He also let me snap a photo LOL) This Papa John’s location specifically never ceases to impress me.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. First time and definitely last. Both the pizza and wings were burnt, dried, and flavorless. We each took 1 bite looked at each other, spit it out, and tossed the entire order of pizza and wings. It was seriously horrible!

I walked in and stood there for a few minutes. There was a worker on the phone. He wasn't speaking to anyone...it appeared he was on hold. He never made eye contact, didn't say, "I'll be right with you"...not acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally, a female worker came from the back and gave me my carryout pizza. Put her in the front! Pizza was good as usual.

Ordered online, app told me that the order was delivered, nothing. Called to see what’s up, I was told that it may have been delivered to the wrong address but they’ll send me a another pizza… waited for an hour and a half and still nothing. Called once again and after waiting on hold for 10 mins they disconnect the call. This is by far the worse experience I’ve had with a pizza chain or even food delivery period.

Pizza was not ready Hans to wait, the garlic sauce spill all over.

For some unknown reason the delivery driver drove in my backyard and knocked on the backdoor . There was no reason for them to go in my backyard . The front door works just fine. Highly upset about this. Then I call them to talk to a manager and am put on hold for like 5 minutes then they hang up on me.

The tracking indicated that the pizza arrived. Had to call them to let them know it never arrived. I even checked my surveillance camera to make sure. I waited 2 hours. I called for a refund. Do your self a favor and stay away from this Papa John's. "Never again."

Won’t be ordering from this location again. After paying, app said I’d picked up my order but I was still waiting for the pizza. While I was waiting for a pizza that I later realized was made but just sitting while I stood there for several minutes, I saw an employee open a pizza box from the completed orders waiting area and begin eating a brownie type dessert. He then closed the box and left it on the holding area. Hoping it wasn’t a customer’s order, but how am I to know? Very unimpressed by the lack of professionalism. Got home, barely any toppings on the pizza and partially burnt. No thanks papa johns. $12 is way too much for a one topping pizza that isn’t good.

Honestly, our experience for the last couple of years has been really bad. We used to be regular customers but the order is lately always late and honestly not worth the wait. Tonight, I ordered the philly papadia and as you can see I can barely see or taste any steak! I remember ordering before and you can definitely taste the steak. Also, they skipped my sauce. I don’t know if this location has gone downhill or papa johns in Orlando in general. I would never order again. I wish their app allows us to choose a different location.

I was VERY pleased with this Papa John's. I ordered delivery and it was delivered in a timely manner. I believe my driver's name was Lee. He was so polite and respectful! He even brought plates, peppers and cheese! I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again!

Papa John's what can I say everybody knows about Papa John's we were having a good get together and we went and got five different pies it was pizza galore everywhere and all the pizza was actually gone at the end of the evening but we had a good time we had a good service we have no complain about this one on Simpson in Kissimmee it's next to a Publix it was really good and the pizza was great like always but that's what's up small adventure with a get together my family just sharing it with you guys if you're in that area this is Johnny from adventures with the riveras signing off heading to my next adventure don't forget to follow like I said before I might be in your neighborhood

Great pizza. Some type of pizza are pretty cheap to make. Some aren't especially if they contains certain types of fruit or vegetables that are not cheap.

I've come to realize that the Hut has the best thin crust and wings. Normal crust pepperoni and extra cheese is your best bet with these guys. WITH the garlic sauce

This was my second time ordering from this location. My first experience was a pick up and I noticed a gentleman upfront very courteous and cheerful. My pizza was made very well. My second time was delivery and again great experience I feel their pizza is made beefy meaning a lot of product, nice presentation and delicious. The wings were in my opinion really good with lots of sauce. The lady that took my order over the phone very polite: I keep have great experiences so I had to leave this feedback . 3/26/20

Just so everybody know, if you are using papa dough to pay for your order, and are using a coupon (25%, 50%) papa john’s will deduct your papa dough from the regular price total and then apply the coupon. I personally think is bad practice, but a way to go around that may be placing to separate orders. I was given a number to call for customer svc and the recording directed me to the website where I had to go on a chat room and spend almost half hour on something that could have taken 3 minutes talking to a person on the phone

I ordered take out large pizza with breadsticks a couple weeks ago. The breadsticks was so good and the pizza. But my daughter's stomach didnt agree with the buttery garlic sauce. But it was so good though. And we didn't have to wait long

Best chain pizza joint in town. I order it weekly with a promo code or rewards. Again: this quality is unmatched. Their "The Works" supreme easily beats the rest, and they're the only ones who dont yet charge for extra garlic & other sauce. One word: Quality.

For a chain pizza place it is good. The crust is decent. I realy like the sauce. Original crust is thin and crispy. They really have fresh mushrooms and tomatoes. The rest of the stuff is also good. If you get spinish it is fresh also. Good place.
