The drive thru line is pretty fast even if it's busy. The remodeling of the restaurant turned out great. The free wifi all day is also awesome.

I stopped here to get my daughter a happy meal. Food was still hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Customer service was on point. Highly recommend.

It was your typical one speaker was too loud and then after ever item there was a "that all?".... But don't be afraided it's just a communication mistake instead of saying "anything else"

I was trying to use my app to redeem points towards a free vanilla cone, but app wasn't working properly....the workers saw that the struggle was real and gave me the vanilla cone for free! Lol! Awesome service at Waipio McDonald's!!

Drive thru so not sure on atmosphere

The drive through cashier was picking his nose right now. So when he handed me my food, I was completely grossed out. No gloves or masks, just picking his nose casually.

The inside was dirty, the table and chairs were sticky and brown stuff was on the wall.

Under construction but typical mcdonalds drive thru experience.

Made a complaint through the app about my experience so I wouldn't have to do it this way but here I am. My fries were mushy and under Cooked my buns were stale and rough on my teeth and the burger Patty served on my quarter pounders tasted like freezer frost and mildew.

One of the most friendly, quick, and delicious McDonalds I’ve been to in a while. I’ve never seen such friendly staff, not only towards me, but even to each other. Nice calming atmosphere even in the midsts of a remodel. I was even impressed with the burrito wrapping. Provided plenty of sauce and silverware and I had even forgot to ask! Great experience!

Waited 15 minutes curbside. Had to go into restaurant to retrieve my order. Also most of the time patrons park in the curbside to order inside. This location used to be good but now it’s terrible. The rice was mushy

Fast food... not for the thin at heart

The workers were very friendly didn't have to wait they were on itt.

Lazy..sleepy employees. Left the main condiments out for big breakfast and hotcakes on a drive through order. Called the lazy people asked for money back. They wanted the meals return and did not consider the hassle to the customer.

Not a healthy source of food . If have another option then don't eat this stuff. It's only making damage to you .

I came to see if I had absent mindedly left my brand new Sony Headphones at their location. Thank you to the Managers and staff who held on to it, assisted and contacted me to let me know I had left it there. I'm so grateful. Sincerely Robert

Typical McDonald's. I had a special order but it didn't come out right. This happens more times than not at almost every fast food establishment these days.

Food was ok. The service was less than adequate. They didn't give us straws with our drinks, any napkins or ketchup. Then when we asked for them they looked at us like we were stupid.

Mililani McDonald's has the best crew!

Order taker/cashier was friendly...the 2nd window presenter was rude no greeting no thank you and when i asked her for a few extra napkins she handed me one...thanks also my Order was wrong...i only ordered one sandwich i asked for no tomatoes they put extra tomatoes. The presenter appeared to be upset....what happened to hello and thank you...makes you feel unappreciated

I think I got chocolate chip cookies for free like 4 visits or more and at least 1 time it was 2 packs. Food is great especially when custom ordered. Thanks!!

I go there every morning for breakfast and have no complaints. The food is always good as usual and the wait is minimal.

Drive thru is efficient and quicker than other McD's. Some items on app are cheaper than other McD's.

McDonald has become like a broken record, especially when they always say the ice cream machine is not working. No matter where McDonald you go, there not dependable on ice cream.

This place is stuck smack in the middle of 2020...masks required, only half their tables are open, and they 'strongly encourage' you to use their giant touch screens or their app for ordering. They treat cash as if it was picked out of a toilet, best to pay with a card. Food was well prepared, would strongly recommend the drive l through only...skip the counter.

8/10 our order is always wrong. But I only complain 1/8 times. Today we ordered pancakes through the drive-thru, she repeated the order to us but she didn't charge me for it nor did she put it in our meal. The only time I complain is when they charge me the wrong order. Last time I asked for two large Cokes and one hamburger they gave and charge me two cheeseburgers and one large coke

I always like McDonalds. Nice, easy, and decent food! This location has the little beeper to let them know customers came in but no kiosks. I liked it anyways

They refused a 10:40am breakfast order despite McD's website Q&A saying breakfast served till 11am.

came here with my wife and we ordered for strawberry milkshake. We got home and found out that we were given smoothies instead.

The service at this McDonald’s is by far the best. Awesome customer service and lighting speed when ordering food. However the dine in service is lagging behind. All the other McDonald’s in area have the dine in self serve beverage area open and available to their customers. This is not available at the Waipio location. Big disappointment to me and my family. Please get this remedied soon.

Fast service on the way to the beach. Friendly drive thru service and food was consistent to what we expected.

Run don’t walk away from this McDonald’s! First their lobby design and layout is not customer friendly and is very small. On top of the terrible design, they have a sign asking you to limit your cost to 30 minutes, (not customer friendly). On top of the seating being too small for tall people, the furniture as big cuts in them and needs to be replaced. Also, the tables looked as if they had not been cleaned since the day before, and lastly the muffin I ordered look and tasted deadly. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for quite some time. Be very cautious when visiting this location. Lastly and most annoying is the beverage machine not being operable. The beverage machine being down should be top priority to get fixed.

Service was quick. Staff was very respectful and courteous despite being very busy.

The BEST McDonald's I have eaten at where the English Muffins are Actually really soft. I ordered the #1 Egg Muffin Meal the Muffin was soo soft!! Thank you. I've eaten at some McDonald's where the Muffin is hard like Rock. Very Busy yet Excellent Customer Service. Food nice and Hot & soo good Perfect Treat " Icee Float "

Just stopped off for a drink. The drive thru was empty and I got my drink within minutes.

This location is like any other location. I will say they have disappointed me on a few occasions by messing up orders or never having soft severe ice cream... but they make it up in customer service on other occasions.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the area and that's saying something. It's insane lack of civil engineering gives you an impossible drive thru/"parking". The shift manager let a struggling new hire with a "minor" badge just flop and fail trying to figure out how to ring up a breakfast order. I think the "minor" badge is a coy way to say "please don't yell at me I'm just a child" but really it should say "look how low McDonald's is willing to sink for a profit, they'll hire children, not train them, and charge you the same amount of money". This one was so bad I was tempted to actually take the silly McDonald's survey but instead ill.just avoid this one and go to Mililani McDonald's. Mililani has never rang me up for a meal I didn't order and then argue that "since it was rung up, it's impossible to take it off and I'll just have to buy it, it's no big deal".... yeah cause that happened...

Ewa Beach McDonald's. Second best McDonald's on island. First one is in Ewa down the road by the post office. Has two drive throughs for those that cannot wait (but still isn't always faster). Breakfast platters served all day!

Pre Christmas Eve afternoon, Drive thru packed but moved fast. My order was correct, next stop errand #3, I'm happy.

The food itself is always good. The problem is they never give what I order. Every time! Example: what I just ordered..... 4 piece happy meal with no sauce and APPLE SLICES. What I got was....hot mustard sauce, sweet and sour sauce, with extra fries and no apple slices. It only happens with the happy meals. This isnt the only McDonalds that has this issue. Mililani Town McDonalds does the exact same thing and doesnt give correct happy meals. I guess they just throw in there whatever they grab. Edit... I have to give them kudos because it does seem to have gotten better. Thanks McDs

Pretty good but they forgot to put salt on my French fries

Whoever was working at the last window to give me my goods was kind enough to ask if I needed napkins. That was a kind gesture which I am not always asked since I only bought drinks.

They have lots of choices for breakfast. Nice treat to have a good breakfast!

It's McDonald's. personally I really don't like to eat fast food but I do it a whole lot cause I'm always on the road working its a quick and cheap bite.

This McDonald's is always good. When they miss something they always fix the problem without question.

They forgot to give me the utensil pack for breakfast platter so no fork or shoyu was recd.

The location had very fast service...but some of the employees “Not all” were really rude.

Their service at that location was fast and efficient. Although the clerks didn't seem very friendly. I would've rated it higher had the workers there been more talkative and engaging with me and the 2 other customers.

Friendliest morning crew when I stop to get coffee during the week. There's especially one auntie on the register that honestly is always so kind and generous to each and every customer. Favorite chain location on the island hands down

For some reason the food and service is not as good? 1. Big Mac to messy, cut lettuce all over just not in between the buns. 2. Fish Filet can they make it straight? 3. Fountain side to sweet and very little carbonation. Flat the Coke! 4. Service? Drive tru had me wait 3-4 minutes with window closed. I almost went to next window to pick up my food and thinking it was a no charge meal. 19 years coming to the Waipio restaurant. Will keep going.
