they have not answered their phone. Their website doesn’t say anything about when they’re open mic is. I called 10 years ago and I called today. Same story

I used to love this place but it got so expensive and the hookah isn’t even that great. I was sad I had to stop going.

This place is amazing. And if you are a military veteran, they will REALLY take care of you. They have the best lounge sofas and the vibe is like a fuge between Starbucks and your typically high class lounge area. Would highly recommend and will be back to visit again soon.

The sign on the door says they are open 7 days a week, but they are actually closed on Monday.

A former shell of what it used to be. It might be under new ownership or management and pieces of what made the place special still shine through but it is not the same. Prices are high now, selection is weak, charm is gone, seats might as well be floor cushions plus there's cockroaches. I have been to many of hookah lounges and this place is above and beyond they are very gracious and attentive to all customers. The atmosphere in the building is laid back and I would highly recommend this place as a spot to come chill and hangout with a group of friends

Very relaxing nice atmosphere. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They have many flavors to choose from and the music was on point. This place is very beautifully designed. My only complaint which really was uncomfortable was the sectional sofas you sit on are very hard and hurt your butt. After sitting for only 20 mins I started to try and reposition myself because my butt was getting sore. I would recommend more comfortable seating for a all around comfortable experience.

I have been a few times. Flavors are pretty good. Anything w mint seems to be overpowered by it. Outside of the offerings, service was fair and polite. I'm saying 3, but service staff deserves 4. They make the place. It would be improve if music was better and accommodations were in nicer conditions.

Had an average experience. It was busy so we shared space with other people. The smoke from our hookah kept getting weak. The servers were nice and tried to fix it a few times but the same thing kept happening. Prices are average. I wasn't a fan of the interior.

Great place with all you can smoke hookah at one price. Sometimes they have live music and the people who work there are very chill. Make sure you have your ID bc they WILL check. The seats are uncomfortable but it’s no biggie.

My fiancé and I went last night and it was by far the most amazing hookah lounge I’ve ever been to! It was my fiancé’s birthday last night and we came on the night where they had open mic night and they had “Paper City” perform some songs of theirs and I loved it! The hookah was amazing and I loved their variety of flavors and on top of that, everything was unlimited and my fiancé got in for free for his birthday so I only paid $12 to get in. I highly recommend everyone going here. Great music, vibes, people and amazing hookah! Will be coming here again real soon! Thanks for an amazing night!

Chill out by yourself or with friends! Video games, bring your console or laptop and play away for hours! Play boardgames, card games, or sit at the front desk/bar and talk to the managers for fun!

Chill vibes, staff is pretty cool. We went on trivia night and that was fun. You can use an app/website to vote on music that'll play. They got tv's if you want to bring your game system/laptop. They also have a bunch of board games to select from Best part is that its a cover charge, so it's just $12 to get in, and unlimited for the night. They offer military, student and cash discounts.

A very chill and positive experience. The place has several large U-Shaped couches that can seat up to probably 8-10 people. The service staff was genuinely nice and approachable, making my first time their a great experience.

Its a cool place, service is good & they explain well. But when my friends tried to play music (which they give customers an app to play songs) they cancelled ot twice with no explanation. If its a place for everyone to enjoy themselves why are they judging? Won't go back.

It's an ok place but why give the option of choosing music when you try to play something like down with the sickness and the employees change it for no reason

Once you walk in, there's a person to your right ready to greet you. Its about 12 dollars for unlimited puffs lol. There are about 10-20 flavors you can mix but don't go too crazy or you will end up with a weird taste. I enjoyed the dim lights and the games you can play. My group played cards against humanity. Will definitely go again! Oh btw no alcohol is sold here.

Almost slipped on the wet floor from the leaking ceiling, and had two huge roaches on the couch at different points in the night, I know this is Florida but come on guys spray or something. The one good thing was Luke the server. he made some fantastic flavors and deserves a dang raise.

Service is awesome! Atmosphere is awesome! Only downfall is you have to pay for a full water bottle get get a little bowl of bubbles.

If you ignore the leaking ceiling and slippery floors... this is the best hookah bar I've been to as far as smoking quality. The service was excellent, they routinely checked the smoking quality and were on top of getting new coals or switching out the shisha to keep the quality at a constant peak. Props to the team there.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and awesome flavors. Prices are prefect for an unlimited hookah. Best part is the amazing staff, extremely personable, welcoming, and on top of how your hookah is smoking. Plus the GM Colin actually cares about each customer and their experience!

Top 2 of the places I went. Staff was always quite nice. Their setup for paying an amount and then getting a small hookah and getting it changed out every so often is super nice and unusual. It's great to save money and the cost is justify able especially since you can blow through 4 or 5 flavors in 3 or 4 hours. Nice asthetic that gives a great vibe. Could be more comfortable on the couches, but the many wall outlets and wifi speed (super faaaast) make it a great place I would recommend.

First this place have minimum charg 12.50 per person .for nothing Second the hookah is very very bad and you can not change it Third we stop the hookah and ask for our juice which is first time in my life I heard about they juice and after one hour we ask about our juice . Guess what. Not ready. Because they don't have it......is not a joke

This place has great ambiance, and some of the best service I've ever had in a hookah lounge. Sure, the hookahs aren't the best and it's a little pricy to get in. But you can change your flavor whenever you want. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I went in, they charged me $12.50! I ordered a hookah they said I can't get a hookah because there were three hookahs on the table where I was sitting with about 10 people!! I had to wait for my turn to share one of the three hookahs that I don't even know what flavored! So dark inside and smoky I had headache after 10 mins of being inside.. And even when I share one of the hookahs it was like a kid hookah!! So small and taste nothing but lil smoke! Lol I'll never go there again.

I've been here a couple of times and every time I go it's just a nice chill atmosphere. The staff there is always awesome and accomodating. I really enjoy the hookah flavors they offer and the fact you can mix and match to create your own! I highly recommend this place to hookah lovers!

It's a cool place and atmosphere. Every staff member is super friendly and social. When you think about the amount of hookah and different flavors you get, the cover charge is worth it. The servers actually try to remember your name and treat you like a friend. The open mic and black light nights sets it apart from other places .I've been coming here since last year and have yet to have a bad time. If youre looking for a lounge with a lot of choices and great atmosphere, meridian is the place to be.

best hookah lounge ive ever been too! awesome flavors like fresh tits, wolf pussy, awwww shiiit, and the heisenburg. had a great time with my friends there and will probably be coming weekly! also they have board games to play to make it even more fun

Great place! They only have large booths though which means it's great for socializing but really lame and awkward when you don't get someone fun. We got stuck next to a guy with headphones on and his computer clearly gaming. Nothing against him but it was a Friday night and wasn't expecting to stare at a wall all night. Other than that great place! Will visit often!

Honestly its not the best hookah place especially if you have had decent hookah or know what decent hookah smokes like. Its $12 PER PERSON and that's just the cover charge but if you want the good brands (starbuzz fantasia etc) that's $4 per bowl. A hookah lounge two streets away is $11 max per hookah - no cover charge so you won't pay $100 for a big group. On top of the price they sit you in big booths that you might have to share with strangers if the get busy. The hookah itself doesn't pull very well and you definitely don't get clouds because they use these little baby heads that are made for the 12 inch hookahs. Also they use the cheaper wooden coals that last longer but taste bad. So no 3 kings here. My boyfriend is a beginner at hookah and even he knew that this was not so good. If you decide to go ahead and check this place out to see if you like it make sure that if you get the good flavors to pay for it right on the spot or they will bug you your entire visit about the money you owe. Would definitely NOT recommend this to beginners or experienced smokers.

Definitely the premium spot in Tampa Bay to chill out with all your friends! The reasonably priced cover lets you smoke as much as you want without the pressure of having to buy a new bowl. The staff are amazing, and you won't be disappointed!

Oh Yea definitely my go to place when I want all fakher shisha and coals. The vibe is awesome. Lay back play video games, live performances and the lighting is everything.

I just moved to Tampa from Miami to attend USF a few weeks ago and I barely know a soul here. Luckily I have a cousin that lives nearby and asked if I wanted to go smoke hookah and we picked this place because of how close it was to USF. First off, I was so happy to see that they were open so late and I was even happier about the price. Coming from Miami, hookah there is charged per bowl and for every additional hose which becomes very expensive, very quickly. I once had a session with friends cost us about $20+ each for only 2 rounds. Unlimited hookah for a night at a one time fee is just amazing. On top of that, our service was fantastic! Our server (Andrew) was extremely nice to my cousin and I and really showed excellent guest service. Really personable and constantly had great recommendations for new tobaccos to try out. It was even funnier when my cousin and him knew each other from school! Overall, just a great, great place to go and relax for a while and hang out with friends. I'm definitely coming back here and signing up for the customer loyalty program.

I like the big sofas so if you have a group with you, everyone fits, 8 is a good number. It also smells so good when you walk in. I liked the music at first but it was a little loud and was hard to talk to the other people in your party and we had to wait 2 hours to get in even though we called way early in the day. They only have about 12 sofas in the place..so usually have to wait because it is a all you can smoke for 12 dollars a person. No, you can not change out anytime you want..and, need at leasr two people for own hookah. If three people only one hookah for those you dont like the same flavors. If you go with 7 people 3 hookahs and you have to wait 30 mins to change it out...didnt like the one we picked so that was a disappointing. Most of the time that staff isnt great, they will come by once a while and flip coal and a few times while they walked by I tried to get attention but they couldnt hear me. They have drinks up front but kind of pricey for a can tea..and no food so plan eat before or after. I gave it a three because its not bad and has good parts about it but would like a higher table to play cards or whatever. Would also like something to snack on, sandwich or even chips. Also if they charge 12 a head then should be able to change flavor within reason and have extra hookah for a third person. I would say own hookah but 8 hookahs at one table would be a lot of hookahs but they are charging per head..would never share plate at all you can eat resturant...there you have it :)

I frequent Meridian many times a week/month. 12 dollars for unlimited Hookah, no matter what flavors. I was going when it was 10 dollars, and I was sad when they raised the price, but it's still fair. I prefer Meridians comfortable couches and chill atmosphere to any other Hookah Lounge in the Tampa Bay Area.The hours are great for anyone looking for a Hookah lounge open around Midnight or later. I really like that aspect cause I work until 11 or 12 everynight in Lutz, and it's so nice to be able to go and chill before going home and going to bed! Love Meridian! Keep up the good work guys!!

The first time i came here, I was skeptical because they were so cheap, as soon as i walked in the door I knew I was wrong. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and the mixed flavors are delicious. I have been back many times since then and this is my new favorite hang out. The best part is I work night shift and they open just a little before i get off work and close around time for me to be hitting the bed. Not only are the cheap delicious and friendly, they fit in my very nocturnal schedule.
