I've been here a few times with my daughter because I live nearby. Whenever I have friends in the mood for ice cream, I stop in here too so they can try it. Usually everyone is very friendly, asks if you'd like to sample a flavor, and they explain how the menu works (you can choose a bowl made from cereal, waffle cones, cups, a pint etc). Last time I was here I brought someone new with me and the lady working was probably having a long day because while we looked at the menu in silence to decide what we were in the mood for she said "you can ask me questions I'm not here for decoration". I found it a little rude and unnecessary, and it definitely did not make me want to ask her questions. I thought maybe I'd taken it personally, but when we left, my friend asked if I'd noticed the clerk was rude. Their ice cream is delicious, though, and until then, I'd never had anyone be rude to me while stopping in.

Delicious concept most of all. My son had the cinnamon waffle and I have a lucky charm milk shake. 😋🥰 Enjoyed the decorations also, especially “for the haters sign”. How could u hate on ice cream anyways… There is parking on the side which is a plus.

Incredible delicious ice cream the cinanmon made on the spot, heater was divine in the amazing ice-cream. No adds needed..though you can choose up to 3!:) waffles are also made. The cones are Incredible. The variety of unique tasty flavors was super cool. Quiet neighborhood allowed to enjoy the deliciousness outside their door with great breeze and shade. Great parking too at least when we went. Looks like and felt like a local spot.. not touristy

It was ok. As tourists, we rode citibikes from the Elser Hotel, which was fun. My fiance decided to wait outside with our bikes and I tried to order two cones, but I guess I wasnt heard and got one cone with two scoops which was fine but then it took 10 minutes for me to be cashed out which led to a melted cone. Better off going somewhere in Bayside vs this place. They bank on the tourists reading their glowing…reiviews

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a few months now. It’s our favorite ice cream in all of Miami. The ladies working are always so kind and remember us every time! We’ve brought friends here, and even turned my boyfriend’s parents (from out of state) on to Midtown! The ice cream is so creamy and filled with pieces, and they give you a hefty portion! My favorite is the Biscoff Salted Caramel! 🫶🏼😋

I went to the location around Miami Beach right next to Sola Restaurant and Erica was amazing!! Her service was phenomenal and she’s so funny. The icecream tasted amazing. It’s so many different flavors. Thank you Erica for making my first day in Miami incredible!!

Kids and I enjoyed delicious ice creams from this place after dinner. Server was kind and offered samples. Music wasn’t loud but I did hear the f word twice on the soundtrack which was playing which wasn’t appropriate for young kids.

What a wonderful experience! The ice cream on top of a warm brownie is so good, the free toppings are an awesome bonus, and fruity Pebble bowls are so cool. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, very fast and the store itself has a very fun vibe to it. I've been there twice in the past week and I don't plan to slow down.

BEST ICE CREAM IN THE COUNTRY SO FAR! Hands down! I love Littlemans in Denver, my favorite is Handles in Las Vegas, and several others that deserve top ten accolades. But this place has taken the title and its not even close! WOW! Ordered the mint oreo, and a scoop of coconut. My buddy ordered a scoop of the strawberry. We were stuffed from dinner so we didnt go crazy with their waffle cones or the ceral bowls that you can have your ice cream served in. Basically, it's a bowl made out of different cereals! Very creative! The mint oreo had the cookies ground up well so that you didnt get a huge bite of half a cookie but rather scoops of oreo dust if that makes sence. The mint was nice and powerful but nothing artificial tasting about it. The coconut was absolutely amazing. Usually i find that when ice cream companies do these kind of flavors they use thier vanilla ice cream and add coconut flakes and call it coconut ice cream. Not midtown. The icecream was very creamy almost softserve texture, with a powerful flavor of coconut that was not fake or off, just excellent coconut flavor, and then added the coconut flakes for texture. Beautifully done. The strawberry that buddy had was punch you in the face flavorful and again, not fake or off flavored. Just a very, very flavorful strawberry kick that left you craving more and more and more! I noticed they had some massive cookies that were screaming at me. So i ordered two, a reeces pieces and a choclate chip. These were larger than softball! I took them home as a gift and were devoured two days after purchase. They were still soft and chewy and so damn good as well! This place makes everything on site and you can tell they have truly perfected their craft. Anytime i am in Miami i will definitely be stopping here each nite lol

They have an excellent selection of flavors for all types. I highly recommend their Taro ice cream it's my absolute favorite. The staff are very friendly and patient. They don't have much as far as seating, just a couple of chairs outside and a small couch inside, which gets a little cramped on busy days. They also have lots of off street parking. This spot is definitely a must try for ice cream lovers

Midtown Creamery is pretty damn awesome. The space is compact, and there's no public bathroom, so bring something to clean your hands, b/c it can get messy, especially if you're taking your scoops in a cup and happen to be a slow eater. The Biscoff salted caramel and coffee caramel flavors are pretty awesome. Check out the bubble cone thingy, or eat your ice cream scoops out of a cereal bowl--as in a literal bowl mad out of cereal, like fruity pebbles and cinnamon toast crunch. Look, just stop reading this, put down the phone, have a glass of water and get down there. Do it! C'mon!!

Ice Cream is okay at best. The customer service is garbage. The night shift was definitely the worst experience I have had in a small business. They have a couch, but when people use it to have a one on one conversation or group setting, immediately they push you out with excuses and bad attitude. Not the best vibe and very unprofessional behavior. If you as a business don’t like to have a good customer service, just don’t have a business. Specially about ice cream.

This place has amazing flavors, friendly service, and overall great vibes. I love the Biscoff flavor and the chocolate Oreo flavor! I usually get both in a single pint, with one on top and one on bottom. Everything is solid though - am definitely a repeat customer

I literally just walked out of this place. I want to mention that I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES I have ever had in my entire life. I don’t know what is the name of the person who made my bubble wrap, but don’t loose her. She is AMAZING. I asked what was the taro flavor and she told me everything about it. She said good things about the owner (that he is really smart, that he makes all those flavors, etc). She is proud of her position and her job. She has potential to grow in this company.

Best ice cream spot I have found thus far. My kids and I have started a tradition of coming every year on Easter. Mind you, it’s about a 40 minute drive away from us, but it’s that good so it’s definitely worth it. The waffle cone is a must try with any ice cream flavor and all of the flavors are delicious.

Overall the quality/flavor of the ice cream and shake was okay. Very overpriced ice cream and actively raising their prices (you'll see in the picture the $ has no prices listed), but some of that is to be expected for the Midtown area. Have a good selection of a variety of ice cream flavors that can be bought as cups, with extra toppings, or as a shake. The selection is good but for the price, I'd recommend other dessert spots down the street in the Wynwood area.

The birthday cake ice cream in the bubble waffle cone was life changing, and the strawberries were so sweet and fresh!

I had not tasted so creamery ice creams. I tried dulce de leche, and vanilla with condensed milk. They are so delicious. The crusts, not seen in any other stores, and the ice cream flavors are prepared in house. It is a very small store. Maybe you go along Biscayne Blvd and not noticed it. We were 4 people going there and we received very good attention.. By the way, it is a small business owned by Afro-American or Jamaican people. I am not sure. Go there!

I love their homemade bubble waffle cones. The ice cream is okay- select flavors. I only go for the bubble waffle cone! The area is not the best and there’s no where really to sit and enjoy the ice cream, so I end up outside, which doesn’t feel so safe.

Good, would recommend getting a cookie or brownie, it comes with more things for the same price, $10. The wait time is usually long and overall it is expensive, but it is worth it once in a while.

Very creative ice cream shop! Mine in bubble waffle, my son pick the cereal bowl one. We love all of them! They made for seasonal themed ice cream like snowman in december, and crazy creative idea for Halloween! I’m not a big candy fun so I just pick ice cream and fresh fruit ,but it’s all up to you, and your fantasy they will make come true! Price is super affordable.

Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, the ice cream once put together is beautiful. The quality of the ice cream is bar none. I’ve been going to Midtown Creamery multiples times a year since 2018 and it’s only gotten better with time. It’ll always be 5 stars.

This places is definitely a hole in the wall. There no where to sit in no restroom for customers. The customer service is a 10/10. The lady servicing us was patient and was kind. She let us sample the ice cream with no limit. The bubble waffle is amazing!!!! I definitely would go back!!!!

Listen!!! This was some GOOD ice cream! This was our first time visiting, boy, was it worth the trip. The service was excellent. Good variety. I had a scoop of pralines and cream and scoop of salted Caramel biscotti in a bubble waffle come with warm Caramel drizzled all over. Divine! Husband had 2 scoops of guava and cheese in a bubble waffle. One daughter had 2 scoops vanilla, oh so Creamy. Second daughter had an ice cream sandwich made with a homemade warm chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream, rolled in rainbow sprinkles. A perfect way to end our day trip to Miami! The place is small, but this ice cream makes you want to be alone to enjoy with no distraction and without sharing. Trust me, you will want to get your own.

High quality ice cream and unique flavors. A little pricey, but worth it and they offered unlimited toppings. Had the Coffee Toffee and it was incredibly delicious. My daughter had the Nutella Oreo with rainbow sprinkles and it was good too. Definitely a “party” vibe with loud music and no seating really, so not the easiest place to take kids, but great for taking ice cream to walk in Wynwood or Midtown.

If you enjoy American icecream this is your place. All flavors, toppings, syrups… you name it.
