Food is very delicious, friendly awesome service

I absolutely love eating here they have what I have been looking for for a long time now cause nobody makes it the same anymore and they get your order out in 10 minutes or less. It’s crazy good I recommend you visit this place.

This little trailer serves up some seriously fresh and tasty Chinese food. Their shrimp dishes are cooked perfectly and I’ve never had fried rice as good as this. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you’re looking for something different in this part of town.

We just tried Mimis for the first time and we will definitely be back. The food is great, portions are huge and the food is served hot. Also, the prices are more than reasonable considering we each have enough left to enjoy another meal. Thanks Mimis, you're a great asset to the area.

Great food, mediocre location, and mostly reasonable price. Food: We ordered orange chicken (pictured) and noodles- both had great presentation and tasted good! Location: Kinda meh, a dingy little food truck circle. Probably wouldn't go alone at night, but fine during the day. Cost: Alright but not great- $25 for two entrees. Prices were NOT listed, which they really should do. All in all, a good experience though :)

10/10 DONT CHANGE A THING! The price is like good for the quality of food you get. Don’t call and ask how much and your like whaaa. It’s as much as a Chinese restaurant except you have to pay for egg rolls additionally. But they are good pork egg rolls. I love the flat noodles. I hate when restaurants give you spaghetti for lo mein THATS NOT LO MEIN. Here is LO MEIN FUEGO! Which means it’s good gringos. So we got Orange Chicken w fried rice, Sweet and Sour chicken w fried rice (fried rice is YUM) and Lo Mein with all the meats. And 3 pork egg rolls 38.25 plus tax 41.50 WORTH IT. For a Chinese trailer that’s close out here AND YOU DONT HAVE TO GO INTO TOWN WITH CRAZY TRAFFIC ITS ALL WORTH IT. We needed something like this out here. GRACIAS MIMIS CHINESE FOOD. Nunca cambiamos nadas POR FAVOR. LOS NOODLES DEPARTAMENTOS SON MUY DELICIOSO Y SABORES! Nunca los cambies. Translation: The flat noodles are delicious and flavorful! Never change them.

Come here almost every two weeks. I can’t resist the chicken and broccoli with fried rice made fresh every time. My Husband gets Beef Romaine and it’s Awesome!! My kids get Orange Chicken also made sooo Delicious!! This truck is nothing but the Best of Chinese Food. Nobody tops this Truck in Austin. Food is made with love, you have to try you will be amazed.

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon, and the food was good. It needed some seasoning but the portions were plenty. It was worth the stop.

Food there is awesome totally do recommend I go there 2-3 times/month The owners super sweet.

I am a delivery truck guy, every time I pass by this area I can’t resist your food is so delicious and the people so cool, nice place to revitalize your energies while having a delicious meal that they serve you with majesty . By far the best food restaurant you can have. Thats why i love small places. Best cooking chefes… enjoy and be nice!

Really delicious! So happy to have a Chinese food place in Del Valle. Got the noodles with chicken - fresh, hot, lots of meat, and came with an egg roll. They were also quick and friendly. Will be back!

Omg so good. Beats all of the Asian restaurants in Austin. My favorite is beef and Mushrooms w/noodles

So yummmm- definitely recommend trying it if you’re in the area! Trailer is clean, chef is professional, and the food is 10/10. We got the noodles plate with chicken and the vegetable chicken with fried rice. Both were made fresh and so flavorful. They don’t take card but they take Venmo and zelle!
