Absolutely love the theme of the place and what they do. Food is always very tasty. Staff was super helpful an extremely friendly. They seem to actually enjoy working

Greeted with a smile, all employees were very courteous and professional. The young lady that took my order explain things to me because it was my first time eating there. I had the brisket which was very tender and had a good smoke ring with lots of flavor. The collard greens were spot on, and the macaroni and cheese was creamy with a nice crunchy crust and a good smoked taste to that as well.

Food is DELICIOUS!!!! definitely will be back

Typically southern bbq restaurant setup where you grab your drink as you walk up to the counter, then order what food you'd like. Got the pulled pork sandwich. Of the sauces, the Smokey Mountain was our table's favorite. Only thing that stopped this place from a 5 star rating for me was the lack of recycling. The main drinks they sell are in glass bottles and they just toss the empties in the trash.

The staff is extremely nice. It was Mt first visit. Louise was awsome. Walked us through the menu. We ordered everything was fantastic. The staff brought us out plenty of extras since it was our first time. Extremely pleased. We will be back.

Great place with fun atmosphere. The staff was super duper friendly. Food was delicious. It was our first time in and would definitely recommend this place for a great meal. Happy though surprised it's a chain because now we'll be looking for another one on our travels.

The first time I ordered it was fine, the 2nd time I ordered, it was mostly fat, each time I ordered 1# beef brisket, so the 2nd time I got stung, I usually call and complain but I forgot to. Their prices seem to be too high for what their offering.

This was a great experience! The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Helped us experience the flavors and options on the menu. Will definitely go back again. The manager was phenomenal too! I just wished I got his name.

Pretty good barbecue but somewhat limited menu and the sides weren't great.

USED to be my FAVORITE place to eat. The food is great but the prices have soared beyond a reasonable amount for most people IMO. We Walked out without eating there the last time I was there when I saw the increases in the prices. I ate at a five star restaurant with a great (real) Chief for 30.00 with Appetizer, bread basket (re filled at request) fresh salad and wonderful caramel/ apple pork medallions and FULL service. We can't forget the competition in the BV Ohio area with very good food and prices that are less for more. So Sorry Mission 30.00 for brisket and 3 sides and a drink in a casual sit down is just a little too much in my opinion. The Black Plate Ribeye is good but again too pricey! So many eateries in the North Canton Ohio area are like this now .......pricing themselves right out of business.

I had the sausage links (jalapeño & cheese), and they were hardly lukewarm. It seemed as thought they are precooked, sliced lengthwise, then warmed up (?) on the grill. In addition, just try and cut the skin with the plastic knife! Very disappointed. The fries, and the wife’s sandwich were fine.

8:00pm on Saturday. Ordered a Sampler platter with moist brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was burnt and crispy certainly not moist. The pulled pork was dry and well I didn’t find a sauce I liked.

This place is amazing! This is my third time having them ever! And they don’t miss! Every time has been great vibes, efficient and friendly staff, clean environment and the food is to DIE FOR! I always get the salmon and mac&cheese because like I said they always get it perfect!My favorite part is picking what sauce I want, definitely a different touch than most BBQ SPOTS! This will be a staple forever ❤️ thank you

If you like bbq and a business that services all aspects of the military community (active, reserve and veterans) and first responders. Then this place is for you. My first time here and I got samples of some of the products and I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Thank goodness they have a meat sampler… I got the one with 3 meats. Their Mac and cheese is yummy and the bake beans in my opinion are to die for. Just remember you get what you pay for. Amazing food doesn’t come cheap. I willingly spent a lot of money here (and I hate spending money) but I’m already planning on coming back soon. This will definitely be a regular thing for me and my wife.

Pulled pork sandwich is the best..the chicken was great... banana pudding was delicious..plus it's for the veterans..they play the national anthem which is rare but refreshing

Best brisket...ever... in the history of mankind. Green beans are a surprisingly good option. Potato salad is average. Cole slaw also only okay. Once again... world altering brisket. Look at the video.

Lupe might be the kindest human on the planet earth. He came by my table, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and offered wonderful service. The food is awesome, the BBQ sauce selection is excellent, and has a great friendly atmosphere. Thank you!

The food here is amazing and so are the portions. When we picked up an order they showed us all the food before packing it up for us. Staff was very nice as well. Has a welcoming atmosphere as well, Really nice theme and decor inside too. I absolutely love the pulled pork and the green beans. Lots of other good food as well. One of my new favorites too. This place is worth a try. One of few places around that seems to actually show that they care about their food & business.

We had our first experience with Mission BBQ on June 5th........and it was AWESOME!!!!!! I wish I could rate service at 10 stars!!!!! Victoria (gosh, I hope I got her name right 🤞) was absolutely fantastic! When she learned it was our first visit ever, she went out of her way to make our experience welcoming, informative, and positively impressionable!!!! The food is very good! We each had a 3 meat tray and ordered green beans and macaroni and cheese. I enjoyed it all. I wasn't a fan of all the sauces, but they were good. The atmosphere....I liked feeling like I was dining with the heroes whose pictures lined the walls. Can't wait to go back again....taking Pop for Father's Day!!!

Great food, service, and a chance to support our veterans. Seeing the pictures and names of people who've served and some that gave it all made eating there a bit more special. Staff members came by our table and talked with us a bit and was so friendly. We really appreciate the welcome. Wished I lived closer I'd eat there often. Mac & cheese was my favorite side and the pulled chicken was delicious

Zack and his crew at the Avon, Ohio location are amazing. They went above and beyond for me for my event. I selected the brisket and the pulled pork for the entree along the the mac and cheese and baked beans for sides.

My name is Lydell and me and my girlfriend Autumn have come to the canton Belden village location and we have been here 4 straight days and on our first initial visit we took a little longer to understand the menu dynamic and we were greeted by Kevin, energetic, helpful, knowledgeable, and more willing to educate on the brand and the food within. He was very welcoming and his customer service was top tier. On day after we met Lupe very kind and helpful, also very knowledgeable and welcoming and we can’t forget Drew and Dillon with all there hard work and experience in preparing and presenting great food left more to be desired and I’m happy that our first experience with Mission BBQ was at this location. They are all a class act. Thank you very much

As always,Mission Bbq remains a top notch choice for a good bbq meal. The brisket is our favorite, and the cornbread is moist and sweet, just like God intended. Found out today that I actually like the KC bbq sauce the best.

Wife has been wanting to go to Mission BBQ for awhile. Took her today for mother's day. I hear so much about how they treat Veterans, they preach themselves up on how great they are. I asked the female at the register if they had a military discount. Rudely replied we don't give military discounts. WHAT? great way to show their appreciation to those who served. Due to her poor attitude and the below average food, I'll go elsewhere. And PS, I don't need your generic response. They don't care enough to give a custom response to their customers. Every reply is the same. Disappointed.

lupe is seriously the most valuable employee you have. truly, he made our experience above and beyond ANYTHING i could have ever experienced. the food was beyond delicious and they have plenty of sauces for my fellow spice lovers. mac n cheese was actually comparable to my homemade mac n cheese, which is honestly impressive. reasonably priced, extremely fast service, and the funnest environment around! :)

Always a great experience at Mission bbq! The atmosphere is very inviting the food never disappoints. It's always an extra special visit when Lupe is servicing the dining area, he really goes out of his way to provide a superb customer experience.

Delicious -- I had pulled chicken. My husband had ribs. Love the honor given to veterans -- the decor is dedicated to veterans. I wish we had a Mission BBQ in my hometown. I want to support a restaurant like this.

I love this place. The turkey is amazing. Usually when I go it's sold out, If you know, you know!, the lemonade was really good and so was the sweet tea. What i do not care for is the seasoning on the fries...I asked them not to put it on and the lady who took our order yelled it back... all got the seasoning on there. It's too salty for my taste. So I couldn't eat them. Kind of a waste of money. And the brownie was super dry too. Usually amazing!

Great dining experience! Study the menu before you go. We had a sampler (2 meals) with ribs, beef brisket, chicken, and shrimp. You order sides separate from main dishes. Delicious.

We came here for the first time and everything we ordered was really good. The cashier was so nice and polite. She greeted us and even talked extensively about the menu when she heard it was our first time. She also recommended the bbq shrimp, which I wouldn't have picked if not for her recommendation, and glad we got it because it was the best shrimp bbq we had. Love the variety of sauces. I tend to stick to a favorite when I find it and I prefer the smoky mountain. The interior design of the restaurant was kinda cool, featuring real life heroes. Overall, we had a really good time and was so full when we left. I definitely recommend checking it out. You won't regret it!

Clean dining area. Exceptional food! Highly recommended the lean brisket. Fast, efficient service. Love that everyone is welcome to stand and sing the National Anthem at noon! Love how they honor our nation's heros as well.

Incredible food and great service and employees! Had a bad experience before (nothing wrong with the food, just entirely too much fat left on what was supposed to be lean brisket a few times), but all was made right. Upper management is eager to remedy any issues, and that speaks volumes about the company as a whole. No issue could keep me away from this place because the food is always amazing!

I tried the pulled pork with BBQ sauce and it was delicious. The BBQ sauce just made the flavor even better. It was not dry & the food was warm. I also tried the salmon and it had a nice soft flavor to it. It was cooked just right, and it did not taste fishy. I would definitely get the pulled pork and salmon again. I like the veteran theme as well!

All I can say is wow. This place is outstanding. Everything was delicious. Brisket-excellent,ribs-excellent,turkey-excellent,mac and cheese-delicious,beans-fantastic,sweet potato pie-best I've had at a restaurant. Every sauce I tasted was good. Personal favorites were texas twang,, south carolina zing, and nc vinegar. They are all really good tho. Zero complaints about this place. Staff was super friendly, polite, and courteous. Shout out to Logan for going above and beyond. Somebody give that man a raise.

Everyone that works here is so nice! We came for my mom’s birthday and Lupe was so sweet! He even sang happy birthday! It made our night!! The food was great too! Highly suggested!

I LOVE the beef brisket here. You have the option of lean or moist. I get the moist, its fattier but more tender. They have the most delicious peach cobbler, too, although it is seasonal. The restaurant has a very patriotic feel to it, and if you're there at noon, everyone rises and sings the national anthem.

I've been to a lot of "Mission barbecues" over the years And in all those visits I've never been one that ran out of brisket. Until this one tonight. Extremely disappointed would not recommend. It's like a Mexican restaurant running out of taco meat. Some things you just don't do

I went on at 8:50pm and I asked Meredith if there was time to dine in. She said of course we close at 9pm. Once she helped pick the food and how helpful she was and the staff, I decided to take the food and eat it at the hotel near by since Mission was about to close and I was being mindful of keeping the employees there longer than needed. Once I tasted the food Meredith was right, the food is amazing and I then came to sense that it was worth the 25% tip I left her not only for her service, but because the BBQ is the best I tasted in Ohio and many states in the U.S.. The BBQ sauce with the F is amazing. I didn’t get the name of it so you gonna have to ask for the BBQ with the F. The flavor of that sauce makes a huge difference 👍.

I haven't ordered ribs in several years because that last few times I did order ribs they were no good. Then someone said we should try Mission BBQ and I'm so glad we did! The ribs are amazing and I rotated through all six sauces probably about 4 or 5 times until I was done with the ribs. The cornbread was nice and moist and the caramel bread pudding was amazing! The only thing I would say could use adjusting is the amount of salt on the fries, way too much. Other than that, I haven't eaten anything good enough to make me dance in my seat in a while so thank you!

My family was wanting to go here And try it out. Not my preference but I nevertheless enjoyed the meal. The building has as strong theme and decor to it which was neat. Food was tasty but portion sizes were slightly smaller than ideal. Soda was good no complaints there. Overall not bad if you like BBQ / American food.

Great food, great people!! Samples were dropped off at my work which is 30 minutes away from the restaurant. Everything was so delicious I decided to take my family to the restaurant. My husband loved all of it. Warm welcome when we arrived and friendly staff asked how we liked everything. This is a must try restaurant.

The food at the North Canton, OH Mission BBQ is far superior to two of our Illinois restaurants. We were so impressed with the portion sizes, the quality & freshness and the kindness of the employees. The staff was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free items. Three of us have celiac. A manager came to our table to tell us which sauce has gluten and chat with us about our hometown. He offered our table of six some additional menu items to sample and some free sandwich coupons to give to friends. We will be back every time we come into town to visit family.

Mission BBQ is one of my favorite places! I always get the pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, side salad, and cornbread. Everything is delicious! More than the food, the service is always outstanding! When I walk in the front door, I am always greeted by someone at the register, no matter how busy it is. I went to other restaurants today and walked out because I wasn’t acknowledged. I always look forward to coming here and getting a great meal! Keep up the great work!

I've driven by this place so many times and finally decided to try it. I ordered the chopped brisket sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes and a fountain drink. The potatoes were fine, nothing I'd write home about, but the sandwich was so salty. I don't know if it was the sauce, the meat itself, or what, but it was too much. And if I'm going to be completely honest, I was expecting the brisket to be more tender than it was. Regardless, I don't feel the food reflected the nearly $18 price tag, unfortunately. Staff was friendly and the establishment was clean and orderly.

This is the 3rd time in a row at this location where the brisket was overcooked and dried out. Half of the meat was inedible. I would not return here again. Such a disappointment as I support their cause but expect a quality product in return. I would not recommend it to a friend.

Delicious! Everytime I come here the service and food are spot on. I came on veterans day and it was packed and I still received amazing service. I told them I didn't order the sandwhich and they replaced with a side of the meat and let me keep the sandwhich. Amazing service and atmosphere all around 👏
