Been closed since the pandemic but there is a cooler outside that you can select your pie and put your money in the mailbox. The grape pie is to die for but you must bake it off.

Self service for the pies and jam. Pies were in the cooler and the jams were in the cabinet. Just leave your money in the bird house

I’ve always ordered in advance to make sure they have what I’m looking for. My wife grew up in Canandaigua, and is very familiar with Monica’s and the Naples Grape scene. So I occasionally get her a grape or peach pie; one of each if I can’t decide. The chicken pot pie makes an amazing quick and easy dinner too. Keep a few in the freezer. Store bought brands cannot compete. Highly recommended - if you’re even near Naples, you should stop in! I’ve been eating Stouffers for lunch or dinner lately- chicken pot pies (cpp), and they are edible if not great. I realize that is not a glowing review, but Stouffers is not the source I came here to review. Monica’s is the best source I,ve found for pies of any sort. If you want a freshly cooked pie, you can order the same day and wait for it. For a frozen pie, they suggest you order it at least 1 day in advance.

Great fruit pies. Monica's raspberry & grape are two of my favorites. Their chicken pot pies are fabulous too. Great hearty winter food!

Ok, so this is kind of an update post for anyone trying to figure out if Monica's is open or closed... The week of October 24th, there were grape pies available to be purchased in the cooler in front of the store. I TOTALLY lucked out one day and happened to run into (possibly Monica?) who sold me a Dutch Apple Crumb pie (hands down, the BEST I've ever had!) It looks like they're open, but with extremely limited availability... So it's really a luck of the draw right now... But if you're looking for the grape pie, you'll be luckier than most! Just make sure you bring cash!

Sent my brother there to get me a grape pie before my trip to NY for Thanksgiving. Noone was manning the front. He waited for quite some time, could see people downstairs but noone came to the front. I stopped by while in town to try again. I rang the bell waited a good 10 mins, walked around to see if anyone was around. I too saw people down below but noone came up so I decided to leave. Was really looking forward to some hometown food. Unfortunately Monica disappointed! Not once, but twice!

Great pies. Unfortunate that they're closing without an opening date posted. Hopefully more pies to come in the future. We always stop when in town.

Alright listen. We saw Monica’s. We saw cindys. We tried both. Cindys is good. I’ll review that too. Y’all can read that too. But Monica’s makes a better grape pie. It’s better. I even wanted to like cindys more for some reason. The vibe just felt better. We’re talking incredible crust, mouth watering baby. The filling reminded me of my first communion and the first time I felt love. It was like Monica’s warm embrace was inside me. So if you’re wondering which one to go to, go to both. But get the grape pie at Monica’s. Oh. We also bought wood here, it was wet. Wet wood ain’t never caught no fire

Yumm!! Chicken pot pie and grape pie to finish it off. Always was one of mom’s favorites. Wish you could be here for it mom. I will enjoy it for us both!! Lol

The Best fresh fruit pies around been going to Monica's for over 35 years never disappointed

Was "ok". The grape pie tastes good but was runny and just ok. The service getting the pie was eh. And certainly dont think worth the $17. Again tasted ok but you can get better pies elsewhere at more reasonable prices. Not worth the hype in my opinion

I always ride to Naples NY to get Strawberry Rhubarb pie when I visit HOME. I absolutely love the fresh baked pies.

They sold both savory & sweet pies the day we were there. Large (4-6 servings) & small (1-2 servings) pies were available. She sells fresh, frozen, and ready to bake pies. COVID-19 restrictions were in place.

Right now everything is based outside due to COVID. Bell to ring for service through the window. Everything you need is just moved. Still have a large menu and plenty of options to chose from. Plenty of parking as well. I wanted to try the chicken pot pies but didn’t bring enough money! Pies are a bit pricey ($17) but we’ll worth it. They have homemade jams as well. Cards accepted which was a huge plus.

Love this shop, the pies (both sweet and savory) are soooo yummy and the staff is wonderful - especially Grace!

These pies were excellent!! We saw it on a YouTube video about the Finger Lakes and worked it into our agenda. Totally worth the trip.

MONICA'S is known through out all the Fingerlakes. Pulling in when she had pies cooking is like heaven. People from miles around come here for the pies Breads Jams and much more. She has ready pies and pies to pop in oven. All come with ideas and suggestions for cooking a preparing. Famous for her Grape pies a signature in the Vine valleys.

Best pies around the grape is amazing ( useful hint- make sure to go for the pastry top) the apple Dutch is pretty good the pies are super high quality, customer service is always good and I highly recommend to stop by if your ever in the finger lakes area or around Naples

Everyone raves about the grape pie, which was good, but the apple carmel nut pie is unbelievably delicious! If you're in the area, it is worth stopping!

We bought a grape pie. It was excellent, but I thought the price was a little high.

My boyfriend said, "I don't like pie," before tasting, then subsequently devouring, both Monica's Chicken Pot Pie and Caramel Apple Pie on our vacation. We stay on Canandaigua rather than any other lake in part just to be close to Monica's. Do yourself a favor and go!

Now I know that Monica's is known for their Grape Pies, but I'll let you in on a little secret - the Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie with Walnuts is TBE, take my word for it! Think of a chocolate chip walnut cookie from @Levain in New York City, baked onto an ultra-buttery and hauntingly tender and flavorful pie crust. This pie is beyond addicting. They don't ship, but If you happen to be in the Naples/Canandaigua Lake area, do not leave from there without stopping by Monica's for amazing Customer Service, and Amazing Pies!

Delicious grape pie with crumb topping and delicious concord grape jam. Stopping on the way home to pick up more.

Great pies, a bit expensive but worth it. I drive 2hrs to get Monica's pies so that a small price to pay for the best. Apple carmel crumb is the top shelf.

The best pies around, hands down. My grandma first took me here during grape fest 20+ years ago. In my memory we walked into what looked like Monica’s home kitchen and she gave us a pie right there on the spot. Happy to know they are still around and that the pies are still amazing. I have to say the Caramel apple nut crunch is one of the best pies I’ve ever had, aside from my grandmas of course.

Monica's is always worth the trip. Excellent baked goods and friendly , efficient staff. Beautiful location too !

I wasn’t a big fan of the grape pie which is what they are known for. The crumble apple pie was good though. Prices seem high. Lines are very long. Instructions on the frozen pie’s are really good. I’ll probably swing in if I’m ever in the evades!

They offer a wide variety of freshly-baked pies that are so very delicious.

I tried ordering four chicken pot pies to be paid for now and picked up in four days. I was told no sorry first come first serve. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ 😒😿 seems an odd business practice to me.

Amazing pies great social distancing and I love how they prepare their pies so you can freeze them.

Always love coming to Monica's for one or 2 of her famous pies. Strawberry Rhubarb for me it is. I always grab one for my son and his family. This year I purchased 2 hoodies so I'm sporting a purple Monica's sweat shirt. Love it.

I drove over an hour for these pies. Does that say enough? Perhaps, but they also are following covid-19 rules and are a joyous bunch. These pies are totally worth the drive. If you want a grape pie, this is the place.

I am not a fan of Monica's grape pies. I buy grape pies from another baker in Naples. I stopped to buy a pecan coffee cake, but they were out of them. I bought a pumpkin cranberry bread, but it was so crumbly that it fell apart and I had to eat the crumbs with a fork. I won't be going back.

Bought grape pie there. You could tell that they used quality ingredients and put a heart into it however the amount of sugar was ridiculous in everything - bottom dough, filling and crumbs on top. Sugar can easily be reduced by 1/3 in their recipe and it would've been sweet enough to satisfy everyone

Best Chicken Pot pie around. Tried a Strawberry Rhubarb pie also and it had excellent flavor also.

Monica’s Pies is a quaint little shop in the village of Naples and definitely worth a visit. Right now you can’t go into the store because of Covid 19 but you can still get pies and they are delicious! We love their Glacé fruit pies! A must try!

Unique grape pie. Saw this place on YouTube had to stop. Virus kept people from entering so an outside table was set up.

I like Monica's and have been going for many years since my family owns a cottage on the South end of Canandaigua. After dreaming of grape pie for many months I finally stopped by today. I was disappointed when I ate a slice because it didn't have any grape skins in it...it was like runny grape jelly in a pie crust. Not how I remembered Monica's pies. The cherry and blueberry pies were fine but the grape one, which I was most excited about, was a bit of a let down. I think I'll try Cindy's next time.

I've never had the opportunity to taste a grape pie. I'm not sure what I was expecting - possibly grape jelly in a pie crust. One taste and I knew that Monica's grape pie is much more. It is smooth, rich and has fruity notes that seem far more than just grapes. We hope to come back at some future time to try out their other pies. We didn't get the opportunity to look through Monica's little shop due to the covid-19 lock down. One of the staff members learned what we wanted and brought our order out to us. The aromas coming from inside of the shop, however, were to die for... We'll be back!

I started going to this place when it was a honor system box on the side of the road...now I'm not a huge fan of grape pie but her tart pies and the caramel apple crunch is to die for it weighs like 10 lbs lol I have since moved out of state and everytime I'm home in rochester I make the drive for my caramel apple pie hope she has some tomarrow 😀

Where to start.... SOOOO many pies!! Sweet, savory, quiche. I got cherry, pecan, blueberry, chicken pot, and elderberry. You buy them well wrapped and frozen, so you can pull them out anytime, pop them in the oven, and have fresh hot pie.

It takes a lot to make me not stop at Monica's if I'm on my way home through Naples. Great pies. They are cash only though they have an atm on site.

It was my first time trying a grape pie and it was delicious! So yummy and not too sweet with ideal amount of grape flavor. Only downside is they don’t accept cards, just cash.

We bought the crumb top grape pie. It was my first time experiencing grape pie and it definitely won't be my last. I was expecting to not like it but was pleasantly surprised by how amazing it tasted. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pies and homemade jams in the middle of nowhere! A huge variety of flavors, including an excellent chicken pot pie, with their specialty being Concord grape pie. The raspberry pies are also splendid. They’re baked without use of trans fats. About 20 miles from Canandaigua, outside a hamlet called Naples. Well worth the very picturesque drive to try these great desserts. Cash or check only.

Naples and the Finger Lakes no better place for a getaway. Monica's Pies is a must stop for visitors and locals alike. Can't leave without bringing home some family treats love their great grape pies. But check out her other pies to Dutch Apple can't be beat!! Love Monica's pies..

Not my favorite grape pie, but it's good... a Finger Lakes classic! That said: Being a classic doesn't preclude accepting credit cards. Credit card fees are just part of doing business. The same was true 10 years ago. Please, join your customers in the 21st century!

WOW! Great pie. We road the bike from victor and had some grape tarts. Worth it. I wish they took credit cards. They did have an ATM.

Very busy place in the summertime! Lines of people waiting to get inside because it's a small room/gift shop where you pick which pies you want. But it was worth it!

The pies are NOT just assembly line pies you'd get at any grocery store. These are crafted and baked using a home recipe and the quantity of fruit in the pie is clearly on the large side! Their chicken pot pie is delicious also! Worth a trip! Lots of parking!

Very good quality pies and large sized. If you want a 5.99 pie, you won't find it there. This is not your assembly line make it by machine type place. Too bad they don't have a place in Buffalo. Once word got around, they would do quite well, i expect.

Monica's is a mandatory stop. Park in front and ring the bell. The fresh seasonal fruit pies are the best but don't pass on the frozen pies that you can bake at home. Favorites are the cherry crumb,strawberry rhubarb, and chocolate peanut butter. And you'll need 2 or 3 Chicken Pot Pies because 1 disappears way too fast.

I am a dessert lover and cannot believe the quality and taste of Monicas Pies. Call ahead if you wish to ensure your preferred pies are ready. Don't ignore the 3 Cheese Quiche,a great breakfast option....or the Chicken pot pie, a great dinner option. My favourite dessert pie is the Apple Caramel Nut Crunch...totally awesome.

Never had grape pie, but think blueberry pie , but grape flavor. 4 stars due to the teenage girl who obviously did not want to be working. Pie was 5 stars. We chose the small $6.00 which was more than 2 pieces.

Does Monica need another 5 star review? Yes sir, I think she does. An extensive menu of dessert and savory pies. Her crust is flaky and delicate. The grape pie is very sweet and definitely something the locals love but not necessarily visitors. The other fruit pies are not as sweet, more traditional. My personal fav is the strawberry-rhubarb because she lets the tartness of the rhubarb stay. I can never believe the number of items on the menu.. I’m sorry I don’t have a picture of the menu itself!

Stopped by this shop yesterday and purchased a couple pies. Best tasting pies I have ever had. I will definitely recommend Monica's to everyone I know!

Incredible grape pies! Unique taste to the area well worth the trek. Located just outside the town of Naples, Monica's bakery is a must stop if you're in the area. There a re plenty of places around to grab a really good grape pie, but Monicas is our favorite. Lots of other baked treats to enjoy there as well.

Quaint pie shop in Naples. Pies are homemade and not small. Tried the grape pie. If you like grape, this pie is for you! Also tried her carmel apple- fabulous! Many other pies available. Would have loved to try her chicken pot pie, but limited time prevented. A little pricey, but homemade pie is always worth the cost. Definitely will go again.

Been driving past the place for years and finally stopped in this June. Nice little shop with a good variety of grape pies, jellies, knick knacks and other bakery goods. Pie was very good.

Great selections of pies and jams. Family owned feel from the minute you walk in the door. Ample parking in a not very busy nook near downtown Naples. They do not accept credit or debit cards, however, the do have an ATM inside with a service fee. Chicken Pot Pies are amazing - however, you cannot go wrong with any of their pies.

My aunt told me several years ago about the grape pie and how good it was but we didn’t have time to stop. Fortunately, I was able to return this year in late August with my boyfriend and we got to come get one. I wish I could’ve bought some and brought them home to Florida with me! So good!! Everyone was very nice inside. Definitely recommend.

Pies are good, but staff was down right rude. When the lady answered, it was like we were interrupting her day. We started looking around and she seemed annoyed. When we inquired about pies she was again rude. Do you want small or large, fresh or frozen. Ok $21 now get the heck out, is how we felt. No welcome, no thanks, and rushed us out as soon as she could. As soon as we walked out, we wanted to walk back in and hand the pie back and apologize for inconvenincing her. We come here once a year, always get a Monica's pie. Never had this experience before.

Locals adore Monica's Pies and I've been going for years. Larger selection is usually sold out during busy fall season. Excellent Concord Grape pies.

We went to the Grapefest today and tried a grape pie from Cindy's located there. It was incredibly good. We went back to buy some more and they were sold out. I can see why. This brings me to Monica's Pies just a few short miles down the road. Her pies cost more and they had an abundance of pies available. We came home excited expecting a similar taste. This was so disappointing because these 2 different pie brands couldn't have been more different tasting. Cindy's pies taste much more fresh and natural while Monica's Pies tastes like artificial pie filling. Don't just take my word for it and try Cindy's Pies for yourself and then come back here and give a review. In the meantime anyone is welcome to stop over for an almost full Monica's grape pie. Why consume empty calories without the satisfaction? Thanks for listening!

Good pies, jams,etc. Come for the pies, not the service. Door is locked until you come calling. Interesting way to have a food business. But yummy stuff and so unique.

Monica is famous because she makes great pies. I am impressed with the pies. Very good, especially the grape.

Delicious pies. Discovered this place by accident on a bike trip. Shared the strawberry rhubarb pie six ways and we unanimously loved the pie.
