Jewel was the Best! We enjoyed it!!

We had breakfast. Pancakes and eggs Benedict. Really good. And the standout was Jewell, our server who also makes a mean Bloody Mary.

I came here for breakfast, today and the server was so polite and professional. The Food was delicious also. Definitely stop by Mosaico Kitchen+Bar.

We had a fantastic time!! The filet mignon was perfectly cooked with a beautifully seared edge, and the tuna tartare was fresh and flavorful JC’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made the night even more special. We can’t wait to return!

The food was delicious! JC, Carlos, and our barmen Jose were very friendly and charming!

The light pizza illuminated our night, my mouth watered, 100% recommended, thank you JC for your incredible attitude.

Checked in yesterday, and enjoyed breakfast today. Still sitting here and had to leave a review! Ordered the avocado salmon toast and shrimp grits! Everything was delicious but the grits specifically were phenomenal and worth the buy! And that’s coming from a Chicago native!! Specifically want to touch on customer service which was the reason for my review. We were served by a a young man named Jewells who quite literally was one of the best servers I’ve ever come across. He was outgoing, had a great attitude and spirit about him, made great conversation and served us like we were old friends… the dining area got busy pretty quickly and not once did he neglect us or any other table. He made his rounds checking on all his tables, and was very much quick and efficient. Give this man a raise!!! This is how you provide excellent service. I would book this hotel again just for Jewells! 10/10 service.

Actually the best thing about the experience is Yeny's friendly and efficient treatment! He made us feel at home with his attitude. The place with a lot of design adds a pleasant stay.

Juan Carlos, a brilliant worker, the room and dining room are extraordinary, I had a great time.

We come for breakfast and what makes the difference in coming back here is Yeny!! He really made our morning with his great service attitude, suggestions. The menu was good and the place is very nice and well located.

Arranged a corporate lunch. Service is friendly, atmosphere welcoming. And well the food? Fantastic the fish of the day, Cuban sandwich were fantastic and rich in savory flavor.

Spectacular food and service from beautiful people at Mosaico, I stayed at Indigo Hotel for the 4th of July week and enjoyed the most delicious buffet they served as an event day with the most beautifully made American style barbecue, potato salad, burgers, all you wanted included. The food was amazingly delicious, not even kidding. I had the American something. I can’t remember the name but if your a simple girl like myself when it comes to breakfast that’s a definite go to! Jewel our server was the most pleasant friendly prompt and just made our breakfast the best. Only thing I would not give a thumbs up is the hotel didn’t tell us we could sit outside there and enjoy drinks and breakfast.

I always stay in the Indigo hotel when I come to Miami but had never tried the restaurant, after this experience today I will surely come back!

Our waiter jewell was the best hands down

I came with a partner of mine, we ordered the same dish, Mediterranean salmon with a side of plantain, it was very delicious and a proper serving in my opinion. Our server Jewell was a true gem( no pun intended) he was warm, funny and kept us updated on our orders while we waited.

Honestly thought I would be dining in Mosaica simply for the convenience and now so glad we did! Dinner was excellent - as was the margarita mosaica. Breakfast every bit as good - tasty and cooked to perfection, with cheerful and attentive service from Jewel. Definitely recommend.

What a joy it was to be taken care of by Jewell. He is an absolute divine host and waiter. He made sure our drinks and breakfast were perfectly presented and delicious. His natural grace and friendliness are special cherry on top of a beautiful morning. He made sure our every need was met and brought love to our morning. What a prize he is!!

Chef Martha Tang whipped up for our hungry fam of 6 the best assortment of breakfast baked goods. Flaky, hot and delightful. We will definitely be back. Not to be out done, our server, Jewel was amazing. Attentive without intrusion. Gracious, knowledgeable and well informed. See you next month.

Cool place. Waited for 10 minutes for our reservation, 25 minutes no menus, water , drinks. The place was fairly empty too. We walked out and there was no one to even tell. Disappointed based on the previous reviews.

Recently celebrated a friend’s birthday at Mosaico and gotta say the food and service was amazing, especially the churrasco and the croquetas, so good. Shoutout to Chef Luis and the crew for making our event such an awesome experience. Seriously, top-notch vibes and flavor! Dying to go back soon.

The decoration of the restaurant is truly impressive. The attention and professionalism of the staff is A1. The decoration, contrast, temperature and flavor of the dishes are unique and in Miami. Delighted with the place, highly recommended.

She creates beautiful works of art with food. The food is incredibly delicious. I had the best oatmeal that I've ever tasted. Jewel, a very friendly waiter with a great smile also wants your experience to be special. Forgot to mention that I tried to eat there the day before but they were closed between 2:30pm and 4:00pm. Martha greeted me and said that she would fix me a special Cuban sandwich but I declined because they were closed. Loved it!!! Sharon

Boa comida, bom ambiente e um ótimo serviço!

I guess I can understand a slow Sunday night, and have no one at the hotel restaurant at 6PM, but there was an odd vibe. It gets one star for the ambience (a good thing) and the one star for the servers (a good thing) for trying to set the positive tone, still something was off. When we asked for still bottled water, we were served with what was clearly complimentary hotel plastic bottled water, Dasani no less, the bottom of the bottom of the worst water to serve anyone. We did not want to risk dinner despite “positive reviews.” Maybe next time.
