We travel an hour & a half or maybe more to buy our ejuice. I really miss the Chattanooga stores. But it's worth the travel. We have been with MOV since 2015. Colby taught us all about the vaping & helped us to quit smoking after my husband had heart attacks due to smoking cigarettes etc. Highly recommend MOV for all vape needs. Thanks guys! I have been using Mountain Oak Vapors since appx 2012/13. The staff there has always been friendly and knowledgeable. With their assistance I was able to completely stop smoking cigarettes. By using their products made on site I was also able to stop using nicotine. Now I am a non smoker and simply use the ecig for relaxation. I was in a medical facility for almost 8 weeks this year. Of course no smoking/vaping was allowed. I never missed it at all. 2/18/2020 I needed to add to this review. I tried ordering via their website, fluid and a new ecig. I ordered them on the 7th, they were mailed out on the 10th. When I hadn't received by the 14th I called them, my local store where the email concerning my order had come from. I was given the tracking number and asked to please call back to let them know. The USPS said my order had arrived and been placed on my front porch on 2/11/2020. I filed a formal complaint, this was the 3rd lost package in under 3 months. I forwarded Mountain Oak Vapors a copy of the complaint. Kyle, the store manager sent me an email the next day. He told me he'd sent out a replacement order at no cost to me. This is only one of the reasons I remain a customer. There are now many vape shops in town, much closer to me, but none with the variety of products and the customer service I receive consistently from MOV. It's worth the drive and if I use the website again I'm fairly certain after the investigation by the post office my mail will stop being misdirected.
