I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am to have worked with you (Chef Pierre) again! I knew it, I absolutely knew it, no matter what the venue said or did I was going to find a way to have you be the caterer for our event. I don’t boast to know many things in life, but I know good food and a quality product. And you my friend definitely have the right stuff! Lots of people are impressed by presentation, which you certainly have down pack as well, but the taste and deliciousness of your dishes is unmatched by those on the venue’s preferred list without question. And on a personal note, I would have you for my own personal event(s). I hope you will accept this as a compliment as I come from a family and long line of great cooks. I truly appreciate you and the professionalism displayed and demonstrated by your staff. Our faculty and staff are still raving about the dinner you prepared and I believe I still have kids looking for empanadas, bruschetta and chicken skewers, lol. New Season Catering is top notch and you can fully expect any business I have to come your way in the near future.
