I love the atmosphere. Each time I've came to this establishment the staff was awesome they made me feel like family. This has been since day 1. Tamika, Nikki, Terrell and Rueben all have excellent customer service skills. I love their new machines, drinks are added bonus too they aren't watered down.

Came to Chicago for the weekend from New York and stumbled on Nikki’s Gaming Cafe, a fine institution for playing some slots and taking back a few drinks. Ended up spending a couple hours due to the unmatched hospitality of Mika and Terrell. 100% would recommend and I’ll be back!

I loved visiting this gaming cafe! Tamika and Nicky very friendly and helpful. I don’t visit very many game cafe’s. But when I do. I only come here. Loved the girls!

I really don’t like doing this. But it almost feels like I’m being forced to. Mind you, I know the owners and family of this establishment and was coming here for quite sometime. So to say I left a nice amount of money in slots, drinks, and tips at this place is kind of understatement. But that’s besides the point. I will not go into detail of how poorly mismanaged and treated I was 2 months ago. But it has been like a personal attack ever since. Especially after receiving early Saturday phone calls from “Nikki’s husband”. The one person I’ve never personally met but he called me and I was threatened in text for coming to Nikki’s months after an incident that was blown out of proportion and was a personal attack on me by staff, management and some of the people who go there. To say I’m disappointed at the lack of business ethics and standing up for what is right and wrong, honesty, compassion, and prioritizing your customers instead of personally attacking me is an understatement. I’ll never go there again. And I don’t recommend this place for that reason. It’s funny because it’s true. But it’s even laughable and childish. Must be nice when mom and dad buy you a gaming cafe and you can throw away your best customers because of greed, personal jealousy, and because of that you think you’re rife. 😂 Btw her dad (the true owner) calmly told me I could come back in 3 weeks. I decided to stop by for a quick 15 min on my way home. It’s a local spot for me. And it’s been two months. And then get a threatening text from her husband the next morning. I guess no business acumen and makes sense. This is a personal attack on me! So I had to leave this review.

Had a great time enjoying a nice cold beer at Nikkis. They had a cute backdrop set up for cinco de Mayo festivities. Definitely a great location to relax after a long day at work.

I love it here, I’ve been so lucky here. I’ve been here the last 2 Fridays and have won a jackpot each time. Never been so lucky. Tamika gave me a $10 gift card which has turn into a couple of thousand dollars and Sheree has been lucky charm.

Owners and staff are really nice people and their slots do pay. They also have a first Thursday open mic night hosted by very talented pro musicians and all are welcomed and treated with kindness and respect. The owners have often been known to treat those attending the open mic to some great pizza which is yet another added plus over other nearby gaming rooms.

Pretty friendlyplace. Not a bad atmosphere. The games are alright. I have never seem ot packed. Of courseas in all of these small gaming places they could use more machines.

I really enjoyed Nikkis but Tamika really made the experience better. She was friendly and engaging with everyone. I will definitely be back.

Good atmosphere and very clean place

I absolutely love this place. I know the manager Tamika from another gaming place. When other people informed me she was working there i broke my neck getting there. She managed another gaming spot and we absolutely loved her there. She has excellent customer service an makes you feel very welcome!!!!!! She always went above and beyond. So when i came into Nikki's she was so happy to see me. Very clean place i observed the people there absolutely love her. I always told her she's one of a kind and if you see this review Tamika i absolutely adore you. We need more humans like you working in business's i will always spend my money with you😊 and you alway give excellent advice and take care of me. So that being said ill always take care of you. Keep up the great work my friend. I lovvveeee this place!!!!!!!!!

Great Environment the pizza from curruso is good the curruso special is what my vlients enjoy so The staff was nice the bathroom 🚻 was clean 👌 so yeah not bad at all

This place is Fantastic ! Well stocked and comfortable. Sophie is very friendly and an excellent hostess. I'll definitely be going there more in the future.

Accidently saw this place driving down Golf and then came back to check it out. Definitely a newer place and very clean. A much much better atmosphere than some of the gas station slot areas. You can also tell they're newer because the customer service was great. Not that many people when I went in, but I think that's going to change very soon.

I have never been in a gambling place But this place is great and my bartender Ryan was great
