Delicious! I ordered the "Bibimbap" tonight, which is kind of like fried rice + a bunch of vegetables & other stuff added in. This tasted SO fresh and flavorful, just a joy to my taste-buds. It's been a long time since I've had a restaurant dish this good. Highly recommended!

Honestly. I watched one of the workers from the back (in the kitchen) come out with their gloves on.. to use the bathroom. When he came out, his gloves were still on. We left shortly after that. Also, it's just frozen Banquet chicken with sauce on it. I know chicken is expensive but if anyone wants to know why it's so crumbly, that's it. Pretty sure the supreme sauce is condensed milk based if you're really bent on recreating it. I'm also weirded out that the waitress over does this Asian facade. I asked her once before (just before covid, looking back that was probably bad to ask...) if she was born here and she said she moved here as a kid. Ok. So.. why.. does she pretend she can't form a sentence fluently, now? At least we got to sit in silence. Cheers

Best teriyaki chicken bowl I've ever had, hands down!

My family and I came for lunch and left speechless with the bad service. Our waitress was aggressive towards us. We came in to the restaurant asked for a bigger table because we are a family of 6. We then decided to move to a smaller table because we needed cell phone to see the menu and needed to charge our phone our waitress became upset . She moved my sons stroller without asking if she can move it to the other side of the table, we didn’t mind that because maybe another customer would sit on that table and it would be in the way. They had the menu on a bar code and my kids removed it and she grabbed it from kids very aggressively we tried to put the bar code back on the flower and she grabs it again from us. When our food was brought to our table and we wanted more sauce, I tried to grab the sauce she smacked my hand as if I’m a little misbehaved kid. I would really recommend training your stuff on how to be compassionate , it goes a long way. We are a big family and we haven’t been out to eat in a long time and my kids wanted to enjoy themselves in eat out before school starts.

The spicy chicken sandwich really was excellent and a great value! I want to go back to try some of the classic entrees, as this sandwich seemed like the “item that didn’t belong” to satisfy the uncertain eaters 😂. But I like chicken sandwiches too much to pass it up! Great server experience, and it was a calm, clean, attractive atmosphere.

This is one of the best places I've gone for wings and bulgogi. I haven't tried the tofu yet, but I definitely will the next time I go. It also has a great variety of non-alcoholic beverages, which is something I appreciate.

Get the bone in wings, much better than the tenders. More tender, more flavor, better crunch. The chairs are uncomfortable, I have a bad back and my spine always hurts after I leave after sitting at one of their booths. Not a big deal for most people but for me it's a huge deal because I've got spine problems. If you have spine problems, this place is best for take-out, not dine in. But everything else about it is awesome, I love this place! Good food and good atmosphere, and the staff is really friendly and super attentive. Everyone there is very good at their job and I can tell they really care about making it a good destination. Don't forget to ask for wet-wipes if you get the glazed fried chicken! It's messy but so worth it.

We order takeout from here several times a month. The chicken wings and chicken strips are crispy, delicious, and reminds me of living in Korea. There are several sauce options available ranging from soy-garlic to hot and spicy. We haven’t had the chance to try the other menu items yet, but plan on doing so. If you want some great Korean Fries Chicken in the Grand Rapida area, you need to visit Noori Chicken!

Went for a quick bite with my partner on our 3rd anniversary. The spicy chicken sandwich is perhaps the best spicy chicken sandwich that I’ve had in a looooong time. Also, such sweet owners!!

Went in during a work day for lunch food was so amazing!!! Crew and I had such a good time service was great she got our drinks and good to us so fats and she was the sweetest lady.

Was excited to see that they served more than just fried chicken. The dolsot bibimbap was quite good. Love that crispy rice you get. I hope they can hold strong and keep serving some authentic Korean options - something very difficult to find in West Michigan.

Terrible experience. Went and didn’t like the food and asked for something new or a discount manager told me he was gonna call police on me. I was always gonna pay he just didn’t want me to ask questions. Server had told me she would make me something new but the manager had said no.

We got the dark meat (drums and thighs) with two different sauces, japchae, and a side of kimchi and it was all SO good!! First time but will def be back.

I was in town for a 4 day training and visited Noori Chicken & Tofu three times. I had the tofu stew with seafood twice and the bibimap in the hot stone bowl. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful.

This place is incredible, definitely a hidden gem. I've been here a couple time and there's never a wait. The customer service is speedy and top notch. Once you have their garlic soy strips you'll never want to eat anyone else's chicken strips ever again!

Very cute and small eatery. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and was bummed to realize I was only given 3 shrimp in the entire entree. I wouldn’t have minded if not for the up charge on the shrimp and from seeing how much more protein there was in my friend’s chicken fried rice. Would visit again but would go with a different option.

This place is so good! Food is authentic! We had lots of things on the menu and we're never disappointed by any. Service was fast and Friendly! Can't rave enough about the food!

Hands down, best fried chicken. We got the 8 piece thigh and leg. It’s very juicy and falls off the bone with their perfect amount of spice. The wontons and egg rolls were also outstanding. Food was served quickly, hot and fresh. There is a variety of boba teas available as well

Lovely food and a great atmosphere! It my Mom's favorite place to eat out. The dol sot bibimbap was fantastic, the egg was cooked perfectly, not to over done with just the right amount of runnyness to the egg yolk. The strawberry boba tea was good as well, it was my first time trying it out and I must say it was quite good. 10/10 would recommend.

The owner and lady in the place were extremely kind and friendly. Enjoyed the conversation with the owner. I took the chicken and not only did I stuff myself with the entire order of delicious chicken, I've been thinking about it for the remainder of the week lol. Saddened to see the place is closed today. Till next time!

First time here and we’re obsessed with their Dolset Bibimbap.

My job orders lunch from here all the time and there is never an issue and the food is delicious! The entrees are named by who ordered and never had an issue with this place! Love it!

Everyone I’ve brought here loves the food and so do I. Noori Chicken makes some amazing fusion dishes (fried chicken, mandoo) and you can get some Korean favorites too (japchae, bibimbap, bulgogi). The staff is always friendly too!

A decent Korean restaurant in town. I like the fried chicken here, it's juicy and crispy. However I wish that they would make it less sweet though, the Sweet & Mild chicken was too sweet, even their House Salad sauce was way too sweet for me. I guess they have too much sugar on hand 😄. But yeah, just my opinion, I hope you'll take it as a consideration to adjust the sweetness level in the food. Otherwise, I don't have any complaint about this place.

This was my first time here, but it will not be my last!!! The menu has many great options, but I chose the Korean Fried Chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce. So Tasty 😋. I would also recommend trying the Milkis. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. See ya soon!!

I went there for Korean fried chicken. Had it with the sweet and mild sauce. Not impressed, this place is over rated.This place had Paisas cooking "Korean"food.The service was okay, I would not recommend this place. I cook at home and was stationed in South Korea in the late 90's, this is not it. I drove 120 miles one way to eat here and regretted it.

The staff was friendly and the food was better than expected.

I have had Korean fried chicken on several occasions. When done right right it is marinated and battered the double fried which makes for an incredibly crunchy, juicy chicken. This was not that chicken. First off you have to order a minimum of eight pieces of wings, chicken strips or legs and thighs and you can't mix chicken parts in the order of eight. I ordered the legs and thighs and after the server put in the order came back and said it would take 20 minutes to cook. Well so be it, it takes time to fry this chicken right. Unfortunately the chicken came out not crispy at all or particularly juicy. It tasted more like deep fried frozen chicken. Popeyes chicken is crisper and juicier, I think Family Fare chicken is better when fresh cooked. I also ordered a vegetable noodle dish. The dish came out thick and took two forks or cop sticks to separate the noodles with very little sauce or flavor. As for the vegetables there was a sant few shaved peppers and other bits of unrecognizable vegetables. This is not a good Korean fried experience.

The first time I went, there was with my family and we tried the classic Korean fried chicken. It was delicious. I would definitely come back again and I did. I would also recommend trying the fried rice is actually pretty good too. The customer service was great. I would also recommend eating bibimbap and can’t forget about the soy garlic dumpling

Best fried chicken in town. Get the drumsticks and thighs! The wings and strips are good, but the drumsticks and thighs are the real winners of the menu. They're always perfectly cooked, super tender, and lots of flavor with the sauce.

I love the food,but they need to throw out their old Diet code. The last 2 times I went there it was expired and didn't taste that great. Check the buttons of your cans!

Good food and quick pleasant service. The soy garlic dumplings are really good, and I could almost eat them as a meal by themselves. The dumplings and bulgogi plate are all I've had, but I will go back and try something else soon.

Worth a 20 minute drive. Delicious chicken with great flavor and texture. Sides are all phenomenal as well. I’m looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Every. Single. Time. Whenever I get fried chicken from this place, I am always shortly thereafter transported to food heaven. The way Noori makes their fried chicken is so tasty. I often find myself fantasizing about their food. Do yourself a favor, order some of their fried chicken and try it out at least once.

I was on this side of town and thought I'd try the other Korean Fried Chicken joint in town. They are located in a building with a doggy day care. You walk in and the counter is to the right and the tables are along the left wall. The atmosphere is very modern. I ordered the Japchae ($12) with beef ($4) and 8pcs Korean Fried Chicken Wings with Garlic Soy sauce ($15).  Japchae is glass noodles with assorted vegetables. It was good, but a little bit boring in the taste department. The Wings were cooked very well. Chicken was tender and juicy and came right off the bone. It was nice and crispy like it's supposed to be. The chicken itself tasted very good. To me the issue was the sauce. First it was only drizzled on. Secondly while it's better than okay, it's nowhere near as good/amazing as the sauce at the other korean chicken joint. The service was friendly and efficient. No complaints there. Overall all in an apples to apples comparison the best I can give them is 4 stars. Would I return? Probably not. I wouldn't be opposed if someone else wanted to, but I'd recommend the other place first.

The sauces are amazing. They have a different menu from the noori in clawson but the sauce are the same. The dumplings are awesome. I did like the chicken strips but a few were too dry on the inside. Overall a great meal.

Absolutely amazing food. We shared 16 chicken strips and an order of dumplings. It was plenty and stayed crunchy for the entire meal. Will definitely return the next time we're in Grand Rapids!

We have been to Noori Chicken since it has opened, owner changed, then side dish service and other service went cheap, used to be coleslaw and radish together but now they charge each extra and seems to be so stinge. I understand there is huge inflation on everything but minimizing down what has been given seems not fair to long time customer, especially when your order is always over $80+
