Ok. So this place is awesome. Having Lebanese family, I know good middle Eastern food. The menu here is a little all over the place. A little Greek a little Lebanese. I was not expecting the awesome goodness that came with the food. The grape leaves are like something your grandmother would make from the grape vines in the back yard. Highly recommend.

I manage a very busy brunch restaurant and our biggest + busiest day of the year is Mother’s Day. With a staff of about 30 working from 5:30am-6:00pm there has got to be food - for sustenance and sanity! But the food must be: good, hot, fresh, timely, reasonable, sustaining, and easy! Joe at Not Just Thaboule made our Mother’s Day a great day! He took my order with ease… he provided delicious food… he delivered it and right on time. The food was piping hot, well packaged, and the staff (a restaurant staff mind you!) LOVED it! I HIGHLY recommend Not Just Thaboule for your catering needs, but also for a hot, yummy dinner for one! They NEVER cease to provide the best in service + food! Thank you Not Just Thaboule!

I had the most delicious food here. My husband wanted to try this place but I was a little bit hesitant because I normally don’t get this kind of food. I got the tabouli and hummus and it was delicious! The woman was also very nice who was working in helping me figure out what I wanted.

Extremely clean . The owners are the nicest people on the planet. This is by far the best food available in the Easton area. Their falafel is the most delicious that I’ve ever had. No place in Boston or NYC even begins to compare to it. Everything I’ve ever tried is delicious. The prices are great. If you love no pretense, friendly people, cleanliness and the very best food in the world , then Not Just Tabouli is a must try.

The hummus and tabouboule are the best. The people in the store couldn’t be nicer.Just a great place.

Fresh, delicious, and nutritious option near me. The woman was very kind and patient and suggested Gluten-free options. We had a steak tips salad (GF) and a wrap, both yummy warm and fresh.

Ignore the previous review. This place is amazing. I have stopped to pick up lunch or dinner and recently went to a catered party with rave reviews. The owners are so caring. The food is outstanding! The soups are all home-made. Easton is an hour from me now as I have moved but when I visit my children and grandchildren I always stop by for something delicious!

Very disappointed in our meal here. Got the Combo of Two with lamb and kufta, and an order of chicken skewer. Everything was bland and tasteless, that is to say outside of char. The amount of meat in the combo did not justify the $16 pricetag (three small chunks of lamb and two kufta on a very large bed of rice pilaf). The pita, which was plentiful, was thin and chewy, not what youd expext from a legit Lebonese/mediteranian place. Quality pita is soft and fluffy. The rice pilaf was good but i say that in the least excited way - it's rice pilaf. I wont be giving this place a second chance.

Got the Falafel wrap and Greek Salad the other day. Everything tasted great, and the salad portion was massive!

This take out venue is a hidden gem. Their beef stew is indescribably delicious, and the rolls are amazing. The service is exceptional, too.

Me and my family have gone here so many times over the years and let me tell you the food is always delicious! Not to mention even though it's a small shop the owners are always the sweetest and nice. You can tell they put amazing effort, devotion, and love into what they do and it shows with the food. The owners are also super friendly and personable people as well. I've had middle eastern food from other places before from food trucks to sit down dine in restaurants and you can't compare to the quality and taste of the food from here. Whether your new to middle eastern food or have had it before this is definitely a nice "mom and pop" style restaurant I ALWAYS recommend to and try to stop at to grab my favorites whenever I'm in the area.

Such a hidden gem! First time here and won’t be my last. Food was delicious and fresh and the service was amazing. The owner was so welcoming and kind. The feta on the salads is the best I’ve ever had.

The FRESHEST TABOULEO. It's was soooo good.

Fantastic portions for price! There salads are stuffed to the max into the containers. Def enough for leftovers! And they do real grilled chicken for their salads as well. Not just flat top fried but they use a real grill and mark it up. Person whom I spoke to was very nice and service was quick. I will absolutely be going back a bunch now.

Their food is as amazing as their service! Not Just Thaboule could be the best takeout spot in Easton. Not only are the owners of this small business incredibly kind, they also make amazing food. One of my go-to spots, my favorite is the Kibbie but honestly everything I’ve had on the menu is delicious and well-priced also! Definitely recommend the Mazza plate.

First time there since last year. Food, as always was fantastic. I did not notice until I was right at the counter that the owners were not wearing masks. Very disappointing and against the law.

Great people (Deb and Joe) and fantastic food! Homemade goodness. My fiance loves the lamb and green beans. I love the salads, stuffed peppers, hummus and yes, thaboule! Super menu. Pizza is great, too!

This place was by far the closest to my Nana's cooking I have had. I have to admit I am a bit of a food snob but I was very pleased with everything I have tried so far. Not to mention the owners are friendly and the kitchen is spotless- If you like grapeleaves or anything else Lebanese !!! Looking forward ro my next order!!!
