I recently dined here while traveling for work. The weather was perfect for dining outside! Everyone was very friendly and the service was exceptional. I enjoyed a nice glass of wine and the salmon entrée. It was superb! Salmon is my go to at nice restaurants and there was just something very unique about the way theirs was prepared and served. I would highly recommend it!

We stopped on the way back from a trip and found it to be a great find! I had shrimp cocktail and hot stuffed peppers. My wife had the salmon. The shrimp were large and the sauce was home made with a lot of horseradish, really good. The peppers were stuffed with sausage and covered with a marinara sauce and some grated cheese on top. So delicious and worth the money. The salmon was made on a cherry wood grill and cooked to perfection! I can't wait to come back again to try what else they cook up. The waitress also said there are always 3 or 4 deserts or more, to choose from that change daily. Give this place a try, I don't think you will be disappointed!

Everything was exceptional - booth seating, service, and food. Mussels and baked brie, veal and carbonara, risotto and mushroom sides. Very generous portions including wine and prosecco pours. We're definitely going back.

Allison offered phenomenal customer service to us. As a first time customer, I had a lot of questions about the food and she guided me on making a good choice! The Calamari and crab cake appetizer were delicious, I had the chicken carbonara entree and it was delicious! The portions were big and made for great left overs. I recommend to make a reservation if you want a seat, I also recommend calling to make reservations as online it doesn’t allow you to pick your seating. There is seating available outside, in the style of a round booth, and normal seating in the center.

What a wonderful experience food was beautiful, and the service was spot on. We had the special shishito pepper app, and the calamari was the best I’ve ever had. Dinner was lamb rack with perfect couscous, I don’t like lamb but wow I would 11/10 order it. The mushroom soup was incredible and I had the wedge salad (outstanding!) and the tuna entree. The sticky fried rice cake is something I want to eat every day.The tuna was perfect. I mean PERFECT! Service was impeccable, prompt, efficient and above all our server, Alison knows the menu. I spent many years in the restaurant business at all levels and I am so particular, it’s difficult for me to eat in a restaurant, however even I had nothing to critique, Alison was amazing! we will be back again.

It's not often that I get to enjoy fine dining, except for special occasions- Nouveau is among the very BEST- Definitely worth it. Prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of food. Ranks with Serenite of Medina for class, elegance and excellence

Delicious food in a nice, modern feeling restaurant. I loved all the food I ate from the zucchini bisque, to the crab cakes to the salmon. Service was friendly and attentive. I believe there is some outdoor seating in addition to the large indoor area. Would definitely go back agaib

Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. -(What to wear) very nice casual to business casual. button up shirt, jeans, and dress shoes. -food was very good and well displayed. -atmosphere was relaxing and romantic -reservations are a must if you want sit down table -has a long bar area you do not need reservations for -make early reservation if you want a more quite setting. We did 5pm. 7pm the place got very busy. - no waiting room, this is a down side. Are table wasn’t ready so my wife and I stood in the way for about 5 mins. -food is great and we’ll worth it.

If you want a top tier dining experience come to this restaurant. Their steak is unmatched in the area and the staff is always so accommodating. The big board is incredible and the specials are inspired and cooked to perfection!

What an amazing restaurant. Started with drinks (Chocolate old Fashioned and a love potion) then ordered calamari it's one of the best places to get it. We ordered a 18oz bone-in ribeye and a 6oz lobster tail. Ended with desert and we had creme brulee and molten cake. Everything was amazing. Our server Mitchell was great. We had a very good time.

I shared a great meal with a group of colleagues. The service was good and the food was delicious. We shared a number of appetizers. The French onion soup was awesome and the strip steak was a great choice.

Everything was amazing couldn't eat enough oysters.

Great service with excellent food

Service Annie was very good, knowledgeable and friendly. We splurged tonight celebrating my wife’s birthday. Appetizer- calamari, good lightly breaded, decent sauce. Not sure the need for the corn added to the dish. We had two lamb pops, those were very good, medium rare seasoned perfectly. I ordered the 18oz bone in ribeye. Not bad not great, for over $60 not worth it. A lot of connective tissue, more sawing than cutting. Not much quality meat on it. Cooked well, seasoned well. Potatoes, nothing extraordinary, asparagus- skinny asparagus is not good asparagus, it’s skinny because the plant has been cut multiple times, would be better off going with a seasonal root vegetable. Wife’s filet was good, not great. EH Taylor for a healthy pour $13, A+. Wine was the typical 50% mark up. Desert- crèmeburlee nothing special. Bill was +$280 with tip, better places for a lot less. Server did forget the bread, not that we need it. Overall I would give the place a 3.9 on five scale. Old school food done well.

Sorry for peeking in the window, I was curious and shopping with my mom at Lucky's. I lost my dad 10 months ago, and taken care for my mom.. I was just trying to find a nice restaurant so mom and I would have a bite to eat .. Sorry if I upset you and wasn't a hobo .. I am hearing impaired and mistook what u said and was afraid if I was in trouble. I am 49 years old and I do respect if I made a mistake, I apologize for that .

Terrible experience…. I reserved a table almost a week ahead for a special occasion for my daughter and then when I walked in I was being seated at the kitchen bar area. How unprofessional!! I was told that since it was online so I should expect to be seated anywhere unless I had specified in the notes… well… when I reserved and when I called to confirm the reservation it didn’t say anywhere that that’s the norm. When I said that it was unprofessional and I was going to review them bad the manager said “you shouldn’t give me a bad review because I was kind to you”…. Wow!!

Nou.veau has an excellent wine list and an impressive liquor selection. A very classy/chic decor without over doing it. It is easy to find and very close to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and informative. The food was excellent. This is definitely a great place for date night, or a even just a quick bite and a drink after work. I Highly recommend nou. veau and will definitely return. The Veal Bolognese is amazing.

It's not quite unfriendly, but it's definitely not John Palmers. We ate here when they opened and the food was so terrible we will never dine here again. We stopped in for a glass of wine and were made to feel like it was an inconvenience. Not impressed.

Well the atmosphere was definitely in the right spot for sure and the staff was 100% friendly with minor absence. Now to the main deal... the food. Well my brother and I both got the 40 Day Dry Aged 20oz for $81 totaling $162 for both and let me say I was 100% absolutely unsatisfied and my brother was 50/50. My steak still medium rare was completely burned and char on the outside and the steak had no flavor what so ever. My brother's was medium well and was quite a bit better but still lacking flavor. I feel with a piece of meat like that it should have been treated better and with more respect. The best part about the meal was the potatoes and greenbeans with the complementary bread and butter.

Had a birthday dinner for my daughter here. Everyone raved about their food. We sampled each other's dishes. Yes indeed their pork chops are the best I've ever had. They have amazing drinks. The waitress was personable, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The private room was perfect. The absolute best dining experience I've had. Thank you Nouveau for making our night special. Not what I expected. They truly do have a good selection of protein. Most restaurants will tell you pricing when the swordfish is $60 on special, my definition of Special might be different. They were out of the finer wine, and they didn't have what we requested. Celebrating a dual birthday and being told we couldn't even pay a corkage fee, was a bit of a bummer. Probably won't be back, it's a shame, the food did not match the service. It was family restaurant service and style, with top quality meats. I'll try again if it's open in a year.

Excellent food, we kept it simple. A burger and wedge salad. My burger was great, but the wedge salad... Best I've ever had. Our bartender, sorry I forget her name, was awesome, really fun. We will keep coming here!

I’ve been to this restaurant several times after recently discovering it. And have had great experiences. The employees started to recognize me. This particular evening, I made a reservation. Myself and the second individual arrived at 6:30 pm, had a meal, a couple of cocktails and paid our check. Immediately after paying our check, we were asked to leave because the table had a reservation. I’m was very taken aback. It’s now, 8:30 pm. We were actually going to leave after FINISHING the second cocktail that was recently brought to the table. The server even asked me did I want a to-go cup, WOW. This experience RUINED the my evening, especially because I invited someone to this restaurant for the first time after boasting about it. Our checks should have been separate, the server brought over one (1) check without confirming if it would be one (1) or two (2) checks. I didn’t say anything, I just paid. I never expected to have such an abrupt experience at this restaurant. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and was trained to NEVER ask a table to leave. I mentioned to our server BARB and to both hostesses on our way out. That a table should never be asked to leave, one of the hostesses replied “Yeah, Awkward”. There was a table that was already sat across from us, that was there before we were sat. I’m not sure but, they didn’t seem to be leaving or possibly not asked to leave (it was a table of two (2) at a four (4) top. Identical to our table, their table was completely clear. Note: Myself (black female) and my fiancé (white male) frequent this restaurant, never making a reservation, always grateful to walk-in and get a table every time enjoying our evening without ever getting asked to leave. I don’t want to think that because me and my friend (another black female) was asked to leave due to our skin tone. I will be speaking with the manager next time to express my experience.

The seating was what made our experience very memorable. We sat at the kitchen bar. All of the food was amazing. The presentation, timely manner between courses, and friendliness of staff is was puts this restaurant above all others.The staff was extremely friendly with customers and each other. The attention to detail was impressive. We will be returning to this restaurant very soon.

Good sized portions (we took home enough to easily have a second meal) Delicious food. Wonderful staff. We had appetizers, salads, full dinners and desserts. With the quality and quantity our total dinner bill was lower than expected. It was our first time dining there and we were delighted!

My co-workers and I had an end-of-year celebration at Nouveau. This was the first time each of us have been there and we will be back! Everything was tremendous from food to service!

Don’t go here if your looking for a fine dining experience. Filet was way overcooked and they gave me 5 pcs of asparagus that looked like oversized toothpicks. The server was loud and unkept. I felt like I was eating at Outback not a fine dining restaurant. They have no business charging premium prices for sub par food. My wife and I will never eat hear again.

This place has really good food. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because online it says they do take out (and they do) but only when they choose to! More than half the time I call , they tell me sorry not tonight. However, my husband and I have literally walked in before after being told they won’t do take out and the place was not busy at all. So why do you keep doing this? It’s very frustrating!

I've gone more than several times over the last year and have had just about everything on the menu. It's all some of the best food you'll ever have. The cost is a little beyond my means but I still can't stop going. So darn good.

We hired Nouveau to cater a small dinner at our home. Not only was the food as delicious as in the restaurant Sean and Allison were FANTASTIC to work with. They prepared a phenomenal menu and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept raving about the food taste and quality.

First time visit, my sister and I took my mom out for a belated Mother’s Day dinner tonight. Everything was excellent. I work in the food industry and appreciated everything from the way the host sat us to every level of service following. The steaks were out of this world good. Nice cocktail list and really good wine selection with reasonable prices as well. This will be a place to return to again and again for us.

Retirement dinner in a private room. Our server knew her stuff and took care of 16 people! The food was excellent and I'd like to know what they marinated the cheesecake cherries in! I also like the round boothes.

Dinner w/ my Husband. It was our 1st visit & definitely not our last. Nicole our server was so friendly & knowledgeable answered All of my “many” questions about the menu.my Husband had the French onion soup ( i had a taste it was incredible!!) best he’s ever had !!! I ordered the Argula salad so good loved the dressing.my entree was the scallops which was a special w/ a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce scalloped potatoes & green beans. they were happy to let me subsitute from original sides. My meal was FANTASTIC!!!! My husband had the Sword fish w/ a sweet potato purée scallops potatoes & Brussel spout he LOVED IT !! We brought home a piece of peanut butter chocolate mousse cake which was out of this world!! Beautiful place lovely atmosphere.Nicole helped make our whole experience even better by being so nice !!

Enjoyed a lovely dinner last evening. The service was friendly and attentive. Get the bread... warm bites served with seasoned butter. Yum! The food was beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend finishing your meal with the Kahlúa coffee. It comes with a dish of freshly made vanilla whipped cream. Omg...

It's so delightful to eat there my wife and I love Nouveau.

So impressive. We took a spot at the kitchen bar which was awesome to watch the absolute mastery of the back of the house as well as have at least three chefs walk by to ask if everything was to our liking. Our server, Nicole was perfect. Didn't bother us, gave us the specials, was very cordial and genuine, and also arraigned the splitting of a dish (unbeknownst to us) as well as the substitution of sides on our Ribeye for a special salad. The food was phenomenal. Started with Plymouth Gin cocktails and a salmon flatbread which was so tender and perfectly built with just the right amount of oil, greens, and a pesto that was excellent. Our special request was to split an arugula salad that had candied pistachios, goat cheese, and this perfect honey vinaigrette that I've never experienced before. Our mains were the Ribeye (perfect cook and sear with fat that just melted) and a short rib pasta that had a perfect balance (not salty, very tender and flavorful). Overall, we spent a good amount but the food and service was absolutely top shelf. Perfect execution and timing and service that was right on point. An absolute gem of an experience that we can't wait to experience again!

My wife and I went here the week of Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were somewhere special yet relaxed. Our server was friendly and attentive and we never felt rushed. The menu was simple and delicious. My wife ordered the oysters and they were so fresh. Crab cakes were excellent. Our entrees came out cooked perfectly. We truly enjoyed our time here and we can’t wait to come back!

THE best restaurant in 100 miles!! A great staff and menu. The menu doesn't change a lot (which is good in many ways!) but the food is high end and affordable. They really do a great job making you feel welcome. Drinks are outstanding as is the bar staff. Hostess is sooooo nice!!! You can't go wrong here.

Bone-in Filet was perfect, and the Rack of Lamb was even better. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made for a great evening with Steve Jochum topping it off to start the New Year. Thanks.

Hidden gem. Everything was perfect. Food was delicious, cooked exactly as it should be, and the atmosphere is very nice. Many places RUIN ahi tuna. Not here. Perfection.

While a lot of places in chardon tend to be closed on Monday, Nouveau (though in concord) is open and not far. I called a few weeks ago to place a takeout order, they were very busy and said they couldn’t take it. I was disappointed but about 20min later they called back and said the chefs had caught up and asked if I still wanted to order. I said yes and got the mussels and Cesar salad. Everything was great. I was impressed they called back and the food was wonderful.

It was good. Cheezecak did not taste as it should. Salty etc. All food should gave less salt on it. I think

Food was amazing! Get the lobster nachos appetizer! This restaurant was perfect for our 20th anniversary dinner. It has a quiet classy cozy atmosphere, spacious, clean, and perfect for a couple's date or adult gathering. I wouldn't say it's a kid friendly restaurant, which is what we were looking for. I appreciated the nice trendy music that wasn't blaringly annoying. The food was absolutely outstanding. Prices were a smidge on the high side, but that didn't bother us - this was a special occasion. We did wait longer than expected for the main meal though. Glad we had our wine, bread and appetizer. We will definitely be back again!

I ate here for a private event and the food was outstanding both in flavor and presentation. The service was also incredible. There was a lot going on and there was never an empty glass or a 'finished' plate sitting around. The owners are wonderful people.
