GREAT value breakfast options. Super friendly, Spanish speaking (very limited English), accommodated all modification requests to breakfast taco order. Card and cash accepted. So glad i found this place, I'll definitely make it my number one go-to option for the breakfast tacos

UPDATE: Even better!! New loaded Fries and burgers! OMG get here and try this place. This place is an absolute must go when you come to COTA! Super friendly owner and staff. Food is excellent, you can tell love and attention goes into what their making. Breakfast Croissants are super fresh, ham is smoked to perfection, and then there are his lunch and dinner foods. Brisket is top notch and rivals that of the other local big guys. Try his Jalepeno cheddar Sausage. Its juicy, and great flavor.

Novas Tex Mex is locally owned, and they have good BBQ. We love to order the brisket quesadillas rojas, spicy all the way! The kids' grilled cheese with brisket is also good. And the loaded potatoe another staple! Real close to COTA, too. Thanks, Daniel, for always taking care of us when we stop by!

Incredible food. Stopped in for a quick bite had no idea that I was going to get such a delicious brisket quesadilla. Guy running the stand with super polite and knows how to smoke his meat!

Very friendly people but my plate was bad. The meat had a weird taste to it like it was old. I enjoyed the watermelon drink it was tasty.

Daniel helped me long distance to put together a lunch order for my crew of 20. Everything was delicious, ready on time, and the guys raved about how good it was. We had ribs, brisket, and sausages, with four different sides.

Thanks to Google, I found this place close by to where I was camping. Excellently located next to COTA, it was already getting busy when I arrived at 8 in the morning. Food (breakfast tacos) was excellent and I bought a couple extras to do me for lunch on the drive home

Thursday before the 22 USGP our group stopped for gas and I needed water. BOOM! Local food, I'm ready, and not disappointed. I don't remember what it was, but that's not important, what is was that it was AWESOME.

Me personally I am a riby type of guy but the brisket was delicious not to mention they gave me a free sooo that's nice 🙂👍🔥💯💯💯

This place is amazing! The BBQ is worth its price. Especially for how close it's to me. It's always a treat to meet the owner/cook of the BBQ I eat. The owner was very friendly and left me with a positive feeling. You can tell he likes to feed people. (That's a great thing IMO). My old lady visited today. She and my father got some brisket sandwiches. She didn't expect them to be toasted, and fyi she's not someone who handles change well lol. But she actually enjoyed the sandwich. I'm honestly surprised she didn't move it to soft bread like she usually does. Even if you're not looking for a new BBQ joint, Novas is at least worth a try.

If you want some fire breakfast tacos, this is the spot. Excellent size, quality ingredients. The BBQ plates and sandwiches for lunch & dinner goes hard too, if they've got mac-n-cheese by the time you get here you're in for a treat. Brisket is as good as it gets without driving to Lockhart. Friendly guys, too.

If you want a excellent Brisket Taco, tell Daniel to chop up the brisket in little pieces. They make there own flower tortillas, yummy!

Best Place to get ribs, turkey, Brisket and even breakfast tacos. You can tell the owner has a passion for cooking and it’s evident in the food! Very delicious! If you are a fan of spicy food as well he has a sauce that is perfect to add to all his menu options!

If you live in Del Valle or you’re out at an event at COTA or even if you live in Austin proper. Don’t sleep on Nova’s! Really great bbq and the loaded brisket baked potato is a must!

Great food and staff! We ate here multiple times over an event weekend and it did not disappoint. The BBQ is great, most of our team had BBQ meat plates for dinner and BBQ sandwiches for lunch. The breakfast burritos are delightful, customizable, and filling. The agua frescas are sweet and flavorful, especially after multiple hours in the Texas sun. The staff was super kind and accommodating, packaging everything we ordered so we'd be able to carry it all and it would survive the walk back. We were in town for the MotoAmerica/MotoGP circus in early April with one of the teams and we're so happy to have found such quality food so near to the track. Next time we're at COTA, we'll be back.
