First time visiting Ny Pizza Baby and needless to say its exactly what i’ve been looking for since i moved to the maitland area. Food is quality. Garlic knots are amazing. Pizza dripping oil as it should. Calzone is thick and delicious. Will be making multiple trips to be able to indulge in the wide variety menu they have.

A little over priced for the size of the pizza slices, also the young lady who answers the phone service needs to work on her voice tone when answering. She sounded like she didn't want to be there and it's very rude and non welcoming. First impression means a lot and that wasn't too appealing.

I was thinking of NY Pizza just the other day and would Love to visit again. Unfortunately I moved from Florida but I tell friends that visit to be sure and try the pizza and Stromboli 😋 The Service was friendly, helpful with suggestions, and the pizza and Stromboli were Delicious and Filling!!

I ordered a calzone, it is a good size, and has a good flavor and price, the lobby is a little small, and it doesn't take that long to serve the order...they also have wings, hamburger and sandwich......

The customer service feels poor. Lacks love, no life at all. Not a smiling site. Food is low quality in comparison to like restaurants. Not comparing to bigger chains.

Whoever worked today was lazy. Raw toppings. Cheese wasn't melted. I mean I would except not fresh but wow! I guess it's because I ordered specialty slices but that was unexcepeable to serve a customer

We ordered a large calzone tonight with pepperoni ham bacon bell pepper and onion. and what we in fact got was the tiniest large calzone with pepperoni ham bell peppers onions and what appeared to be fried bologna. I would give this zero Stars if possible

I have been ordering from NYPB since their opening. I still find it the best pizzaria in Apopka that is open. I always order the 24" Big Baby. The only thing that hurts them is consistency. Some times you receive a perfect pie with the right thickness and amount of toppings, cooked to the correct level of crispness on the bottom and crust. But other times I have received a super thin, undercooked crust which the sauce and oils have soaked through to the point that the slice must be eaten with a fork and knife, as opposed to folding in half and eating by hand. Or the mushrooms I order for a topping are VERY scarce.

The driver hit my mailbox and left. The store called me an hour later, claiming they were returning a a call about a complaint. This was weird, because I hadn't made one, so I told them the food was good and hung up. I did not know about the driveway until the next day. When I called the store, the driver denied it, but the manager, for some reason, offered to "help" me fix it, even though his employee denied doing it, like he was offering charity for damage his driver caused. I didn't want money, or a new mailbox, or even discounted food. I simply wanted things to be made right, which includes putting my mailbox back up AND an apology for damaging my property. I love the food, but I can't afford to keep repairing my mailbox, so I won't be eating here again. It's a shame. We ate here at least once a week for over a year. I hope the loss of literally thousands of dollars of business was worth not apologizing and taking responsibility for their workers.

I spent $34.08 on a X-Large buffalo chicken pizza yesterday and needless to say it didn’t taste like anything. I didn’t taste any Buffalo more than half of my pizza was missing chicken and I never been more disappointed in ny pizza baby.

NY Pizza Baby offers a delightful dining experience. The employees are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is exceptional, especially their calzone with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying their Meat Lovers or Pepperoni calzone for an authentic taste.

Pizza did not look that good and the price I paid for the regular calzone and the size it was I should have got a pizza instead. They also don't carry Parmesan cheese.

Great food and lots of it!!! I’ve never been disappointed by anything I’ve ordered here. The food is excellent. Freshly made and delicious. The garlic bread is thick authentic bread with a nice amount of butter and garlic and not the kind you get frozen or premade. The pastas are delicious and taste homemade. The tomato sauce is amazing. The whole staff is friendly and ready to serve. If you are looking for great food served with a smile at a great price you need to try NY Pizza Baby.

Great pizza, didn't remind me of New York pizza in size, but overall taste, yes. Will go back for sure. Was a little pricey, but worth it.

We were having trouble finding a good quality pizza joint in Apopka for quite a while. We would default to the typical chain pizza place. About a year ago, we decided to try NY Pizza Baby, and now, every time we want pizza, we order NYPB. It always comes hot and with such a fresh taste, without being too greasy. It became our daughter's favorite, so we had NYPB for her birthday, and it was a hit. We love ordering from NYPB, especially an 18" pepperoni, garlic knots, and some zeppoles. I highly recommend NYPB if you are making a list of pizza joints to recognize and try in and around Orlando.

I have picked up from this location 4 times now and had a different pizza each time, once delivered, and they do not disappoint!!!! So much flavor, perfect amount of sauce to toppings ratio. Very friendly service. I have had guests from out of town and they all loved it. I highly recommend. It’s deff. my new favorite pizza spot.

I love their pizza, it tastes great. Only one thing that I don't like.....they don't consider extra cheese a topping (they charge a much larger amount than any other topping) so when im ordering a pizza that comes with a topping I'm not utilizing it and basically just paying for something that I can't even use.

I was having a rough day when I place my order. The cashier asked me if I would like fries and maybe onion rings I said, sure fries I could use some comfort food. When I went to pick up my order, the cashier as always was pleasant and she said she threw some cheesecake in for me because she knew I was having a bad time and wanted to make me feel better. And it worked. I told her she was an angel because honestly I thought about ordering a whole one only for lunch so I got my wrap which was delicious. My fries were crispy and hot and my God the cheesecake superb. I could eat at New York pizza baby every day good food great people just a wonderful family run establishment.

I order the same thing all the time. Chicken tenders, turkey,ham and cheese w/house dressing on the side and a cedar salad.I called to complain about an order that was wrong talked with the manager he acted as if he didn't care. I ordered again and once again it was wrong called to complain and still nothing done. So I will now move to another place. Manager and service needs to get better.

Never ordering from them again. I’ve ordered their chicken tenders once prior and it was great! 5 large pieces of crispy chicken. Everything I’ve order from here has been great. However… they must have changed the size and recipe of their chicken tenders. I called to make a complaint but the manager was too busy to speak with me. He calls me back, and says ‘it’s the same size tenders they have always had’. Nice try man but I know what I’ve ordered before, and it wasn’t this (see pic). This look like $10 worth of chicken tenders to you?

The pizza was and wings was the best we ever had. Ordered a large special pizza, tasted fresh….so amazing!!! Flavors was amazing! I’m not a crust eater, but ate all of it!!! Also had 6 mango and habanero wings!!! So delicious!!!! The sauce wasn’t hot, very tasty!!! The employees was very friendly!!!

Pizza has shrunk!! Large is more like a medium, maybe small. But prices went up. If you're going to put up prices, at least keep the size the same. Flavor was ok used to be the go to spot.

Pizza and spaghetti and everything else we ordered, a large order was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and offered to help me bring it all out to my car for me. Also provided plates and napkins which was great because we were feeding several people.

Ordered a Large pepperoni pizza but the size was more of a medium anywhere else. The pizza was very greasy!! I picked up the pizza and it amazes me how when you go to pay the “tip” amount comes up LoL !! The pizza was probably a step above Chucky Cheese !! I wouldn’t recommend!! The pizza in NY is nothing like this place serves BABY !!

I order lasagna but it was more like just cheese and sauce in a container. The time before that we order calzones and it more like an appetizer than an actual meal. I posted a pic so please check it out. If you want return customers at least make an effort.

Food is good, service is typically good but today, I ordered an 10 inch, asked for leoparding/charred, got nothing and the pizza was 9inches. Come on now!

I normally like this place but I tried a different pasta this time and it was absolutely disgusting and they are so cheap about their shrimp portions. I finished the shrimp before I finished the pasta and I have to pay an extra five dollars for shrimp.

Omg. pizza was literally NY 🍕 pizza. It's the best pizza down here in Florida. It actually makes me miss New York it's good like that. We ordered half and half bbq chicken and super special pizza. Did not regret coming here for takeout and will definitely be back to sit and eat!!!!

Been ordering from here for year. Normally pizza and occasionally calzone. Typically pretty good. Price has gone up, I understand but the large pizza is definitely smaller! To charge or and shrink? Should be 1 or the other? I stopped ordering calzone for a little as the sausage changed and looked and tasted of a hotdog!! I talked to the woman on the phone and she told me the distributor changed back to the norm, we talked about this for at least 5 min. I ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone. I was delivered 3 pizzas. I called and nicely told them. I was told there is nothing they can do for me as it's what the order says. Yep lost a customer. I will never order from them again

Tried here too. My issue all these places pile the cheese on,I mean pile. And where's the sauce? Even back north I'd order half the cheese n twice the sauce.and thin lil crisp . Lil oil on top.extra oregano.spoiled from where I grew up. An hour for the best pie in ny city and couple hours the other way we'll 3... For best lobster n seafood. Florida is awful

Have ordered from here a few times and have received great service every time. I love how big the slices are and I love how big the biggest pizza is and it is huge!! Feeds my family of 5 and leftovers with 2 pizzas and ita great priced. *** Update*** not sure if owners or management has changed but I ordered pizza and the crust has changed and the sauce and the cheese sticks tasted different. I'm so sad. I loved this place before not sure what happened.

Made a order over the phone asking for a pizza and wings deal and they give me a coupon deal on a combo. Wife comes in and realized it’s happy hour and the pizza and wings are a lot less than the “coupon” deal he gives me. My wife gets there and let’s them know and instead of trying to make it right they say welp this transaction is already done. The he says he let me know about happy hour on the phone like i just enjoy paying more for pizza and wings.. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place throughout the years and i can honestly say i wont order there again. Guess I’ll be ordering from the new NYPD PIZZA down the street
