Ordered the new New York pizza and the only thing that tasted good was the anchovy that over powered the pizza. The sauce was bland and the dough was undercooked and this is not a rating because I went there once this is the fourth time I would never ever go there and please people just go across the street to Anthony’s Pizza in Apopka. Anything better than Pizza Hut?

Got the chicken Alfredo pasta, which I had to wait on as it was still being prepared. 5 min drive home, and Luke warm and cold in some spots. Not a good representation for Pizza Hut.

Had a mix up with the restaurant and the delivery time but the manager was super professional and very helpful, they only had one driver working at the time and I understood that means I might have to wait a little longer than expected, but they treated me with kindness and respect and I really appreciate it.

the one in apopka on rock springs road is terrible. The pan pizza is not the same as it used to be. And you have to order online to get the pizza deals.

I ordered Tavern pizza and got regular-cut pizza with the wrong ingredients. My last visit to this location. That is not Tavern style Chi-Town pizza. I am from there.

Horrible, I'll stick with Little Ceasars because a $23 sucky pizza SUCKS!

I order Pizza Hut all the time But lately it has been terrible ,,, Last night I ordered Pasta. It took them 2 hours and 42 minutes to deliver it to me and I live 10 minutes down the road. An you could tell it had been cooked over 2 hours prior and probably sat in the store. Waiting for someone to deliver it, so with that being said, They will not be receiving anymore of my money for a while.

There no point of a box to ask any additional information just for them not to follow it I ask for well done cause half the time the cheese not full cooked I wanted the deal but one large pizza and get the other pizza for a $1 to not even eat all my pizza just cause the cheese wasn’t fully cooked

Could not deliver pizza because they have drivers that don't know how to read a map that's why I don't order Pizza Hut

They had a promotion on the Stuffed Crust Pizza at the door and they charged me more and the Manager Brittany did not want to honor the price.

These guys are the most down-to-earth professional pizza pros I have ever encountered! I live around the corner from this store so I buy from here whenever I want a pie! They also make me appreciated as a military veteran because of the discount they never forget to apply to my orders. Another way they impressed me was how they comp’d my order one time because the computer crashed. Just so considerate and customer- oriented.

Excellent service and attention from the entire Pizza Hut team

The only thing bad I have to say is that my first order was wrong and I didn't find out till I got home, half my fault because I didn't check the order before I left and since I live 15 miles from there I wasn't going back so I called and the manager credited the pie and told me to come back anytime. The pie we received was someone else's but was still delicious, they are good, friendly folks and care about the customer.

I pick up and get delivery all the time never had a problem with either service. And my food I never had an issue

Ordered in the app. When the app stated the pizza was ready I sent my son in to pick it up, they ignored him. I had to go in and still my pizza wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 10 mins for them to not read the special instructions and made my pizza wrong. Poor customer service. Poor time management. Poor work ethic.

I love the fact that you can get a personal pan pizza at night. Back in the day,(the 70s) It was a lunch item only. Plus, they were restaurants Is which are few and far between. ps: BTW My pics...WELL... I was doing quality control on the way home; PH PASSED☺️

As expected from previous reviews. I paid extra for items (stuffed crust) that were left out. When I messaged the chain and responded to an email asking for reviews I got zero response. It's not a huge deal, but I'd like to get what I paid for. I will find a local pizza place to patronize instead.

Order two pizzas and cinnamon rolls gave a specific time that we wanted it ready arrived had to wait unnecessarily while the drawer was counting down then received our order we live exactly 4 minutes away from there and the food was cold. Just because they placed the order in the warmer, it gives the presentation of being hot. The only thing warm was the boxes. The cheese wasn't stringy, and it was a cheese pizza. It needed to be placed in the oven and warmed up, the pizza, not the Box. Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in 5 months, and now I remember why we don't.

I love pizza hut but just about every time I go in and order they always mess up my order and end up waiting twice as long for an order, but the food is good if they get it right

If you want poor service and a multitude of problems with your order then this is the place for you.

Ordered two large pizzas and got four undercooked mediums, two of them were stuck to the box and nearly inedible

Very light on the toppings, crust was under cooked, soft and gummy.

Hole in the wall location which is OK for pickup. Clean and orderly. Pizza had lots of toppings which was nice but the crust was doughy and undercooked.

Breadsticks are my wife's favorite

Not a good experience tonight. Thin crust was burnt, pizza wasn't cut all the way through and taste was not pleasing at all. Liked the bread sticks. 🤷

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received here. They can’t get simple orders right. They hang up the phone on me while trying to order. The manager doesn’t care about customer concerns. Called me a liar. They make me wait at the register for 10-15 minutes atleast each time while I have COUNTLESS employees pass right by me and look at me without helping me. I’ve never in my life had a pizza place that has this bad of service. If I had more options to eat for food I would NEVER go here again. But I have my mouth wired shut and only can get certain things through the wires. That’s the ONLY reason I’ve came back to this place after the first and second time of having this horrible service

Wrong order was given to us and the staff seemed really out of sorts. We had to return the food and wait for our fresh new order.

Ordered online and put special instructions to cut my pizza in squares. I CALLED immediately after placing the order and told them to please cut my pizza in squares and was told "we see the special instructions." Also asked for curbside. Well, pizza came in slices AND I had to go inside to get my order after checking in for curbside.

Nasty tasting pizza. Crust was supposed to be thin and CRISPY. But it was soggy. Veggies seemed old. Not fresh. If I could give a zero rating I would. Wasted $23 bucks. Won't do it again

This place is an absolute joke. Paid for an online order, waited an hour & some odd minutes, called to check on the Pizza as it still said it was being made. To our surprise they canceled our order because THEY called the wrong number & thought our order was a “prank” but in reality they didn’t wanna have to bring us our order in the rain. They already turned off there stoves & the driver was gone so they won’t be doing anything for us. So here it is 11 at night (the time it states they close so why the stoves & drivers were gone is pretty funny to me) & my 4 year old has been waiting for a dinner that won’t be coming. Not to mention I’m pregnant. Spoke to the manager who tried to play it off as our fault. Wasn’t helpful. Continued to put us on hold. No refund. So when the store opens tomorrow — we will be sure to get our $47 dollars back. WORST SERVICE. & even worse employees/management.

Every time I place an order online for delivery it SOMEHOW is placed for carry out after I placed it SPECIFICALLY for DELIVERY. What is going on . I feel like the employees purposely aren’t accepting delivery orders 😡😡 at least take it off the website if they are going to keep rejecting delivery orders and switching them to carry out !!!!!

The phone orders have been outsourced to a call center. It seems as if they don’t have Pizza Hut in that part of the world because they didn’t understand anything I wanted. Terrible experience

Better drive to the one off Semoran. This pizza hut location, quite frankly, sucks. They cancelled my order after 44 minutes of waiting and had no explanation for it. Customer service is LACKING and I swear they're using cheaper products because their pizza is ALWAYS greasy. Better quality and better service exists at the pizza hut just 10 minutes further. Take the drive.

Discontinued butter and garlic. Now pizza tastes like cardboard. Workers don't have pride in what they are serving. Sometimes on point. Check your pizza before you leave.

Hot & Just Right.. Very Good Pizza

Came quicker than I had anticipated and it was hot and perfect.

Make sure the order is complete, prepared properly, and delivered intact and hot. The cinnamon buns were missing, the apple pie was overcooked to the point the apple oozed out, and the containers were smashed as if a lot of weight was placed on top of them.

I was very satisfied with the Pizza I ordered. It was the curbside service I was dissatisfied with. I arrived and checked in at the time my pizza was ready. I waited for 10 minutes and finally had to call the store to bring out my pizza. Which was cold by the time I got home with it. Need better curbside service.

I had a wonderful experience with my Pizza Hut order. I felt like i received a present when I got it, the delivery driver did not take long to get here, the pizza looked and tasted great, and the cinnamon rolls really topped off the whole meal. We will be ordering for delivery again. I wish I tipped better!

Delivery was quick for a Friday night. Also, the pizza arrived hot and perfectly made.

My medium pepperoni pizza came as thin crust but was ordered as hand tossed. Also my breadsticks were missing the marinara sauce.

Ordered around 9 pm, delivery was in a decent time but I didn’t time it, seemed adequate, no complaints, got the food and I was pretty impressed, Pizza Hut tends to be like the Taco Bell of pizza places, stuff isn’t made the best. But we got the food and it was hot, they had the right amount of cheese, the cinnamon sticks had the perfect amount of topping, and the breadsticks were warm and soft. This had to have been the best Pizza Hut I’ve had in years. The driver called me and waited to make sure I got my pizza which I’m sure is because people lie and say they never got there pizza but either way, seemed like he went the extra mile and was extremely polite. Overall I’d give 10 stars if I could. Great job guys!

My order was over an hour and a half late manager didnt offer anthing for the delay. Also i think restaurant could have contacted me a told me about the delay before i had to make the call to them. Very inconsiderate pizza hut is usually great but this time they dropped the ball

The food was cold and i only live 2 MINUTES away from the nearest pizza hut. I took over an hour to arrive.

Love this place, the service is amazing,they remember their customers by name. I always feel so welcomed coming in. Never been to a place where they know your order and name just walking in the door.

The staff is awesome and I was surprised one day I came in for my pickup and the front person new my name and order,They are always on time, in most cases earlier than the wait time. I have them on speed dial since my wife loves their personal pan pizza. You guys make my late home days easier!

Seriously! Amazing! I am far from my dad and have been gone for awhile now. I wanted to send him something nice for his bday and thought yes pizza! We got it together on special days! I called with a crazy request of saying happy birthday to him. I know it was so crazy of a question and was unsure how they respond, they did say yes but still you never know. Honestly they did so much more! They wrote happy Birthday in his box! It made his day! And it made mine! Seriously thank you!

I love pizza and pizza hut is my spot over any pizza place. But I think it's crazy how you can't get in direct contact with stores you have to go through the call center first in which takes 20-30 minutes before you speak with someone from the store. I have ordered pizza hut 2 nights this week and both times my order was incorrect once I received it.

Like one review said, hit or mess. Staff are good and lively but it seems like they system they are required to process orders on is terrible. There was 2 people ahead of me in line getting refunds on botched orders due to system errors.

Calls should go directly to the site. The call center never gets the order right which gets the site workers screamed at by disgruntled customers.
