Always good food and we had great service

I feel awful for the shell it used to be, a literal ghost town. The staff was so sweet and on point. The food was fast but felt very middle of the road like any chain restaurant.

They get really busy and sometimes if you are with a large party, they tend to sit large parties together and unfortunately for us, the same server handled us and another party. Food is great, air conditioning was a bit hot. We used our menus to fan until they got the hint and lowered the air. I was a regular when my great friend Jorge was the manager there but it's not the same since he left. Regardless, over all, the experience for 10 people on a Saturday was good. Would I do it again? Yes, probably.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed online from your restaurant last night. I have been a loyal customer of this particular Olive Garden since it opened and have always been satisfied with the service and food quality until now. With my recent order, I received only four breadsticks. In the past, each entree has come with a pack of four breadsticks, so for my order of two entrees and a large pint of Alfredo sauce, I expected to receive eight breadsticks. When I called to clarify, Manager Alexander informed me that it is two breadsticks per entree. This is inconsistent with my previous experiences and quite disappointing. Additionally, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food recently. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I regret to say that I will not be ordering from this location again. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Great service that Sunday night.

I am very surprised at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and hot! But more importantly was the staff, and customer service. It’s very hard and rare to have a nice dining experience now in days. And this location was so hospitable. Our waitress Jenn was amazing! Manager goes around checking in on everyone. I highly recommend for everyone to come on by!

The waitress was very kind. I don't understand why they kept charging for vegetables in pasta - I paid almost an extra 10$ for just broccoli, tomatoes, onions and capsicum - is the item on the menu simply cheese and pasta? The quantity was huge Super expensive lunch. Probably Not going again

ALMOST a pleasant experience. Food was okay, however, extremely disappointed with our server Virgina. I have never had a server come up to me claiming that we did not tip and saying that she was “not even left a penny”. All because she could not read the receipt correctly to see that it was on there in the first place. This is insanely disrespectful and embarrassing for this establishment and for herself. Will not be coming back to this place ever again.

Very family oriented and never have to wait very long to be seated.

We had pasta alfredo and some lunch dishes with shrimps and chicken parm. Good big portions and delightful. Also the appetizer calamares were good. The salad and breadsticks are starters are standard.

I’ve visited this Olive Garden many times and have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and everyone is super friendly and kind. They never take too long to bring the food. Also super generous with the salad and breadsticks. Highly recommend

Had a great visit to this location. The server was friendly and fast. My son and I enjoyed soup, salad, and the Alfredo dipping sauce. Been a while since I've been to an olive garden (don't live near one)...and was shocked to see they now offer unlimited refills on dipping sauces. Unfortunately, and understandably, the recipe for Alfredo seems to be different than that classic delicious dipping sauce. While it was still good, not as great as I remembered...not at all the fault of this location. Restaurant was clean and will be back. The manager came to check in on the meal, which was appreciated. If you're in the mood for olive garden, this location is a great one.

What a great experience, we truly believe all the staff working there care about the customers and do a phenomenal job. We were lucky to have Lalo as our waiter, he was super attentive and friendly, couldn’t have asked for more. The food was great, chicken Alfredo and chicken parmigiana were both great. The pasta fagoli soup and salad were great and of course the breadsticks are delicious. Great experience definitely a place to eat at often.

I ordered food online to go. I arrived maybe 20 minutes early and a representative came out and asked name and knew that my order was pending. Mind you I did not call I just parked in the to go parking very impressive if you ask me. I would say my order was brought to me in 10 minutes of speaking to representative. Even has silverware and extra salad dressing.

Worst waitress ever! Took order, delivered soup/salad, disappeared. Finally found her and asked her to bring more soup/salad. Took 14 minutes to deliver it! Meals were OK except spaghetti, with meat sauce and meatballs had tomato sauce rather than meat sauce! Waitress never came back, never asked if anything needed or everything ok. Had to physically go find her for check. The restaurant was less than half full. Talked to manager, he was very nice and apologetic. Said talk to him next time we come back. But he probably knew we were out of state and wouldn't be back!

This olive garden was actually very nice very clean. This is the first olive garden that i have been in that a Manager actually came and spoke to us. Very refreshing.

It took an hour for my food to come, which happens. The fact that the hostess was constantly eating while working was just unprofessional. She was eating pizza and holding the pizza while taking the guests to their table. The food was not great but we were hungry. During the entire hour of waiting for our food, there was not even one refill of water. I hardly saw my server. But I still tipped him 20%. I hope the manager will give him better training.

Service was good other than the waiter had to be asked twice for milk for the hot tea. Shift manager checked in to see how everything was. Food was great and hot.

Very Friendly, food was delicious, but the waiter I believe had to many tables and didn't give us the attention needed for the experience to be a 4 star.

Food is fantastic and service is excellent too. Highly recommend the shrimp and chicken carbonara, the meatballs and Alfredo dishes. Good value and quality for the money. Soup and salad starter is delicious. The staff are super friendly and efficient. Highly recommended when in Homestead.

Me and my wife come here probably about once a month or so, but the last time we were there it seemed like the quality of the food and the service went down just a bit. The food was still pretty good and the service was still pretty good, but they weren't as attentive as usual.

Went to have dinner with family visiting from out of town, ordered a bottle of red wine the waitress takes forever with the wine she keep asking us if we are ready to order main course we told her we are waiting for the wine since we were sitting there with nothing to drink not even water she didn’t bring us. She finally come to the table with the wine and some wet dirty glasses, one of the glass looks like she take it out of the dirty rack and try to run cold water on it, one smell so raw and full of grease. I told her the glasses are dirty and she told me they are wet because she put cold water in them to chill them, first of all young lady ( I’m not putting her name in the review because I don’t want to put her out there like that but when she read this she will know who she is) you don’t serve red wine with wet cold glass. Bottom line I was very disappointed. We didn’t get the breadsticks until after we finish dinner and asked if they still serve breadsticks, the manager drop them off at the table and didn’t even apologize so clearly that’s why service is so bad because management doesn’t care

The fried onion shrimp was absolutely amazing, a solid 10/10! The bread and salad were delightful, and the portions were so generous that I almost couldn't handle it. However, the spaghetti didn't quite hit the mark—the noodles felt pre-boiled, and the sauce lacked flavor. It was like pouring sauce over pre-cooked noodles. The seasoning was disappointingly bland, especially for a pasta enthusiast like myself. The service was just okay.

When we got there, it was busy but not frantically busy. There wasn't a line out the door or anything. We sat down instantly. I am brand new in the area, but i've been around the country and the world. An Olive Garden is an Olive Garden, be it in Homestead or New York or Seattle. So everything was perfect for an Olive Garden in that respect. The service, however, left something to be disired. Not only did our drinks not get filled, but we had to go up to the bar to get refills. Not only that, but the two baskets of bread sticks we consumed were not enough, but we gave up on it and the expensive dip we got because it was a chore tracking someone down. All in all, I'd choose someplace else to eat if that is the service that they provide. I hope that the next time I eat there, it will be better. Otherwise, there will NOT be a 3rd time!
