Nice.. a pleasant surprise I watched at least.. We met with friends who love the place and we didn't want to disappoint them... Food is fine.. excellent service.

Quality of food has went way down. Was I served last nights bread sticks, reheated in the microwave? They were hard and chewy. Did they change the recipe of their soup Zuppa Toscana? It does not taste the same. Where did the freshness go? I even tried their peach tea..way too sweet. The only thing good was their Coke. Waitress was very nice.

I love to go to Restaurants and receive outstanding service. My Waitress Sophia was excellent and suggested some delectable entrees. It’s been weeks since I’ve had a break in my schedule to have a lunch date with my Mother. We had a blast and the Piña Colada is to die for lol make sure you order one it’s the best!

C there's more to life than life itself, sometimes it's seriously sweets as Apple pie and on the flipside it's full of spicy spices etc. So to the Dardan chain you are purely a dynasty made for the ppl. Congratulations on a service well done, I'll let the 5 Stars speak for itself. From the croutons to the garlic salt that's lightly placed on the bread, the company's brand has an atmosphere of a perfect balance that goes as far as the never ending pasta bowls that starts today. So if you're ever in 34474 area stop by and you'll be back not just for the food if I do say so myself. *but who am I? 😂

Very friendly service. Awesome food. We stayed a few minutes after close, and we didn't realize it, but no problem. (So, of course, extra tip.) Very quick to reach to and from I-75. We will return. The tabletop tablets were a hit, too.

Seated by kind and friendly staff. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was just OK it wasn't as good as I have had I've the past. Bread sticks were extremely salty, barely any dressing in the salad and barely and vegetables than lettuce. Soups we're lacking ingredients, mostly broth. We were a bit disappointed with our food. 3 people for $100 soup, salad, and two drinks. Can't imagine how long they will stay in business like that. Our last visit was a nightmare. We tried again in hopes that we'd enjoy our experience, food, and drinks. I'm not sure we'll go back again. Sadly, I don't highly recommend it. Only that hopefully you'll have a better experience than we did. Slowly going downhill. Less items, higher prices, and quality isn't up to OLIVE GARDEN standards.

I was not pleased with the lunch sized meal. I ordered the dinner size and was served the lunch size. Every item was an add on which cost me as much as the dinner sized meal. After this migraine situation lm not sure l will be back. The server should make clear what is ordered!

Got take out, food was good but 2 of the 3 entrees were very cold. If we didn't have the ability to heat it up, it would have been a big issue. After heating it was solid.

Service was so slow got there 730pm with my 2yr old n 9 year old, we waited 45 mins to get food. It was a Saturday afternoon but wasn’t busy. I order my kids food 1st n came after 30-35 mins

We were disappointed, again. The food seems mediocre, compared to a few years ago. It seems pre-made, from a box. I doubt we'll ever go back. $70 for the 2 of us fir lunch, only entrees, no appetizers or desserts.

My family of six stopped for dinner and glad we did. Eva was our amazing waitress. Friendly, cheerful and really took good care of us. We had an assortment of entrees, fresh, hot and good. The never ending soup, salad and breadsticks just kept coming. Eva made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. Please thank her for us.

Olive Garden is always great in my book. It's just a simple restaurant with many options for everyone on the menu. The staff was great, and the food was delicious as well. Will we come back? Of course! Soup, salad, and breadsticks are the best things for any hungry individual.

I’m not one to say something but I am sincerely hoping it was our servers first night. We have never had a bad experience until tonight. 1.) we received our salad before our drinks 2.) the cheese was dropped on our table and wasn’t cleaned so I had to. 3.) the server forgot that they had already took our order. 4.) we waited about 10 minutes before we were approached by our server. We did give the benefit of the doubt and will most likely keep coming. I was just surprised about tonight’s service.

Took over 20 minutes to be seated when we were told that it would just be a few minutes. Once I went up to ask then we were sat immediately. Our server, Michael, was very attentive (one of the best I have had for a bigger group, we had 6).

I haven't been to Olive Garden in a very long time. My mother was on a scooter and they were very accommodating to seating us. The food and drinks were very good and the server was too. I tried a new dish of shrimp and chicken on pasta with a cream sauce was to die for. We had a really great time.

Had to ask for napkins twice. Never offered salad, bread sticks or drink refills. Had to ask for it. Never received extra sauce for tour of Italy meal. Wasn't very impressed this time..

The first time I came here, it was delicious but last night it was horrible! I had raw chicken and I also received cold food!

This restaurant management has the gift of hiring right and training their staff to be the best in town. Great food. Great server, today was John who looked after our every need, and great managers who visited the table and actually cared when they asked if we were enjoying our lunch.

I love the shrimp fritto misto appetizer I get mine fried extra crispy with the sauce on the side it comes with fried bell peppers and red peppers 😋😋😋 also the salad with a extra side of the olive garden dressing i and the bread sticks and marinara are good..the spaghetti with meatballs with meat sauce needs to be seasoned more it is bland tasting.

Server was completely distracted, food took long- came out crispy on the edges from sitting under the warmer for too long, never did get more bread sticks, also ordered tiramisu to go- the only reason we went there- get home, it's not tiramisu. Get a frozen lasagna and cook at home - more likely to have a better experience that way.

I had a great time with good food, there for a celebratory dinner, but after my meal I heard my server complaining about how I did not “tip anything”, although I tipped more than 20% BECAUSE my friends and I enjoyed our time.(Not that it matters because tipping is optional). Following this, we PRE BUSSED the table. Servers name was Nina, and she said she “never wanted us to be sat with her again”. Me either Nina!

Went out for dinner on Memorial Day with my husband and my service dog. We checked in, and we were told only small booths were available at the time. As I looked to my right, there were two large booths open and clean. The hostess and what appeared to be the manager were standing up front when we came in. I made a comment that there were two booths open, and both of the ladies that were up front walked away. They didn't come back after they walked away. We left and went to Cheddars. They were happy to seat us and my service dog. Sorry Ocala Olive Garden, you have lost our business! The Inverness Olive Garden has given us great service and never discriminated against us because of my service dog.

Bad services not friendly staff. Mother’s Day May 12-2024 me, my wife, my son his wife and their 8 and 10 years old kids visit this restaurant. We were told that there was a long waiting list that we would have to wait one hour and fifteen minutes. The lady at the front asked me for and phone number I gave it to her she wrote all down. We went outside sat down and waited for and hour and fifteen minutes. I went in and asked why we weren’t being call she ask me for my name and number and she told me they were not found in their system.

Waitress was awesome. Shakirra came out helped us she was amazing. Best waitress staff ever.

There was a reason why I don't like olive garden. The mens bathroom had urine on the floor that has been there all day. The server had to be asked to clean the dirty plates, and bring to go boxes twice. Emily could not handle 11 people. I asked to speak to the manager, waited a few minutes and no show so I left. I won't be coming back to olive garden ever. Always enjoyed the mom and pop restaurant. When you're use to good service, you don't change.

The floors were dirty due to children The Italian margarita was very weak and the side shot of amaretto was a very small pour. My chicken gnocchi soup was tasty, but it only had one gnocchi in it. The salad had very large slices of onion (the butt end) overall I was not impressed, very disappointed

The service was truly the only thing that didn’t suck about the dinner. We attended as a party of 6 for a birthday dinner. The place was not busy for dinner at 5:30 on a Saturday. We started with breadsticks and salad. It was as expected. The entrees are where the disappointment was. We had three of the trio of Italy, a chicken park, a Marsala chicken and a chicken Alfredo. The chicken Parma that came out was chewy and inconsistent. They literally tasted like they were microwaved, you know, rubbery. They had little to no sauce on the chicken breast. The lasagna had virtually no meat which was unfortunate and was dry. The Alfredo had broccoli which did no wet appear to be well cooked and was on the overly crunchy side. Again lacking sauce which made the dish a little on the dry sumide. Finally the Marsala dish was tasteless and didn’t appear to be cooked with the Marsala wine. Aside from that the desert was fine. I was skipped over while waiting for a table, then, once seated, it took over 10 minutes to get a server, which I had to ask someone if they were going to serve my table. Once I finally got a server, the rest was fine. Earl tried his best to make up for the lack of communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience until we got home and found a CLUMP OF HAIR in our left overs! No way it was from me I'm bald! We will not be returning.

I gave 2 stars... One for the pasta e fagioli...one for the location. Our "unidentified" server didn't like the fact that I only wanted ranch dressing on my salad... that started a trend! My chicken Parmesan was dry at best to and my wife's Alfredo was "tasteless" according to her. Our server seemed "disconnected" from us...in total we had 4 different people waiting on us. Ready for scathing review? (Caution Drug Use) We went to this Olive Garden last night for dinner and the experience was horrible Our waitress was so bad but also so careless it’s mind numbing, we first got there ordered our drinks, she brought us three breadsticks.. while I was trying to order she wouldn’t shut the heck up so I just ordered the tour of Italy I literally couldn’t read the menu through her annoying talking it was ridiculous and she even said “Really” when I talked about what I was going to order. We ordered, instead of bringing us soups she went and smoked weed out back, while we sat there for 10 minutes with no drinks no bread and no soup I wondered, and asked my girlfriend should we go somewhere else? She said no and we continued to wait, she showed up a quite a few minutes later squinting with a smirk on her face two cold soups in her hands lukewarm soups (how?) Then I kid you not at 9:15pm after getting high out back she says “sorry we’re busy serving a 100 top in the back” My first thoughts were I wish I was sitting with them Later she showed up with our cold entrees.. they were cold and below average even for Olive Garden.. We were going to get dessert as this was actually third anniversary dinner but instead decided to get the heck out of there as fast as possible. Thanks for ruining it. PS We’re still in love, just not with Olive Garden

Well normally Olive Gardens are fair middle of the road restaurants this particular one is always busy service is slow they try but the food something about Ocala all these chain restaurants have lousy Cooks

We met a friend for lunch. The service was great. Our drinks were refilled as needed. I had the soup, salad, and breadsticks. My soup was refilled as I finished every bowl. We were given a refill on our salad as well. It was quiet enough, so we were able to visit comfortably. My husband had the Ziti, and the lunch portion is plentiful.

My friend invited me to have lunch with him here. I would normally not patronize this place only because I usually don't like theme or chain restaurants. Anyway, we arrived at 11:30am sat in a comfortable booth and ordered. I had the eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti, he had the fettuccine alfredo,since we both wanted a side salad the server brought us a big bowl to share with plenty of bread sticks. I must say I was very pleased with the meal. It was good, taking all factors into consideration of "chain restaurants" I was pleasantly surprised. Also surprising was the total bill of $23.00. We left a $7. Tip because the young lady serving us was so nice.

Went with my family the soup was disgusting and not warm enough, salad was ok and our shrimp and chicken carbanara was horrible. Our Server Was no were to be found almost the whole time we where there.

This visit the server was no where to be found (bar area) not busy or crowded. Food was as expected for chain. The service is always slow here, just mentioning so they can improve for themselves. It reflects tipping.

This is my second poor visit to this location. The manager the first time begged me to come back and give them a try again. I did. 1. the hostess was seating me to the right side. I mentioned how hot is was here. She smiled and proceeded to seat me at a table by the window directly in the sun. I tried to ask to move but she was walking away. 2. My server walked past me 3 times and then seemed to realize that I was her table (there were no other tables seated). She took my order quickly however her attention to detail was not great. My iced tea sat untouched at all. It was luke warm at best and though I asked for ice no ice came. My food was ok, I ate the chicken from the chicken marsala, the sauce on the past had a very odd very sweet taste. server walked by 3 more times, no offering of another drink, box, nothing (I had moved my plate to the other side of the table). I then put up my card to cash out. I do not like to use those machines at the table as I was considering desert and coffee. After 3 more passes and no questions I tried the machine. It would not take my card for some reason. I gave up. Server finally came back offered me a box that I declined and then tried the card herself. I shared that I had already done that. She took it and I cashed out. 3. Asked to speak with the manager on my way out. Manager was called, I waited a few minutes, decided to use the rest room (by the way, there are no hooks in the ladies room stalls to hang our purses on. they have to be put on the floor.....yuck!) Came out, still no manager. Spotted hostess, saw manager type exiting the kitchen, hostess called to him, he went back in. I left. In addition, during the first 20 minutes of my visit I was regaled with a non stop conversation amongst the servers. I know one lady was just starting and hoping to make money, another had bills of $3500 a month and needed to make money, the young man standing there drinking coffee was 27 years old but the girls couldn't believe that and that a third female was answering her personal cell phone, trying to make an appointment but was very busy at work and would have to call back. All things that I did not need to know.

Calamari tasted reheated and frozen. Egg plants were over cooked and the size of a small sand dollar and only got 4 thin slices. Not worth the price I paid. Last time I ever go to this restaurant

2 words food poisoning my girl friend ordered the shrimp scampi and as soon as we got home sick as a dog throwing up half the night and this morning

Sunday night with a party of five had about a 30 minute wait. The area we were seated to the left back was very cold. As always the salad was delicious. My husband and I always split a Tour of Italy with an extra salad. However, the chicken was over cooked this time.

Today the 3rd of April 2024 we wanted to have lunch at alive garden. The service was a bit complicated when my partner wanted a small booth.it was not crowded.they gave us after a short while a booth.but when I sat down the seat was moist the table on top and under was moist and the side of the wall too.very disgusting. It felt like a moist mist allover.when we ask the waitress told us oh this is the weather.and humidity.what??? We left it was pretty bad and the restaurant had a funny smell too.this location is a no no.

We had been seated for about 15 to 20 mins and no one ever acknowledge us. Never even came to take a drink order. Plenty of servers walked by us, so we finally just left. We went across the street to Texas Road House. Great food and service

Stopped in on our road trip to eat a fresh salad and chicken margarita entree. The restaurant was busy took 20 minutes to get seated. Our server had a full section and didn’t miss a beat. He served every table fully. Our meal was fresh and hot.

I have been to many Olive Gardens, and this location was one of the best! Outstanding service. Did a guest ahead in the website, available for groups of 4 or less. No wait for me, yay!! My pasta and chicken was sooo good I kept eating even after I was full. My dining companion had the shrimp scampi, which he declared was amazing and ate every bite. If you are near this Ilive Garden stop by, you are in for a treat!!!

Food is delicious especially salad. I do wish they had more Keto friendly food, like Zoodles to choose from, because there are only two items on the menu that are Keto that I can eat, their Margaretta Chicken and Salmon.

I was there with a party of 20. Our service was amazing. We never had to ask for refills for anything. Our food was exactly what we asked for. Everyone has taken home boxes.

Service was superior, and the atmosphere was cool and very comfortable. The food, well it's always great and consistent. I would love to see some new special items on the menu from time to time. That is a revenue plus for almost any popular chain restaurant.

Bought me, my niece, and my nephew lunch from here. Good prices and the food was decent. My only complaint is the kids size portion of pasta that came with my chicken Parmesan. If the salad wasn’t big I would’ve been screwed. The other plates were fine which is ironic being that I’m the biggest and eldest. We got our food in about 6-7 minutes after we arrived. I’d give our experience a 4/5. I’d come again in the future.

Food was absolutely delicious. Tonight we returned to Olive Garden and we were in a bit of a hurry due to the fact that we were attending a movie right after dinner. It was a tight schedule and our waitress Kylina was outstanding, serving us quickly and allowing us to get to the movie in time. My wife and I both ordered the make your own pasta dish. We had the angel hair pasta with mushroom sauce and crispy chicken. We have had this before and we both think this is an outstanding dish. The food is always spectacular and the service as was wonderful.

We had such a horrible experience. We ordered our food and had to walk out because of the service. When we first walk in, they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. Then after 15 minutes we was called to sit down. When we got to our table the waiter ask for us to wait while he clean the table. First red flag. If the table needs to be clean why call us to the table to watch the waiter clean the table before we can sit. As we started to get ready to sit, we realize under table and our seat was dirty. I decided to take my hands and take off all crumbs from the chairs myself so my family can sit. Second red flag. It even got worst. While sitting down we started looking around, we could not believe that they put us to sit around tables that was dirty and felt it was ok for us to eat beside several dirty tables especially the one beside us. When I tell you the table beside us was full of eaten food, and dirty plates we lost of appetite. Before leaving we did spoke to the manger. It was when we spoke to the manager and still was waiting for someone to clean the tables we decided to walk out. What rub us the wrong way, was when the manger ask what she can do for us. If you are the manger and you look over and see where we sitting is full of dirty dishes and food everywhere, it does not take much common sense to move us to another area or table where we don’t have to sit and watch food that people had eaten and leave and their dirty plates. It was so bad I decided to video the condition they thought we should sit as a family to eat in. We are not pigs we are human beings. I am not even mad at the waiter. I am disgusted by the manger. I have my reason why am not mad at the waiter. The fact I had to video the condition tells you how bad it was. You expected us to eat around 4 dirty tables. I don’t think so.
