Great Pizza. Great “ appetizer board” beforehand. Service a bit slow……but they are looking for more help. Very friendly waitress…knowledgeable, courteous, very attentive.

worst pasta i ever had , had water draining out of the sides of the bag when i got it out of my car. should have known when there was only a bunch of low wage kids working in there

Soooo delicious. Wish they were closer to our town. On a weekend away stopped in for pizza. White pizza Sicilian was one of the best.

I was waiting for drinking lemonade first one but the customer left ....then another customer did wrote down for the drink after about 15 minutes get drink finally. Then, I just order for pizza and right time bring for my order. Also, I was waiting for the check ready pay so wait and wait almost over 45 minutes then the customer forgot to give me the check for pay..for my order. My friend and I are waiting for the check and still waiting. We decided to left tips on the table. We didn't get the check after that we leave from Blue Highway pizza. One this is pizza is very good!

Everything about this pizzeria was awesome. The staff was top notch...attentive, friendly, courteous and welcoming. Our waitress, Angie, was so awesome I had to let the Manager know how much of an asset she is to Blue Highway! And the food...no one could believe I finished the entire Piadine! The dough they use is unique and light...I love it. Everything was fresh and bursting with taste.

We have always enjoyed visiting The Blue Highway while in Ocala. Normally it’s outstanding. This particular visit not so much. Our visit was at 3 pm on a Saturday. We were the only customers when we arrived then a couple of families arrived. We ordered salad and pizza. The salad was delicious but it arrived at the same time as the pizza. The pizza was barely lukewarm. We ate the pizza but it wasn’t as good as I remember.

Hopping place with a cool bar and really good menu. So many options. Pizza to go was delicious and lots of toppings. Service was friendly but pretty rough. A lot of time waiting. Definitely good for take out pizza.

New to the area, I read about Blue Highway and knew I had to try it. I ordered the Funghi pizza Sicilian style (Portabello, shiitake, fancy white and oyster mushrooms in a white wine cream sauce, Fontina, Parmesan, Romano, parsley). It had a wonderful, unique flavor. One of my all-time favorite pizzas.

If you like cold soggy pizza, tasteless carbonara, something they call calamari but cant be, red hair in the pizza, and love to wait an hour – come here. No hairnets, no masks, no gloves, people running their fingers through there hair and handling your food – this place has it all. This used to be my favorite place to eat in Ocala. It used to have great staff, great food, it was clean and the food was great. Unfortunately, this location was taken over by someone who apparently could care less about customer service, running a clean safe place or serving quality food. It’s a dump now. The Blue Highway in Micanopy is fabulous – the Ocala location is anything but. I will never go back. If you want a nice pizza, great people, quality food – go to Formaggio. I would highly suggest you ran far and fast away from Blue Highway In Ocala.

Our server did a super job. We had thin pizza. It was "nothing to write home about." It sufficed for a non-fast food lunch en route to Florida beaches.

It is no longer owned by Mr. Ruffino in Micanopy where the original is located. The Vedure Arrosto pizza was horrible. Made with roasted vegetable, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, and red pepper has always been a favorite. It was skimpy and not roasted with 2 tiny pieces of eggplant and little to no mozzarella. The asst. manager tried to make it right and went out of her way to bring us a mushroom, green pepper, and onion pizza, and it had little quarter inch squares of veggies and so little mozzarella it was tasteless. Then a week later I went there with a friend. She ordered the Highway roast beef sandwich on a fresh house baked roll...not. It was $10.50 had what appeared to be old roast beef, not fresh, very little roast beef and she was actually afraid to eat the other half. Took off the cheese that looked like provolone and ate it. Menu said caramelized onions. 2 very little pieces. Sooooo skimpy I said, I guess they are trying to save money. Also, they were known for their homemade chips which this time were stale and even when they brought out 'fresh' ones we got a couple that weren't crisp. The experience was awful. Again the staff tried so hard to make things right. Go to Micanopy to eat at the original. They need to change the name to Skimpy's! What a shame it carries the name of such a fine restaurant. It shouldn't.

My husband and I used to love this place but the last 3 times we have been We’re not satisfying. When they first opened in Ocala, they had the freshest, tastiest, and most unusual pizza selection. One of my favorites (or I should say was) the Fungi pizza. Now it’s bland and flavorless. The crust is heavier and doesn’t have that freshness that they used to have. I guess we will have to give up on this restaurant. Such a shame. Also...I want to mention that almost every time I walked into the restaurant It smelled of raw sewage...like they had a serious plumbing issue. Last week my friends apt smelled the same so called a plumber and he said that toilet was backing up in the kitchen sink.OMG. I really hope that isn’t the case for this restaurant.

This restaurant used to have the best pizza in Ocala. Great ingredients and good service. Their pizza margharita and pizza bianca were some of the best I have had. Just ordered the pizza bianca and can say it is no longer very good. They did something to the cheese perhaps changed to a cheaper ingredient. Sad to say I will no longer be a customer

Great menu choices. Something for everyone. We ordered the carne special pizza and it was very good, even the crust. I think the only way to make it better was to add oregano and other italian seasoning. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Had lunch here while traveling from Wisconsin. Liked it so much, got same salad the next day for take out!

Disappointing. Considering that it’s rated #1 for pizza in Ocala, we were disappointed to see them have such poor service and lack of ingredients. The food is actually good but we won’t go back. Brooklyn Backyard nearly is much better.

Normally we love this place but the last two times we have ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. It disappointed both times. There is little chicken to be seen (bring binoculars) but lots of BBQ sauce. So much sauce that it stings around your mouth after...

Blue Highway has some of the best service I’ve experienced. All of the wait staff is very friendly. The good was great, some of the best pizza I’ve had! I will totally be bringing my family back here.

The Blue Highway pizzeria in Micanopy and Ocala offer some of the tastiest pizza I've had in a long time. The thin crust meat sampler was excellent. The decor is something you'd find in a small pizza shop and actually comfortable.

Visited blue highway for the first time and was thrilled with the pizza! Great crunch and delicious, innovative toppings on the Abruzzese pizza and the Funghi pizza. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back, it was truly outstanding!
