Oscars is always my go-to spot to get a great meal. The owner is so kind, the staff treats everyone special, and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant! Pasta salad - you gotta try it! DOG FRIENDLY TOO 🐶 UPDATE 08/29/2024: the little town of Havana lost one of its largest bright souls when restaurant owner and chef, Bob Odom, passed away last month. The future of Oscar’s is uncertain (at least as far as I know) but I truly hope to return one day and eat there again. I’m so fortunate to have dined at Oscar’s the weekend prior to Bob’s passing: when I was leaving he gave me his huge smile and said “thank you” and “always good to see you!” It’s people like Bob that make little restaurants like Oscar’s such a special place.

This place is amazing, the food is absolutely delicious and the servers are outstanding, especially Angel and Janine. Hidden gem in Havana FL would highly recommend!

I have been working all week in Havana and when I passed by the store on Monday, the owner stopped to chat for a bit. Gave me a bit of the backstop and invited me back when the shop was open and man am I glad I took him up on that! The staff was nothing less than cheerful and greeting with smiles from ear to ear. The shop was clean and had a wonderful esthetic. I got a small cheese pizza and you can tell just by the look that they use quality ingredients. This was confirmed with the first bite. The sauce was robust but not overpowering in any way. The fresh Mozzarella the owner was telling me about complimented it just right. The inside of the crust was light and airy with a nively bubbled crusty bottom. I can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu! Thanks for the best lunch I've had all week!!

Pasta salad got an A++ and the salads looked delish. My panini was surprisingly tasty as well. I don't know that I'd try the pasta dishes but I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Food and service is awesome. We go to Havana several times a year and have never been in this place until today. We will definitely be back. We shared a pizza and large salad and took home leftovers. I highly recommend this place. Update 2/17/2024 still fantastic food and service. Highly recommend!

I hate to leave a negative review, but I came here for the pizza because I heard from a few different sources it was good. Unfortunately, the pizza is far from great. It felt like it was made for a picky eater that doesn't have any taste buds... No flavor, no love. Not sure if I got the same recipe everyone else gets or if they've left the game.

We eat here often the food is good and the service is home town! Highly recommend.

Service was amazing! The food was just OK. We tried the pizza & a Greek salad. The salad was fresh and flavorful. The pizza, it was lacking. The cheese was not my favorite. The crust was missing flavor. I'm definitely going to return to try more things from the menus.

Good food, place is too small for the amount of people who want in. Be prepared for a wait.

Nice little place in Havana. Has a small dining area with about 8 or so tables inside and I believe a few tables outside. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. We didn’t have a pizza, but the Caprese salad and meatball sub (served open face) were good.

Delicious food, great service, reasonable prices and so close to Zion! The muchos nachos are huge and quite possibly the best I've ever had. Very understanding of food allergies, which is sincerely appreciated. Excellent food AND value. Pleasant, prompt service in a casual atmosphere.

Small local Town charm kind of place. I recommend placing an order and then taking a lap around the antique stores next door. Really good pizza.

Salads are the only gluten-free options. The Cesar's salad with grilled chicken was very good, though.

Do yourself a flavor and order a pizza with chicken spinach and mushrooms like I did..trust me u won't regret it😋

This is my third or fourth visit to Oscar's. I get the same thing every time, and every time it's amazing! A loaf od hot bread with the dipping oil and eggplant parm. It's always fresh and the serving size makes for two meals!

The wait was long for the pizza, but they informed us up front. Food was good. GF says wine was a little pricey, but it's worth it for a nice date that's a little different.

Everything is absolutely Delicious and full of flavor. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the patio is cozy.

The review that @LIVEFREE posted hours ago is incorrect and not truthful one bit. I was the party of 16 that is being referred to and we had superior service along with great food. Jeanine was our lead server and she was amazing and kept our large party going with ease! She was so kind and patient with our group. Bob and his staff were truly amazing and the food was delicious. My family and I have been eating here for years and this is the best little Italian spot in our local town of Havana. Thanks again for the superior service and food!

I just love the small town friendly atmosphere and the food is excellent. They welcomed my dog to dine with me and a friend in the patio area. The food was fresh and delicious and our waitress was efficient and sincerely nice.

I hate to leave a bad review at a small business but in all honesty this has to be the worst pizza I’ve had in years. Frozen pizza would be better for real… 2 pizzas 35$ and they’re trash. I was excited to find this little place was sadly let down .

This is a very small place in Havana, Fl that is well worth the time and trip to go to. Large outdoor eating area. The owner does all the cooking and prepares all sauces from scratch. I have been there 4 times now and have always been very satisfied with the total experience. Staff is efficient and friendly and the food is excellent!!! The best pizza I have had!!!. Always ready to make the trip to go back there.

Absolutely the best pizza in three counties. Their salads are amazing too. Whole family loves them. Can't say enough and I don't give out a lot of 5 stars. This is a small town jewel.

This is our favorite place to go in Havana. We love sitting in the middle aisle and talking to Bob. All the food is amazing. Jeneanne is awesome. The food is always cooked fresh and tastes delicious every time.

OMG! The best service and food!

I write this as I sit in the shade of the overhang at Oscars. It’s a hot day but very comfortable here. The service has been very nice and fast even though the are short staffed. It’s 1200 and not many folks here. Really nice relaxing vibe. Pizza was great with a good sweet tea.

1st time - pizza was very good. Will go back to tru pasta & paninis.

I would recommend everything I've tried from here. Salads are EXCELLENT. No sad, wimpy tomatoes here. Sodas are canned - so get a tea.

We have had the meatball sandwich, the eggplant parm sandwich and the Tuscan chicken panini along with the pasta salad and all were very good. Addition to previous post. My husband and I had dinner at Oscar's in Havana today and it was excellent, as always. We usually are there at lunch but today we went later. He had meat ravioli and I had the eggplant parm. (Ihav a thing for eggplant parm) Both were excellent. Sometimes eggplant is too greasy at most places but this was perfect. We both had small salads which were also very good and plentiful along with their bread. We split a piece of the chocolate cake which was fantastic. I had leftovers so will be enjoying the meal yet again. Oh, they have a nice selection of local craft beers, too.

Holy cow, we heard this place was really good but folks didn't give enough credit, Oscar's was phenomenal!! We had carrot cake while waiting for take-out pizza and it was amazing, the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I had never had their pizza and it was SOOO good - better than any NY pizza I've had!!! Lovely atmosphere too! A+++ Oscar's!!!

Quaint, friendly... you pay for atmosphere here. Food is presented better than flavor but its good. It is currently one of the best cafe/dinners in this small town. Walking the town is a joy and this place is sure to add to the experience. Don't look for souther Sweet Tea here in this southern town. Even the waitress told us that you'll need to ask for extra sweetner. Be sure to visit the Shade Tobacco Museum while in town.

This is definitely a hidden treasure I found yesterday while working in Havana. The Greek salad was amazing and the pizza was definitely one of the best I've had in a while. Anytime I'm in Havana I will be eating at Oscar's.

SWEET place to lunch. Wished for gluten free option. Small salad with chicken was beautiful ,yummy & very filling. Reasonable prices here. I'll go back.

Staff were nice food was good can't complain at all. Reasonably priced as well not a long wait.

I went to have lunch today. It was my second time. There was a party in front of me who sat down and then I was the second party. We were the only ones outside and it was just a few minutes after they opened. I was brought a menu and sat and waited for 15 minutes after another party came in. She got orders from both parties and had given them drinks as I still sat there. I was very upset and finally after 20 minutes I got up and walked out. The lady said she was coming to get my order. I'm very disappointed that I was basically ignored and people who came in after me were served.

Not sure if this is goggles responsibility or what. Not really Italian restaurant, probably be better labeled as pizza, had meatball spaghetti, very bland. caprese salad, very rushed really. As many people coming in and out for pizza and subs they must hit different. So I'm going to come back and try those items.

The pizza was delicious and the wine was good. Very good sandwiches, and salads. Excellent hand tossed pizza, nice wine and great selection of Florida craft beers. Try the spaghetti and meatballs or the meatball sub!

Pizza was the best!! However, the chicken parmesan was very spicy. And I love spicy food, but it was over the top. It took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. If your on a time schedule, make sure you have at least an hour and a half so you can enjoy your food,. (And there was only one other table occupied when we ordered.) I would definitely recommend the pizza!! Best I’ve had!!

Oscar's was delicious! We were starving after spending the morning walking around the shops. We ordered the flatbread appetizer to start. It was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and very tasty! For lunch, we ordered a cheese pizza and the grilled pesto eggplant. Let me just say that I'll be craving both but especially the eggplant. The staff was so friendly and kind. It felt like we were eating with friends and family.

Amazing little place in Havana. We had the spaghetti and meatballs, Italian panini, and the bread with oil. Their homemade bread is crazy good dipped in the oil with herbs and seasoning. The panini was really good. I've had similar items at other restaurants and this was better or on par with others. The spaghetti is where they shined. The sauce was obviously homemade. It tasted authentic and legit. It was definitely in the top 3 spaghettis I have had (number 1 is my own 😉). I would definitely recommend this place for a regular eating out spot. The value for food portions is great and the prices themselves were good. It's a step above fast food and not quite fancy sit down in price.

NEVER dissapoonted. Some of the best casual Italian in the tri-state area. I est here often and bring a guest when I can.

The absolute BEST Italian penne I’ve ever put into my mouth!! Then comes the pasta salad! OUT OF THIS WORLD is all I can say! Best Italian food I’ve had in a long time and their pizzas are amazing to. Thank you for being in this little community of Havana! 😍 BTW prices are reasonable as well.

I had the small Ceasar salad with grilled chicken and my husband had a small pizza with ham and mushrooms. The salad was cold, fresh and ample with a generous serving of shredded parmesan cheese and bacon. The homemade pizza was made with thin ham slices and fresh mushrooms. We will definitely go back again.

I love Oscars! Been going there for years. Their charm to me is in their small town simplicity. If I had one suggestion, it is that they add a few menu items. love the outside dining.....in the FALL 🤗

1st time visiting. Patio tables and distancing inside. All servers wearing masks. Best part was how great the Panini sandwich and pasta salad were. Definitely will go back.

Very nice place though the chairs inside are a bit uncomfortable, but I am let's say, "gifted in the posterior region" so maybe that's just me; we still go fairly often. The flatbread appetizer is exceptional, as are their paninis!

My fiancé Emi and I absolutely love Oscars! The food is delicious and the customer service is outstanding. Janeane is an absolute sweetheart. Sometimes we come here just to see her..... she is a ray of sunshine and always brightens our day! Tonight we had Abby helping too and she was amazing as well! Well done, Oscars!

The food was wonderful! Get the pasta salad as a side if you get a meal. There's plenty of seating inside and out. I only wish they had a bit more selection on the menu, although they do well with what they do have. I usually shy away from grilled chicken at restaurants because it's so hot or miss but theirs is definitely a hit.
