Love this restaurant! My husband brought me hear with some family members for my recent birthday & it was so good, me, my husband & his Dad have been back every Thursday since! 🥰

We’re so happy to have a good local food and music establishment in downtown Havana. Nice eclectic shop and seating inside with a full bar. A great great shaded outdoor area for entertainment with seating and a covered stage. Service is great and the food is even better. The Cheesteak Sandwhich, Patty Melt, Club Sandwich, all excellent choices. Stop by and give these guys a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

After a long work day, we came into Off the Rails for an early dinner and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere keeps your engaged as there is so much to look at and discover. The skylights made for great lighting. The fries and apple pie with ice cream were top favorite! Friendliest staff I’ve come across in awhile. We will be back!

I am a harsh critic. This was some amazing food!!! Josh helped me with a drink. I was a lil indecisive. The fries are to die for. Really!!! They are soo good. I had the catfish & it was perfectly cooked. Not greasy. This is my 2nd time here and , I have to say...something positive has happened here. I will be back for Wednesday night bingo!!! Disclamer.... I am in NO WAY affiliated with this business or the owners. I am new to the area and a super harsh critic.

I've been here twice now, my other half and I sit at the bar, we absolutely love our bartender Kaila who we've had both times and we adore her!! So far everything we've eaten has been great, first time we had the Irish nachos and charcuterie board, and it was delicious, second time I had some simple chicken tenders and fries. We will be back again!!

My mum and I are English and lived in Florida for decades. Finding food that truly tastes of home has always been a challenge. Most are all advertising and no authenticity! Not here! Holy moly! Authentic fish n chips, scotch eggs and mash to die for the and sausage rolls were fabulous! Plus we only live 20 mins away!!! We’ll be back many times after finding this little gem! Just fabulous!

More expensive than most sandwiches. I did a phone order/take out and this is how I received my Ruben order ( see pic), and with no napkins. I didn't recognize it as a sandwich, and it appeared as if it had been dropped and scrapped into this Styrofoam container. Having it given to me at the bar, and all tied up in a plastic baggie, was my first clue something wasn't right. I should have inspected it before leaving but trusted this place was a quality restaurant.

Our new favorite spot! Not only was the service amazing, but the food was on point! Cheese grits, French dip, patty melt, mushroom gravy, and fries were super delicious. Plus, the outdoor seating area is totally kid friendly. My 3 year old enjoyed playing jenga, corn hole, and "kitchen" with the outdoor toys. We will definitly be coming back. If you haven't done so, please check this place out! It will not disappoint! :)

I'm happy I didn't take some of the yelp reviews to heart because we would have missed out on this restaurant. Every negative review was just the opposite of what we experienced. Could be a little bit better on pricing but service, drinks and food all came out quickly. Some of you need to give it another round of shots! Yes pun intended lol!

This place will not stay open with the current management style. The one AND only server was working her tail off but just couldn't keep up. At least two tables walked out because they got tired of waiting for the server. She was tending the bar and tables by herself. Ridiculous. I am surprised she was still pleasant and had a smile on her face. The food was very good but if you can't staff properly to provide good customer service it doesn't matter. People won't wait.

We had the ribeye and pan-seared chicken. Both were excellent. Highly recommend if you're here shopping and find you are hungry! It's a great place to wrap up a day of fun shopping! And be sure to order the chocolate cake!!!!

My husband and I decided to try off the rails last Saturday for lunch. When we arrived, the young lady up front, Summer, informed us that she was working alone. We decided to stay anyway. Although our wait times were obviously longer, Summer did an amazing job basically running the place by herself with the cook and making sure everyone had what they needed. She was pleasant and helpful despite the obvious stress she was under and she did not forget a single thing that anyone needed. Kudos to Summer and I hope the owner recognizes how valuable she is and does not leave her in that situation again. Food is a little pricey, especially for a very small town, but it was good.

Food was great! Service was a little spotty. I had to get up and get our check at the end and they were mighty slow for a Friday night. But will definitely be back since it is close by. I'm sure it will get better with time.

Went Saturday night for dinner and it was great. Our server, Heather, made certain we enjoyed ourselves and she was very gracious. The food was delicious! He had the Irish dip w/ sidewinder fries (Heather's on point suggestion), I had the Irish BLT w/ Irish stew, and we split some hush puppies. Everything tasted freshly prepared, well seasoned, nice portions. We will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.

Finally a great place to eat,meet up with people and get great food in Havana. Excellent food and service.Very cool!!

We seated ourselves while the waitress was chatting and taking drink orders from a table of three. After almost 20 minutes she dropped off menus at their table and then brought menus for us but never came back to take our food & drink orders. We may try again sometime in the distant future.

We visited after wanting to go since they opened but haven’t made it until today. We were not disappointed. An Irish pub in the cute little town of Havana? Yes!!! The restaurant was much bigger than it appeared outside. Were able to play some free darts, had a few beers and an amazing lunch. Service was spectacular and the vibe is very laid back and friendly. The outdoor area has tons to do for adults like giant jenga and they even had a little play kitchen and giant connect 4 for children. The location is perfect and the large fountain outside was so pretty and peaceful. It was very inclusive (including bathrooms) and everyone was kind. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. No complaints on the food at all. I definitely recommend the Ruben and the desserts were also GREAT! Don’t sleep on the bread pudding, it is to die for😍 Not only will we be back but we will be bringing others. 10/10. Stop reading and go now.

Visited on a Friday night in September 2023 when Jett City cover band was playing. There is plenty of outdoor seating to hear live music, and the inside dining room area is decorated with train station and pub decor. The hamburger and fries were delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Can't wait to come back and try some of the other menu items! Update: We came back on Sunday evening. It was a rainy and windy December evening in 2023 so there weren't many patrons...maybe just our family. The service was friendly and great. We ordered the Onion Rings (honey mustard sauce was tangy, sweet...yum),Cobb Salad, Bangers and Mash (gravy was savory), Corned Beef & Cabbage (beef and cabbage were very flavorful and tender), Shepherd's Pie (has a distinct bay leaf flavor), Chocolate Cake (warm decadent delight), and Apple Pie w/Ice Cream (perfect pairing w/delicious apples).

Fans a pair, Monica and Jeremy. From the very start. We love everything about the place!

We had not eaten all day and was so glad this was open!! I had salmon and my husband had a corned beef sandwich! It was great!!

I love Off the Rails!! Had the prime Rib last night. It was delicious & very large portions. I'll have some of it for lunch today. Off the Rails is my FAVORITE place to get a Reuben sandwich and fries. Love the live music on Friday nights and the fun atmosphere in the bar.

Heather was our server and our bartender. She is a great asset to the company! Service and food was absolutely amazing. We had the fish and chips and also the Reuben. Both came out piping hot and filling!

So this was our first visit and definitely our last! We started with the onion ring appetizer which was very tasty but expensive for the portion size. I ordered the corned beef rachael. It was a cole slaw sandwich with one thin piece of corned beef on it. My husband had the o'paddy melt which was described as a half pound burger-it did not even fill up the rye bread in which it was served. The grilled onions on top of the burger contained the onion skin-very nasty. Extremely disappointing! Our server did the best she could considering she was the only one working! She was running inside, outside and into the bar.

Had lunch after church on 10/29/23. The buffalo chicken wrap was all buffalo sauce drowning out the chicken, and needed more "love" (like, some bleu cheese, tomato, lettuce/spinach and/or sprouts). Coleslaw was HEAVY with vinegar. Could finally eat it after putting a packet of sugar on it it. The generous bread basket came with one tiny cup of butter; and ice tea, requested with lemons on the side, came with one small slice. Finally had to go find waitress to ask for more of both. Gotta hand it to the new? chef on duty at the time. He came around to our table and asked how things were. I told told him about the slaw. He said at least one other diner had the same complaint recently and was appreciative of he feedback. He tried to reassure us he was trying to make improvements in the kitchen. It was my fault for not seeing it, but waitress made off with my credit card still inserted in the little black folder after I had signed and gotten my receipts. Took me 3 phone calls to 3 different employees and 4 days to finally get it back. I sure hope this place makes it, because I love Havana and owned a business here for 15 years.

Horrible. 6 onion rings, 6 Mozz sticks (all cold to table) 2 beers, one wine 50 bucks. Told Tina the waitress, oh well. Do NOT GO. Much better restaurants in the area. Granddaughters hot dog, mold on bun (they did credit it). Just absolutely horrible.

This is my 3rd visit here and I've had a great experience every time. The resturaunt is clean, well lit and has a nice atmosphere. The food selection is small, but allows them to keep the prices low. The food was delivered hot and cooked correctly and the chef came to the table to ensure every thing was cooked to order. Portion sizes are generous for the cost. Recommended.

Fantastic meal, one of the best gems in Havana. Beautiful decor, the food was fantastic, quick service. Highly recommend a stop here. Be sure to check the hours.

Prices are very high, which would be fine if there was a great atmosphere and decent service. We never got to the point of trying food because we waited over 25 minutes for two domestic beers totaling $14.25ish. We did go during a festival so it was insanely busy, but when I went to the bar to see about drinks, someone was reading off abandoned drink tickets that had never been filled from 20/30 mintues ago. There was a stack of unfilled tickets. People were walking out. This is something good management typically prepares for with staffing and specialised menus. A local Havana friend later mentioned they had been to this place multiple times and the service is consistently poor, but they did say the food is good.

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our waitress was very friendly and the fish and chips were delicious. I definitely recommend it!

If we could have got the server to even bring us things we asked for without having to hunt him down or if the service wasn't horribly slow I probably would have mentioned it. Based on the service we received mentioning an issue would have been useless! Great environment and great band! Service was horrible and very slow! Charcuterie board was great and the sidewinder fries that we got as an appetizer were very good but that's the last of the good food. Ordered a patty melt, medium well, with fries but got a very dry over cooked burger that was tiny and had zero taste and served on a English muffin that wasn't even toasted or anything and served with overcooked regular fries. Spouse ordered a Reuben with fries. He stated it was ok but once again served with overcooked regular fries. People we were dining with ordered corned beef and cabbage and country fried steak. Corned beef was served as slices such as would go on a sandwich and the country fried steak was very crispy and a lot of breading. Think this is going to be a one and done for us!

Finally made to Off the Rails for Thursday prime rib night. I had prime rib, my wife had fish and chips. Service was good. Food was really good! This place may be a regular haunt for us.

We enjoyed our meal at Off the Rails Irish Pub very much. The steak, Irish sidewinder fries and bread pudding were delicious! Even the asparagus was good, and I'm not usually fond of that! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely go back.

I love going here on Wednesdays for Bingo night. If you haven't been before it's a place worth trying out if you're in town. If you weren't happy with food/service in the past and haven't been back since, I highly recommend giving them another chance! Lots of improvements have been made. I always order the same sandwich I thought I like it before but it was even better this last time around! There new chef is definitely doing something right. And we love our usual waitress, Heather she's always friendly, busy, and on it at all times.

We went to Off the Rails Irish Pub today for a late lunch and it was delicious! Hubby had the Corned Beef Rachel and I had the Bangers and Mash Both were exceptional! We live maybe 10 mins south of Havana near Tower road so it's super convenient and so nice to have more locally owned restaurants around us

We had a bit of a wait for our food, but it was totally worth it. (And not an inconvenience at all. We got to relax and talk and enjoy the fun theming.) The food was good. The fries were amazing, as was the bread I got with my meal. The delightful young man who waited on us was friendly and helpful. I'm already thinking about what I want to get the next time.

I have eaten there one time. We did take out. Fish and chips were not edible. My wife and daughter were unimpressed too. It’s a big let down because we were looking forward to this new establishment. After reading reviews my take is that the owner Mark is responsible for this andis letting a very good opportunity slip

We went last night. I really wanted to like this place! We are always looking for a nice Irish restaurant. When we walked up there was a sign telling us to go to the bar for a table. We stood there and no one even looked in our direction. There were 4 customers at the bar and 2 tables with people at the bar, and 2 tables with people on the restaurant side. Eventually we just picked a table near the bar and sat down. I asked the girl at the bar if it was ok if we sat there and she said yes. Unfortunately the table was dirty, but we assumed someone would address that shortly. We sat for 20 minutes and not a single person addressed us. My husband got up to the bathroom and grabbed wet paper towels to clean the table. A gentleman did come over after we flagged him down and asked if we had been helped. He was nice but inexperienced (and that's ok everyone has to learn sometimes) he couldn't tell us anything about the beers, or the food, and he would take drinks or food when we weren't finished. We only ordered appetizers and soup, because no one ever came back to take our order. The server didn't come back for an HOUR. When we finished our 1st round of beer there was a bug in the bottom of my husband's. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. We still were going to give it a chance. We got an update from our server that the kitchen was behind but our food would be out shortly. We had soup and mozzarella sticks... When we got it my husband took a bite of his soup and just pushed it to me.. I tasted it and was like "why does the soup taste like peanut butter??" 🤣 Unfortunately we realized we couldn't really recover after all that so we decided to get our tab and leave. Pros - live music was great 👍 mozzarella sticks were good, real, not frozen. Decor is welcoming. Cons- Slooow service, and I'm not sure if it was inexperience, or what, but there was absolutely no urgency to help anyone from the employees there. The bug and food issue listed above. Not the restaurants fault but there was an odd feeling in the place. Like no one was really talking to each other. Everyone just looked at phones (more than the typical) or sat there, the happiness you usually experience in a pub was not there, so for a Sat night that was interesting. After reading reviews I see this place has only been open for about 3 months, so they have some things to work out. (And for that alone I added a star.) I hope I can convince my husband to come back because I think they have potential.

Breakfast was awful. Service was slow. 5 people and a 93.00 dollar tab. Will never go back. Waitress was nice and we left her a twenty dollar tip knowing the slow service was not her fault But the fault of the kitchen. Could not reply to your response that you quit serving breakfast. We were there during the sidewalk sale and you were open for breakfast. When we walked in and no one was in the restaurant was a dead giveaway that we were in the wrong place. Glad you quit serving breakfast because it was the worst I've ever had.

We had the smoked salmon appetizer, Shepard's pie and fish and chips. The salmon and pie were good, but the fish and chips were awesome. The "chips" were nice and thick and the cod was crispy and fresh. Server was friendly and attentive Definitely will be going back.

Sandwiches were good at lunch today and atmosphere was great. Only downside is we had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Very strange waitress who did not take our order for over 20 mins (while hardly anyone was there as it was early), seemed aggravated to be asked for anything, and took forever to obtain it. She was rude and after all that makes a weird comment when she brings the bill indicating that she will take your payment for her table top service. I guess this is her way of asking for a tip? It was bizarre. Everyone else in the restaurant was nice. Hope the restaurant fixes this problem as she ruined what would have otherwise been a nice experience.

Enjoyed the food and service. Will be back to try other items.

My husband and I had lunch here on Father's Day, he had the Shepherds Pie; I had the Reuben with their fries, food was very good, service great, we will return.

The fish & chips is A+, perfect batter - not fluffy or mushy on the inside but totally crisp and light. Excellent tartar sauce - in fact, all the sauces and dressings we tried were good!

Second visit much worse than the first. $16 for a BLT with two, yes, two slices of thin bacon. Burger over cooked and under seasoned. Mashed potatoes stone cold. Ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer that ended up coming with the food 40 minutes after we ordered. Prices are ridiculous for what you get and the service. I literally felt robbed. Wish I sent the sandwich back. I would come for a draft Guinness, but they don’t pour them properly and it’s $9 a glass. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Amazing place to eat, drink, relax, and have fun! The dart area is pristine, the staff has been nothing short of friendly, and the spiral potatoes fries are my absolute favorite!!

Wanted to love this place but just couldn't. Took an hour+ for our food to come out and when it finally did it was freezing cold... If you want to hang out and drink outside this is the place, if you are hungry go some place else.

Absolutely incredible food. Glad to see that the in-person experience was AWESOME! Great food, atmosphere, and music. I would highly recommend. Some of the reviews I have read to the contrary lead me to believe that isolation has played a bigger factor in many people’s emotional stability than we all were aware of. If you try this place, you won't be disappointed.

C - Some of us ate fish and chips, which was good except for the tartar sauce and coleslaw, which were heavy with mayonnaise. We tried to enjoy both but after a few bites we surrendered; the mayo won. A - Shepherd's Pie and salmon were very good, though. Half-and-half iced tea was just right. D - For the first twenty minutes the service was good but afterward the servers were occupied with a mystery that focused their attention, clustering on some device, I think. We never figured that out. We sat wanting drinks for at least fifteen minutes but were unable to get any servers' attention. A few walked by our general area but none would look at us or any other customer. One of our party finally walked to the knot of servers and asked for help, which one of them gave us but immediately returned to the group of other servers, continuing to ignore customers. Overall, the encounter for our five was pleasant and satisfying. Except for the mayo excess and the servers who forgot why they were there, we enjoyed the food. Keep in mind the fact that the restaurant had been open for only a few weeks. We'll return a month or so later to see how it's changed. We're optimistic and hope you'll try it.

Wish they put canned peas and carrots as side and not "mixed vegetables."As complement for the ribeye, i was expecting some broccoli, carrots with red potatoes but not canned peas and chopped carrots, the pigeons' wings was ok, I guess

Delicious food and fun atmosphere.

Last Friday we enjoyed a really nice evening on the deck listening to live music. I had the ribeye and asked them to put lots of spices on it and it was perfect! The mash potatoes were home made and delicious! The other side was green peas and carrots and initially I though they would not be my preferred vegetable BUT I was wrong. I wish I knew how they were seasoned and would have liked to have had two more servings!!! They were a nice surprise. My husband had the shephards pie and friend had the Reuben with side winder fries and they both enjoyed their selection. Oh, and we had onion rings for an appetizer and they were just right (we ate half before I took this picture). They come with a strong spicy mustard so if that's not your preference, ask for a different sauce, ketchup or eat them without sauce! After a rough start, Off the Rails is getten' it right! And, they appreciate feedback so share your thoughts with the wait staff and owners if they are there. Looking forward to many more meals with friends and family!

Good service. I ordered a Reuben with side winder fries. The reuben was nicely portioned. It was excellent! I had an old fashioned cocktail which was made perfectly. The guiness was poured perfectly! Wish the hot wings were alot bigger. Will definitely be back!!

Great place to unwind, see neighbors and make new friends! Take a slower pace in a fast track world!! Outside patio with music of different jondras, tonight was a great local country artist Steven Ritter!! Friendly staff working very hard to please their guest! We have had breakfast, lunch ,dinner and appetizers on the patio in the month they have been open so as with fine wine it takes time to find their sweet spot!! Stop by, invite your friends, it could be your new"cheer"s favorite community gathering space!!

1 hour to get a Reubens that was ok. The wings were unedible never saw my hubby gag like that. So sad about this we were looking for something good and close to home. Somewhere to take the kids on Friday evenings. Havana needed a good restaurant sadly this isn't it

First time here was Saturday before Mother’s Day. Absolutely love the atmosphere!! Love everything about the place! I just have some constructive criticism. The guy playing bagpipes was awesome! Loved every minute, & my 3 year old grandson (who is part Irish) was so fascinated! When there isn’t a band or someone playing, some music playing in the background would be nice-not loud music. As for the food, I got Shepherds Pie, son got the bangers & mash & daughter-in-law got the ribeye & mashed potatoes. Kick it up with some spices. The mashed potatoes-roast some garlic and add that along with salt and pepper. It was very bland. Same for the steak. The taste with the grill marks was yummy, but it needed some spicing added. Shepherds Pie was reallllll good! Only thing with that was again add in some spices and cook the veggies a tad longer so they are not crispy. Needless to say we enjoyed EVERY MINUTE & WILL be back!!!

The atmosphere was off the rails !!!!! all of the staff was friendly and on point with drinks and food. The presentation of the appetizers was awesome the waiters brought out a charcuterie lay out that had a smoking attachment to it to smoke the meats on the board on the spot!! Also the owners came out to the table to make sure everything was to our groups liking I will be going back very soon

Second time here within a week. Live bagpipes tonight! Grabbed a quick O'Paddy melt, and my wife had the off the rails burger. I drank a Guinness, and my wife had a Harps. Service has been outstanding! Wonderful place to relax and have a beer. It's definitely a recommended stop!! Just had the bread pudding for dessert 🍨, outstanding!!!

Mothers Day brunch it was cold and they were out of most stuff.
