I get like 10 Subway coupons in the mail from Subway Corporate every year. Then I bring em in to a local Subway, and they are refused??? Subway is just not worth the money if the penny-pinching franchise owner is forcing you to pay full price. They even ask for tips now on credit card transactions, so they expect you to pay their sandwiches artists extra while refusing all coupons.

I usually just get a special made salad, and the ingredients are always fresh. The 2 new people working there are really good at adding the correct ingredients and having it made by the time I arrive, which I really appreciate!

The new people in front speak LITTLE to no English. They don’t have a clue what you’re saying or what they’re doing, it’s very apparent. Incredibly frustrating. You will literally have to do sign language and point around like your playing a game of charades.

Friendly employee. Ordered food through the app and everything was ready and waiting. Store was clean and orderly.

Food is good , staff is overworked in a lunch rush. Ordered 12:11 , ready for pickup " 12:30 " , subs wasnt ready till 12:51. Seen my online order ticket on the food table and it sat....watched no less then 6 people come in and get a sub made and walk out while my ticket sat. Figured subs would be made in the order in which they were recieved but not the case. 19 people in line with 2 employees making subs from 12:30-12:51 thats almost a sub a minute , they needed help.

We ordered a cold cut with veggies. We got home the sandwich was wrapped upside down. No oil or vinegar & no salt & pepper. Plus there was only one piece of meat. We will not be going back!!

I ordered online but the food wasn’t ready. I even arrived 8 minutes after it told me it should be ready

Absolutely horrible food. I ordered online and they put rotten lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. They were out of one of the meats that my subway series sandwich calls for and called me for a substitute. Then charged me extra for double meat and didn't even receive double meat. Shameful service.

The sandwich tasted like paper. Why did they block the view of the meat from customers? Hiding something.

PLEASE CHANGE OWNERS AND FULL GUT RENOVATE! Last night was our last visit to this shop. The employees act as if they don't know what they are doing or are supposed to be doing. One employee spoke so low that I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Then apparently that is a problem that we caused. None of the food looked fresh or even non-toxic. Lettuce was browning, pickles were a color they shouldn't be. the worst was the mozzarella...it was molded! They were out of so many things. Havana needs to address this. There are so few places to eat at already, this place is taking up prime real-estate that a restaurant that isn't trying to serve food poisoning could be! Please, gut and start over. This place has been given too many chances only to keep declining. These locals, friends and family will never be back.

UPDATE. BE AWARE . HAVANA FL SUBWAY DON'T ACCEPT COUPONS SO YES, YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL HIGH PRICE. THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH IT. NO WONDER THE PARKING LOT NOW BE EMPTY. Sub prices have skyrocket ed but the length is cut short. Many years ago it was a foot long but yeah you get the point. If you value your money and want a good sub, Subway is NOT a option now.

I am a disabled veteran and also a senior citizen when I go in there with a coupon I expect them to honor it then you find out with a nasty attitude you can't read the sign on the door it says we don't accept coupons now if you want Subway and you represent the name you should honor all coupons no matter what that's not the customers problem that's Subway's problem not taking care of the customer I definitely don't recommend this particular store or the people that work in their very nasty

My Dad and I went to have lunch there today. When we ordered our sandwiches the employees were asking us what was on the sandwiches. It was like they had not made the sandwiches before and were confused about what to put on them. We were patient with them and helped them figure it out. When we sat down to eat and unwrapped the mess they called a sandwich it was gross and inedible. My Dad returned his sandwich for a refund which they honored. So he did not get anything to eat. The employee were not experienced enough to make a descent meal. The reason I am doing this review is to inform people that if you want an overpriced unedible meal then go to this Subway. Be expecting to have less than average sandwich that is sopping with condiments and made backwards

Stopped in here the other day to get a sub, and as I was waiting for my turn when I noticed two roaches crawling on the glass area where the food and vegetables are kept. I pointed it out to one of lady’s that was working and she seemed like it was no big deal! Yikes!!! I passed on getting a sub here and will not be back. I think the new owners and (obviously) the employees don’t care about sanitation or health concerns. Eat at your own risk….

Order two philly:s had to tell them to put the right amount of cheese on the sandwich, they did not heat the peppers and onions. Last week I ordered a spicy Italian the girl started to argue that they don't make spicy Italians then asked if I wanted roast beef and chicken on my sandwich apparently she has no idea what she is doing . With the prices coming in at ten or more dollars for a six dollar sandwich you should at least get what you want.all good things come to an end !!!!! Bye bye subway!!!!!

Most every trip is spot on but there have been a few fails. I'm sure it's the turnover rate and most likely new hires just learning. Completely understandable. I will always return because I support my local Havana businesses.

Nikeria gives outstanding customer service, it’s becoming rarer to find an employee who says she’s the best salad maker🤗and she is right..she smiled asked me my name and says “ask for me when you come in”:) this is great service, and the other employee was friendly as well! The vegetables are never fresh , they always run out of food and it is always nasty behind the counter!

I had stop by and eat some sandwich the next day i ended up at the hospital due to food poisoning stay at the hospital 3 Nights due to the worst stomach pain ever had in my life, before the stomach pain this was the last thing i had eating.

Service was as expected at this particular location. Subway is our family's happy medium for default and traveling. Keeps us from high calorie burgers, tenders, and fries. Easy to find on the road. The price point is competitive for fast food. Accessible. Going in and ordering your food so you can pick out what you want and see them make it takes less time than sitting in 85% of other restaurants drive-thru.

I made an order on the Subway app for a 6" Supreme Meats sub with chips and a drink. Before tax the total was $9.99. I received a call from the restaurant saying they did not have the sandwich, so I asked for a cold cut combo instead. The cost of this sandwich before taxes with chips and a drink is $8.00. When I asked the sandwich artist if there was a difference in cost, she said there wasn't, but that's not the case. Contacted corporate and management on several occasions and have gotten no response. I hope $2.00 is worth losing a former lifetime customer. Beware when ordering from this store using the app.

The sandwich artist that made our sandwiches was very knowledgeable and courteous to all the customers that came into this Subway she did a very good job keep up the good work

Okay so on television is been going around that Subway has this new garlic bread. I wanted to go ahead and give it a shot so I went in the store asked for it and unfortunately it's not garlic bread is a garlic spread so you have to add the cheese to make it look exactly like it does on television which is extra. They give you the choice between a meatball sub and a Spicy I got the spicy and it was delicious but like I said the advertisement on TV is incorrect it's not garlic bread it's a garlic spread and you have to pay extra so to me honestly it wasn't worth it but it was still a great sandwich.

Always a clean site in Havana. Turn over of help seems often, but everybody greets you and is nice. Fixing my sandwich the way i want is a great reason to head to Subway.

Breakfast was reasonable priced and nutritional. This is a large sit in restaurant. Clean and service is one of the best.

The food was ok, they were out of certain varieties of bread and we waited in a long line for a long time because someone was new and needed to look up what was included on different sandwhiches, but I can deal with that-not so much the fact someone took kid to work...was surprising to see a young child standing beside them, right behind the counter up where all the food is located. Was a cute little girl, but pretty sure health dept wouldn't be pleased to see her there either.
