This place gets a good review due to the welcoming atmosphere as soon as they seen me. The staff were professional and ethical, the food was good, and the staff is what made the atmosphere good. I give them 5 stars for my experience.

My 5 year old loves this place. If you're a mom then you know how much I love it because of him.

Four years ago I left this pizza hut a bad review. It seems since then the company has been doing a lot better and offering good customer service, so for that my review goes back to 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

As being a customer of this location for years, I tried to call to a pick up order this evening and was put on hold of over 10 minutes and still walked in this location being on hold and the manager informed me that she was training a new person and had instructed her not to answer the phone for to go orders or delivery. Very disappointing service of any restaurant ever. How does a business stay in business with this kind of practice and customer services!!!!!

After holding my pizza out for about 10 minutes after she said she was getting ready for someone to help her get the pizza out the pan and they wanted to serve it to us just like that with a piece of cold and it was just out there said that she was going to make it within 20 minutes came back it was the same straight Pizza that she was stripping from the pan

Customer service was Okay, but could use a little work. My pizza was delicious prepared just as I ordered it.

Although the pizza is never properly cut and I've be handed pizzas that didn't match my order on high value nights... I will say that there has been an improvement over the last couple months.

The pizza was not cut. Kinda looked like an attempt was made though. I don't get it? Had to wait until we got home to eat it . Otherwise ok

The manager Katherine Zahber was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She refused services without a valid reason. This is one of the only late-night food stops in Havana, Florida. Due to the lack of professional and belligerent behavior, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone with this poor management. I have never felt so disrespected at a food establishment. I am also working to get into contact with corporate because there’s no way she should be a manager with her poor business ethics and care for customers.

So far tonight, pizza has been ordered over and hour and a half ago. They are still not ready after being given the wrong pizza to begin with. Are the employees that incompetent or that stoned they don’t know what the hell is going on. The worst service, attitude, you name it . Many people have left due to their inability to adult.

I've always had a thing for pizza hut deep dish pizzas! And they continue to deliver that crunchy deep crust and soft chewy doe with lots cheese and sauce! Yummy and hard to beat!

Fast delivery and great delivery driver, food was hot n made well.

Had the pasta dishes this time. Hot, tasty and hit the spot, cheese bread too. Always get their pizza and always good too

From the ease of ordering online, to the quick turnaround on the food. My pizza was ready earlier than the approximate pick up time. Thie organization and efficiency of the store remains impressive. Great food and great customer care.

For a busy Friday night, this Pizza Hut in Havana and it's staff were great! Recommended to check out the deals online before ordering, which we did. They had a special going on for 2 med specialty or up to 5 topping for 9.99, so we each got what we wanted - which never happens for 20 bucks! Pizzas were very well made - tasty and hot. Plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. They even told us welcome to the Havana community. Thank you very much and we'll be back!

This was one of the best if not the best pizza I have bought. Everything about it was awesome. It was loaded with toppings!

You can't beat their pizza and the crew is very good at getting the orders right and on time. The pizza is back like it use to be.

Always screw up our order we tried again after not eating from the establishment and they just can't get it right.

Not even giving it a one star. The last five times I have ordered from Pizza Hut in Havana, FL I have either: 1) Not gotten the right order 2) Not received all my items ordered in spite of paying for them 3) They claimed they could not find my house even though we are right on a main road with clear visibility 4) Their delivery drivers have quit and just walked off leaving our order undelivered 5) They just don't have a delivery driver NOT wasting my money or time on this place anymore. Done. DONE.

Ordered food and waited for 2 1/2 hours still no food...

This place sucked but I will say I gave it one more chance and I think it's getting better just hope they don't screw it up or I'm done

I was very upset with the appearance of the food I ordered. Everything looked as if it wasn’t prepared with the proper time. The wings and the pizza both looked burnt. I was highly upset.

I waited for over an hour for my online order after I purposely waited 30 minutes before I went to the restaurant.

I glad to see the management change over...I think with black managers the customers tried to get over more

Today, I picked up my pizza, which is about a 5 mile drive....... and as ALWAYS in the 15 to 20 minute time frame it was HOT & ready even though it was extremely busy. Thank You, Pizza Hut.

They never let me down! (With the exception of one time they forgot to bring out my order when using curbside pick up)

Make this location a real Pizza Hut! One with tables, booths and a salad bar. A place with ice-cold draft beer and a bottle of fine wine.

The only thing I have to say is you needed to be careful because they will try to double charge you they if you paid off your card they want you to pay again at the door it all depend on who is working

Food was perfect, curb side pickup had food shortly after pulling up.

Used the app to order pizza. Had to wait quite a long time after they were supposed to be ready. Location needed a good sweep and mopping. Staff was friendly, just slow.

There food is amazing and when you tell them how you want your food deliver they deliver exactly like that to a tea. If they mess up your order they offer to make a new one free of charge the workers are so respectful and nice.

Ordered cheese bread but got reagular bread sticks. Other than that it's was a pretty great Pizza Hut experience. Best one anywhere near me for sure.
