Mozzarella Fries were a complete waste of money. They burned them and there is no cheese in them. And this location just needs help. Have to repeat your order multiple times in the drive through and wait times are always long.

I don't like no location but he still go.

Slow location, waited for good I preordered on app, received Delicious HOT fries and a COLD burger??? I just don't understand, make it make sense. Waiting all that time to get it half right and serving COLD burger???

We ordered an online order, they don’t close until midnight. We got there around 10:30 and the workers and manager locked themselves inside and refused to answer any customers. They did not refund me my money. And they laughed at the cops face we had called on them. They need to be shut down

Damn stupid people can't read a damn screen. Get 3 meals missing Fry's from one and the sandwich in the meal was supposed to be plain!! That means not a damn thing on it! Are people that work in fast food actually this incompetent that they can't read a screen right! Apparently the one in Havana can't. Not the first time this has happened. And won't be the last.

My MAIN COMPLAINT at this location is the INSANE AMOUNT OF MAYONNAISE smothered on their whoppers or any sandwich with mayo. No lie, no exaggeration... they must put a quarter cup of mayonnaise on these sandwiches. It's absolutely disgusting. I forgot why I stopped going here until my recent visit and was quickly reminded how awful it is!!Quick and friendly service is a hit or a miss. I've had very polite employees here and some that treat me as an inconvenience for even thinking of stopping here to order food.

This place needs to be remodeled and CLEANED EXTRA GOOD. Staff was very friendly and they can't help the owner don't care.

We just pulled and one of the employees is smoking weed at the back of the restaurant. We didn't order food. It pissed me off so much we just kept it moving. How do I know it was weed? As soon as my husband opened the door you could smell the stinking mess. No excuse for that level of sorry behavior. Why did I turn around and go elsewhere? If the sorry joker is careless enough to smoke at work then they are not caring about the quality of my food, nor they're personal hygiene. This is obviously a normal occurance. I counted three white buckets turned upside down where he was sitting 😞. Such a waste. If I could give give this establishment a -10 I would.

Sat for 30min just to see the workers behind the counter on their phones

I used their App, terrible, might want to look at McDonald's App. Had an iced coffee and a cheese burger. Again you might want to go to McDonald's to see what your doing wrong.

Always slow! Wait times in the drive thru are always incredibly long and if you do have the opportunity to order, expect to "pull around the front" while your order is being made. This little trick allows them to manipulate their metrics so corporate doesn't see the truth. Shame on yall.

Stopped for a quick breakfast at 8:25 on a Monday. Posted Hours on the door said dining room opens at 8:00am. Doors were locked. Employee behind counter looked at us and walked to the back. Waited a few moments and then tried drive thru. After 5 minutes, no one took our order.

No greetings, no can I help you. They just stand there looking at you. Food is usually cold. Staff are rude,unfriendly and unprofessional.

Burger King's Burger King, much better quality than McDonald's, but I still prefer to buy the burgers from the grocery store and grill them myself.

Some of the employees are ok to deal with some are just not happy with their job

Make what people ask for even if you have to cook it to order that’s what I stated when I placed my order it wasn’t very dry and old and fries re-dropped ….. and can you toast the bread please ???? Staff needs training and development

Asked for my food off the Broiler didn’t receive it that way give it back to them just for them to heat it up like I don’t know what old meat looks and taste like they are usually good but the night staff needs work frfr I love this Burger King I should get my food how I ask I asked them for a hot meal off the broiler at the Mic 🙄🙄

It was a typical Burger Ki g with very nice employees but they didn't have ice for their drinks.

You all should try their rodeo burger it’s the best yet.

Went here today for lunch because I was craving a whopper with cheese. Strike number one my burger didn’t have cheese on it even though I paid for it. Strike number two it was plaster or something from the wall in my bag with my food and the finally strike was when there was a piece hair in my burger. The service itself was ok but because the food I received today was gross they won’t have to worry about me no more.

Food's good and taste delicious

Drive thru only and no signs to tell you until you walk up to the doors that are locked. We had 5 people in the vehicle and you couldn't finish one order without being asked if that was all. The 2nd window worker wasn't polite at all. They also gave us the wrong food. 1st window employee was polite. 2 stars because of the first employee half the food wasn't hot other than that, not good.

If the morning manager has a very good crew.

They are closed when their hours say open.

I order the 2 for 5 crossaints sausage and bacon immediately after eating I got sick and threw up and kept feeling nauseous.

Very Horrible Service! I was first in line through the drive through. I had two separate orders upon pulling up to the window they gave me my second order instantly and asked me to pull up so they could serve others. The order I had was very small. I asked to not move up. Got my food after about a two minute wait but here’s the catch there was hair in my food. 🤢

Dont use the air machine to inflate tires. Quarters only. Then it doesnt work and no refunds

Personnel did exceptionally good job! Facility was clean as far as bathroom dining room. No no problems. One of the best Burger Kings that I have been to would definitely visit there again

Quick service. Food is improving a lot. My visited location was in Havana Fl.

This place gave me a old whopper. It so gross. I want my money back. Whoever working today should be fired you don't treat people like this. Then I called them to complain nobody is answering the phone. I'm so disappointed I wo t eat here again. They just serve you anything.

They NEVER are ready to serve when they open at 6:00 am. Always some excuse. They ALWAYS….multiple times every week….either run out of biscuits OR they just don’t have any at all? I would suggest removing any and all items that are biscuits off their menu BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE THEM!!! They are consistently inconsistent.

Just recently went to this establishment only to find that the night shift had decided to close the store down an hour early and sit in the lobby and their cars instead. I regularly have issues with long wait times at this store. The day shift is usually ok but the night shift is absolutely awful with the exception of one gentleman who being the manager has been left to work alone some nights. I can not believe that this store is allowed to stay open.

Very lazy workers. Every time i come there are extremely long waits. I was even denied service one night because the workers decided to close 16 minutes early.

It is Burger King. You know what you are getting. However the staff sets this Burger King apart. They are quick and responsive to the customers' needs. Also fantastic breakfast sandwiches and chicken nuggets

I had a problem with this restaurant the manager had the common courtesy to call me back and explain what was going on and apologize for the employees behavior. I will give them another try

We came in for breakfast and had to wait almost 15 minutes for us to put our order. The guy behind us in line left. There was only a nice lady working the front and the drive through while there was only 2 guys working the kitchen. We really appreciate their hard work but this company needs to do better with their workers these people deserve a raise for being some troopers.

Havana, FL location is awesome, people are so friendly.

There's nowhere in town or you can get two drinks (unlimited refills: dine-in) 2 flame grilled burgers and fries for $5!!!

Even though went there for a take out order, me and my mom loved the food! Their French fries are perfect, unlike McDonald's fries being too thin and often hard.

Staff is always friendly! Orders for us personally as well as for the fares we have brought through (and take out orders we've delivered too) here have always been right on point. Glad to have them here in Havana. Good for a fast bite and open a little later than a lot of places in Havana. 👌

The order process was quick and easy. Our food came out fast and fresh. We were visiting for our youngest child's 4th birthday lunch. The staff all came together and wished her a Happy Birthday, and brought her a Burger King crown, which she wore with her birthday hat. One particular employee kept coming to our tables and asking if everything was good, and if we needed anything. She was great. I only gave 4 stars for this visit because we had 2 separate orders that included bacon, but did not receive bacon on either. If the location was out, they should have notified us when placing our orders. And there were many things on the drink machine that were out, including my normal go-to. I attempted to try a different drink when I finally made up my mind on one, and it ran out about 1/4 way through filling my cup. I ultimately gave up on having a drink at all and threw my cup in the garbage.

Easy in and out. Rest for my aging bones.

This Burger King is awesome! I drop a Benjamin or two here about every month. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and wash their hands frequently.

Staff are nice and believe at our location in Havana, Florida there is finally a new gentleman that is manager there...instantly noticed by me mainly because he is always upbeat, working right alongside of his employees and actual seems to enjoy his job...the manager before sat talking on his cell and one time specifically nI was there, they ran out of ICE..they were having to explain to every person ordering a a drink..it would be served without ice and therefore not cold whatsoever....how SAD when he would not even jump in his vehicle and drive 2 blocks down to our towns ice she'd...so great..put in your quarters and choose bagged ice or cooler fill up. WOW...that just screamed laziness much less care or commitment

If you're looking to get your food and get out, its a place to go. Its just like all other burger kings, so expect some menu items to be "all out"
