Person at the front counter very courteous Big complaint is the condition of the store . Not Clean , FLIES over my food at the pick up counter !!!!!!!! Management, very dissatisfied seen this store condition and having flies in your kitchen . Person was rude when I pointed out on the flies !!! We have never tried, and I'm so glad we did. Freshly prepared which was delicious. We had 3 trips to Panera throughout our stay. My daughter said 10/10 would have again!!

Bad attitude from the food service team.

I pay monthly for free drinks and the morning staff knows me very well since I come in a few days a week but this afternoon I got treated like a child because I was told my drink that I ordered large came up as small. I log in and press the same thing from this morning which came up as large so I shouldn't have to defend myself about the true size! It's free anyways because I have the sip club subscription. I'm really disappointed in the afternoon staff.

"Jade" is rude as hell! I placed an order at the kiosk for a specific cookie and I wanted a particular one that was in view/on display. I tried to get someone's attention to alert them, before packaging the cookie, but it was busy so noone really caught my gesture or heard me say "excuse me". Jade noticed that there were already cookies packaged, so she quickly grabbed the pre-packaged cookie and called my name for pick-up. The young lady working the register addressed me and said that she would get someone's attention, once she was done with her customer. She let Jade know that I wanted a particular cookie instead. Jade said "OMG" , as though I bothered her to ask for a particular cookie. I heard her, clearly. She was in my view. I get it, Jade...you found it SO BOTHERSOME to walk a couple of extra feet over to put a cookie in a package. SO SORRY I AGITATED YOU WHILE YOU WERE AT WORK---SERVING CUSTOMERS. I wasn't rude nor pushy, though I could have been. It would have surely matched Jade's customer service. Thank you to the young lady in the register area, who quickly assisted. It took all of 5 seconds. It's not like I asked for a cookie to be fresh-baked.

I guess I haven't eaten at Panera in awhile because it is nothing like I remember. The portions were tiny. We ordered $60 worth of food for 2 people (no drinks or desserts) and were still hungry afterwards. The 'bowls' of soup are less than half a regular size can. The 'cup' of soup I ordered had 2 noodles and 1 piece of chicken. None of our soup containers even reached the halfway mark of their containers. 2 of the 3 pieces of bread that came with our soups were impossible to eat without breaking a tooth. My sandwich was disgusting. The avocado was brown and hard as a rock. All of the ingredients were crammed into the center of the bread, and with it being a melt, there was no way to salvage it. They also forgot the side with my sandwich. Very, very disappointed.

South Lakeland is better location.

The bathrooms are so disgusting that it concerns me. The floors were so sticky that the my shoes have to be washed. I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom. I’m not that picky about cleanliness I’ve raised two kids and own 3 dogs and 5 cats. But this was just gross. This is only my 2nd visit inside and I won’t be back. The more I look around while waiting for my food the worse my opinion becomes.

So upset I didn't even get to finish my food because the staff threw my food away after only being in the bathroom for less than 5 min. They offered to make me a new meal but the disrespect I received from them throwing my food made me lose my appetite I had to leave cause I was upset with them throwing my food away who does this smh.

The two times I ordered an avocado chipotle chicken sandwich it wasn’t enjoyable. It was dry, not presentable and it barely had chicken.

Just awful. Waited 30 minutes for a salad I never got. Asked for a refund and then waited another 10 minutes for the refund. I very rarely order from here and they’ve always been slow but this takes the cake. Yes I understand it’s made fresh but unless they’re growing the lettuce per order, it shouldn’t take that long.
