These folks are the best! We usually come in multiple times each week. Even though I’m mostly there for Sips (cause FL is crazy hot) they never act annoyed with me or my children. It’s always a genuine welcome and the level of attention you appreciate from any restaurant. Some days are rough with littles and they’re always patient with us. Thanks for all you do!!

We arrived at eight thirty on the thursday moringing only to be told that they're ovens were not working and if we wanted anything hot we couldn't have it. The restaurant was eat it and needs a remodel.

Soup and sandwich good food but gotten a bit expensive

Employees are a breath of fresh air. Super helpful and very welcoming. The new menu is also great!!

So expensive for the small portions you get. You have to make your own iced coffee. Confusing. You have to get ice from the ice machine and then pour "Iced coffee from a container".

I ordered turkey bravo, bowl tomato soup and a bear claw they gave me tuna and fruit cup and a Bear claw. Found out 1/2, and 40 miles later…bucket of idiots, should of went to jimmy johns…

Outstanding location and service.

It is hard to put down a favorite dish. Everything they make is delicious. But if I had to choose I would say the quinoa, breakfast power bowls with a kale tonic. Love!! And the avocado toast! But like I said, it’s hard to choose. Everything is so good.

The restaurant was very clean, the staff was effective and served everything in a timely manner. Food had a good temperature and it was fresh.

Italian sandwich was super greasy 😫 threw it out after 2 bites

Good sandwiches, soups, and salads. Once they didn't have the bread to build the sandwich I chose, this is odd since this is what they do everyday. But they asked me if it would be ok to use a different bread and I could choose any. Ended up the sandwich was great with the bread I picked.

As a person that likes variety the pick 2 is a favorite to mix and match.

Staff at Panera Bread cannot understand customer orders. I ordered a half grilled cheese sandwich with no side plus a drink and when I went to pick up my order not only my drink was missing but they also gave me a side that I did not order nor request and I had to have the staff take that side back. Panera Bread needs to respect customer orders - if one orders an entree without a side, the order needs to be prepared as such and do not add anything extra.

The loud music and party music needs to go. If you're there relaxing or working or studying or just want to have a conversation the music is loud to talk over. I would not come here again. The other panera bread on 54 is nice and quiet. Friendly to work, study, and relax. Also there is not enough outlets to charge your phone or laptop. The food is OK, I'm not to impressed. I ordered a coffee and it was terrible. Cost over $3 for coffee. I went to wawas after to get better coffee, and that's not over priced.

The area where the pastries are set, has flies setting on them ,so no matter those are not fresh.. it's a shame!

There prices are going up They are discontinuing alot of products like sesame bagels some other stuff Butter has gone to another cheap brand I can keep going.. I've been going to panera for at least 5 plus yrs.

Visited around 2pm. My wife asked me to pick up some soup and I was hungry as well so I got a sandwich. They had already run out of panini bread. Bread is in their name. How do you run out by 2pm? Store is open until 9pm. So I gave the alternative a shot. They literally threw two slices of Wonder bread for my sandwich. No offer to knock off a couple of bucks for the sup par sandwich. I ordered to-go at the tablet kiosks and they still ask for tips. The whole experience was annoying and overpriced for the product. This is embarrassing and not the Panera I remembered 5 years ago. Pay your employees a living wage, raise your sandwich costs if they meet the quality to match the price, and stop asking for tips for TO-GO service. Place is a mess.

Hipster party music needs to go. Not relaxing.

The pepperoni Flatbread was the perfect thicness/crispness and portion of toppings. It was flavorful. The Asian sesame salad with chicken was delicious. It was not drenched with the dressing, allowing the flavors to blend as you had a bite. The chicken portions were enough protein to fill you for the meal. I would definitely order either of those on another day.

Ate here after the Bay Area Renn Faire, dressed a little out of sorts. I got a avacado bacon sandwich, to which they only gave me half. Then, while waiting for the rest to be made after I said something, I caught eyes with the manager who was clearly looking at me and laughing; then he walked back into the office to go get the second worker who walked out, looked directly at me and laughed under his breath; I was watching them. The first guy was a tall white man with glasses, and then second was a short black guy who had braces and a Panera visor instead of hat. I went in on Sunday March 10 and my order was placed at 5:58 PM. If corporate sees this, check the cameras it was wildly obvious. I would never come back here.

Their Broccoli Cheddar 🥦 soup 🍲 and bread 🍞 are to die for. The scones are awesome as well. There is a large variety of sandwiches 🥪 and they are very tasty and healthy. Love eating at Panera!!!

The food is great! I love Panera Bread! And the bread.

Worst experience ever at this location and worst customer service. After ordering online, received message that it is getting delayed after reaching and then got the message order is ready after some time and after going inside , we had to wait another 20 minutes. Overall took about an hour. Online ordering experience was not good as well. Used a reward for entree , but magically didn’t get applied and reward also no longer in the app.

Soup was terrible chic noodle got the group style 21.97 some ridiculous amt. Really nothing good about it! Used to loveit! Now I'll never order it again! It's sad it was going to a sick person. Do better Panera. You sure are making enough money in the Wesley chapel area. The girls who helped me were fine. And efficient. The chic salad sand was perfect.

I ordered and when I got home to eat I found that half of my order is not there. You see the order and you just choose not to make half of it? It is disappointing that I have to double check to make sure my order was made right. Do better.

The general manager took great care of us and was excellent and professional in his work. Store was kept well and food tasted excellent. Would recommend anyone.

Brownies were bad today. I could tell they needed more help. Two cars needed to be towed in the parking lot. But at least my broccoli cheddar soup was delicious!

I really like this location. The people who work there are friendly, the food is great, and it's a relaxing place to have lunch. Today, I had the pick 2-Green Goddess Salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup- and it was delicious!

Women running register today short when busy with customers. The food was terrible this morning for breakfast. Bread tasted old and awful. Dirty dining location alert!

1 in all areas. Dirty location. Food stale. Untrained employees and management. Unsure how to charge for the food and got an attitude because I asked for bakery items and was told lady there is a line out the door. Never will I ever spend my money at this location ever ever again not impressed. Not to mention all tables dirty, bathroom was gross and utensils were dirty.

Almost every day I put in a Rapid Pickup for a large charged strawberry mint lemonade before I head to work in the hopes that I can be in and out in less than a few minutes. For a while it's gone pretty smoothly and I could just grab the cup they left in the pickup area. Over the last couple of weeks though it's not been there and I've had to jump in line and wait even though I get the email and notification that the order is ready. This has made me late for work on more than one occasion. I wouldn't mind leaving a few minutes early and waiting in line, but what's the point of offering Rapid Pickup if I have to wait in line anyways?

My last visit was disappointing. I bought 6 bagels. They were terrible. They had not risen so they were flat and tough. They didn't have any color, they were pale. They were pale. They looked like they hadn't been baked at all. I probably won't visit again for a bit.

This location is disgusting filthy , there is black mold all over the walls and ceiling and everything is coated in dust and cobwebs. I've never seen such a dirty Panera bread or any restaurant for that matter. The service is mediocre, the attitude is very much that they don't care and the food is as not good as most Paneras. You're better off driving farther down the road to a better location .

You place your order at a kiosk which is nearly identical to ordering online and you're prompted for a tip. I had a chicken sandwich, just a small sandwich and it was $12+ before tax, no drink, no sides, a single chicken sandwich on a hamburger size bun. Counters, shelving, windows, blinds, air vents, ceiling tiles, and the foyer were covered in dust and cobwebs. Some spots a little forgivable as they appeared hard to reach, others not forgivable as they were waist level.

I used to love Panera but hadn't been back in years, finally visited today...what happened? This is not the same Panera. I got a cinnamon roll, took one bite and dropped the rest in the trash, it was dry and had that very distinct taste of those cheap tray cinnamon rolls that come on the white disposable paper 'pan,' definitely not made in house or even frozen and baked, these taste like prepackaged junk. The soup in a bread bowl used to be my favorite but it's now like a quarter cup of soup, seriously, one of our friends got the cup of soup and it was way more soup. They used to have a lot of bread and pastries, now they are way scaled back on options, quality went way down, and the brownies look half the size they used to be. Won't be back again, too many better options now, really sad.

Always enjoy eating here. Panera is a bit expensive but its good for an occasional treat.

This location has terrible management. I had ordered a large order online as goodies for our partnering offices. I specifically ordered on the retail side a 12 pack of bagels with cream cheese and I asked for 8 orders of them (To go to 8 different offices). When I picked it up the next day they put everything together in a big catering box. After I realized I called them and they said since it was such a large order they “Assumed” it was catering and put it all together. The manager said it was my fault because I didn’t specify say I wanted it packages separately. I explained that if I wanted catering I would have contacted the catering department, but per my receipt as I requested I ordered 8, 12 packs. They are the ones that deal with this stuff every day they should have called me to clarify instead of just assuming! They just kept saying it was my fault. We brought the order back up there for them to fix it and at first they wouldn’t, they were going to give us bags for us to separate them on our own but eventually they separated the bagels for us after a fight. One lady was like “I thought I was doing you a favor!” Well lady you were wrong and if you would have taken the time to make a 10 second phone call you would not have to fix a mistake you made. When we spend over $100 on Bagels the least they can do is provide decent customer service and not assume that the general public know what assumptions they will make. Such a shame.

We live in NE Wesley Chapel and always go to this location for lunch. We ordered a sandwich with avocado, no avocado. My soup was not so good and the sandwich I ordered was big, not much taste with lots of oregano. Disappointed to have gone there today. Need to fix this!

I was excited to try the Green Goddess salad dressing that I have not seen for at least 30 years. This does not come close to being good like it was in the old days. Over all it was a ok salad but I think I had such high hopes that it may have been dashed at the bad taste of the dressing.

Always my place to go for a quick bite

I love Panera, I was traveling, and I stopped to have my lunch in this store. The food was excellent as always. But, there was one safety detail. The floor was wet and slippery, I told the cashier my concern and the danger that could be for any person. He said, "I will clean it." Never did it. It was this passed Sunday after 11.30 am. The young cashier forgot our ignored the concern. This detail must be a priority for any employee. I hope you can understand.

First time doing rapid pick up and I tell you what that’s how I’m ordering from now on I can put the amount of ice in my drink and pick up my food when I’m done great for anybody who has a couple minutes to spare

Everything is sold out for days. Terrible Panera. I left this time and I am not coming back ever.

Lots of avocado skin in my Cobb salad. Chewed some out before I took pictures. Barely any dressing, it was almost an afterthought. Otherwise, nice bread on the side.

Wait time to place order average is high some time 20 minutes Parking issues when mall is busy They are really bad to server your food I have ordered veg version of Baja bowl they put chicken Last night I have order Ten vegetarian soup but they served us meat soup. Before taking to table I have asked them is it ten veg and they said yes it is Not place for vegan/ vegetarian cause it food spill over on container to other container They mess up my order all my three visits and contain meat at least one time food I had ordered

i was eating food and one of the workers alina came up to me and asked me if i needed anything and made sure i was okay i appreciated that very much and made me feel very welcomed into your guys restaurant.

Bathrooms are nice and always clean. And I love the hot bread. The prices aren't set by them so I'm not gonna complain about that, that would be stupid. Wonderful bathrooms though.

Bumping this review down from 4 stars to 1 star. This place offers a pretty consistently awful experience. The cleanliness of the dining room is suspect at best. And the mobile order pickup experience leaves a lot to be desired; they often keep mobile orders back in the food preparation area instead of putting them on the shelf (ostensibly because the “food gets stolen”) and nobody is standing there to give you the order. Meaning you often have to wait 10-15 minutes trying to flag someone down to hand you the order, which is ridiculous. On my most recent visit, a young man walked up and didn’t even greet me. Just stared at me without a word when I asked him to hand me the order. Then when I tried to speak to the manager (named Maddie or Mattie?) on the phone about it, she flat out hung up on me. Fortunately the other manager, Chloe, is capable of acting like a professional. But I’m probably going to take my dollars elsewhere from this Panera. Really poorly run.

I visited this establishment on 01/28 after shopping at the mall let me mention my mother order a cheese steak and a basket of fries and chicken strips from Charley's at wiregrass and got her food faster then I got the two salads I ordered at Panera that day which I thought was ridiculous judging by the fact all I ordered was 2 salads but I don't mind the waiting if when I receive the food the customer service backs up the delay. After I ordered my two salads at the kiosk I waited for my order in the time I watched Uber orders go out grub hub dine in orders and even people that came in after me got there order so I decided to ask an employee did my order go through she then went to ask the cook to which she didn't realize I was by the dri k station watching the whole interaction when she confirmed with the employee she had my order I then see her toss two salads in a bag a bread and yells my name while tossing my bag on the counter had it slid more it probably would have fell or could have smacked me in the face had she tossed it any harder. I then realize I'm missing something so I speak with the cashier's I knew if I spoke to the cook id curse her out and I had children with me . One cashier blindsided my whole complaint while the other I believe her name was Lanya I wish I could remember correctly as she deserves recognition she handled the situation as if we were all pre covid pre inflation when people had common sense and enjoyed their jobs rather then fill a position to collect a check. If you love your food waiting on the counter and bags tossed at you this is the establishment for you if not save yourself the frustration and possible jail time due to the disrespect and eat at the mall .

Most busy Pernu's that I can find. I used a self-service touch screen to order and never actually got all my food. I ordered the barbecue sandwich meal with a pepsie and a chocolate Corsant. It was a struggle to get the cup for self-service drink, and I never actually got the Corsant. (Did pay for it, though). Now the food was very delicious, though.

My chicken sandwich had no chicken on it. It took three times to get the sandwich right; mind you this was a regular menu item (Chicken Frontega) with no special customizations. There was no acknowledgement or effort to make amends in the form of a credit on my account or even the usual Panera offer of a free baked good. Just a, "We'll remake it." THREE TIMES. The standard sandwich was wrong three times.

Went to Panera tonight after work to get dinner for me and my daughter, got home and all my order messed up. What a disappointment😔

I have had it with this location! 1 time out of five, 20% of the time my online order is correct. Staff can not seem to know the difference between a 2 oz cream cheese and an 8 oz cream cheese and constantly try to cheat me out of the extra 6oz I pay for. Staff automatically slice and sometimes toast bagels when the online order doesn't call for it. The reason I don’t want your grumpy buffoons slicing my bagels is because the poorly maintained bagel slicer shaves a mere ¼ inch off the top of the bagel ruining it for any kind of toasting or propper cream cheese application. Then said buffones toast it so that one side is burnt and the other is just rough. By the time I get home my whole breakfast is just ruined. The manager at this location should be ashamed and should voluntarily resign in disgrace. Thai isn’t a one time thing, I have complained at this location to stupefied looks to the point of dumping bagels on the counter to show the manager the mistakes and still the issues continue! To sum up, buffoons, bad service, No Quality assurance, bad management and poorly maintained equipment. I have a new year's resolution I would like to share with you. I will not be utilizing this location ever again. I will go out of my way to the Highwoods preserve location - the bagel’s are better, more consistent and service staff knows what they are doing.

Out of bread bowls. Paid more than $7.59 for a bowl that might be half full of chicken noodle soup. Complained but they said it was 3 ladle’s worth. After my 2nd time up to verify the price and complain that it should’ve been more, they offered to add more but I declined .Way overpriced for what you get. Instead of a bread bowl got a baguette piece of bread. Almost a spoons depth level of chicken noodle soup. They should really consider changing this portion or lower the price.

$40 for 3 small chicken sandwiches! I’m always hungry after finishing one and the hard, dry, flavorless baguette doesn’t cut it for a side.

I’ve been to this Panera twice and had a terrible experience both times. I eat Panera 4/7 days out of the week and know what the Panera standard is. Last week I was at this location and ordered a full size warm grain bowl. They gave me a half size of the grain bowl, when I paid over $12.00 for the full size. The second time I went I ordered over $50.00 in food online for my colleagues and I. I asked for a few water cups to go since I had to go back to my place of business. They then directed me to the beverage area where they have shot sized water cups, without lids. Maybe if I was dining in I would use the shot cups without lids, but it was clear to them I had a to-go bag in my hand. Finally, when I get back to my place of business and I am ready to eat my food I come to find there is no silverware for any of the soups or salads; there was also only about a teaspoon of salad dressing for my full sized salad that I had to eat dry. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!

Overpriced hospital food. Their breakfast is sometimes okay. Delivery fees and up charges on app are legal price gouging. Not worth the prices they charge.

Wonderful experience. The bathrooms were clean. The order process was smooth and seamless. There were plenty of order stations so you did not feel hurried and had time to look at your options. I like the fact that you can specify the actual ingredients that you want or don't want. We found a clean table with no problem; we were able to hear them call our name from our table. The food was ready promptly and all at once, everything was made as requested also the temperature was spot on. The thing I appreciate most was the area and variety of carry out containers that they had. I did not have to ask for anything. The visit was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this location.

You really can't go wrong with this panera. Study, coffee date, meet with friends- always fast service too.

This is a great restaurant with good service. Can I make a landscape suggestion for your outdoor patio? The wood fence is helpful but not very tall or cozy. A great improvement would be bamboo ( or some other type of trees) planted next to or instead of the fence. This would greatly lessen the traffic noise and make for a nicer, private outdoor space!

The price for 2 sandwiches, water to drink, nothing more.... With tax....$24 and change. The avocado sandwich had a quarter piece of avocado not spread, but one big chunk on the sandwich and the manager said that was all that came on the sandwich. $11 for this??? MY WIFE TOLD HIM WE WOULD NOT BE BACK.....HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS!!!! they always have had high prices but this goes beyond and rude too!!!!!

Tastes good but $10 a sandwich is a little insane.

I grabbed a bagel from here paid extra for cream cheese and you'd think they'd at least cut the bagel or put the cream cheese on for you...Nope so pulled off the road to do so..next time I'll just hit the wawa for a bagel when I'm in the area..

I have written Panera off. Salad was soggy grilled cheese was not even toasted much less grilled. Watched a staff member wipe a dirty table off with a napkin and a straw. Dirty tables everywhere. Panera is not what it once was.

I ordered a 1/2 a steak sandwich. It was the size of key and a half. Manager tried to convince me it was a 1/2 sandwich. I asked where the end piece was if it’s half. There was about 3 pieces of meat. She offered no correction, truth or care about it.

You have to order their cheddar broccoli soup.

Ordered 2 chicken green goddess salads and a flat bread pizza. Not sure that I will be ordering again anytime soon. The 2 salads were inconsistent. One had pickled red onions and the other had red onion rings that were strong. The extra dressing wasn't included in either salad. One had a whole hard boiled egg and the other had a sliced egg. The pizza would definitely not order again... it needed more cooking time and it wasn't cut. Not worth the 30 plus dollars spent.
