Asked them to upsize my drinks on upsize Friday and they charged me full price ?

The smoothies are always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they really know how to make the perfect smoothie. I love the variety of flavors and the option to customize with different add-ins.

Always a great experience. In and out never too long of a wait.

The worst Smoothie King I've been to. They do not know how to make the smoothies correctly. They taste very icey and seems like they omit ingredients. I got a refund and walked out.

Fast and very polite this is my favorite location I never feel anxious about ordering here as I do other places I feel like they don't rush me to order and that's what I really appreciate in a world full of fast pace non stop commotion it's really nice to enjoy a good smoothie. Thanks again -Davey

Walked in today to a terrible strong smell, before ordering I asked was the smell coming from the fruit, when told no I proceeded to order and once I got my smoothie bowl my fruit was slimy, brown, and the taste of the fruit tasted very old. Also my smoothie for my bowl was very watered down, after reading reviews it seems like even the regular smoothies are watered down too. I should’ve turned around and left after that horrible smell met me at the door. 2 starts because the employees still gave nice customer service. But I highly recommend going to the New Tampa smoothie king if you want better service, store, and produce.

Not even a one star terrible service and would not recommend going here, the shakes were made terribly and place was not clean since the new owner took over it hasn’t been the same

WOW, this location is impeccable! We HIGHLY recommend it because of the ambiance, service, and delicious smoothies. The most impressive part of the visit was the quality of service that staff members Jeniyah and Izzy, provided during and after we placed our orders. They worked together to make sure that we felt valued and appreciated.

These guys are awesome! I love that everyone is friendly, and professional and goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service. It is worth the 45-minute commute to get a delicious smoothie. If you are in the area, drop in, say hello, order a few smoothies, and don't forget to tip.

5 stars for the owners 1 star for the smoothies - which are watered down every single time. I had my friends try it this time and they confirmed: my strawberry mango drink taste like ice with no trace of strawberry or mango. I don’t understand bc when I order from other locations I can taste flavors.

Would have put 0 stars if possible. This last Wednesday I visited this location close to 4 pm, as I often do. I was not greeted by the two employees as i walked in and began to wait at the register to be helped. While the employees continued their conversation with each other, one began to shout over the end of the counter, and I mean shouted, over and over at a customer in order to get him his drink. This went on for about a minute. After the fact they laughed about it hysterically meanwhile, a line of people had formed behind me. Luckily, a different employee came from out back, and greeted me and took my order. I was in no rush but still became annoyed with being blatantly ignored by the employees while they seemingly disrespected another customer. Left very disappointed and will be picking a new location next time.

*** This review is more like 2 1/2 stars The smoothies were good but the service not so good. It was the middle of the day and the place was empty, there was no-one in the counter. After few minutes and few hellos... a person came from the back and took my order. He was kind of rude and it looked bother with my presence. My family visit this place in Wesley Chapel quite often for the last several years when we are in the area and, it’s very disappointing to see how the quality of the service have decayed through the years.

This Smoothie King provides fast and friendly service. Easily recommend.

I've been a regular customer at this Smoothie King for over 2 years since moving to the Wesley Chapel area and their customer service has always been great and they've always been very consistent on the way they make the smoothies (which are great btw)! I've read some of the negative reviews and I'm calling bs on them. I've never been asked to give a tip by any employees in the 2 years I've been going there! The credit card/debit card reader is set to give the option of leaving a tip, its not the employees asking for one🤦‍♂️. And as far as too much ice, I've never had that issue, my smoothies always taste great, and the customer service has always been great and the employees even refer to me by name so I really appreciate that! Keep up the great work 👍

This is one of my favorite smoothie places to go to. They have a lot of choices to choose from on their menu. Also, I really appreciate that they have a lighter smoothie section. The Greek yogurt smoothies are really nice.

If we could afford it, would do wonders for our 5yr old son with inoperable Brain Cancer, Epilepsy, and Severe Autism-Violent Behavioral Problems and attends St Jude's in Tennessee every 3 months! The choices are healthy and better than a milkshake if you want a cold and tasty treat but it seems like I ALWAYS have to wait longer than you would expect for a smoothie and it is rather pricey for just a fruity drink. I've been a couple of times but just don't think it is worth the price. I can make my own at home for half the price and no wait.

The staff is awesome go there almost every weekend. Dropped my smoothie all over the floor they hooked me up with a new one. Courteous and cool people.. my favorite green tea tango with peach. 😜

Me impresionaron los excelentes productos que ofrecen a precios muy competitivos. cualquier tipo de suplemento de entrenamiento de deportes que te puedas imaginar. La tienda estaba ocupado ( debido a un gran producto es mi supongo), muy amable ayuda conocedor cerca del Foro Romano. Ah, y el mejor Real fruta batido que he tenido!EI creo que cada barrio necesita un batido King. No puedo esperar para regresar por Wesley Chapel, Fl y visitar estos chicos.

Have now put in place a system to try and take care of those who buy retail products vs. Smoothies to get them out faster. Now though the DNA energy drinks I had purchased on a regualr basis are gone and most of the others are too expensive and/or taste bad. Have visited three times recently but at $3 a pop I still go to Target or bring something from home for the energy bump.

First of all, let me say, great location. That is just about where it ends. We have tried and tried to give them our business over the past couple of years but every time I go back the same things happen over and over again, making it not worth it in the long run. 1. Mgt does not respond to any requests and these have been to GET THEM more business. Literally six or seven times asked and gave info to the personnel and never had the courtesy of a reply. 2. When someone comes in to just buy something at retail vs. a smoothie, hter seems to always be a logjam and not enough employees to handle both so just buying an energy drink becomes a long long wait. I have walked out more than 10X due to this in the past, again, costing them business. 3. The employee roller coaster. No consistency here which must also speak to mgt issues. So, all in all, sad they throw away business but I guess their business model does not support actual customer service. Their loss as Target gets the business they lose from me.
