I requested all drums for an extra $2, and they barely had any meat, and the meat they had was dry, burnt at some points. The sauce?? disgusting!! Never coming back!!

BUGS.... Horrible SERVER... HORRIBLE MANGER! Worst dinner experience ever! Hubby and I ordered our food, part of the order was delayed for some reason. Potato wedges with cheddar cheese... Finally, I asked for the wedges to be taken off our bill as it hadn't come. The server came back over saying she will have the manager take it off our bill, like it shouldn't have been taken off our bill??? I said "yes", she should, as we didn't get the food. She avoided us past my snarky comment. We sat at table #8, there were flying BUGS landing on our food and into our drinks. I finally had to ask for another server to locate the manager for me. This manager Sydele, should not be a manager. Talk about flat line personality and never a "hey I'm so sorry, but EXCUSES". She acknowledged the bug issues and said we have been working on it. But the dumpsters are back behind the property and bring them in. BS.... I call BS... Again, didn't offer to replace the beer that had 2 bugs in it... Didn't offer only to adjust our bill. Needless to say, we sat there not able to eat our boneless wings as we didn't have any drinks and had ordered HOT BBQ and ASISAN ZING.. Our mouths were BURNING. We ordered 15 wings, had 11 left over, but couldn't eat them. We left them behind due to the bug situation and the horrible situation. This was to be my husbands birthday dinner out of his choice. I didn't ask for our meal to be comp'd, but I did think it was important to discuss the issues at hand. I'm sure I'll get better response from the better business business bureau and the health department. I get employee are hard to find, but at least try to hire good manager to take care of issues professionally.

Worst BFW experience I’ve ever had and this is after 3 times at this same location. Just find another place, disrespectful and unwilling to put you at a table within an hr… I’ve seated still no service.

The service was terrible, we watched several parties be seated before us. Mind you, it was just two of us. We snuck a peak at the waitlist & saw that they skipped us three times. Val, our server was laughing with her coworkers at us b/c she intentionally did not bring us our drinks. The service was hurtful, don't think I'll go back.

Wow is all I can say staff and management were friendly Darian is awesome and my bartender Kate was outstanding.

$40 bucks (with tip) for 20 overcooked, dry, tiny wings and dehydrated, stale fries. Only reason I gave it two stars is for the people that ignore single star reviews. In the words of a wise man, my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

Went a few weeks ago for the boneless wings and they were borderline inedible I would struggle feeding them to my dog. Plus the bill was 35 dollars for 1 person. Stay away.

Ordered the food for a certain time pickup - I get there 5 min early was told I had to wait until the time ok that’s fine however after taking a bite you can tell the chicken has been done for a long time it was dry and there was no crunch when you bite into it. So they either re fried old chicken or let it sit and sauce it right before I picked up. Either way terrible experience and a complete waste of money. What’s the point of ordering for a time and it taste like that. Crazy couldn’t even finish

The restaurant is famous for its wings. The experience was very ordinary.. Atmosphere: There are sports channels, the wooden chairs are uncomfortable. We ordered: “Wrap Sandwich” which tastes salty, “Nashville Crispy Burger” which is regular and spicy, “Wings” which is a bit tough.. Worst customer service. It took a long time for us to get in and they asked us to wait and there was a 40 minute delay in preparing the food. However, there was no apology to the customer...and this is the last time I will visit the restaurant

This is still the worst BW’s I have ever been too. Tried it again for the 5th time. As usual cold wings and all the fries almost room temp. I eat at BW’s all around the country and this one just always sucks.. plus on a Friday night and only about 20 people in the place.. speaks volumes

I work at the hospital as a nurse & me & my coworkers placed over a $100 order & got the boneless wings. The wings must have been old/bad because 3 of us got sick including myself (& I’m pregnant) & the other 3 threw their food away. I called them to let them know & their response was, “we don’t deal with complaints about the food, you have to call corporate”…. Never again will we order from here. Horrible service. Horrible food.

What in the Buffalo is going on!? The fries are terrible!!! Stale, hard, dry...fire the cook who had no shame in sending order out, without checking food quality & get a new french fry supplier. I ordered: Wings 0/10 stale, old NOT fresh! Burger 4/10 charged me for sauce but never received it. Burger tough, not fresh. Fries -0/10 need a chainsaw to eat! Customer service experience is a 10/10 but the food is not cheap. This is my second visit in 2 months & I am disappointed, quality gone downhill. I will not be back anytime soon, i will go back to Fords Garage, Chick-fil-A or even Popeyes.

Cool sports bar with TV'S everywhere. Great vibes and atmosphere. Good and friendly service as well. Food is not bad for a sports bar.

Terrible service and rude staff

Could not even get in to sit down. They were a ghost town and still could not get help to be seated. Watched as 4 groups of family’s waited 20+ minutes and all left due to not being greeted or seated. They need to get their act together.

I think this was only the second time eating BWW and definitely not worth it. We tried the all you can eat boneless which were pretty bad. The new luau bbq sauce tasted like it was just their regular bbq sauce with canned pineapple juice dumped in it. The boneless chicken I wouldn't be surprised if I found it is was just frozen boneless chicken you buy at any Sam's or Costco. The breading was hard and there was way too much of it. Definitely would not recommend.

PLEASE IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION! READ THIS! WE have been going to this location for 3 years. they will not fix the issues with Service. We have contacted Company Headquarters and they wont do anything about it! the Managers just stare at the floor and make excuses. INCREDIBLE !

This is the second time in the span of two years that I’ve eaten here and had horrible food. The chicken is cold and hard like it was cooked hours ago and warmed up. We could barely chew our boneless wings. Decided to give it a chance today on our way home because maybe last time was a fluke, but nope. Then the bill for the atrocity was astronomical. Never again.

Usually food and service is good here but today I had to wait for what felt like almost 10 minutes at the front before I was seated. It wasn't because there wasn't tables it was just that nobody came to seat me. :(

I’ve been to this location twice and each time I arrive, either there isn’t enough staff or they don’t like serving me! Ten open booths and I am not able to get seated!

The food took almost an hour to come out. Service was pretty slow. I'm not sure why it was slow when the restaurant was not even busy.

When even have the restaurant wasn’t even filled up the excuse was they couldn’t handle the new promotion . Justin, that 10 minutes alone you lost six customers I will not be returning. This is the worst place you can imagine when it comes to ordering food from a franchise. You can order 12 traditional wings, straight form their site and receive 9 traditional wings. You may have requested a side of ranch and carrots/celery. Guess what? You will get, none of it. This restaurant is the low of the low in Wesley Chapel when it comes to wings. They literally run out of chicken wings, when it isn't even the day of their BOGO. This place is absolutely a 0/10. Visiting this store in person, ordering through a 3rd party or ordering from their site which ends up with a 3rd party is so sad. This is the worst BWW I have ever encountered. It's no surprise the managers at this location change every 30 days. I can't count the amount of times I have ordered a dozen traditional wings and received 9.

Just ordered 30 wings, which I do pretty regularly… they’re usually ok to barely good. This time they’re not even edible, overcooked, dry, and my jaw hurts from chewing… my last time ordering from here. Typically, they’re constantly OK, today absolutely inedible and embarrassing for them.

Make sure to check your food at the restaurant. Ordered 30 wings only received 26. Four sauce choices, 3 of them were correct wings were over cooked and about half of them dried out.

Awful. Service was poor I wated literally like 15mins for the girl to bring us new drinks, the wings were dry and seasoning tasted funny. The food took too long and there was barely no one there. Not coming to this one again.

Our server was awesome. The southern style chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Get hot sauce and pour on it. My wife had the burger and said it was really good. You don't just have to get wings here. I like to go here between lunch and dinner. When it's not busy to get fantastic service.

BWW have been my favorite wings for over 2 decades. The past year or so the wings have gone down hill . They are over cooked and I feel like I’m eating beef jerky with a bunch of slop to cover up them being over cooked. The assistant managers don’t care. I didn’t go for awhile and the GM asked me where I have been and I told him because the wings are always over cooked. That was months ago and nothing has changed! I buy 10 and eat three! Literally throwing away my money?

Bird Dawgs - chicken tenders in a hot dog bun. Not as good as I hoped they would be. Wasn't bad but definitely wouldn't order again.

Togo food was cold, plastic melted into my sauce, had to verify my order before I left which required a remake because it was cold. Was there 10 minutes early, said it would be right out and just left 25 minutes after pick up time. Watched 7 different FOH employees allow the dining room including the person who was wearing a manager name tag to have 9 dirty tables throughout the restaurant. They even just moved dirty dishes from one to table another to sit the booth because they were all dirty. No urgency and probably my last visit to this location.

So dirty... but the deals are so good. Honestly, I wish they'd start cleaning it up better... but the drink deals and wing prices still make it a viable option. If only the floors were not so sticky. Don't get me started about the seating... 25 tables open, but i have to wait ten minutes to be seated. Don't serve me, but please seat me. On top of this, they don't take your name. Once other parties start to show up, it gets chaotic... I still come back for more chicken.

The worst service ever @ BWW, the server gave my 2 grandson 2 large cups, the lemonade had debris in it. Contacted the server to bring us new ones and again it had debris and a drink so finally, we switched it over to tea. I ordered a large blue moon beer we put our order in and I told the server when the wings come out bring my other beer. We ordered an appetizer of pickles for 9.49 I recv 10 pickles when we received our food it took 20 minutes to receive my beer at the end of service is horrible. We asked for a manager an manager had an attitude. We asked if there was kid cups for the kids for their drinks and the manager said yes , why didn’t the server give us kids cups then ? He had no explanation after the ordeal. All he did was take off my beer and a $9.49 on the pickle, if you’re hungry and you’re wanting wings bypass this place the service was horrible and on top of that we asked for a table and I asked the girl the hostess.why can we not have that table? She totally ignored me and put me in a high top with two yr old and six years old, we would not recommend for a family to stop and eat

Decent food but they charge $3.60 for each extra ranch! The staff members arent always the most friendly either.

Mismanaged location, online order is not working today, found many times online order does not work for this location, called the number twice kept us holding more than 10 minutes both the times. Avoid this place.

The wings are good, but the menus are filthy - we had to scrounge around until we found something that didn't have food smeared on it and beer bottle stains. The wings were good, but we got charged for a beer sample! Who charges for a beer sample? Lame. It's not the .54 cents but the fact that the server mentioned nothing and the smoke tasted horrible. Shame on you, Buffalo Wings.

Great location. The servers are always great. Sports atmosphere is strong.

We ended up here only because this was the only restaurant in the area showing the game we wanted to watch. My poor little lemon pepper wings were like chicken jerky (yuck). The tator tots were also horrible and fried hard. We ordered a few drinks and our server warned us that the bartender was super slow. He was right, the place wasn't even busy but, it took 30 minutes for a margarita and a beer. The margarita was so sweet but, looking at the very stressed out bartender, I decided to just drink it. My husband ordered another beer but, after another 30-40 minutes waiting we cancelled it. Our server kept apologizing saying how horrible she was and she's terrible. Yes, we clearly are aware but, really unprofessional since you work here too! Worst experience we've had with any restaurant in this area!! This place is not worth your money or time.

If cold, overcooked chicken wings are your thing then this place is for you! This place used to have great food and then a couple of years ago , it went way down hill. I continue to go back every few months to see if it had gotten better but unfortunately it had not. I won't go back again and you shouldn't either.

I have a star for their options of wing sauces. The wings are so over cooked that the flavor at that point doesn't matter, I can't express how over cooked the wings were. When food is cooked to this extent there is lack of any nutritional value, and that's what we received, I felt like I was eating dehydrated meat (jerky), very very disappointing. I don't eat out much for this reason as I'm a good cook, I typically believe reviews, but this time I gave the benefit of the doubt, and my god do the reviews speak for themselves. If you care, please do better!

Went on Wednesday. It was quiet and peaceful..food was fast and service was great. Sauce was less on chicken but would ask them when i order next time.We will definitely be back...

3/6/24 as my family and I were starting to eat we noticed a roach crawling on our booth. Booth #86 we went cause it was one of my daughters favorite restaurants. The manager turns and say sorry we have exterminators coming tonight and walked away no accommodations no nothing so unprofessional. I can only imagine how the kitchen is. ET at your own risk. All I a. Saying and for the 126 bucks we spent use that to get a good exterminator.

Food was okay, but not exceptional. Service was excellent. This location was extremely loud. We had a party of 9. The wings were mediocre at best. Most of us had burgers.

Don't make the mistake and order 20 wings with 3 flavors, somehow coming up with 3 number that add up to 20 is an impossible task there, always missing wings, or fries or sides, it's a dream to get a complete order

*****Needs General Manager Intervention***** We were out of town for a hockey tournament and saw BW Wings and went for a quick bite to eat. Wow what a complete joke. It took us forever to get seated. The couple that came in behind us walked out. When I asked if we could be seated the girl said they are on break and we are waiting for the tables to be cleared. The people we were with got a kids chicken wings with fries and it was horrible. My sons food came out after we were done eating. The waiter said he had been yelling at the kitchen all night! Then proceeded to tell me that he was having personal problems which I was really just concerned about my son getting his food! What a total joke. Nobody seemed to care until I asked to speak to a manager. She tried to make it right but our party was frustrated at that point.

Severely understaffed and have had an instance when they didn’t have buns for the burger. Literally ran out of them at a burger joint like this at 7pm. It’s going to the dogs.

I went to order wings, all flats and was told I couldn’t do that. I said I was not concerned with an up charge and still told no. I would think a restaurant would give their customers what they want. Very disappointing

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this restaurant is not up to par with a normal BWW. The waitress was not friendly and service was poor. Boneless wings were incredibly smaller than normal, and came out cold. Half our table for food and then it was 15 min more before the other half got food. Then at time for the check, it took 20 minutes and asking twice to get our check. She had entered wrong meal twice and then voided, so with the voids it wouldn’t take my rewards from app, then they wanted us to check out through our phone at table but had no service and WiFi didn’t work either, then when we finally got to see the check, it was wrung up wrong, and when explaining simple math to the manager (who is younger than my oldest child), he proceeded to argue with why it wasn’t wrong. Overall it was not a good experience, and I know I’ll never be going back there. Only good thing really, was the carrots and celery….

Best street tacos I've ever had

Went there today around 4 pm (only 5 table was occupied) , ordered wings and bufalo chicken rap. Both foods were cold and fries was’t fresh. Wrap bread was really cold and I had hard time chewing it . I asked waiter to bring side celery but I end it up cancelled it because the guy never brought it over. I ask all the food comes together (appetizers and meal) , appetizer came before food. I ordered sodas with meal ,soda come before than anything else. I will not go back that place ever again.

This was my first time coming to Buffalo Wild Wings in years. Everything was amazing, food, service, and all. The young gentlman that helped me was very kind. I forgot his name but had black and blonde hair. Brought my son out to eat and will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing experience !

Wings were so dry & our fries tasted stale. Do yourself a favor and go to the wingstop 8 minutes away and don’t waste your money. Seems like they have better things to do than listen when customers tell them their wings are overcooked.

Very underwhelming quality of the food compared to other BWW I have been to.

Food was worst than frozen food at home. Bathroom was disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend. You can tell good management doesn’t work here.

The sauses were amazing. On the other hand, the wings were mediocre very small and had mostly all batter, dry, and practically no chicken.

I have been to several other Buffalo wild wings and this one by far has been the best experience I've had my server was working on top of everything and good I had better food here than I've had anywhere else at any of the other Buffalo wild wings I have a credit at one store cuz my service the fact that I gave this another chance was amazing and I believe my server's name was Alana or Alyssa but she was amazing thank you again for renewing my faith in Buffalo wild wings

Still severely understaffed, but the food is still consistently good. Had wings this visit, but if you haven't tried their burgers lately, you should give them a go. Annoying to have a half full bar and have to wait on a drink because the bartender is waiting on tables all the way across the restaurant.

This place has gone downhill something awful. It used to be good but it's been over a year that it is horrible. The wings are overcooked and like hockey pucks. Barely any meat so being overcooked makes them worse. Also, ordered from them on Grubhub, and the order was wrong....I didn't want the sauce on the wings but they did it anyway and it was tons of sauce on dry, hard, tiny wings. My neighbor ordered their wings for delivery and had the same experience, so ordering online is terrible, too. I think the owner needs to step in there and revamp the place and hire new staff. Everyone in there looks like they are 15 years old. I think the bartender is the only adult there so it clearly needs new staff, new training, new chicken and new cooks.

Was not a bad experience but the Buffalo Wild Wings policy is to play any local team game with sound. Management switched it to week 18 NFL game during bolts vs Boston game. We won’t be coming back.

I was so disappointed with my waitress this had been the worst service I ever gotten in my life . My son never got his food and I ask multiple time . I ask for ketchup couple of time my tots got cold and the ketchup never arrived . I ask for napkins he never got them to me till I was pissed and leaving . Still had to pay full price for the disappointment I was so mad . They ran out of burger bun so I order wings and my poor 8 year son not understanding why he never got his meal had to go stop at McDonald’s this really bothers me . I taste some of my boyfriend food and I am not going to denied it was good but for all this bad survive we will not be coming in any longer. Maybe he did not like Spanish people it seem everyone else got a good service for what I saw .

The food is good but every single time whether I order on the app, over the phone or website it takes ANOTHER 45-50 minutes from the expected time to have my order even when its not busy. Every time. Its very upsetting. Patience is a virtue but if you are waiting for your food for half an hour and then add another 45 minutes especially if its a small one its frustrating.
