I wanted to let you know that recently your quality of food and service has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. This used to be the best place to stop along I90 and now the pizza is terrible. No sauce at all on the pepperoni pizza today, second time. Not worth almost $6 a slice anymore. Thank you for the good service and food while it lasted, though.

Love Papa Gino's, but just drove back into MA after a 10 hour drive. Stopped at the Charlton location and they "had no pizza"

Always a good stop when going west. The pizza is fresh, and always tastes good. Customer service is also a major plus and never fails to please. Keep it up.

Horrible customer service by this one girl. I drive a truck and i have a exact time to eat then go. I ordered 4 slices of cheese and she told us 7 min. When the cheese was ready she passed the whole thing to other customers who by the way came way after us. Then she told me I'm Sorry the next tray coming in 3 minutes. Which never came, then she told me 10 minutes. Basically she wasted my Time and my partner's time and we ended up leaving without any food because we on schedule.

Nice pizza shop in the service area in Carlton . Very quick service and nominal price. Liked the pizza . They were really soft , cheesy and fresh. Kids loved it . Thumbs up 👍 lots of other shops in this plaza. Lots of parking available . Lots of seats to sit and eat . .. liked it overall

I ordered 10 large sandwich boxes for an event at Hadwen Park Church. The delivery was on time and the sandwiches were delicious. Great job. e driver and the sandwiches were great great

PROS: Very nice pizza, and they even have a sandwich station next to them. Prices are also very good CONS: Guy had a bitter attitude that was working there. Needs to learn how to be more social OVERALL: Despite the guy's attitude I would recommend this place. It's better than the other options

I stop here almost every week while traveling through. Everyone behind the counter is always smiling and willing to get you rung up and back on the road quickly. Pizza is always delish and hot/ready to go!

I probably should've ordered a fresh pizza? The cheese pizza to-go was probably under the heater lamp for a while and I just didn't luck out maybe? The sauce on it either dried up or there wasn't a lot of it to begin with. The to-go version is a good enough pizza to eat and go. Nothing special. Maybe if you order a full pizza, it's better? What would a long distance traveler know about local fair though? I'll probably never find this place again. Being a truck driver makes finding good food difficult. I would guess it's better to look for where the Italian mob eats their pizza? Average score for Papa Gino's. It's edible. Not bad, not good.

Visited this location in the past, as well as today, served promptly and courteously by Michael S on numerous occasions. Always a pleasure in his helpful nature and friendly attitude. Great employee in a not-so-easy situation while dealing with the public during the COVID crisis. A terrific asset to the Papa Gino's corporation. Well done!

Papa Gino’s was my favorite pizza when I lived in MA & when I moved back to CT I was able to get Papa Gino’s in CT until recently - now I have to go to the Mass Pike! - This week I drove to the Charlton restaurant - last rest stop westbound before exit for 84/CT - Mike gave us advice about ordering ahead of time next time. He was very personable & helpful! The Pizza was great! Had fresh slices & took a pizza home. Thick but not too thick - crispy bottom & crust but not burnt - gooey good sauce/cheese - just right. CT needs Papa Gino’s back!

Ok, we live in Connecticut and can no longer have Papa Gino so we will drive to get our Papa Ginos!!! We like stopping here it’s so clean , fast and nice employees ! We stopped today to get our two x-large pizzas and enjoyed talking to Mike who helped with all kinds of info and how to order online👍🏼. We also asked him WHY not in Connecticut when so many of us miss it😔 He was so friendly and nice!!

Me and my team from New York were passing by on our way home from a match in Boston, And not only did they offer supreme courtesy in providing for us, But they also prepared a meal worth the travel. Based on customer service alone we were supremely pleased.. Kudos to that Manager. Keep on being a great guy 😂👌🏽
