Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had (Deluxe Vegetarian). It is fresh, delectable, and within minutes freshly made and out of the store. Absolutely WOW! Pizza hut has nothing on this.

Was on time/bit early. Pizza was great. Location is pretty good.

Ordered a pizza and side bread, pizza had skimpy toppings on it and only covered 3/4 of pizza! No lie 1/4 of pizza was only cheese, had to move toppings around to cover all of pizza, side bread came with a container of sauce that was only half full, come on Papa Murphys!

I order papa Murphy's at least once or twice a month, and we are always satisfied. 👍 It's awesome how you can place your own order online, so simply and easy, and then your order be ready for pickup always before thirty minutes. ALWAYS. 😊👍 My advise is that Alfredo sauce should be on your menu .

Customizable pizza, vegan options, friendly staff.

Went to re heat the pizza and all the grease just leaked out more than I ever saw . Yuck

Quick and easy ordering. Very friendly staff. My wife asked about changing one of the pizzas after we were watching an order get made. They offered to change since it was the same cost.

I'm not sure if they've had a management chance or if the staff were all fresh out of training if I ever go back to this location and seen them on shift chances are I'd turn around and leave I'd probably drive to a different location

Just okay, last 2 times I've come in my pizzas is on a thin crust that I didn't order or want which holds not much for toppings.

Great service, they always get my order correct and they cater to vegans which is awesome! Price is alittle on the high side for a take and vake but not terrible.

Every once in awhile I try to give Papa Murphy's a try, just to see if maybe, my experience the last time was just a fluke. But everytime I do, I'm reminded I should've bought Frozen pizza. Something is just off about Papa Murphy pizza. Not a fan.

I had placed my order at three so that my pick up time was 4 PM I arrived, and there was a line all the way to the street. I waited patiently about an hour later finally got into the store. The girl I believe her name was Amelia wearing the stitch costume had asked me my name three different times, never giving me the actual process of my order. (and was doing this to others as wel, seemed like it was her first day). Finally, I asked her I said, do you know how long it’s going to be she replies she doesn’t know because the tickets are all mixed up everywhere. Finally someone else asked me for my name and found it on the rack, the whole time I was waiting it was sitting on the rack. I get it was Halloween and it was busy but to have to wait for 2 hours for my pizza that was already sitting there it’s ridiculous, especially seeming like you guys had the staff, but there was no system in place which created a chaos mess for you guys. and the fact that you were still taking walk-in orders when you were so far behind is unfathomable, because wouldn’t you want to get caught up before you start taking in more orders?

I know that halloween is a busy day for Papa Murphys. Having people stand in line outside for 2 hours is ridiculous. I ordered a pizza online at 430 and after being told multiple time it will only be five more minutes I finally asked for the manager who said they lost our ticket and it would be another 40 more minutes. It's 6 o'clock now so I told him to cancel my order and left so I can get my kids out to trick or treat. If they don't have the staff to make the food they shouldn't accept so many orders.

Very disappointed today as I placed an online order at 350, it said it would be ready at 425, when I got there, there was a line out the door and onto the sidewalk along sprague, I understand that today is Halloween, but the communication to your customers was horrible, absolutly none!!! No one was able to cancel online, after waiting in line almost an hour and a half, I went to the counter to check on my order, they had lost it and said they'd have to put it again, I asked how long it would be, was told 5-8 minutes, after waiting another 30 mins, I checked again, this time was told it would be another 45 mins. My husband had called the store after me standing outside for an hour and a half and were told we were 10th down the list and that they werent accepting any more orders, which in fact people were walking in and ordering and receiving their orders quickly. This was conpletly unacceptable to put all the people who had been waiting for so long in this postion and lie to them the way you did! Horrible expierence!!!

The crew at the evergreen Papa Murphy's is always friendly when you walk in. They're price and consistent quality and quantity of toppings on their pizzas give them the five-star they deserve.

I won't be going back! So the little boy who checked me out gave me no instruction on where to pick up my side. I got home and was reminded that I forgot my side dish. I went back, and he question if I paid for it. Thankfully, I went in with my receipt. He says to me, "Oh, it's over there" he made no mention about the icing for the side dish. Another guy steps in and says, "Oh, wait a minute. You don't want to leave without icing." I won't be going back!

Friendly female cashier as well as female manager can't remember their names for my youngest 2 were keeping my eyes busy! The food was great tasting and quality made to our families expectations.

This a take and bake pizza. Toppings were plentiful but you of course will be baking to your desired crispyness and can add anything at home.

I had an issue with the amount of toppings I got on my pizza, the manager called me very soon after my negative review and remedied the mistake. Good customer service, I appreciated them doing that, very thankful!

Always hassle free. Usually really good about getting us exactly what we ordered. Tonight I just cooked up some pizza. Was about to take a bite when I noticed a decent size piece of plastic in my pizza. Would be nice to not have plastic in my pizza next time. Thank you. Won't let me add a picture but I do have one.

Going to stop going here. The pizzas are OK but they've gotten so expensive! $45 for 2 pizzas and a salad. And they were on special! AND I still have to cook them myself. Rediculous

I thought I reviewed this already...anyhow my experience with Papa Murphy's on Sprague near Blake Rd. Has been outstanding 100% of the time. Orders have always been correct,and ready on time, employees have been great, the facility looks clean and good as new no matter what time of day I went in.

Eve. When this place is packed busy, they consistently get the puzzas out and correct. I've personally never had any real issue here.

Kids struggled with a dudes order I waited for 15 minutes in line before being addressed. Just looked like the computer was being weird and needed more training.

Great customer service, please bring back the garlic pizza bread.

Was feeling like pizza! The place was packed, apparently we weren't you only ones wanting pizza. As busy as they were, the service was friendly, fast and right on point. In no time at all I was putting in my order, watching it all come together, just that fast. People were moving through the door and the employees didn't miss a beat. I am impressed with the quality of service and the team work that handed me my 'made to order' pizza in minutes. Bravo Papa Murphy's.

We are always happy with Papa Murphy pizza but we won’t be ordering online anymore. Once we got to the place to pick up our pizzas we realized the prices were cheaper at that location then the 25% off online deal. Great pizza!!

Staff are always friendly and quick. Staff always remember to ask if customers are military for discount and I appreciate that as most places don’t care.

Not bad for picking up Pizza. But I have to watch them like a hawk when it comes to food allergies. They get going and forget to read the orders. I don't like spending my time in the emergency room because the staff is not watching. If I go in when they are slower I have no problems with my orders.

I made it to the store almost 11 minutes before they closed and I was met at the door stating they were closed. Really? So, I got off work late and I finally make it to the store before closing and I'm still told no! Ride and inconsiderate seeing as though they could have easily made my pizza in 4 to 5 minutes and I was paying with my card so no counting down a till. Very disappointed. Plus, according to the website, the other couple stores should have been open for at least another HR and they answered the phone stating that they were closed as well.... really?? So, Friday night and you close early and or just don't update your website?? Tired of wasting time, money and gas for excuses rather than polite service. I worked retail for a decade and I NEVER turned a customer away over something so simple!!

We have not ordered Papa Murphy's pizza for a very long time because they are very skimpy on the toppings. We love there pizza so we ordered from them again the last 3 weeks and the first 2 weeks were great. This week my pizza had 5 toppings which included ham, pineapple, olives, mushrooms, and extra topping cheese. There was so much cheese ro hide the small amount of toppings. Heart breaking that we will have to go back to a pizza place that gives you the right amount of toppings for the price of the product but doesn't compare to the taste of Papa Murphy's pizza.

We always get the thin crist chicken bacon artichoke. You can't get better than that!

I was very disappointed in the keto friendly crustless pizza here. It was one layer on barely enough toppings to feed 3 people. 2 people is more accurate.They charge you the same price as a regular pizza with the crust. We paid 19.00. Dominos now has gluten free pizza for 7.99, and pizza hut and redone their pan pizzas.I won't be wasting my money here again for these crustless pizzas. Check online for making ur own too.
