The food is legitimately some of the best in the area. I was craving some pho and it is definitely not a place to sleep on. The broth was rich and delicious with a generous helping of meat and herbs. I added a banh mi to my order which was equally exciting. Coming from California it is hard to find good vietnamese food in this area and I'm so glad I found it. Ended up taking home a box of pate chaud as well. Buy 5 get 1 free!!! If you are in the area, don't hesitate to drop by and give them a try!!! I came back here recently and must day the quality has maintained the high quality I expected. They have done an amazing job at expanding the menu and improved over time. I can't wait to come back for more. Their coffee with the coffee jelly is a must. Taking vietnamese coffee to another level. I also had the banh cuon to go and the texture was perfect and the sauce was delicious. Also could not leave without getting more pate chaud. They have the best in the area. Also this is not the same as the other location in orlando. I cannot vouch for them but I can definitely vouch for this location.

Great tasty Vietnamese food. I ordered a roasted chicken and rice and it was great. The place is super clean and the staffs are polite and friendly. I will definitely take my family here.

Spent 5 days in Kissimmee and had lunch here for 4 out of the 5 days. Co Mai is extremely friendly and everything was delicious from the drinks to the sandwiches. Definitely get their iced milk coffee and special banh mi! If you're a huge chicken fan and want protein then order their com ga — juicy and tender! Will be returning when I visit next year. ❤️

I discovered this restaurant on my recent visit to Orlando. Tried the Banh Mi Combo (Dac Biet) and I'd have to say it was the best Banh Mi I've had in a long time. I went back the next day to order another one for my flight home and also picked up a vermicelli grilled pork as well as the rice with grilled chicken for my wife for lunch. All the meals were delicious. Highly recommended.

Fantastic and delicious even there Boba is the best.

I used to order a lot since this is the only place that has bahn mi on this side of town but the cashier today was super rude when I asked her to add Basil. She said they didn't have it but then I saw them giving with it with Pho. I even tried to show her a picture of it and was explaining to her I would pay extra and order like that w/door dash but she didn't want to hear it, she said no, no only cilantro. Be nicer and not fake nice.

When we passed by to go to a big box store nearby, I noticed Paris Bánh Mí, I said, we’re going there after. When we got there, the decor inside suggests it’s a bakery. They also serve bubble teas and Korean corn dogs. The smell of a Vietnamese Pho establishment is not present. I started to have discounted emotions about the food. As we walked up to the counter, the owner, Mai, is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. She started to introduce us to the popular dish, Com Ga Roti, Fried Chicken Leg rice and that there are Pho as well along with Bun (Vermicelli noodles). Then she gave us ample time to peruse the menu. We ordered the Bánh Mí, Bun, and the Com Ga Roti. The discounted emotions elevated back to normal after trying them. The sauce that was included with the Com seems to be a special prepared sauce with additional spices added. It enhanced the taste of the rice dish. The Bánh Mí was great too. The only thing is that I preferred that they use chilli or scotch bonnet peppers instead of jalapeño peppers. Mai, if you’re reading this, I hope it helps. I have yet to try their Pho. We couldn’t because the time we went back, they’re closed. Their website does not indicate they’re closed on Tuesdays. My taste with Vietnamese food is very particular and I don’t rate any establishments if they don’t pass my standards. Paris Bánh Mí at the Kissimmee branch is a great restaurant to check out.

We stopped by this place while we visited Orlando. They have great food and service. The bánh mì tastes really good. My husband likes Bún Thit Nuong. My kids love the Pho special lots of meat. Their mochi is cheap and tasty.

I absolutely love Vietnamese food but the boss lady in the front got me. The dessert I ordered was unavailable so, I ordered another sandwich and will pay the difference at pick up. The math in her head was to overcharge me by a dollar. She was pushing me to buy more food near the register, asking me to pay in cash, and was upset that I was checking my order. I didn’t even make a stink about a missing corn dog order on Sunday night order which was over $250. This place is expensive, they don’t take phone orders, only online with convenience fees added-on however, I still tipped over 10% on a takeout orders for a fellow Asian. I will not be coming back for the rest of my trip. Please note, I fully understand what you said about me and it was not nice Auntie.

Good service, nice ambiance! I had the special pho and cold drinks. The pho was a bit salty for my taste, and the drinks didn’t quite meet my expectations—perhaps the slush drinks would have been better. However, the owners are amazing, and the restaurant is very clean and organized. I’ll likely return to try other menu items.

Do you like raw pho noodles? Tried to order additional noodles for my family pho. But unfortunately it wasn’t on the menu. They just make up a price, $5? $8? Sketchy. Do you want broth with it? Oh that little bit of soup might cost you $5 more, depends. The first visit they just gave us soup with the extra noodles. The second time, they charged us separately for more broth, and when we just ordered extra noodles as well, they served the noodles RAW!! Incredible. Would never go back again.

God forbid you blink and your unfinished food is gone! We went up to order more and when we made it back to our table our unfinished food and drink are already taken from our table, and also the cashier lady treats customers in a rushy kind of manner forgetting that most of us expects our meal experience to be pleasant not toxic.

If you’re Vietnamese, this is not a place for you to have good Vietnamese food. We ordered bánh ướt, bánh mì, and bánh Patê sô, none of it tasted good. It’s ridiculously expensive too. I don’t mind to pay for good foods but this place is just one time and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I came in without high expectations and left pleasantly surprised and deeply satisfied. Bahn mi was fantastic, pho was pho-nomenal 😏 and highly recommend to those visiting or just in the area!

As a traveler, this is a worst food choice for traveler. The food is not good and expensive. This is not worth of money with your Asian food palette. Also,the hospitality is horrible. We ask for an empty plate to share "banh cuon" the owner gave a little paper container. I would give half a star if there is in the system.

Food in this place is over priced. A bowl of beef noodle soup was $15.95. You have to pickup & carry to the table yourself. You can go to seat down pho restaurant where they serve you & get the same price. The soup was not that good either. Banh mi grilled pork was $8.95. Other places sell for $7.95. The pork was dry & not tasty.

Not very good with this price getting whole cup of ice and kids don’t like the cake with such a dry taste. Tourism spot. Not fresh. Drinks just okay.

I had a toddler with me he was playing with some utensils and napkins the lady there was so stingy saying to my wife " You will have to pay for the napkins and utensils if your kid keep playing with it" We were shocked after we've order led $50 worth of food and to be so picky with a kid over a couple of spoons? The food was ok at best. Safe to say we won't be back here.

Mai gave an amazing customer service from the minute we walked into the restaurant. We ordered the special combination sandwiches, grilled pork sandwich and hot Cheetos mozzarella and everything tasted AMAZING!!! Everything freshly done. Restaurant is super clean. Def coming back to eat here when we visit Florida!

Decent bánh mì, Vietnamese pastries, and other common dishes for lunch. We were visiting Orlando and other areas and stayed at Kissimmee for a week. Our group didn’t try many dishes, but what he had were good. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for or wanting to try Vietnamese foods

This got to be the worse experience ever. My niece went to go asked for some more hoisin sauce and the owner threw it at her. Like you gave us one pack of sauce how is that enough to eat with the pho. Like if your rude and unhappy don't be in a customer service field. Do not come here to eat! Service sucks here and they cheap on everything.

just came here to get boba and it was very good ! i can actually taste the drink rather than other boba places that taste pretty bland imo. the service is nice, the ppl there r kind. also have some veg options which is important to note. price is good for boba (and they give big cups!!) bc some places upcharge for bland boba that isnt even good, unlike this place. overall satisfied 👌🏽

Overall 3.3 / 5.0 Food: Pho - very flavorful with all of the expected aromatics in the broth. You'd definitely not need to add hoisin or Sriracha. Noodles and meat are average quantity. I will say that the meatballs tasted very dry and not fresh. You get all the expected veggies; bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapenos and lime. Portion size is average and what you'd expect. Banh Cuon Cha - terrible and hard pass. The noodles were NOT fresh and tasted very gritty and sandy, indicating it was either not fresh or previously frozen. This is probably the worst banh Cuon I've ever eaten in my life. Banh Mi - delicious and highly recommended. This is the only item that they are known for. All other items are just a convenience if you're already there and wanting to eat it such as pho. The banh mi/bread isn't very thick and full of dough, in a good way. Proteins are packed in each sandwich and the veggies and condiments are well paired with each sandwich. Service: Very subpar and feels like a fast food chain as you order at the cash register and pickup your food when your number is called. They also charge you for using credit card for $0.50 EACH item that you order. The cash register woman who took our order was pretty rude. We ordered $50 worth of food for 2 and she tried to upsell us more items. When we declined and later decided we wanted to buy additional items to-go, she had a condescending tone and spoke to me in Vietnamese and told me "should've bought it then when I told you to. Now there's none. Sorry." Not very professional to blame the patron for your lack of inventory. That's just a missed opportunity on your part to earn more business. Ambiance/Environment: Dine in area is average and not unkept but also not clean either. It should be expected since the restaurant is more of a self-serve atmosphere. Pricing: I would say that the pricing is a bit above average and especially if you consider paying extra with using a credit card.

I am addicted to Paris Bahn Mi! I usually get a sandwich or two once a week (I like the pork and the shredded chicken) along with fresh tea and popping boba. Friendly staff, clean and bright atmosphere and delicious Vietnamese food, how could you go wrong??

Potato korean corn dogs 10/10 SOOO GOOD

They charge more for using credit card instead of cash. Pho was basic af and very very small portion. Basically a self serve type of place not a restaurant where they bring out the food to your table. Over all I'd say it too over priced for what you get. Won't be coming back.

I'm a culinary student that just recently graduated and let me say this. This place is hands down the best spot to come by if your in the Orlando area. I don't usually leave reviews, if any at all, but the lady Mai at the front desk was a joy and a wonderful person to speak with about this spot. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and quick out to enjoy. I've had very few Vietnamese experiences, but out of all of them this is the best. The french breads they use for their sandwiches, which I do believe is baked fresh, is deliciously well made to have with their different options of meats. Vegetables for these sandwiches are fresh and crisp, perfectly paired, and without a doubt a nice bite to have when your thinking "I want to try some Vietnamese food". My mom and I got the special Bánh Mi sandwich which used a French baguette, the chicken egg rolls, a Korean corn dog, and ordered a black tea honey to have. We then went back to get a croissant and another honey green tea. Please come by, enjoy a great meal, and leave a good review because this place absolutely deserves it for being new to the area. When you see locals coming here as well? You know its going to be good.

Absolutely fantastic from the service to the fresh food. Everything made fresh and is delicious with so many wonderful flavors. The teas are the best!!! The honey green and black tea are what we had. We will definitely be back and if you're in the area I highly recommend giving this little gem a try. Also super reasonable on prices!!!! Fresh baked bread everyday. Everything is made fresh!!!

Very nice and clean, which is very different from a typical Vietnamese restaurant. Offers a good variety of items. Pho is good, but they lack the typical authentic chili oil. Also, the portions are tiny.

I found this amazing place while vacationing. My family and I went here every day and tried different items. We were very pleased with their service and they were very friendly!! The sandwiches, pho, appetizers, baked items all were very good!! My favorite drink was the Artichoke tea. I only wish there was one in Fishers, Indiana! I will definitely be back next time we are at the Disney Parks!!

Very yummy banh mi. Perfect balance of sweet, spicy, crunchy, and soft. The chicken banh mi was also really good. There’s no wrong choices. The fruit tea was amazing and fresh. Edit: I just tried the roti chicken, it was so soft and juicy. I also tried the bun, and in between the meat, it has a nice boiled egg slice inside. It really makes you feel satisfied after eating here!

The lychee fruit tea is delicious, the PHO is tasty, and the sandwich is fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely go for the number one sandwich next time!

Came here with my fiance while on vacation 😊 I got the cheese foam with my milk tea. I was expecting a sweet cheese, but it was actually a savory cheese! And to my surprise, it works! My fiance's passion fruit boba tea was good too 👍🏻

We came here from out of town. We had no idea this was a multi-franchise in many other states. The service was great! Since it was our first time, they were very friendly and helpful. A reason why we chose to stop here was because they offer Korean corn dogs. I thought my daughter would want to try one but she opted instead for red velvet cake. She really enjoyed it. We also had two strawberry boba slushes that were delicious. But beware, they do not provide tap water as company policy. So every drink is a charge. Also, you will have to ask for multiple packets of sauce for the soup. We like to make it spicy and one packet of siracha is not enough. I love when soup is really hot too. It was warm but not hot like it just came out of the pot. We tried the shrimp spring rolls. They were fresh but spring rolls usually come with shrimp and pork. We also ordered a sandwich to go. We asked for no sauce and they said there was no sauce in it but when we tried it, it has mayonnaise in the salad part. So if you don’t like sauces, ask for no mayonnaise. Great place but I hope these little tips help you when deciding what to get here.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It has fantastic service, beautiful inside interior and the best part was the food. The food was tender and exploded with unique and delicious flavor.

Ordered five banh mis and got a sixth one for free. The banh mi thit nuong was pretty good: plentiful and flavorful. The baguette was also crunchy. I liked that they packed the toppings in a separate bag (maybe that was only done because this was a big order).

From when we were ordering our food, the cashier was abrasive and rushing us through our order, even though we were not taking long and there wasn’t any body in the line or many people eating in Restaurant. She then Got our order wrong when we asked for less noodles in our Pho soup. It was as if she did not care to give good service. Even though we spent $60 in food and drink for two persons, We had asked for a cup of water, which she would not serve. She was shouting at us to tell us that we must buy the water, even though it is the law of Florida that they must serve water if requested. She kept shouting that it is a franchise, and we must buy the bottled water. She was extremely rude and shouting, and then walked off. The food also a lot of flavor. Would not recommend. There are far better places out there.

Thought I had found a new go to spot but either it's the owner or a staff member who works there is incredibly rude. Very pushy on trying to sell you more than what you want, she got mad when we made 3 different purchases before we left wich weren't huge purchases. The price of the food is also bad, you would think for the location it's at that the prices would reflect but they just don't. Almost 8 dollars for a corn dog with cheese blows my mind. I would rather spend my money at mochinut and deal with good staff than deal with what I experienced today.

I did not enjoy the atmosphere when I was here. Me and my family was not greeted and we were totally ignored when I was ready to order. The pho noodles we bought had a big portion of noodles and beef but it was not as tasty as other pho we ate. Beef banh mi on croissant was not bad though.

First time trying Pho and oh my God, it was so so good 🥰 the broth was so tasty I had gotten the Steak, beef meatballs and brisket but my favorite was the steak. Will definitely eat again here.

My son stumbled on this video on YouTube and came across this place which looked pretty interesting. I will say I was not disappointed. First, as soon as you walk in, the place is immaculate, a very clean establishment. Second, customer service was so friendly and prompt. They all had a smile on their face. I will definitely come here again, so I can try other items that they offer. There is just so much to choose from, they give you a lot of varieties.

The special combination banh mi, special pho, special croissant, corn dog, Thai iced tea with cheese foam and creme brulee matcha with cheese foam were all delicious! Very generous with their portions as well as meat and boba! Our go to pho, banh mi and milk tea spot whenever we come here again to vacation or after a long day at Disney! Definitely recommend this place! Everyone here is so nice and the atmosphere here is awesome as well!

Friend of my recommendation, I came here at noon. The shop is simple and clean. I ordered chicken rice (saw the photo on the menu), I must say the chicken rice was very delicious. The rice grains are sticky, fragrant and not dry. The chicken is fried with crispy skin and marinated to taste. I bought 2 more meat sandwiches and a cup of delicious salted milk coffee. Deserves 5 stars.

PHO review ONLY. FINALLY... A place that has great Pho! Their broth is traditional in flavor and has a signature sweetness that is rare. They include plenty of fresh onions and noodles, and the noodles were cooked so perfectly. Many places overcook noodles and it's frustrating. I really recommend the Pho from here. The restraunt itself is beautiful as well. Perhaps my only critique is they give you plastic packets of hoisin and Sriracha which are clunky to use while eating

I enjoyed everything that I ordered from here. The Paris by Night black sugar boba taste so well balanced, that I think it's better than Tiger Sugar. This restaurant bakery & café makes crispy noodle seafood! The seafood comes with shrimp, calamari, clam, mushrooms, and Chinese bok choy. The sweet potato fries are nothing special to write, just ordinary soggy sweet potato fries. They have other food that are better than those. The service here is good, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant bakery & café. I would go back to try their Vietnamese iced coffee. Addendum: 4.5.24 Went back to try their Vietnamese iced coffee. THE BEST Vietnamese iced coffee that I have ever tasted in my life. Not too sweet, strong, or bitter. Very well balance in all of the ingredients and flavors.
