Rude, hot ghetto mess, zero customer service, slowest service ever. Never again!

Overpriced and terrible customer service. My order was wrong and the price they charged me was different than the online and menu price, when I asked about the difference in prices, she told me they change every day. I will never argue with a cashier while waiting for my food so I left & let her desperate, thirsty, needy, and lying self have it. Got my food and everything I was charged for wasn’t in it!!! Last time ever going to that nasty, filthy, and dirty restaurant.

Trying to figure out how someone who ordered two orders behind me for takeout got their order before me? Oh my bad the know one of the workers. Problem is I'm at work also on break and to put one customer above another is bad business, at least where I'm from. Then didn't get my food until 10 mins after. So to the guy in the Grey shorts and white t-shirt, just know you caused the girl with the two braids a $6 tip. This Is why I always wait till I get my food to tip. To top everything off the plates were light also smh. Thank you for responding and I hope this will be resolved because this isn't the first time this issue has happened just my first time addressing it as I try to be supportive of black owned businesses. One more time and my family and me will be lost as customers forever.

Got food poisoning from them on Sunday night I’m still sick as a dog and it’s Thursday. Haven’t eaten anything since then I can’t even keep down water. The place need a deep cleaning or they need to stop serving old meats to ppl.

Food was great Red was in their by her self she push out them orders out fast with great CS Toast was not toasted

I waited over 15 minutes before asking if o could be settled and letting them know all the tables were dirty and they ask me to give them a minute I waited about another 20 minutes asked for the manager nobody seems to know who the manager is so I left. Never again please don’t go here very unprofessional and dirty.

I’ve had the catfish sandwich , catfish breakfast w grits . And the Garcia sausage sandwich . All very good . It’s in the hood, so keep ya head on a swivel . Although I never had any issues . The staff is working hard so sometimes they can be grumpy. But I would recommend.

My mom took me here it was very good and I got some pancakes and eggs and sausages it was so good

Horrible experience at pastime! I NEVER write reviews on companies/restaurants like this but I feel it's necessary as I walked the restaurant and stood there for 15 minute and EVERY single Lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge me by even saying "Good morning" "one moment sir be right with you" and after another customer walked in the gave her the service I wished I had gotten from them, I had to get the customer that came behind me to get them to help me which is very sad.. I would not be coming back to the restaurant and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The ladies are plan rude! And the don't provide any kind of customer service.

I love pastime it's always a welcoming place and the food is like a warm hug from my mother

Smh....pastime is right. Took too damn long for a 1 person simple order. Waited at least 45mins to an hour. I don't have time to just pass on for food.... I wont be going back. Definitely not worth it....like it's just breakFAST, shouldn’t take a long time to cook.

I had the corned beef, grits and eggs. The food was fantastic. Even the coffee was great. Prices were excellent and affordable. I drove 40 minutes and would do it again.

The service from the lady in the front at around 3am was ridiculous rude and unprofessional heavy set red skinned lady. I don’t recommend any one eat here inside looks dirty as well. Garbage all over the outside of the restaurant YUCK ! 🤮 restaurant is very ghetto so if that’s what you are looking for this is the place to go.

This is really a hiding gem in Miami's Liberty City area!!! The food is definitely a must come back for,and the waitress are customers friendly to make certain you are taken care of!!!

Food was decent but the place needs a good scrub down and they need to learn to greet costumers and make them feel welcome. First and last time. They told me they were out of coffee cups.

Well I asked for a country omelet but that wasn't the correct name. Instead of clarifying the correct name they just gave me a ham omelet. So I was supposed to say western omelet so I could have onions and peppers. I also said no grits since I'm on a diet...full of grits once I got it. I had this omelet the day before but a friend of mine ordered it for me..it was soo good thats why I went the next day..ordered on phone 20 minutes before I got there..when I arrived they said not ready because not enough ham. So I had to wait 10 minutes longer so they can add bacon that I substituted. Could've got 5 stars but them grits all over my omelet and extra time waiting wasn't kosher.

This is a great place for breakfast. Georgia sausage is the best. Decor is simple. The only negative is parking....limited.

Server was good. The kitchen took forever. We were a party of 4, 2 orders came out. 40 minutes later the last 2 orders came. We asked to speak to the Manager (3times). She never acknowledged our table. Avoided eye contact. Poor management.

I like this place, because they have great salmon Croquettes breakfast, but to be told this particular morning, I no longer couldn’t order seafood over the phone really distraught me. They need to let all their employees know that they cannot take seafood orders over the phone. You will have to come in to order knowing that is people out here who have to go to work and we still can’t make seafood orders over the phone.

Hmm. It's very hit or miss. The first time I came the food was good. The eggs were prepared wrong. I asked for over medium and I got them. Grits were good. Bacon was ok. This time around the service was slow. I waited almost 30 minutes for food this time. Once I got my food the eggs were scrambled again. I don't like scrambled eggs. I asked for the eggs over medium and had to wait another 10 minutes and now I go eggs fried hard ? Sooo I'm not sure what else I can say. They need some help in the front of house for sure. I will come back but will make sure to check my food before walking away from the counter. They serve everything in to go containers no matter if you're dining in or not. They advertise biscuits on the menu but every time I've asked for them they never have them. Kind of disappointed to wait all this time and still not be satisfied. Oh and they charge extra to pay with cards. It's not advertised but it definitely says non cash adjustment on the receipt. I hope they can get it together.

The service could’ve been better if they’d had more then one waitress attending a full house, cleanliness could’ve been much better, and the food prepared in a rush, food wasn’t at its best.

i placed an online order at 12:24 and was told and emailed to me and that it’ll be ready at 12:44. Went inside of the restaurant and someone asked what was the name of my order and i kindly told the young lady and she responded “ok” Fast forward to me standing in the restaurant for almost 45 minutes waiting on my food that was been ready and sitting out but no one said anything. They had to remake my grits because of how long they were sitting. No one asked after waiting for so long what i needed. I had to ask one of the ladies “how long will it take” That’s when i found out that my food was ready a long time ago and sitting there.
