Had a craving for a sweet potato pie and dressing. However, I was extremely disappointed with my food. The sweet potato pie and dressing was over cooked. World's Famous food quality has been on a steady decline.

First time trying and the food was absolutely great!

Bruh,! the food is fire,! the customer service is incredible,! even the customers are kind , lol , I’m goin’ back this week,! best okra I’ve ever had,! 🤤

The food is just an average okay. No "Wow" in it at all. The collard greens & cabbage receipe need some major improvements. The Oxtails & gravy needs to be made from scratch. Taste like they're cooking it in some type of brown powder gray mix. That's a no-no. Now the Mac n Cheese, bake beans, potatoes salad is good. String beans is a NO! Yellow rice is just plain jane. Fried shrimp is good & flavorful. The cakes are not moist at all. Pass me some water please. Seems like the cooks are just comfortable to have a job because most of the food is just a basic boring/ ok. Oh and the ribs use to be really good but now it's just (shoulder shrug-ok). I still patronize here because it's close to the house but improvement are needed.

I love world famous. I eat there maybe three times a week. Being a single man it's great to have a Restaurant. That I can go to and get a great meal. With friendly faces.

My family and I just got off a cruise and was looking for something to eat. This family owned restaurant was such a good find. The food was great 😊. Shout out to Mayzell for her amazing customer service! If you’re in the area please go support this hidden gem ❤️.

Food was awesome 👌, but customer service training needs attention at pick-up widow outside, (Employee at the pick-up widow was very nasty towards Me)

They offer a nice variety of home cooked items. All dinners included rice. You get to add two side dishes. Their food is reasonably priced. I had turkey wings which were cooked to perfection. I also had pigeon peas and rice, macaroni and cheese, and green beans.

I’m a sucker for barbecue pass this place on my way home. Drove around the block just to check it out. Really good ribs. That mixed collard greens are good. Yellow rice was perfect. Definitely worth stopping for the prices are very good.

I love the tilapia eggs sandwich ... Just wish they were open on Monday

Parking is scarce and cramped. The food is good with generous portions per serving. No complaints with the service. But you have to wait outside for your food once you've placed your order. The prices aren't cheap but they are affordable for the average working person. Overall, this place is consistently satisfying.

Old Fashioned Good Ole Soul food!

The only reason I gave it low starts is because I was hungry and there was no where to park to get food.

I enjoyed the food but i noticed that they shrunk the plates, like their smaller than how they use to be. you’ll think since they did that, the prices would go down but they’re still the same. I’ll usually get to ribs in total, like 5 at the top and 5 at the bottom but now they only give 5. The conch isn’t as much as it use to be… Spent almost $100 there and i’m just disappointed.

This food was sooooo good . We visited September 2023. Great price plentiful portions. The ladies working the front and side windows were pleasant❤️ this place gets 5 stars!!! . I ordered pork chop dinner ( you get 2 chops) bae ordered catfish nuggets . Mac & cheese ,rice & cornbread delicious. Best dressing I ever tasted!! We will be back !! 💃🏾

My fish was fried but still had scales on it,very bland.

I have visited World Famous several times, but this is the first time I received turkey wings that were hard and over cooked. I am a believer in second chances. Once I revisit and try the wings again, I will post the pics with a review to follow.

Very tasty but cake was dry and Aweful. Was a wait one piece of catfish for that price i needed two pieces.

The prices are kind of high, $38 for fish and conch only. However, the fried fish and conch meal I purchase was fried to perfection and tasted good.

For a good home cooked meal one of my go-to's if I feel like taking the drive

Fried ribs with cabbage, Mac n cheese and yellow rice. The sides were OK. But the ribs were banging, not all 6 bones were meaty but I'll definitely return for them and try different sides.

The food was Great and The Ladies that was running it were FABULOUS. I had the porkchops with rice and yams and mac & cheese. Delicious.

Loved this place up until when the prices changed. I am a regular customer for years. Now when eating here , my plates are being warmed in the microwave and the food is old and and not fresh. I ate and still return after I received stale food, but today I went back and the ribs were old and so hard that some of the ribs I could not eat. Never will return here to eat. Update: I had to make my self throw up what I did actually eat. My stomach became very upset , the only relief was to bring it back up.

You will never go wrong eating at this location or the other location on 32nd Ave and 46th Street! Everything you order will be DELICIOUS! You will have to wait a little bit, because everything is cooked fresh at the time your order it. However, it is DEFINITELY worth the wait!

Famous Rib Shack & seafood have the most tender and delicious fried conch I have ever tasted. My mom loves the fried red snapper she said it's the best she had in years. The food is seasoning to taste not overpowered by salt.

as i would pass by this establishment over the years, the parking lot was always full. i finally had an opportunity to park one day. the young lady behind the counter was super-friendly, helpful and professional. i ordered ribs, mac, green beans & yellow rice. nothing was special for ne to want to go back.....(other than the young lady).

The experience really satiates your Pallet and taste for a good.southern style Dinner &Lunch meal. From Ribs to.fish ..even Chicken and or Pork.Souse...*they do.have a spicy dialect ..and offer good.cool season options as well...I recommend definitely...

Second time and I am very disappointed! I will not be going back. I drove from Ives Dairy her to getI m a turkey dinner for my mom and I requested extra gravy. Drove home there was no gravy on the rice or wings the turkey wings were over cooked the rice was hard and cold and the greens had no flavor!!!

Overall good experience and wide selection of menu items to choose from. Service was good and only waited about 10 minutes for food. If you order seafood, you are able to see it in the front counter to order before it’s cooked so I think I will try the fried conch next time. Portions were very generous and sides were good. I was happy with the mixed greens but the Mac and cheese couldn’t have been a bit hotter. Will definitely return to try additional items.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. This place is extremly ghetto they definitely need to get new employees. I requested a refund because the service was so horrible. I waited there 30 minutes and asked multiple times where my food was and there was no answer from anyone. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Extremely GHETTO and terrible service. Needs to do better. Will not be returning.

R.I.P to the legend man! I’m so sad I’ve been coming here for about 7 years it carried me through my whole pregnancy. The ribs were still on point even though Mannn the sides and the cornbread fell off frfr! I’m so sad I actually shed a tear. Supposed to be meatloaf Tuesday’s also the seasoning just ain’t right on the meatloaf. Sad day in the city Folks. Thank you for all the years you fed me well. Gone but never forgotten.

It pains me to write this review. It has been my staple to come to this spot every time I come back home because the food was always on point, full of flavor. However, that was not the case on my last visit two days ago. I got my usual oxtail dinner with Mac-n-cheese and collard greens; the flavor in everything was gone. The food did not even look the same. My conch and shrimp were poorly fried. The fries were soggy. Also how don't you have ketchup WTH. It was a waste of 60 bucks. I write this in hopes of this place rediscovering itself by next time I come to Miami.

I have been patronizing this Restaurant location for the last 4months. Service is what it is, but the food is good. I travel from Broward all the way to Miami just for this Southern style food. But today was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. I spend over 1hrs to get my food, after having my order corrected. 😩 this maybe the last time. This was the worst.

Food is too salty, especially green beans and filet fish. They have to keep in mind some customers have medical issues and too much salt can be detrimental! Waiting time to get food is poor. Parking can be a neusom, horrible!

This place was really nice speaking about the food the cashier need to improve upon her customer service skills what's the food was really nice I had the barbecue chicken with pigeon peas and rice and potato salad potato salad was a little watery but the pigeon peas and rice was excellent I never tasted anything like that before BBQ chicken could have been a little more moist but the overall experience was good

The seafood is top tier and service is good unfortunately I don’t go as much as I used to due to the rice being really bad quality. And they won’t let you switch it for a different side. Please get better quality rice !

Food here is really good. The ribs be falling off the bone, yams is good (and i dnt care for yams like that btw), mac n cheese and yellow rice. Man listen, lol ive ordered 2 dinner plates from here because im hooked lol. I see why the place is packed, its worth it. Friendly staff and great customer service too.
