I only wish I tried it sooner. It was so delicious. Sweet and sour chicken still crispy after the 15 minute ride home. Wonton soup so hearty I’ll be able to get 3 meals out of it. The sauce that comes with the rangoons is out of this world too. Thanks! We will be back as it feels like it was made with love.

The beef veggie buns are not too salty or oily. You can add soy sauce if you want. I think even someone with a weak stomach can handle one beef bun because it is well made with good lean beef and fresh veggies. The buns can be warmed up with a microwave if you store them in a fridge over night. I have very cold fridge. I recommend heating 2 beef buns for 2 minutes on high fire. 10 dollars for 6 buns. I am definitely coming back for more 😋.

At first I thought I had the wrong address, but once you figure out it is inside the grocery store by the exit, you have found dumpling heaven! Such good dumplings with so much flavor! They are huge and will easily get you through two meals. And for only 10 dollars, you can’t beat it!

This is a dumpling restaurant that has been around for over 20 years and is not a Hannam chain! The price is cheap and plentiful. It tastes like dumplings sold in Korea (only packaged). (A classic wang mandoo, soft thick dough ) authentic place in town, stayed in same location within Hannam Supermarket Hannam Chain) owned by Korean family for over 20 years. For the menu price you get 6 huge dumplings / pork buns / wang mandu (Asian Korean-Chinese style ) Both spicy and non-spicy pork buns are very large & tastes super delicious and filling, high-end restaurant cuisine quality. My mom visits this place almost every time she shops at the Hannam Supermarket. If you have not tried this place, you’re missing out! Haven’t tried yet, but they have veggie dumpling / vegetarian baozi too There are 6 in a pack, but there are people who don't buy them because they are a single-person household or because they don't think they can eat them all. For those who cannot come to LA Koreatown often and want to make a bulk purchase (or give it as a gift to a family friend or acquaintance) **Added freezer storage tips: Except for the amount you will eat right away, wrap the rest in plastic wrap to prevent the dumpling skin from drying out and place it in the freezer. Then microwave it for 2-3 minutes and enjoy! 😋 **Tips for storing in freezer (microwaveable dumplings): I usually plastic wrap the buns individually so that it stays moist & freeze some to have them later. You can heat the bun on microwave for 2-3 mins, this way it tastes just as fresh days later after purchase! (You can buy a whole lot of boxes for saving for yourself & for gifting others like this)

10 bucks for 6 beef dumplings is a great deal. I love their kimchi dumplings, spicy and very flavorful.

This is the best kept secret in Koreatown. 6 huge, beef baozi dumplings for $10 can't be beat anywhere.

I grew up in Fremont and Peking was my family's go to for Chinese. I moved away and cannot find anything that compares. Everything is fresh and made there, not frozen. Their sweet and sour sauce for egg rolls is not the cheap red sauce everyone else serves, egg rolls are homemade. The chicken noodle soup is amazing with homemade thick egg noodles. The homemade bread is to die for. When you order sweet and sour chicken or pork, it comes with vegetables unlike every other place where you have to order vegetables separate to make a meal. Guess I was spoiled growing up eating at Peking, as I said, no other Chinese restaurant I've tried can compare.

I just returned from another enjoyable lunch at the Peking. The owners and staff are very friendly and the food is good. They have a nice selection of cantonese and sichuan dishes which are accompanied by a choice of soup. The meals are satisfying and you really can't beat the prices. This is one of my favorite chinese restaurants.

My wife and I stopped here today for lunch. We lover the waton soup and egg rolls. I had a chicken dish with a brown sauce lunch special. My wife had hot and sour soup. It was too spicy for her though. We eat here often. We love the egg rolls. Priced good for the portion sizes.

We have Peking at least a couple times a month.. food is good, orders are usually correct and the workers are friendly

Peking’s has the best food and service around. Their food is always made fresh, ready in 15 minutes and amazing. Their egg rolls are simply heaven, their chicken noodle soup will heal anyone!! Don’t forget to get duck sauce it makes everything taste even better!!! 5 Stars all the way

The place was plain but very clean. The staff was freindly and helpful with selections from the extensive menu. The waitress was very attentive to our need through out the dinner. The food was good, epecially the wonton soup. The rolls are huge and are fantastic. The portions are adequate not huge like some Asian food establishments.

The Peking has pretty good food. I haven't tried a dish that I didn't like. The wonton soup is very good and always hot. They serve fresh hot dinner rolls with each meal and they are great. The eggrolls are homemade and are very good too. It is a big restaurant inside and normally fairly clean. There is a lot of clutter in view of the public. It could use new carpet and they can get rid of the nasty fish tank at the front door. The staff is friendly but sometimes the service isn't very good. I seen the kitchen on the way to the restroom and OMG what a mess. I considered not returning but the food is too good not to stop. They do offer call-a-head pick-up and they have a pick-up window. We love the eggrolls the best!

Greeted with menus at the door and was told to seat ourselves Food was barely mediocre and service was worse. No refills on beverages. Food barely hot. No one even stopped to ask if everything was okay, wanted to place a to go order couldn't even do that. Server never even brought the check. When we talked to the manager up front, she never apologized or offered to discount our food. When I mentioned that she didn't even offer anything, she said nothin but "do you want to add the tip to the card?" REALLY? Bleep NO

We ordered a ton of food for our family Christmas Eve dinner. The food was great. But I would only ever order carry out.The inside of the restaurant needs a good dusting. Plus the carpet and decor is aging.The good news is that the kitchen is very clean.

Peking offers great food at a decent price. My favorite is the general tso's and the sweet and sour chicken. The homemade dinner rolls are on the sweet side and are to die for. We always go home with extra. They offer to go service so you can pick up your order without dining in.

I had visited this restaurant while way to Niagara Falls. We are hungry and served quickly with fried rice. We also got complimentary soup with main course which was good.

The service is always very quick here. I love the Almond chicken, egg rolls and won ton soup. Their rice is amazing. I could just eat the rice for a meal it is that good.
